Abstract

This study offers a comprehensive overview of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of innovative Science, Social, and Natural Sciences (IPAS) learning in elementary schools. The approach specifically integrates ethnopedagogy with Pancasila Education, while exploring the transformative potential of deep learning for personalized instruction. The research employed an exploratory sequential mixed-methods design, beginning with quantitative data collection and analysis, followed by qualitative data to deepen the understanding of the quantitative results. This method allowed for a holistic view of the effectiveness of IPAS learning based on ethnopedagogy and Pancasila Education, encompassing both quantitative aspects (increased interest and understanding) and qualitative aspects (implementation processes and perceptions). Key findings indicate that integrating ethnopedagogy and Pancasila Education in IPAS learning significantly increased student interest (p < 0.01) and substantially improved IPAS conceptual understanding. Furthermore, this approach strengthened the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions. Student interest showed an average increase of 26.15%, while IPAS conceptual understanding rose by an average of 20%, both with p-values less than 0.01, signifying high statistical significance. The study's uniqueness lies in its holistic mixed-methods analysis of the synergy between ethnopedagogy, IPAS, and Pancasila Education. Additionally, it offers a visionary contribution by discussing the role of deep learning in driving a 21st-century learning revolution to create adaptive and personalized learning environments. The results provide a relevant implementation model for developing 21st-century competencies and excellent student character, aiming to guide educators and policymakers.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation profile of Pendidikan Khas Kejogjaan (PKJ), a culturally grounded character education programme operating in pilot secondary schools across the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Researchers deliberately frame our inquiry around the implementation level rather than causal effectiveness, since the cross-sectional design researchers used cannot establish that students' character changed because of PKJ. Data were gathered from 150 senior and vocational high school students selected from twelve pilot schools through multistage sampling, combining purposive selection of schools with proportional random selection of students. A 102-item questionnaire (Cronbach's α = 0.93) was used to measure three implementation dimensions: philosophy, cultural values, and cultural atmosphere. Descriptive statistics showed a mean of 4.1361 for the philosophical dimension, 4.0433 at the cultural-values dimension, and 3.9289 at the atmosphere dimension. Pearson correlation analysis revealed strong and significant correlations among the three dimensions (r = 0.716 to 0.880, p < 0.01). The lower atmosphere score, paired with the higher score for cognitive culture (4.1133) than for behavioural (3.8467) and material cultures (3.8271), suggests that PKJ is currently more prominent in symbols and signage than in everyday habituation and material environments. Researchers argue that the trilogy of hamemayu hayuning bawana, sangkan paraning dumadi, and manunggaling kawula Gusti has been internalised at the level of recognition; however, the gap between symbol and practice remains a critical area for further policy work. The study provides a baseline framework of PKJ implementation upon which future longitudinal and comparative designs can build.

Abstract

This development research was carried out based on the results of observations and interviews conducted at one of the elementary schools in Sleman Regency. It is known that class IV students do not yet understand the various kinds of cultural diversity that exist in Indonesia because Indonesia has a lot of cultural diversity. This happens because the teaching materials used by teachers are still limited. Teachers only focus on printed teaching materials, so learning seems a little monotonous or limited to books. This research aims to produce practical teaching materials for Indonesian cultural diversity e-modules based on Tri N Integrated TPACK to increase students' creative dimensions.  The development model used is ADDIE, which consists of five stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Through the media, material, and language validation stage, a result of 82.17% was obtained so that the new module was suitable for use. while the student response was 86.5%. Acceptability at a practical level can be used by students in social studies learning and Pancasila education, which includes material about Indonesia's cultural diversity.

Abstract

The development of 21st century technology has led to an increase in the need for education to be able to form humans who have productive personalities, are able to innovate and have higher creativity. Creative thinking is important for every student to have because it will be able to create new things during the learning process and solve various problems through ideas and ideas more broadly. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the effectiveness of the application of the project-based learning model or PJBL based on deep learning and ICT on improving students' creative thinking skills on Civics material at SD Negeri 3 Glodogan. This research was conducted using quasi-experimental method through one group pretest posttest design. The sample in this study was 6th grade students as one group used for research material on the application of the PJBL learning model. The instrument used in this research is an essay test instrument through indicators of creative thinking skills which are then further analyzed through quantitative testing. The result of this study is the use of project-based learning model based on deep learning and ICT is able to improve the creative thinking skills of each student. These results are shown by significant differences in the average acquisition of learning outcomes and the results of the analysis of thinking skills test both pretest and posttest. In addition, after the application of the project-based learning model, students were able to have a much higher creative thinking ability than before or in the category of more than 20% of their ability. For this reason, the use of project learning models has a very positive effect on increasing students' ability to think creatively.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of globalization has triggered the development of education in the field of increasingly advanced technology. In the field of educational activities there is an adaptation of learning activities to technological developments. Based on this, of course the role of learning media is also needed in the field of education. The aim of the research is to analyze the application of the Kahoot application in Pancasila education to create exciting and educative learning. The research method uses qualitative research with a literature review approach. The results of the implementation carried out at SD Negeri 1 Pengasih from 20 November 2023 to 1 December 2023 show that Kahoot can increase students' understanding and involvement in the values ​​of Pancasila. In conclusion, Kahoot media can be used to support exciting and educational learning activities that are implemented in Pancasila education learning. Learning carried out in the classroom can use ICT-based media such as Kahoot. This is because the use of Kahoot media is easy to access, so it will indirectly have an impact on increasing student motivation. Innovation in learning is certainly needed in learning activities to create good learning and is related to the role of increasingly sophisticated technology.

Abstract

Ciri paling utama pada abad 21 adalah tidak dapat dipisahkannya teknologi dan informasi dari berbagai bidang kehidupan. Keterampilan abad 21 yaitu keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi dapat dikuatkan pada siswa melalui variasi bentuk atau model pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk pengembangan berdasarkan dua model pembelajaran yang sudah ada yaitu model pembelajaran berbasis masalah atau Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Pembelajaran berbasis proyek atau Project Based Learning (PjBL) serta dengan penyesuaian kemajuan teknologi dan informasi pada abad 21. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (RnD) dengan model penelitian ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti melakukan proses Analyze untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, kemudian hasil tahap Analyze digunakan untuk merancang model pembelajaran pada tahap Design. Sehingga rancangan yang sudah jadi dikembangkan pada tahap Develop kemudian diimplementasikan pada tahap Implement dan dievaluasi pada tahap Evaluation. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN Bohol Rongkop mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 siswa kelas V, seluruhnya tampak aktif dalam kegiatan belajar. Motivasi belajar siswa meningkat sehingga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajarnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dari adanya peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mampu mencapai batas KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) yang awalnya hanya sebanyak 3 siswa menjadi 8 siswa dari jumlah seluruhnya 10 siswa, selain itu kreativitas siswa juga semakin terasah dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran A.S.A.P berbasis aplikasi Capcut ini.
