Abstract

To maximize and get population document services closer to the community, the Disdukcapil district of Alor provides mobile services by visiting people in remote villages which difficult-to-reach service centres in the city. Due to a large number of villages and limited time and costs, not all villages can be served, so the kNN algorithm is needed to determine which villages are eligible to be served. The criteria used in this determination are village distance, difficulty level, and document ownership (Birth Certificate, KIA, family card, and KTPel). The classes that will be determined are "Very eligible", "Eligible", and "Not eligible". By applying Z-Score normalization with the value of K=5, the classification gets 94.12% accuracy, while non-normalized only gets 88.24% accuracy. Thus, applying normalization to training data can improve the kNN algorithm's accuracy in determining eligible villages for "ball pick-up" or mobile services.

Abstract

Malnutrition in toddlers is a serious problem faced by developing countries like Indonesia, and the resulting long-term effects can reduce the intelligence of toddlers. The classification of the nutritional status of children under five is still carried out conventionally in community health centers. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is included in a machine learning algorithm that can be used to classify one of the nutritional status classification problems. K-NN is used as a class determination algorithm for new data to be input according to the format. This research begins with a literature study, then identifies needs, followed by data collection that is planned to be used in the system to be built as well as a reference for making the design and the final stage of system design. This research succeeded in creating a system design using the Unified Model Language (UML), one use case that contains four functional systems, including uploading dataset files, displaying datasets, testing the accuracy of datasets, predicting new data, and designing system interfaces that will make system development easier..

Abstract

The level of crime recorded by CCTV (Closed Circuit Televison) cameras continues to increase, criminals who are proven to have committed certain criminal acts will be punished in accordance with statutory regulations. The problem is how a case recorded on a CCTV camera can be used as digital evidence at trial. And how to handle it if there is evidence that has been manipulated or changed by irresponsible parties to eliminate traces of digital evidence. Digital evidence is closely related to ensuring the security, privacy and integrity of data when following the stages of the forensic digital identification process. The identification model using the Generic Computer Forensic Investigation Model (GCFIM) Framework is used for the investigation stage in finding information related to video recording metadata on CCTV cameras, in order to provide structured and valid information to be accepted in court as digital evidence. The results of this study obtained information on the data testing process using the Generic Computer Forensic Investigation Model (GCFIM) framework and for the metadata analysis process using two tools, namely exiftool and mediainfo. Abstract

Mutiara Mahakam Samarinda Institute of Health Sciences (STIKES-MM Samarinda) has a system for monitoring and evaluating the performance of lecturers or education staff. This system measures performance achievements in terms of teaching, research, and community service. . Nevertheless, since every segment of the system is not yet fully computerized, this then raises several obstacles in the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance, length of time to obtain the final assessment results and the low accuracy level of the assessment. This study aims to seeks solutions to these obstacles and offers an educator performance monitoring system that combines the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) and Management by Objectives (MBO) methods to be assessed quantitatively based on the rating scores in measuring the two methods. The BARS method was focused on evaluating behaviour that would affect overall performance with an average score of 4.14%, while the MBO method was focused on evaluating according to Tri Dharma of higher education, namely teaching, research and community service.  The assessment system was then implemented to evaluate the performance of lecturers and education staff. Subsequently, the data obtained were analyzed to get the final result of the assessment. In particular for data from the MBO method, the analysis was carried out using step with and without KRA. This exploratory research succeeded in presenting the final results of the performance assessment of each lecturer who was assessed for both the value of the BARS and MBO methods. Data analysis from the MBO method ,  when calculated with and without KRA and KRA, showed some significant differences in MBO. For all lecturers, the difference in scores, if the average was 3.48%, then this assessment was more inclined to the BARS assessment, which had a better rating than MBO.

Abstract

Riau province is one of the provinces in Indonesia where forest fires frequently occur every year. Hotspot data is geothermal points and they can be utilized as an indicator of forest fires. Clustering’s method can be used to analyze potential forest fires from hotspot data’s cluster pattern. In this study, hybrid genetic algorithm polygamy with K-means (GAP K-means) was used for hotspot data clustering. GA polygamy was used to determine the initial centroid of K-means. It was used to solve the sensitivity of K-means to the initial centroid, and to find the optimal solution faster. Experimentally compared the performance of GAP K-means, GA K-means, and K-means on the hotspots data, two artificial datasets, and three real-life datasets. Sum square error (SSE), davies bouldin index (DBI), silhouette coefficient (SC) and F-measure are used to evaluation clustering. Based this experiment, GAP K-means outperforms than K-means but GAP K-means still not fast to achieve convergent than GA K-means.
