Abstract

This research was conducted in Koto Lubuk Jambi Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research discusses the Posyandu for the Elderly which was imple-mented to help provide several health services for the elderly in Koto Lubuk Jambi Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency to help improve the standard of healthy living and welfare for the elderly. This research aims to (1) determine the function of the el-derly posyandu institution in Koto Lubuk Jambi Village and (2) the effectiveness of elderly activities in Koto Lubuk Jambi Village. This research uses qualitative research methods with 6 informants as research subjects taken based on predetermined criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are two functions in the elderly posyandu. These functions are manifest functions and latent functions. Manifest function is a purpose and intentional impact of a social phenomenon. Meanwhile, a latent or hidden function is a func-tion whose abilities and potential are not yet fully manifested or clearly visible, but which emerge and develop in certain conditions and situations. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in the Teluk Binjai sub-district of Dumai. Involving 79 PKH participants and utilizing a quantitative approach with simple random sampling, the data analysis indicates that the training within PKH significantly influences poverty alleviation, with a significance value of 0.000 (α < 0.05) in the t-statistic test. The simultaneous F-test confirms that PKH significantly contributes to poverty alleviation, with a significance value of 0.000. These results suggest that PKH is effective in reducing poverty levels in the area. Therefore, the program has a significant positive impact, reflecting the success of the Indonesian government's efforts to address various dimensions of poverty through initiatives such as PKH at the local level. Abstract

This research was conducted in Pebaun Hulu Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research aims (1) to determine the form of relationship between rubber farmers and toke. (2) To find out the factors that influence rubber farmers to maintain their relationship with toke. This research uses qualitative research methods with 7 informants as research subjects taken based on predetermined criteria. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are four forms of relationship between rubber farmers and toke. This relationship consists of mutually beneficial relationships, personnel relationships, loyalty relationships and reciprocity relationships. This mutually beneficial relationship is a form of relationship where both parties gain benefits and advantages from the existing relationship. Personnel relationships are relationships that are direct and intensive and both parties involved know each other personally. The loyalty relationship is a reciprocal relationship between the patron and the client. This loyalty relationship takes the form of loyalty of the rubber farmer or client to the toke or patron. If we look at the factors that influence rubber farmers to maintain their shape with toke, it consists of two factors. Abstract

Motivation is a psychological symptom that appears in a person consciously or unconsciously to take action with a specific purpose. For this reason, it can be concluded that motivation is a process that occurs both consciously and unconsciously to carry out certain actions that aim to meet needs so that an individual feels satisfied with that goal. With the motivation that encourages young girls to visit the Coffee Shop, from there a shift in meaning appears, from where the Coffee Shop was originally just a Coffee Shop, now they interpret it as a place of entertainment because the Coffee Shop now has many facilities. Hanging out culture is one of the many types of culture that exist. We can see this cultural pluralism in terms of attitudes, ways of life, and values that exist within certain groups. Hanging out at the Coffee Shop has become a lifestyle for modern society in Pekanbaru City, one of the Coffee Shops is the Kala Bumi Coffee Shop. This study aims to find out what motivates young girls to visit the Coffee Shop and how young women interpret Coffee Shops as a place of entertainment. The selection of subjects in this study used a purposive sampling method with characteristics of teenage girls who had an age range of 17-24 years and had visited the Kala Bumi Coffee Shop at least three times in the past month. Abstract

This research was conducted in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Kuantan Tengah Sub District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) Know the ritual process of carrying out the Pacu Jalur tradition At Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Kuantan Tengah Sub District, Kuantan Singingi District. 2) Knowing how the people in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Kuantan Tengah Sub District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, interpret the ritual process of carrying out the Pacu Jalur tradition. To achieve this goal, a descriptive qualitative research method was used by taking 4 people as the main informants and 1 person as a key informant (Key Informant). This study used a purposive sampling technique through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on how the ritual of carrying out the Pacu jalan tradition can be seen from the ritual process starting from the making of the track to the day of the race event which was so lively that was held at Tepian Narosa. Cutting a Big Tree is the first ritual performed by the jalan shaman, namely when he wants to cut down a large tree that he wants to make a boat for, this ritual has the meaning of asking permission from the caretaker of the big tree so that the wood can be taken without any hindrances or obstacles. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran organisasi internasional dalam mempromosikan perdamaian dan keamanan global. Melalui pendekatan analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini meninjau kebijakan dan tindakan berbagai organisasi internasional serta efektivitas mereka dalam menangani konflik global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi dan koordinasi yang kuat antar-organisasi internasional sangat penting untuk menciptakan respons yang terpadu terhadap ancaman global. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif dari negara-negara anggota dalam program-program organisasi internasional meningkatkan efektivitas upaya perdamaian dan keamanan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kompleksitas konflik dan kebutuhan akan sumber daya yang memadai. Namun, peluang yang ada termasuk peningkatan kerjasama dan dukungan global terhadap inisiatif perdamaian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kerjasama internasional dan partisipasi aktif untuk masa depan yang lebih aman.

Abstract

Modern pharmaceutical services are offered via telepharmacy, an internet platform. Identification of items and factors that influence people's behavioral intentions towards telepharmacy services is needed to develop this service. The study aims to develop a questionnaire based on a research model that combines two well-known theories: the theory of personal health differences (TPHD) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) technique. The purposive sampling strategy was combined with a cross-sectional observational method. 116 participants who were at least 18 years old were given the questionnaire. Convenience sampling from various population subgroups was used to select them. Data analysis was then conducted using the exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Factors were extracted using varimax rotation and principal component analysis. The results showed that the questionnaire consists of 16 items divided into 5 constructs (attitude and self-efficacy, behavioral intention, subjective norm, personal health status, and personal health value), this study proves that the behavioral intention telepharmacy questionnaire based on personal health differences and planned behavior theory is a reliable and valid measure. It can also draw attention to the many aspects of adoption behavior, helping service providers toward the successful digitalization of pharmaceutical services by fostering telepharmacy literacy. The application of telepharmacy is both a hope and a challenge for pharmacists and society, especially in terms of the intention to provide safe and quality pharmaceutical care.

Abstract

Kegiatan seminar ini merupakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan yang bergerak melalui bisnis digital yang sedang berkembang di zaman sekarang ini. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan seminar nasional startup di industri kreatif zaman now berbasis digital business, melaksanakan kegiatan korespondesi, melakukan penanganan dokumen, menentukan penjadwalan kegiatan, menentukan rencana anggaran biaya, arus kas serta kendala dan solusi pada kegiatan seminar ini. Metode pelaksanaan perencanaan dan penyelenggaraan seminar ini yaitu pada tahapan persiapan yang dilakukan adalah penentuan rencana kegiatan secara keseluruhan, Persiapan ATK, peralatan dan perlengkapan kesekretariatan, pembuatan dokumen yang dibutuhkan, persiapan surat menyurat. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah membagikan Badname Panitia, Menyerahkan absensi tamu kepada petugas penyambut tamu, menyerahkan materi narasumber kepada operator, memberikan sertifikat kepada bagian penyelenggara, merangkum hasil seminar. Sementara pada tahapan penyelesaian adalah menyelesaikan administrasi berupa honor, mencatat nama peserta yang mendapatkan doorprize, membagikan sertifikat, pengumpulan kembali absensi daftar hadir. Selanjutnya pada tahapan pelaporan dilakukan pelaporan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pelaporan keuangan kegiatan seminar nasional startup di industri kreatif zaman now berbasis digital business.

Abstract

The conventional Ojek which is a non-online means of transportation that uses motorcycles and still exists to this day. In the midst of today's sophistication of digitalization, this research focuses on conventional eye-driving strategies. The aim of this study was to identify the various tactics used by conventional blind drivers, as well as the reasons why they still exist and operate. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. Based on current criteria, the study involved five informants out of five drivers. The place of research is J.H. Imam Munandar, Pekanbaru. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used as data instruments. Research shows that conventional eye drivers use three strategies: an active strategy, a passive strategy, and a networking strategy. The study also suggests that conventional car drivers still survive due to incomes, social and hard-to-seek jobs today.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki praktik Silat Pangean sebagai hasil dari interaksi sosial yang kompleks dan motivasi individu di dalamnya. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teoritis interaksi sosial, interaksionisme simbolik, dan teori motivasi, penelitian ini mencoba memahami dinamika yang memengaruhi partisipasi individu dalam praktik seni bela diri tersebut. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik Silat Pangean tercermin dari interaksi sosial yang melibatkan lingkungan, simbol, dan struktur sosial dalam komunitas. Motivasi individu untuk terlibat dalam praktik ini, sebagian besar, dapat dipahami melalui hierarki kebutuhan Maslow, yang mencakup pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis hingga aktualisasi diri. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya memahami kompleksitas interaksi sosial dan motivasi individu dalam konteks budaya tertentu, seperti Silat Pangean, untuk memperkuat dan meningkatkan praktik seni bela diri tersebut serta mendukung pengembangan komunitas yang berkelanjutan.
