Abstract

The research was conducted at Novotel Pekanbaru which aim to find out the task implementation of the bartender in the Molecule Gastro Bar. To carry out the task implementation, there are 3 stages. First, work before the bar is opened. Second, job when the bar is opened. Third, job when the bar is closed. The task implementation of the bartender in the Molecule Gastro Bar Novotel Pekanbaru is working with Standard Operational Procedure to make the work of the bartenders is easy to serve guest. Molecule Gastro Bar at Novotel pekanbaru is the one of the outlet who is giving the financial benefits to hotels. To carry out the task implementation of the bartender must need to understanding about bar, starts from the type of drink, how to present and serve and mixology techniques that will be provided to the guest. The research uses qualitative methods and to get the data the author uses interview, observation, and documentation. From the results of the research that the author did, the results show that the task implementation of the bartender’s tasks can run well. Keywords: Task Implementation, Bartender.

Abstract

Along with the times, many Hotels in Indonesia are popping up to improve their skills, one of them in Pekanbaru city is the Novotel Hotel which is an international standard Hotel. The Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru is still considered lacking in the skills of its employees due to complaints from guest regarding it Receptionist skills. Therefore, the authors are interested in bringing up thr study entitled Receptionist skills at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine how the response of guests staying at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru to Receptionist skills at the Novotel Hotel. This research was conducted at the Novotel Hotel on Jalan Riau No. 59 Pekanbaru. This research was carried out for 6 months, starting from September 2019 until March 202. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sampling technique was determined using accidental sampling technique. The sample of this study was guest staying at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru. The result of this study indicate that overall the respondents gave a good response to the Receptionist skill at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru city, this is evidenced by the result of the score of the guest responses that stayed with good grades, in additional Receptionist is an employee who will give first and last impressions as well direct contact with guest. Keywords: Skills, Receptionist and Hotel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of bellboy service at the Pangeran Beach Padang hotel. This study uses quantitative methods to address the issues raised. The samples in this study were 98 people using purposive sampling technique. While the data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire, observation and documentation. The collection technique used in this questionnaire is a Likert scale, then the data will be processed using quantitative methods whose data are numerical oriented on results in the form of conclusions that are certain and clear. Based on the results of research that has been done, there are 5 dimensions that will be examined on the quality of bellboy service at the Pangeran Beach Padang Hote. including responsive empathy assurance reliability tangible                                                                                               Keywords: Bellboy, Service Quality,Hotel

Abstract

Promotion is something that is very useful in the marketing mix of a company in offering goods and services. This promotional activity not only serves as a means of communication between consumers and companies, but promotion also serves to persuade consumers to buy and use services according to what someone needs. Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru agro-tourism is an agro-tourism which has an educational tourism concept. This study aims to determine how the promotion at Agro-tourism Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to examine the problem under study by making three key informants as sources, namely owners, managers, and employees. While the data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the overall results of the interview answers say that the promotion in Tenayan Raya Agro-tourism is quite good, but still needs to be improved. Keywords : Promotion, Agro-tourism, Tourism Objects.

Abstract

The development of the hospitality bussiness causing increasingly fierce competition especially in markering side. Sales and Marketing Department is very influential on room sales and the promotion carried out by Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru. The implementation of promotion by making the hotel product more attractive and also known by the prospective consumer, so that they are more insterested in stay or buy other products. Therefore this research in purpose for knowing the promotion implementation and how respondents responds about promotion implementation through instagram social media at Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru. This research uses decriptive quantitative to analyze the problems based on data collections techniques in the forms of quistionnaires, observations and documentations. The promotion implementation through instagram social media includes advertisement text, pictures, audios, and videos. Based on the results of research that has been done, can be concluded that the promotion implementation through instagram social media has been done very well. Abstract

Implementation instructions are corrective actions in carrying out the tasks in accordance with predetermined plans, instructions and instructions, so that the objectives that have been provided can be obtained. It is important to supervise the company to be in accordance with the standards set by the company. but in addition to improvement, the banyan tree also provides feedback and also provides feedback to employees for good work during the work. This study uses a qualitative method by discussing descriptive, research subjects are supervisors of Banyan Tree Bintan Resort. Data collection is done is the collection, documentation, interviews. Abstract

Restaurant is a building that provides food and drink. Especially in a hotel, restaurant is one of the part that adds a lot of hotel revenue. The research was conducted in All Day Dining Restaurant (Food Exchange)Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru. This hotel is chosen as a place of research because they have high occupancy and they have high user room service. This study aims to find out how the quality of service room service operations Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative descriptive method which is researches tried to describe the real situation by collecting information and explain in detail way or make a prediction before. Data collection technique are used with observation, interview and documentation. The observation target of this researce are supervisor, captain and three of waiters. Based on research that has been done about quality of service then obtained at the operational room service is good and must be maintained or improved. Keywords: quality, service, room service

Abstract

Clothing traders traveling to traditional markets from Air Buluh Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency have been clothing traders for many years, and still survive as clothing traders who trade around the markets, this is certainly inseparable from capital. social they have. This research was conducted in Air Buluh Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with the aim of knowing the social capital owned by clothing traders traveling around traditional markets. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Subjects taken in this study consisted of 10 people. This study uses the theory of social capital which consists of social networks, social norms, and trust. The results obtained in this study that social capital is very important in maintaining the sustainability of the business of clothing traders around traditional markets and providing convenience and smooth running of business such as the existence of a network that helps facilitate the running of this business. The existence of social norms that are run by them makes everything more organized and directed. Trust strengthens the relationship between traders and agents, traders with buyers and between fellow traders which then leads to the sustainability of these relationships.  Keywords: Social Capital, Mobile Clothing Traders, Traditional Markets

Abstract

Pengelola TPS 3R Kelurahan Talun Kec. Sumedang Utara, Kab. Sumedang dan warga sekitar yang ingin sekali memiliki sarana prasaarna tata kelola sampah yang lebih baik dengan alasan agar lingkungannya sehat, resik dan penghasil sampah bisa mendapatkan layanan dengan transaksi yang mudah dikontrol, sehingga dapat menjaga kesinambungan layanan pengelolaan sampah. Lebih dari itu, masyarakat sasar juga bermimpi bisa mendapatkan layanan/produk pengelolaan dan olah sampah dari petugas TPS, bank sampah, pemulung, pengepul, UMKM pelaku pengelola sampah di Jawa Barat yang melek teknologi menuju digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan jasa pengelolaan dan olah sampah/penjualan yang baik. TPS 3R Kelurahan Talun Kec. Sumedang Utara, Kab. Sumedang dan warga sekitar yang dipilih sebagai lokasi dan masyarakat sasar kondisi Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) mulai mengalami kelebihan kapasitas. TPA Sarimukti Bandung misalnya, awalnya dirancang untuk menampung sampah sebanyak 1.200 ton per hari. Namun pada prakteknya, volume sampah yang diterima melonjak hingga 2.000 ton per hari. Permasalahan yang lain: pemberdayaan dan pergerakan petugas pengangkut sampah belum terkendali, timbulan sampah menggunung dan masih berserakan, tidak mengetahui produk tata kelola sampah yang ramah lingkungan. Solusinya yang ditawarkan oleh Telkom University, dan ini juga merupakan tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, adalah dengan Mesin Olah Sampah Konstruksi Bata Api Berbahan Bakar NEIS dan aplikasi system terpadu Android sebagai sarana tata kelola sampah bagi Mitra menuju digitalisasi jasa/layanan produk dan juga sebagai sarana mendukung program pemerintah menuju program smart city dan program Jawa Barat Juara Berdasarkan hasil umpan balik yang diperoleh masyarakat sasar mengisi kuesioner feedback, sebesar 100% menyatakan sangat setuju setuju, bahwa kegiatan ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dan implikasi dari kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat makin sadar atas pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan tata kelola sampah yang baik dan benar dan makin paham akan penting hasil olahan dari sampah yang dihasilkan untuk menunjang kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Nol Sampah, Tata Kelola, Persampahan Cerdas, Mobile Apps
