Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya Teknologi Informasi yang baik efektif, efisien, dan terkendali menghasilkan value bagi sebuah institusi. Upaya untuk mendukung proses manajemen mengembangakan AIS sebagai alat untuk mengevaluasi arah kebijakan, kebutuhan fungsional, dan risiko belum diterapkan secara sempurna. Penelitian ini merupakan audit disertai analisis sistematis untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan sistem Academic Information System (AIS) di STIKES Guna Bangsa Yogyakarta menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Fokus penelitian adalah pada tata kelola proyek pengembangan AIS yaitu pada proses pengelolaan sumber daya (EDM04) dan inovasi terkelola (APO04). Luaran yang diharapkan adalah sebuah rekomendasi untuk memaksimalkan proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode bertahap, yaitu observasi, data collection, data validation, dan identifikasi data maturity level. Audit dan analisis yang dilakukan penelitian ini menemukan tata kelola dalam pengembangan AIS kondisi saat ini berada pada maturity level 2 (managed process) dengan nilai EDM04 = 2,29 dan APO04 = 2,25. Artinya proses sudah dilakukan, tetapi hanya sekedar dilakukan sehingga kurang mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Hal ini ditandai dengan ada proses yang tidak lengkap dan tidak terorganisasi dengan baik. Untuk menuju maturity level yang maksimal yaitu level 5, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengelola untuk melengkapi SOP yang akan dijadikan rujukan dan juga memperbaharui dokumen-dokumen sehingga mengikuti sistem yang dikembangkan sesuai teknologi terkini. Sebagai catatan tambahan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif perlu diciptakan guna mencapai inovasi yang maksimal sesuai dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki. AbstractGood management of Information Technology resources is effective, efficient, and controlled to produce value for an institution. Efforts to support the management process to develop AIS as a tool to evaluate policy directions, functional requirements, and risks have not been implemented perfectly. This research is an audit accompanied by a systematic analysis to measure the maturity level of the Academic Information System (AIS) system at STIKES Guna Bangsa Yogyakarta using the COBIT 2019 framework. The focus of the research is on the governance of the AIS development project, namely the resource management process (EDM04) and managed innovation ( APO04). The expected output is a recommendation to maximize the system development process using a gradual method, namely observation, data collection, data validation, and identification of maturity level data. The audit and analysis conducted in this study found that governance in the development of AIS is currently at maturity level 2 (managed process) with a value of EDM04 = 2.29 and APO04 = 2.25. This means that the process has been carried out, but only done so that it does not achieve the expected goals. It is characterized by incomplete and poorly organized processes. To reach the maximum maturity level, namely level 5, this study recommends managers complete SOPs that will be used as references and also update documents so that they follow the system developed according to the latest technology. As an additional note, a conducive work environment needs to be created to achieve maximum innovation following the available resources.

Abstract

Seiring mudahnya menjangkau internet maka masyarakat sangat mudah menggunakan media sosial. Media sosial sangat berdampak positif bagi khalayak ramai seperti mudahnya dijangkau informasi dan mengakses perkembangan zaman, meskipun demikian tidak menutup kemungkinan media sosial dapat mendatangkan pengaruh negatif seperti tindak kejahatan cyberbullying, penipuan, ancaman, dan pencemaran nama baik. Aplikasi TikTok merupakan media sosial yang paling banyak diunduh menurut We Are Social dan Hootsuite pada Januari 2022 dan aplikasi TikTok rentan menyebabkan terjadinya kejahatan pencemaran nama baik, dan terjadinya ancaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan proses forensik untuk mendapatkan bukti-bukti pencemaran nama baik dan ancaman pada media sosial TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework dari National Institute of Justice (NIJ) dengan tahap identification, collection, examination, analysis, dan reporting. Tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu MOBILedit forensic Express. Proses forensik yang dilakukan berhasil mendapatkan data pada smartphone yang belum di-root hanya bisa mendapatkan informasi aplikasi TikTok, images, dan waktu kejadian dengan persantase tingkat keberhasilan 42,8%. Sedangkan pada smartphone yang sudah di-root didapatkan data berupa informasi aplikasi TikTok, nama akun, Messanges, image, waktu kejadian, dan video serta hastag tidak dapat ditemukan dengan persantase tingkat keberhasilan 85,7%. AbstractAs it is easy to reach the internet, it is very easy for people to use social media. Social media has a very positive impact on the general public such as easy access to information and access to the times, however it is possible that social media can have negative effects such as cyberbullying, fraud, threats, and defamation. The TikTok application is the most downloaded social media according to We Are Social and Hootsuite in January 2022 and the TikTok application is vulnerable to causing crimes of defamation, and threats. This study aims to conduct a forensic process to obtain evidence of defamation and threats on TikTok social media. This study uses a framework from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) with the stages of identification, collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. The tools used in this research are MOBILedit Forensic Express. The forensic process that was carried out succeeded in obtaining data on a smartphone that had not been rooted, only being able to get information on the TikTok application, images, and the time of the incident with a success rate of 42.8%. Meanwhile, on a rooted smartphone, data in the form of TikTok application information, account names, messages, images, time of occurrence, and videos and hashtags could not be found with a success rate of 85.7%.

Abstract

This study designs an autonomous quadcopter system that can work in outdoor areas using a waypoint and quadcopter system so that it can fly without being controlled to complete a given mission with accuracy that has a low offside value. The tests carried out were divided into 3 tests using 3 different missions using Post Hold flight mode and a height of 5 m, on each mission there were 3 waypoints with each waypoint distance of 10 m which later on each waypoint would perform a Holding Position. at each waypoint point and see the error value generated based on the waypoint point by calculating the Latitude and Longitude values between the vehicle and the waypoint point so as to get the error value between the vehicle and the waypoint point and then make a comparison with measurements using a measuring instrument at each waypoint point in carrying out missions.

Abstract

This study underscores the importance of wound image segmentation in the medical world to speed up first aid for victims and increase the efficiency of medical personnel in providing appropriate treatment. Although the body has a protective function from external threats, the skin can be easily damaged and cause injuries that require rapid detection and treatment. This study used the K-Means clustering algorithm to segment the external wound image dataset consisting of three types of wounds, namely abrasion, puncture, and laceration. The results showed that K-Means clustering is an effective method for segmenting wound images. The greater the number of segments used, the better the quality of the resulting segmentation. However, it is necessary to take into account the specific characteristics of each type of wound and the number of segments used in order to choose the most suitable segmentation method. Evaluation using various metrics, such as VOI, GCE, MSE, and PSNR, provides an objective assessment of the quality of segmentation. The results showed that abrasion wounds were easier to segment compared to puncture wounds and lacerations. In addition, the size of the image file also affects the speed of program execution, although it is not always absolute depending on the characteristics of the image.

Abstract

During this pandemic, most of people’s activities are carried out through digital media. Both learning and working processes are using the video-conference platform, a platform deemed effective to facilitate the needs of distance communication. One of the limitations of using video-conference lies in difficulty in understanding emotional conditions based on solely camera video. Hence, speakers generally do not know their interlocutors’ feelings related to the materials being presented. Grounded on this issue, we examined a facial expressions-based emotion recognition tool. Micro expression is one of the micro-languages of communication. Machine learning model developed in this study was Deep Learning with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The library that was used was Keras, this was used to recognize micro expression pattern. Additionally, OpenCV was also used for the general face recognition process. Both libraries were operated using Python programming language. The result of the micro expression test involving thirty participants detected three types of facial expression, namely joy, sadness, and anger expression. However, face recognition applied in the present study still needed some improvements, especially for anger and sadness expression. With regard to joy expression, 89% of the expression were recognized. Based on the recorded data, it is necessary to improve the recordings criteria to obtain a clearer expression.

Abstract

Desa Mataosu Ujung menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan lahan pertanian sehingga perlu penanganan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengoptimalkan lahan permukiman menjadi lahan pertanian berbasis Smart Farming melalui revitalisasi lahan dengan penerapan teknologi photovoltaic berbantuan Arduino Mikrokontroler dan Panel Surya guna meningkatkan aksesbilitas dan kemajaan Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pendampingan dan pelatihan dengan tahapan Perencanaan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Evaluasi (PPPE). Hasil yang dicapai dalam PkM ini yakni  85% kelompok tani memiliki skor pemahaman terhadap Smart Farming di atas skor 70, 75% anggota mitra karang taruna matiro decceng memiliki skor pemahaman terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi dan pemasaran berbasis digital di atas 70, dan koefisien konsistensi validasi untuk sistem Smarty Farming sebesar 0,69, menunjukkan tingkat konsistensi yang tinggi atau valid. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan ini yaitu penerapan smart farming dengan teknologi photovoltaic, mikrokontroler arduino, dan solar cell berhasil mengoptimalkan lahan permukiman menjadi lahan pertanian produktif dan memberikan solusi bagi keterbatasan sumber air dan akses listrik , dan berhasil mewujudkan Integrasi Sistem Desa terdigitalisasi.

Abstract

This study explores the application of CNN-Transfer Learning for nondestructive chicken egg fertility detection. Four models, VGG16, ResNet50, InceptionNet, and MobileNet, were trained and evaluated on a dataset using augmented images. The training results demonstrated that all models achieved high accuracy, indicating their ability to accurately learn and classify chicken eggs’ fertility state. However, when evaluated on the testing set, variations in accuracy and performance were observed. VGG16 achieved a high accuracy of 0.9803 on the testing set but had challenges in accurately detecting fertile eggs, as indicated by a NaN sensitivity value. ResNet50 also achieved an accuracy of 0.98 but struggled to identify fertile and non-fertile eggs, as suggested by NaN values for sensitivity and specificity. However, InceptionNet demonstrated excellent performance, with an accuracy of 0.9804, a sensitivity of 1 for detecting fertile eggs, and a specificity of 0.9615 for identifying non-fertile eggs. MobileNet achieved an accuracy of 0.9804 on the testing set; however, it faced challenges in accurately classifying the fertility status of chicken eggs, as indicated by NaN values for both sensitivity and specificity. While the models showed promise during training, variations in accuracy and performance were observed during testing. InceptionNet exhibited the best overall performance, accurately classifying fertile and non-fertile eggs. Further optimization and fine-tuning of the models are necessary to address the limitations in accurately detecting fertile and non-fertile eggs. This study highlights the potential of CNN-Transfer Learning for nondestructive fertility detection and emphasizes the need for further research to enhance the models’ capabilities and ensure accurate classification.

Abstract

Security information method for JPEG/exif documents generally aims to prevent security attacks by protecting documents with password and watermark. Both methods cannot be used to determine the condition of data integrity at the detection stage of the information security cycle. Message Digest is the essence of a file that has a function as a digital fingerprint to represent data integrity. This study aims to compile digital fingerprints to detect changes that occurred in JPEG / exif documents in information security. The research phase consists of five stages. The first stage, identification of the JPEG / exif document structure conducted using the Boyer-Moore string matching algorithm to find JPEG/exif segments location. The Second stage is segment content acquisition, conducted based on segment location and length obtained. The Third step, computing message digest for each segment using SHA512 hash function. Fourth stage, JPEG / exif document modification experiments to identified affected segments. The fifth stage is selecting and combining the hash value of the segment into the message digest. The obtained result shows the message digest for JPEG/exif documents composed of three hash values. The SOI segment hash value used to detect modifications for JPEG to png conversion and image editing. The APP1 hash value used to detect metadata editing. The SOF0 hash values use to detect modification for image recoloring, cropping and resizing — the combination from three hash values as JPEG/exif’s message digest.

Abstract

In various disease diagnoses, one of the parameters is white blood cells, consisting of eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes. Manual identification takes a long time and tends to be subjective depending on the staff's experience, so the automatic identification of white blood cells will be faster and more accurate. White blood cells are identified by examining a colored blood smear (SADT) and examined under a digital microscope to obtain a cell image. Image identification of white blood cells is determined through HSV color space segmentation (Hue, Saturation Value) and feature extraction of the Gray Level Cooccurrence Matrix (GLCM) method using the Angular Second Moment (ASM), Contrast, Entropy, and Inverse Different Moment (IDM) features. The purpose of this study was to identify white blood cells by comparing the classification accuracy of the K-nearest neighbor (KNN), Naïve Bayes Classification (NBC), and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) methods. The classification results of 100 training data and 50 white blood cell image testing data. Tests on the KNN, NBC, and MLP methods yielded an accuracy of 82%, 80%, and 94%, respectively. Therefore, MLP was chosen as the best classification model in the identification of white blood cells.

Abstract

Social-media is a solution for politicians as a campaign tool because it can save costs compared to conventional campaigns. The 2024 Indonesian presidential election has attracted public attention, especially among social media users. Twitter, as one of the most widely used social media platforms in Indonesia, has become an effective campaign platform. Sentiment analysis is one approach that can be used to measure public opinion on Indonesian presidential candidates based on Twitter data. The data was collected before the declaration of candidates in March 2023 and shortly after the registration of presidential and vice-presidential candidates in November 2023. The data obtained amounted to 15,000 in March 2023 collection and 11,569 in November 2023 collection and used manual labeling by linguists. After removing duplicated tweets, the data changed to 10,569 data with each candidate having 3,523 data for March 2023 and 4,893 data, with each candidate pair having 1,631 data for November 2023. The sentiment analysis classification model is determined using the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods with Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) feature extraction. Based on the data, the highest percentage of positive sentiment for the data obtained in March 2023 is for Ganjar Pranowo data by 77.94% and the highest percentage of negative sentiment is for Anies Baswedan data by 31.39%. Meanwhile, for the data obtained in November 2023, the highest positive sentiment was obtained for the candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo - Mahfud MD by 69.16%, and the highest negative sentiment was found in the data Prabowo Subianto - Gibran Rakabuming Raka by 52.12%. Words that frequently appeared in the positive sentiment for Ganjar Pranowo - Mahfud MD included "strong", "corruption", "support", "appreciation", and others. This research achieved the highest accuracy for SVM method which is 86% and Naive Bayes method which is 79%.
