Abstract

Beton adalah salah satu bahan bangunan yang banyak digunakan dalam pembuatan konstruksi, baik untuk kontruksi bangunan gedung maupun konstruksi bangunan lainnya. Secara umum bahan dasar pembuatan beton terdiri dari campuran antara semen portland sebagai perekat, agregat halus dan kasar sebagai bahan pengisi dan air sebagai media pereaksi serta bahan tambahan. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mutu material beton khususnya agregat serta merencanakan komposisi material yang digunakan dalam pencampuran beton untuk mendapatkan kuat tekan sesuai dengan standar mutu. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kandungan lumpur pada agregat halus dan agregat kasar tidak memenuhi syarat mutu serta kandungan organik pada agregat halus tidak memenuhi syarat mutu. Harus dilakukan pengurangan faktor air semen dari 0,5 menjadi 0,49 untuk menjamin kualitas beton. Dari hasil uji kuat tekan pada f’c 30 MPa dan f’c 40 MPa dapat disimpulkan bahwa beton telah memenuhi standar SNI-03-6815-2002. Kata kunci : Mutu, Material, Beton, Konstruksi

Abstract

Penggunaan Industri penerbangan adalah konstituen yang sangat diperlukan untuk perkembangan global suatu negara. Penghematan biaya bahan baku pembuatan interior pesawat terbang adalah dasar yang mendasari proyek ini, Hal ini menjadikan dasar dari penelitian untuk mengetahui kekuatan tarik serta flammability dari material PP-HI10HO, PP-AZ564G, dan ABS715FR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji tarik dengan ASTM D638-14 dan uji flammability horizontal, vertikal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengujian tarik material PP-HI10HO (21,476 Mpa) dan PPAZ564G (23,975 Mpa), dapat menggantikan material ABS715FR (19,288 Mpa) Sesuai dengan Appendix C Materials Used in Aircraft. Sedangkan pengujian flammability didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa dalam pengujian vertical, horizontal material PP-AZ564G dan PP-HI10HO memiliki laju pembakaran linier yang melebihi 40 mm/menit sesuai ASTM D 635 sedangkan ABS715FR memiliki laju pembakaran linier sebesar 1,74 mm/menit. Bahwa material PP-HI10HO dan PP-AZ564G tidak dapat untuk material kursi dipesawat sedangkan ABS715FR memenuhi sebagai bahan baku pembuatan komponen kursi pesawat terbang.

Abstract

Instalasi doubler dinyatakan aman di bawah Structural Repair Manual (SRM). Namun kemampuan menahan beban siklik tidak disebutkan secara eksplisit dalam SRM. Pembebanan siklik dapat menyebabkan kegagalan yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada asumsi mekanika retak mode pembebanan II, dan analisis laju pertumbuhan retak dan siklus kelelahan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode numerik MVCCI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai laju pertumbuhan retakan terendah adalah panjang retakan 8,5 mm pada kondisi terbang 5000 ft, yaitu 5,045×10-14 mm/siklus, dan nilai tertinggi adalah panjang retakan 51 mm. Pada kondisi penerbangan 40.000 kaki, ini akan menjadi 1,762×10-10 mm/siklus.

Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is a crucial skill for students to possess because it will make it easier for students to learn and master concepts in mathematics. This study aimed to describe the ability to understand mathematical concepts of junior high school students in solving integer arithmetic operations. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were seventh-grade students in one of the public junior high schools in Purworejo district in the 2020/2021 academic year with a good understanding. The technique of selecting the subject was purposive and snowball. The data analysis technique employed was the analysis technique of Miles & Huberman; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicated that students' understanding of mathematical concepts in completing arithmetic operations were as follows; students could restate a concept in writing, students could provide examples and not examples of a concept they have learned, students could use and choose certain operations in solving mathematical problems, students could not present concepts in the form of mathematical representations in the form of pictures, students could not classify objects according to certain properties according to the concept, and students could not apply the concept algorithmically to problem-solving.DOI : https://doi.org/10.22342/jpm.16.1.15324.29-44

Abstract

Two-phase flow is a phenomenon that often found in various devices and fields, one of which is in the geothermal system. Two-phase flow parameters that are important to study include flow patterns, pressure drop, and water holdup. This study used the CFD method to obtain data on flow patterns, pressure drop, and water holdup in steam-water flow in horizontal pipes. Validation studies were conducted to obtain appropriate settings. The superficial velocities of steam and water were varied from 6-30 m/s and 0.05-0.1 m/s respectively. The results showed that the CFD results were in accordance with the experiments. Visually, the observed flow patterns were stratified-wavy flow and mist flow. Furthermore, the pressure drop and water holdup values obtained increased along with the increase in the JW value.

Abstract

The transfer of learning in schools from online learning to online learning had a considerable impact in various sectors throughout the country. Education in Indonesia in particular, student activity and learning achievement are low along with the implementation of online learning. Students are more accustomed to learning task systems. This study analyzes student learning activity and achievement in learning mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic with the help of the Edmodo and Classdojo platforms. This study aims to determine whether the active learning and learning achievement of students who are subject to learning using Edmodo is better than online learning using Classdojo. The research design used quantitative with quasi-experimental. Collecting data through questionnaires on learning activity and student achievement tests. The results of the multivariate t-test and univariate t-test showed that learning activity using Edmodo was better than student learning activity using Classdojo. The learning achievement of students who use Edmodo in learning mathematics is better than that of students who use Classdojo. Keywords: Learning Edmodo, Learning Classdojo, Online Learning

Abstract

Sudut kontak hysteresis (SKH) adalah selisih antara sudut kontak maju (advancing) dan mundur (receding). Besaran ini merupakan indikator penting dalam karakterisasi kebasahan permukaan, yang berdampak pada berbagai aplikasi teknik dan industri seperti pendinginan semprot dan material anti-icing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sudut kontak histeresis (SKH) pada permukaan logam panas menggunakan metode tumbukan droplet campuran air dan campuran etilen glikol (20%) yang direkam dengan kamera kecepatan tinggi (2000 fps). Penggunaan kamera berkecepatan tinggi menjanjikan kemampuan menangkap fenomena pergerakan tinggi tetapi memiliki keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang harus diselesaikan seperti noise dan thermal artifact. Untuk mengatasi noise citra akibat gerakan cepat dan thermal artifact, penelitian ini menerapkan pemrosesan citra berbasis kecerdasan buatan/artificial intelligence (AI) menggunakan arsitektur CNN (ResNet-18) dan GAN (ESRGAN). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas citra dan akurasi pengukuran sudut kontak, dengan nilai rata-rata sudut kontak advancing sebesar 80,5°, receding sebesar 32,74° dan SKH 47,76°. Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi efektif dan presisi tinggi dalam pengukuran SKH serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemodelan kebasahan permukaan pada sistem dinamis.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to develop teaching materials to meet the learning needs of asynchronous learning. The teaching materials developed are in the form of electronic modules and electronic worksheets based on flipbooks. The service method carried out is in the form of a dissemination program whose stages are carried out in a hybrid manner. The service stages consist of the stage of developing teaching materials which are carried out offline and is followed by the stage of socializing and monitoring which is carried out online. The target of this service is the mathematics teacher at Bunda Kandung Middle and High School, Jakarta. The activity evaluation instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire showed that the teacher as the party receiving the benefits stated that he was satisfied with the media developed and the media could be used as an alternative solution to the current needs of teaching materials. The results of the monitoring phase indicated that the teaching materials developed have begun to be implemented and have succeeded in meeting the needs of teaching materials needed by schools. So, it can be concluded that this activity has succeeded in achieving the expected goals.

Abstract

This research aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based plastic waste recycling machine using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to overcome the problem of overheating in electric motors and improve waste management efficiency. The methods used include literature studies, designing a microcontroller-based system (ESP32), temperature sensors, inductive proximity sensors, and implementing the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm for automatic temperature control. The results show that the machine is capable of shredding plastic with a capacity of 20 kg/hour and controlling the motor temperature in real-time through the MIT Inventor application. Tests prove that the motor temperature rises faster during shredding (30°C–55°C in 35 minutes) compared to no-load (90 minutes). The system also successfully detects metal and stops operation automatically to prevent damage. The conclusion of the study states that the integration of IoT and Fuzzy Tsukamoto is effective in optimizing machine performance, reducing the risk of overheating, and facilitating remote monitoring. Suggestions for further development include improving the cooling system and sensor calibration for long-term stability.

Abstract

Currently, there is a lot of use of land assets of PT. KAI which is used for activities outside the railway. In order to achieve land use in accordance with applicable land law, appropriate and ideal policies are needed. In this research, the problems are divided into the procedures for renting shop houses (Ruko) on the land of the Indonesian Railways Limited Company (PT. KAI) and relating to legal responsibility if one of the parties violates the agreement or regulations that apply to the process of implementing a rental agreement for a Shop House (Ruko). This research is legal research with normative research methods. The results of this research show that in the shophouse rental process there are several stages that must be carried out, namely: property announcement, application submission by prospective tenants, document verification, location survey, offer and negotiation, to contract signing and initial payment. In connection with applicable legal responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of the contract and applicable law. Parties who violate may be subject to various sanctions, including fines, termination of the contract, or the obligation to compensate for losses arising from the violation. Tenants who fail to fulfill their obligations in payment, maintenance or use of the property according to the agreement can be evicted and asked to pay compensation. On the other hand, if PT KAI as the lessor fails to fulfill its obligations, such as delivering the property in proper condition or carrying out necessary maintenance, they may have to provide compensation or face legal action from the lessee
