Abstract

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, communication, and motivation on employee performance in Batam City District Office. In the stages of testing in this study using the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study was 43 Employees Head Office Batam City. Methods of data collection conducted by questionnaire.Hypothesis testing is performed using linear regression models and test the T-statistic. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that the organizational culture significantly influence employee performance Batam City District Office. And the results of the second test, it is known that the communication is not significant to the performance of the staff of the Head of Batam. And a third test results, it is known that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance Batam City District Office.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 40. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely compensation, competence, workload, work motivation and employee satisfaction. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.023 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of X4 to Y variables has a P-Values value of 0.007 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 to Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.008 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 against X4 is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.042 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of price perception on consumer buying interest at KFC Batam. (2) To determine the effect of service quality on consumer buying interest at KFC Batam (3) To determine the effect of promotion on consumer buying interest at KFC Batam (4) To determine the effect of price perception, service quality and promotion simultaneously affect consumer buying interest at KFC Batam. The research method used in this research is a survey. This research was conducted at 10 Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Fast Food Restaurants in Batam City. The ten locations taken are 10 locations with the busiest consumers in Batam City based on internal data from KFC Batam City. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were divided into 10 KFC branches in Batam City. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in KFC in Batam City (0.00 > 0.05). (2) Partially Quality of service has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in KFC in the City. Batam (0.011 > 0.05). (3) Partially Promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in KFC in Batam City (0.000 > 0.05). (4) Simultaneously price perception, service quality, promotion simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the buying interest of KFC in Batam City (0.000 > 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees at PT. Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi. The analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 24 program. The data testing technique used is validation test and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption tests and multiple regression analyses were conducted to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that Motivation (X1) has a positive effect on employee perfomance with a t-count of 6,281 and a significance value of 0.010 which is smaller than 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of discipline (X2) on employees performance. With a t-count value of 5,490 and a significance value of 0.000, it is smaller than 0.05. There is a postitive and significant effect on work stres (X3) on employees performance. With a t-count value of 3,689 and a significance value of 0.018 it is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously the motivation, discipline, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a calculated F value of 35,638 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. It can be concluded that motivation, discipline, work stress a positive and significant effect on employees performance.. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that employees perfomance is influenced by motivation, discipline, work stress of 0,748 (74,8%), while the remaining 25,2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas layanan dan promosi secara bersamaan mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 10 Restoran Cepat Saji Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) di Kota Batam. Kesepuluh lokasi yang diambil adalah 10 lokasi dengan konsumen tersibuk di Kota Batam berdasarkan data internal KFC Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang terbagi dalam 10 cabang KFC di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi Harga Sebagian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota Batam (0,00 > 0,05). (2) Sebagian Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota. Batam (0,011 > 0,05). (3) Promosi Sebagian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada KFC di Kota Batam (0,000 > 0,05). (4) Secara simultan persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota Batam (0,000 > 0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, life style and word of mouth on the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods in associative approaches or studies. The population in this study was N-Max motorcycle users from 2019-2021 with a total of 5274 people, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, the data analysis technique of this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this research show that the brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.038 < 0.05. Life style has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the N-Max motorcycle at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth negatively and significantly affects the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 81.1% shows the contribution of brand image, life style, and word of mouth (WOM) to purchasing decisions and the remaining 18.9% is influenced by various other variables.

Abstract

The role of human resources is very important to achieve company goals. This of course does not escape from various supporting factors in increasing employee productivity or work performance such as a supportive work environment, workload stability and also providing rewards that are commensurate with employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, working environment and workload through work satisfaction on Badan Pengusahaan Batam. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study population of 1782 employees and samples used by 100 respondents. Research shows that the Compensation and Working Environment partially significant effect on the Work Satisfaction. While Workload partially not significant effect on the Work Satisfaction. Simultaneously Compensation, Working Environment and Workload have significant effect on the Work Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and job stress on employee performance at PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. In the testing phase in this research, the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study were 110 employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using a linear regression model and T- statistical test. Hypothesis testing is done using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that organizational culture does not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. And from the results of the second test, it is known that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. And the results of the third test, it is known that work stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is a direct influence of career development, work environment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to find out whether career development, work environment, self-efficacy have a direct effect on employee job satisfaction. The samples from this research were employees who worked at the Riau Islands Provincial Health Service. A total of 75 questionnaires were distributed and all were returned, using a non-probability sampling technique. To analyze this research data using multiple regression analysis techniques using SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables, career development and job satisfaction have no significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment with a significance level of > 0.05. Meanwhile, the work environment and self-efficacy on employee organizational commitment determine it directly with a significance of <0.05. The research results show that variables, work environment and self-efficacy directly determine job satisfaction with a significance level of <0.05. The results of the indirect influence show that the variables of career development, work environment and self-efficacy on organizational commitment which are mediated by job satisfaction have an insignificant effect, with a significance level of > 0.05. The R Square coefficient of determination for career development, work environment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.858 and career development, work environment, self-efficacy on job satisfaction is 0.865.

Abstract

Competition in the fast food business in Batam has been quite high in the last five years. Each restaurant serves a variety of attractive menus and packages. As a fast food restaurant business that is well known to the public, KFC must carry out an analysis to find out the perceptions that are built in customers' minds. For example, price, service quality and promotions have an impact on consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to determine the respective influences of price perception, service quality and promotion on consumer buying interest at KFC Batam. The research method used is a survey. Against 10 KFC branches in Batam, 100 respondents were determined. The results of this research show that price perception, service quality and promotion partially influence KFC buying interest in Batam City.
