Abstract

The problem raised in this research was to know The Effectiveness of Family Assistance Informal Education in the Literacy Program in Kwang Rundun Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok 2021. This research aims to determine the level of The Effectiveness of Family Assistance Informal Education in the Literacy Program in Kwang Rundun Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok 2021. This research used an evaluative method with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process and product). Determination of the sample used purposive sampling with the number of subjects 25 people. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analytical method used percentage analysis with a non-parametric statistical approach with the ideal mean (Mi), ideal standard deviation (SDi) and percentage formulas. The results of the percentage analysis with a non-parametric statistical approach show that the context component is in the high category, 63.2%, the input component was in the high category, 48.4%, the process component was in the high category, 47.5%, and the last component was the product was in the 57% category. While the overall results are in the moderate category, which was 47.40%, which means that it has been running effectively. So it can be concluded that The Effectiveness of Family Assistance Informal Education in the Literacy Program in Kwang Rundun Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok 2021 has been running effectively in accordance with the objectives to be achieved.Key Words: Informal Education, Family Assistance, Literacy ProgramMasalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas pendidikan informal pendampingan keluarga pada program literasi di Desa Kwang Rundun Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pendidikan informal pendampingan keluarga pada program literasi di Desa Kwang Rundun Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process dan product). Penentuan sampelnya dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah subjek 25 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis persentase dengan pendekatan statistik non parametrik dengan rumus mean ideal (Mi), standar deviasi ideal (SDi) dan persentase. Hasil dari analisis persentase dengan pendekatan statistik non parametrik ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen context  masuk kategori tinggi yakni 63,2%, komponen input masuk kategori tinggi yakni 48,4%, komponen process masuk kategori tinggi yakni 47,5% , dan yang terakhir adalah komponen product  masuk dalam kategori 57%. Sedangkan hasil keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang yakni sebesar 47,40%, yang berarti sudah berjalan secara efektif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pendidikan informal pendampingan keluarga pada program literasi di Desa Kwang Rundun Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur 2021 sudah berjalan secara efektif sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Informal, Pendampingan Keluarga, Program Literasi.

Abstract

The role of BUMDes has a positive impact on communities and villages in terms of improving the economy and community welfare by establishing several business units, namely cattle fattening, catfish farming, house rental, terraces, and shop houses. However, the presence of BUMDes Makmu Beusaree has not played a role in increasing people's income, employment, and reducing poverty. But for community participation and contribution and increasing community knowledge and skills, BUMDes has played a role. The income of the community after joining BUMDes increased from the first category of Rp. 0-1,000,000 to the second category of Rp. 1,000,000-2,000,000, but BUMDes has not had a significant effect on increasing income because only people who join BUMDes experience an increase in income. The active workforce absorbed by BUMDes is 14 people. After the existence of BUMDes, the poverty rate decreased by 6%. The participation and contribution of the Lambro Deyah community to BUMDes is very good, as seen from the average percentage interval, which is 84.70% of the community participating and contributing to BUMDes. The increase in knowledge and skills carried out by BUMDes management is by providing training to BUMDes members and the community such as training and socialization of making animal feed from straw.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The phenomenon of resolving defaults on the basis of perceived debt using bankruptcy law mechanisms has become widespread. It is not uncommon for the bankrupt respondent to deliberately default in order to retaliate against the opposing party who has defaulted previously. This journal's research points to the concept of default in contract law that can be fully applied to the concept of debt in bankruptcy law.Research using normative legal research methods through statutory approaches, case approaches, comparative approaches and conceptual approaches. Analysis of legal materials is carried out using an exploratory qualitative approach using interpretive, systematic, evaluative, constructive and argumentative techniques.The research results show that not all defaults can be categorized as debts in bankruptcy, except if the achievements in question are achievements in the field of business activities/trade debts. Defaults are only responsible for creditors who have made an agreement, but in bankruptcy law, they must be looked at and the resolution will involve all other creditors as well. Keywords: Law, Default, Bankruptcy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran usahatani cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci, (2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi terhadap pendapatan usahatani cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Kecamatan Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci. Data di analisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode analisis untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan yaitu Analisis Cobb Douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Usahatani cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Gunung Tujuh umumnya dilakukan oleh petani pada lahan milik mereka sendiri dengan luas lahan rata-rata 0,62 Ha. Pemanenan dapat dilakukan pada saat tanaman berumur 4 hingga 5 bulan dengan frekuensi pemanenan 15 hingga 24 kali dalam satu kali musim tanam dan hanya, (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan usahatani berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan usahatani cabai merah keriting seperti biaya benih (BB)), biaya pupuk (BP), biaya obat-obatan (BO), biaya tenaga kerja (BT), dan luas lahan (L) mempengaruhi 86,1% penerimaan usahatani cabai merah keriting yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan nilai sebesar 0,861 sedangkan sisanya 13,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

This research was carried out in Baru Village, Pangkalan Jambu District Merangin Regency with the aim of 1) Finding out the productivity of rice farming on reused land used by PETI, 2) Knowing farmers' satisfaction with rice farming on used PETI lowland and 3) Analyzing the relationship between productivity and farmer satisfaction. The activity of utilizing former PETI land by farmers in Baru Village, Pangkalan Jambu District is a breakthrough that must receive serious attention from all parties who feel they have an interest and concern for this effort to provide rice production as the main consumption material for the population. The total population in this study was 58 farmers, and all populations were used as samples. The research results show that the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI rice fields is 6.4 tons/ha, farmers are satisfied with lowland rice farming on former PETI fields. Chi Square Test analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between farmer satisfaction and the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI land. The calculated value of 𝝌2 = 6.71 > 𝝌2 table ( α =5 % db = 1) = 3.84 then it was decided to accept H1, meaning that the relationship between farmer satisfaction and the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI land is significant. Through the Contentency Test, the values C = 0.45 and Cmax = 0.707 are obtained, categorized as a strong relationship.categorized as a strong relationship.Kata Kunci ; Kepuasan, usahatani, sawah, PETI, Produktivitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Quarta Medika Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Quarta Medika Indonesia. Employee performance will increase along with the increase in their motivation level. Work discipline also has a positive and tangible impact on employee work results. Employees who maintain discipline in terms of time, responsibility, and following rules tend to perform better. Companies should improve their motivation programs by providing incentives, recognizing achievements, and providing training and career development. This is important so that employees feel appreciated and motivated at work. Companies need to establish clear and consistent work rules, and show good examples from leaders to build a disciplined work culture. Regular training on the value of discipline should also be held.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang persepsi petani terhadap penerapan mesin tanam padi, perbandingan komparatif persepsi petani, dan hubungan antara persepsi dengan karakteristik petani terhadap penerapan mesin tanam padi di Kecamatan Indrapuri dan Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi petani terhadap penerapan mesin tanam padi dan melihat hubungan antara persepsi petani dengan karakteristik petani terhadap penerapan mesin tanam padi pada kedua kecamatan. Data diperoleh dari survey terhadap 40 responden petani padi yang berada pada dua kecamatan tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu model Skala Likert, Uji Mann-Whitney, dan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi petani di Kecamatan Indrapuri dan Montasik. Petani di Kecamatan Indrapuri sudah menerapkan penerapan teknologi mesin tanam bibit secara berkesinambungan, sementara petani di Kecamatan Montasik belum sepenuhnya menerapkan teknologi ini. Karakteristik petani yang memiliki hubungan dengan persepsi adalah pendidikan, pengalaman, kepemilikan lahan, intensitas mengikuti pelatihan, dan pengeluaran biaya. Keyword: Karakteristik Petani, Persepsi, Mesin Tanam Padi

Abstract

Consumption in Islamic economics can be defined as eating what is good, halal, and beneficial for humans, utilizing all the gifts of Allah SWT on earth, or as a virtue because the pleasures created by Allah for humans are a form of obedience to Him. This article aims to examine the concept of consumption in the Islamic microeconomic approach. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive using secondary data. The results obtained show that a Muslim's consumption behavior must be based on the provisions of Allah and His Messenger to create a more prosperous human life. Don't follow your desires. Using the halal-haram paradox approach and the principle of generosity. Then through the concept of maslahah to achieve the goals (maqashid) of sharia in Islamic economic behavior.

Abstract

Land use change significantly alters the hydrological characteristics of watersheds, especially in rapidly urbanizing river basins like the Citarum, Indonesia. This study aimed to assess the impact of land cover transformation on flood risk by integrating spatial modeling using Cellular Automata–Artificial Neural Network (CA–ANN) with hydrological simulation via HEC-HMS. Multi-temporal Landsat-8 imagery (2014–2024) was used to classify and project land cover to 2029, while Curve Number (CN) values derived from land use types were employed to estimate surface runoff. The results indicated a substantial increase in built-up areas, particularly in the midstream and downstream regions, replacing agricultural lands and reducing vegetative cover. This shift significantly raised CN values across most sub-watersheds, resulting in increased peak discharge, especially in Cikeruh, Cikapundung, and Cibeet. Flood risk mapping showed that over 50% of the sub-watersheds fall into the moderate to high-risk categories, driven by impervious surface expansion and declining infiltration capacity. This integrated spatial–hydrological approach underscores the importance of adaptive land use planning and watershed-based flood mitigation strategies. The findings offer a scientific basis for ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction and inform policy-making in flood-prone urbanizing basins

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) dan Inholland University Belanda untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan rantai pasok UMKM peternakan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Sasaran program meliputi UMKM Kutaraja Aqiqah, sapi potong, ayam potong, dan ayam petelur. Inisiatif ini diprakarsai oleh Program Magister Agribisnis, Magister Ilmu Peternakan, dan PRITP USK, dengan metode berupa penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan seminar studi kasus dari Indonesia dan Belanda. Narasumber Inholland memberikan wawasan global mengenai strategi bisnis dan digitalisasi rantai pasok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tantangan UMKM pada aspek efisiensi produksi, distribusi, akses pasar, serta pengolahan dan penyimpanan. Pendampingan menekankan diversifikasi produk, branding, dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Kolaborasi ini meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dalam mengelola rantai pasok, adopsi teknologi, dan perluasan kemitraan. Dampaknya diharapkan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM peternakan, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, serta memperkuat peran USK dalam kerja sama internasional yang berkelanjutan.
