Abstract

Pelayanan umum yang berkualitas adalah salah satu tanda keberhasilan sebuah lembaga, termasuk Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). Namun, masih ada berbagai tantangan dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat, seperti minimnya kemampuan komunikasi dan pemahaman mengenai konsep pelayanan yang unggul. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan PDAM dalam memberikan layanan yang prima melalui pelatihan yang terencana dan aplikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah presentasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Materi pelatihan meliputi prinsip dasar layanan unggul, komunikasi yang efisien, cara menangani keluhan pelanggan, serta norma-norma layanan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih sigap, bersahabat, dan profesional. Dengan pelatihan ini, pegawai PDAM dapat memperbaiki mutu layanan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan reputasi perusahaan. Pelatihan pelayanan prima sudah menjadi metode utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan PDAM. Dengan penerapan prinsip layanan unggul, komunikasi efektif, serta penanganan keluhan yang sesuai norma, kualitas pelayanan diharapkan meningkat secara signifikan dan mampu menciptakan pelanggan yang puas dan loyal.

Abstract

Play has many roles in a child's development. It's the same with playing blocks. Blocks are toys that we often see in school, blocks are educational games that are made of wood or foam and are played by shaping the desired building. This study aims to determine the influence of block games on children's social-emotional development and to determine the level of early childhood social-emotional development before and after being given block play activities. The research method used the One Group Pretest–Posttest design. In this design, there is only one group of subjects who are given treatment in the form of block play. through pretest and posttest which is carried out using direct observation of the research sample. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the study show that block play activities have a significant and positive influence on improving the social-emotional development of children aged 5-6 years. Descriptively, there was a substantial increase in social-emotional development scores. This is shown by a significant increase in the average score, from 75.38 in the pretest stage  to 92.92 in the posttest stage. The results of hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test confirmed the existence of a significant influence. A p-value of 0.001498 was obtained, which is far below the significance level. These findings support the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (), which means that there is a significant difference between  pretest and posttest scores.

Abstract

Puzzles stimulate children to recognize relationships between parts and wholes, understand patterns and shapes, hone visual memory skills, practice cause-and-effect logic, and develop simple strategies through trial and error. This study aims to determine the cognitive abilities of children in the control group and the experimental group before and after being given learning using puzzle media. The type of research used is quantitative with quasi-experimental design or pseudo-experimental research. Using data collection techniques in the form of observations, tests, interviews, and documents. The data analysis used goes through two stages, namely descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to provide an overview of children's cognitive development, while inferential analysis is used to test hypotheses whether there is a significant difference between the experimental group (puzzle media) and the control group (conventional learning). The results showed that the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years after participating in learning with fuzzle media  in the experimental group could be said to be significant based on the results  of the paired sample t test with a p-value smaller than the significance level of 5%. The gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years after participating in learning with conventional media can be said to be significant based on the results  of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a p-value greater than the significance level of 5%. Based on the results  of the Independent Sample T-Test, it was found  that the p-value was smaller than the significance level of 5%, so there was a significant difference in the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years between the groups that participated in learning using fuzzle media and conventional media.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dasar dengan pendekatan kepemimpinan transformasional yang berbasis dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal di Sulawesi Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan karena perlunya seorang pemimpin sekolah yang tidak hanya mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan, tetapi juga memiliki ikatan yang kuat dengan budaya lokal sebagai sumber nilai dan karakter. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan yang melibatkan partisipasi, diskusi kelompok, analisis kasus, dan refleksi yang didasarkan pada pengalaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep kepemimpinan transformasional serta kemampuan, menginspirasi dan menggerakkan (Inspirational Motivation); mendorong Berpikir Kritis dan Inovatif (Intellectual Stimulation) ; memberikan Perhatian Individual (Individualized Consideration); membangun Budaya Sekolah yang Positif; adaptif terhadap Perubahan; membangun Kolaborasi untuk mengaitkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti sipakatau, sipakainge, dan sipakalebbi dalam praktik kepemimpinan di sekolah. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat karakter kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang relevan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years at TK Nurun Alanur Makassar, caused by the use of less varied learning media. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze holistically how the use of puzzle media can contribute to improving children's cognitive abilities, specifically in aspects of logical thinking, problem-solving, concentration, and visual-spatial skills. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that the implementation of puzzle media is carried out through three systematic stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the theoretical foundations of Piaget, Vygotsky, and Bruner, it was found that the use of puzzles significantly optimizes logical thinking skills through the assimilation-accommodation process and enhances problem-solving strategies through scaffolding support within the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD). In conclusion, puzzle media is effective in facilitating children's cognitive development through active and enjoyable direct learning experiences.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of scientific literacy and technological literacy on the implementation of innovative learning among teachers at MTs Madani Alauddin Makassar. Scientific literacy is defined as teachers’ ability to understand scientific concepts, processes, and apply scientific methods in classroom practice, while technological literacy refers to their competence in utilizing digital tools effectively to support teaching and learning activities. Employing a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, the study involved teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that teachers’ scientific literacy is categorized as good and contributes to their ability to design inquiry-based, experimental, and problem-solving learning activities. Technological literacy is also at a high level and significantly supports the use of digital media, technology-based assessment, and the implementation of modern learning models such as blended learning. Simultaneously, both variables show a significant influence on the implementation of innovative learning. These results highlight the importance of strengthening dual literacy to enhance pedagogical innovation within madrasah settings. The study recommends continuous professional development based on the TPACK framework and improved digital infrastructure to support high-quality learning practices. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is one of the important factors that determine the success of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals in schools. Optimal teacher performance is not only influenced by professional competence, but also by various organisational and work environment factors, such as workload, work discipline, principal support, and the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the influence of workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure on teacher performance in primary schools in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research population consisted of primary school teachers in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, while the research sample consisted of 40 teachers from 12 primary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale designed to measure each research variable. The data obtained was then analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics software to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between the variables studied. The results showed that simultaneously, workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure had a significant effect on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.938. This indicates that 93.8% of teacher performance variation can be explained by these five variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Simultaneous testing shows an F value of 103.433 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the research model has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the analysis results show that workload, principal support, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Conversely, work discipline and infrastructure have a significant negative effect on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance is not only determined by the amount of workload managed proportionally, but is also influenced by the support of the principal's leadership and the availability of adequate learning facilities. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that improving teacher performance requires balanced workload management, effective work discipline, strong leadership support from the principal, and the provision of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of education policy, particularly in efforts to improve teacher performance in primary schools. Keywords: Workload, work discipline, principal support, infrastructure, teacher performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran serta pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kinerja guru yang optimal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi profesional, tetapi juga oleh berbagai faktor organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, seperti beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 guru yang berasal dari 12 sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket menggunakan skala Likert yang dirancang untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik IBM SPSS Statistics untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan maupun parsial antar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,938. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,8% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh kelima variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Uji simultan menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 103,433 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model penelitian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan sarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja dan prasarana menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh besarnya beban kerja yang dikelola secara proporsional, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru memerlukan pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang, penerapan disiplin kerja yang efektif, dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang kuat, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is one of the important factors that determine the success of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals in schools. Optimal teacher performance is not only influenced by professional competence, but also by various organisational and work environment factors, such as workload, work discipline, principal support, and the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the influence of workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure on teacher performance in primary schools in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research population consisted of primary school teachers in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, while the research sample consisted of 40 teachers from 12 primary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale designed to measure each research variable. The data obtained was then analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics software to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between the variables studied. The results showed that simultaneously, workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure had a significant effect on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.938. This indicates that 93.8% of teacher performance variation can be explained by these five variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Simultaneous testing shows an F value of 103.433 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the research model has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the analysis results show that workload, principal support, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Conversely, work discipline and infrastructure have a significant negative effect on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance is not only determined by the amount of workload managed proportionally, but is also influenced by the support of the principal's leadership and the availability of adequate learning facilities. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that improving teacher performance requires balanced workload management, effective work discipline, strong leadership support from the principal, and the provision of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of education policy, particularly in efforts to improve teacher performance in primary schools. Keywords: Workload, work discipline, principal support, infrastructure, teacher performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran serta pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kinerja guru yang optimal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi profesional, tetapi juga oleh berbagai faktor organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, seperti beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 guru yang berasal dari 12 sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket menggunakan skala Likert yang dirancang untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik IBM SPSS Statistics untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan maupun parsial antar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,938. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,8% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh kelima variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Uji simultan menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 103,433 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model penelitian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan sarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja dan prasarana menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh besarnya beban kerja yang dikelola secara proporsional, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru memerlukan pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang, penerapan disiplin kerja yang efektif, dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang kuat, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dengan dunia usaha dan industri dalam pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang berfokus pada kerja sama strategi antara kampus dan sektor industri untuk mentoring, magang wirausaha dan pendanaan usaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka (literature review) dengan menelaah artikel dan laporan penelitian terbitan 2020-2025. Artikel ini mengkaji bentuk kolaborasi program magang wirausaha dan akses pendanaan bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki potensi usaha. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha serta industri merupakan elemen kunci dalam membangun ekosistem wirausaha mahasiswa yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan serta menekankan pentingnya peran aktif perguruan tinggi dan industri serta mekanisme mentoring dan pendanaan untuk menjaga keberhasilan dan kesinambungan ekosistem kewirausahaan.
