Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to conduct empirical testing on the effect of financial performance, good corporate governance and debt policy on company value in Infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2019. Based on the criteria used by researchers, a total of 56 samples were obtained. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, financial performance is obtained by calculating ROA. For the measurement of good corporate governance is done by calculating the size of the board of commissioners, the independence of commissioners and the audit committee. For the debt policy in this study using DER.From the results of this study, it can be seen that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, the size of the board of commissioners has a positive but not significant effect on company value, independent commissioners have a positive effect but not significant on company value, the audit committee has a positive but not significant effect on company value, while DER has a positive and significant effect on company value.Keywords: Company value, financial performance, good corporate governance, debt policy.

Abstract

Abstract The number of businesses in the retail sector at this time makes entrepreneurs to implement better marketing strategies, not only preparing accurate marketing strategies but also need to provide brands that are suitable for the characteristics of consumers, such as the Al-Khaibar minimarket which uses Islamic branding as an identity. in providing or offering products that are in accordance with consumer needs. Seeing Indonesia as a Muslim country with the highest population level makes this a very good marketing strategy.In this study using a quantitative approach with primary data. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Al-Khaibar minimarket. The total sample in this study was 95 respondents and then processed using SPSS statistical software and then using multiple linear regression. The analysis used in this study included measurements of validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumptions.The findings in this study indicate that Islamic branding and religiosity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially. So it can be concluded that the stronger the Islamic branding created and the higher the level of buyer religiosity, the purchasing decisions will also increase. Keywords: Islamic branding, Religiossty, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This is the purpose of Sunset Policy analysis, Tax Amnesty, Tax Pinalties on Tax Compliance at KPP Pratama Batu. The population of this research is all taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Batu, the number of samples in the survey are 100 people who are taxing at KPP Pratama Batu. Sampling is done using purposive sampling method. Method of data analysis used test validity, experiment, classification test classification, linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), determination coefficient (R²).Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that sunset policy has a negative and insignificant effect on taxpayer compliance. The result of t test equal to -0.254 with significant value equal to (0,800)> 0,05. Tax amnesty has a positive and significant effect on tax compliance. The result of t test count 4,144 with significant value equal to (0.000) <0.05. Tax Pinalties has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The result of t test is 3,135 with significant value equal to (0.002) <0.05. Tax Compliance Variable can be explained by Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty and Tax Pinalties variable of 20,7 % and the remaining 79,3% is influence by other things not examined in this research.Keywords: Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, Tax Pinalties, Tax Compliance.

Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon of online ojek is already endemic in Indonesia. The presence of mobile applications that sell online transportation services, changes the way people order transportation modes easily and quickly, simply by using a smartphone device. Business intelligence at the online ojek company itself, namely implementing the big data concept, this is done because online ojek always get a lot of historical data, it is necessary to know that this must be read quickly and carefully. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing business intelligence on online ojek applications to increase customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula which obtained 91 respondents. The respondents are university students and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Islamic University of Malang who use an online ojek application. Simple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the causal model through SPSS 26. The results of this study found that business intelligence had a significant and positive effect on increasing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Business Intelligence, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancial Performance Analysis Of Real Estate And PropertyCompanies Before And During The Implementation Of Pp No.34 Of 2016 The purpose of this study is to know and analyze whether there are differences in the financial performance of real estate companies and property before and during the enactment of PP No.34 of 2016. Comparative method is used in this study. The sample selection used purposive sampling method, so that the selected sample amounted to 40 companies. The method in collecting research data is documentation. And Paired Samples T Test technique for hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research that has been done on the real estate and property company proves that after hypothesis testing by using Paired Samples Analysis T Test, the results of differences in the variable Net Profit Samples (NPM) and Assets Turnover (AT) while the variable Current Ratio (CR), QuickRatio (QR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return OnEquity (ROE) did not occur significantly. These results have proven that after the new policy is still in transition during the enactment of PP No.34 of 2016 and still in the adjustment. Abstract

ABTRACKThis study aims to analyze the effect of the level of religiosity, knowledge and social environment on the interest in saving students in Malang city. This research was held in Malang city. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were Banyuwangi students in Malang city with a total of 90 respondents from 927 students. This research is quantitative research and the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that partially the variable religiosity, knowledge has a significant effect on students 'interest in saving in Islamic banks, while the social environment variables have a positive and insignificant effect on students' interest in saving in Malang city Islamic banks. Simultaneously the variables of religiosity, knowledge and social environment have a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks at a significance level of less than 0.05 or 5%Keywords: level of religiosity, knowledge, social environment, interest in saving

Abstract

Abstract Behavior is carried out based on someone's desire, which makes someone interested in doing it. During the transaction process, to measure a person's level of interest in performing certain behaviors, the transaction is part of the interest in the transaction that will be carried out. In this study, interest in use is influenced by several factors, namely effectiveness and risk, as well as perceptions of convenience for users. This study aims to determine how users influenced perceived ease of use, the risk, and the effectiveness of interest in using financial technology (fintech), which is measured partially and simultaneously. Explanatory or explanatory research is the type of research in this study, conducted in January 2021-2022 with a total sample of 110 BRI Bank customers. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis used in this study. The results of the research in this study are: 1) There is a simultaneous influence on perceptions of ease of use on interest, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on interest and perception of ease of use, 3) There is a positive and significant influence on effectiveness and interest, 4) There is a positive and significant effect on risk on interest. Keywords : Effectiveness, Risk, Interest, Perception of Ease, Fintech

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research conducted is about the analysis of financial performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company at banks in Malang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial performance and CSR on the value of banking companies partially or simultaneously. The independent variable in this study is the financial performance measured using ROA, ROE, and NPM as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) variables. While the dependent variable is the value of a banking company. There are 15 banking companies in Malang, 9 of which are used as research samples with financial statements of banking companies in 2016 - 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and several tests, including classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study mention financial performance (ROA, ROE, NPM) does not have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the value of banking companies. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no influence on the value of the company either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, CSR, and company value.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of the attitude of taxpayers, taxpayers awareness, and tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance on the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The sample size used was 82 respondents with a total population of 468 SMEs in the fashion sub sector in Batu City registered at a Batu City Cooperative, Micro Business and Trade Office. The results of this study indicate that partially the attitude of taxpayer attitudes has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Awareness of taxpayers no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously variable attitude of taxpayer, taxpayer awareness, and tax knowledge have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance of individual taxpayers of the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City.  Keywords: Attitudes of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and taxpayer compliance

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of endorsements and Instagram on buying interest. The independent variables used are endorsement and instagram, while the dependent variable is buying interest. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers of Make Over products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that endorsement has an effect on buying interest, and Instagram has an effect on buying interest. Endorsements and Instagram simultaneously affect buying interest. Keywords: Endorsement, Instagram and Buying Interest
