Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has increased the need for reliable, secure, and efficient computer networks, especially for companies and organizations, including local offices. In this context, stable connectivity and optimal network management significantly impact the company's smooth operation, especially when facing increasingly growing digital transformation challenges. Companies, including the Ubiquiti device, need technology solutions to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. This study aims to provide practical solutions for companies overcoming local office network management problems. This study seeks to optimize network management in companies using Ubiquiti devices, conduct an in-depth analysis of existing network conditions, and design appropriate solutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to understand the phenomena that occur in the field in more depth. This approach was chosen because of its ability to explore the meaning, processes, and dynamics that occur in a particular social context. To ensure the successful implementation of the proposed solution, here are some suggestions that PT. Rizki Inti Madani can consider. Human Resources Training and Development, considering the importance of a deep understanding of devices and centralized network management, it is highly recommended that IT technicians and staff involved in network management be given further training on using Ubiquiti and Cisco devices. This training should also include understanding VLAN configuration, QoS, and efficient network troubleshooting and monitoring techniques. Gradual Transition: to reduce the risk of operational disruption, it is recommended that the implementation be carried out in stages. The devices will first be tested in a laboratory environment to ensure the configuration is running as expected. After successful testing, the devices can be installed gradually throughout the office to minimize downtime and operational disruption.

Abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a photocatalyst material widely used for environmental remediation applications. In this research, TiO2 material was synthesized using the hydrothermal method at various temperatures (150°C, 180°C, and 200°C). Based on the Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) data, it was found that all the synthesized materials showed similar absorption peaks, and Ti-O-Ti bonds were detected, which is a characteristic of TiO2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that all the synthesized materials were TiO2 anatase with different crystalline sizes. The synthesized TiO2 using the hydrothermal temperature of 180°C showed the smallest crystalline size of 86.81 nm. Based on the analysis of the band gap energy, it was found that wider band gap energy was obtained at higher hydrothermal temperatures. The band gap energies of the synthesized materials are 3.18 eV, 3.19 eV, and 3.21 eV for hydrothermal temperatures of 150°C, 180°C, and 200°C, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of the three synthesized materials was tested in the photodegradation experiment of amoxicillin under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. As a result, it was found that TiO2 synthesized at 180°C has the highest photocatalytic activity by degrading 100% of amoxicillin compounds within 120 minutes.

Abstract

Pendapatan PT Coca Cola Indonesia mengalami perubahan secara drastis.Produk Ades menjadi salah satu brand yang mengalami perubahan pendapatan, dalam persaingan bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung brand experience,product quality,kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang air mineral Ades,Pengaruh langsung brand experience,product quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,pengaruh tidak langsung brand experience,product quality terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan.metode yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. didapatkan temuan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan brand experience,product quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,terdapat pengaruh signifikan product quality terhadap terhadap minat beli ulang ,terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang,tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand experience terhadap minat beli ulang. terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan brand experience,product quality terhadap minat beli ulang melalui variabel kepuasan pelanggan. disimpulkan terjadi mediasi penuh brand experience terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan,dan terjadi mediasi parsial product quality terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: brand experience, product quality, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention, Ades mineral water from PT Coca Cola.

Abstract

An organization's members may be guided in their work by a leader. The principle has the power to influence every student and staff member in the school by his or her charismatic Transformational Leadership style, which in turn may boost the motivation of honorary instructors to do a good job. With motivation as a moderating variable, this research seeks to examine the function of transformational leadership and innovation in raising the performance of honorary teachers in Cilegon City's public elementary schools. Honorary teachers from Cilegon City, Banten Province, who were employed by public elementary schools made up the population studied. There were 153 honorary teacher responders that made up the sample for this research. In order to gather information for this research, a survey was sent out via several social media platforms. This research used SmartPLS v.3.2.8 and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS for analysis. The study's findings indicate that 1) Transformational leadership does have an effect on employee motivation. 2) Transformational leadership has an effect on how well teachers do their jobs. Thirdly, innovation affects intrinsic motivation at work. 4) Innovation has an effect on how well teachers do their jobs. 5) The work motivation of teachers affects their performance in the classroom. 6) As an intermediary, work motivation is a means via which transformational leadership affects teacher performance. 7) As an intermediary, innovation affects teacher performance via work motivation. To sum up, Honorary Teachers' Performance Can Be Boosted Through Transformational Leadership, Innovation, and Work Motivation

Abstract

Kecamatan Ciomas di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, dikenal sebagai salah satu pusat industri alas kaki yang memiliki jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) cukup banyak. Meskipun sektor ini berperan penting bagi perekonomian lokal, kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam hal kualitas hidup dan kestabilan ekonomi. Hal ini menjadi landasan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana kinerja UMKM alas kaki berperan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciomas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan survei, melibatkan pelaku UMKM sebagai responden. Kinerja UMKM dinilai melalui indikator pertumbuhan penjualan, jumlah pelanggan, dan keuntungan, sedangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat diukur dari aspek pendapatan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan perumahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja UMKM, khususnya dalam peningkatan penjualan dan keuntungan, memiliki dampak nyata pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Selain itu, stabilnya jumlah pelanggan turut berkontribusi pada peningkatan akses terhadap pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan. Pengaruh lebih luas tampak pada perbaikan kualitas perumahan, di mana peningkatan pendapatan memungkinkan masyarakat memperbaiki hunian mereka. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa pengembangan UMKM alas kaki merupakan strategi penting dalam memperkuat perekonomian lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Oleh sebab itu, kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM, termasuk akses pasar yang lebih luas dan peningkatan kapasitas, sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong kesejahteraan di wilayah ini.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions and Islamic institutions that act as distributors of agents of change, namely the students make a major contribution to the community in the pesantren environment and the wider community. Pesantren opens opportunities for the community to participate and play a role in the activities in the pesantren. The effectiveness of the empowerment role carried out by pesantren will be maximized if the pesantren is able to equip itself with skilled and professional personnel to manage various activities that involve the community. It is also necessary for caregivers related to the role of pesantren, in addition to having social sensitivity, they must also have broad insight on how to build a religious society. Religion itself can be defined as a person's appreciation of religious values ​​that are believed to be in the form of obedience and applied in daily behavior. Seeing the background of the problem, a question arises, how is the role of the Daarul Fikri Islamic boarding school in increasing the religious values ​​of the people of the Bekasi Warung Bambu Village. The aim of this research is to find out the role of pesantren and what activities are carried out in increasing the religious values ​​of the community in the pesantren environment. The type of research that the researcher uses is field research which is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the administrators of the pesantren and the surrounding community, observations were made by observing the conditions in the pesantren and around the pesantren. Documentation is used to support the data that researchers get in the field. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the Daarul Fikri Islamic Boarding School has held activities that lead to increasing the religious values ​​of the community, including traveling Subuk (Flute), Elderly Islamic Boarding School, Clean Friday, Santri serving. In addition to the activities held by community boarding schools, they often involve pesantren in some of the religious activities they carry out, this is an opportunity for the cottage to continue to broadcast Islam in the community. Currently, technology is developing into an information service platform for various circles of society. The research provides important insights into how charities like Dompet Dhuafa can use Instagram social media as a powerful tool to improve their image. This study aims to find out the procedures of institutions in improving image, and find out what strategies institutions do to achieve an image. The research method used is qualitative method, where researchers conduct interviews with one of the resource persons from the human development institution of dompet dhuafa, as well as make observations, and documentation. Abstract

Currently in Indonesia unregistered marriages or unregistered marriages are still common among ordinary people, because they are considered to be cheaper to implement and are a way out with a quick procedure and are considered legal. The aim of this research is to find out more about the factors that support the occurrence of sirri marriages in Puspanegara village, Citereup District, Bogor Regency and their influence on family welfare and to look in depth at the views of Islamic law and positive law on sirri marriages. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and the technique for determining the sample is the snowball sampling technique. The results of this research show that the factors that cause people in Puspanegara Village, Citereup District, Bogor Regency to carry out unregistered marriages are due to a lack of understanding of marriage registration regulations, economic factors, the occurrence of pregnancies outside of marriage, parental coercion, the absence of a divorce certificate and the community's views. This kind of marriage has effects such as the wife and children not being able to claim their rights, such as the difficulty of obtaining birth certificates and children's schooling, the difficulty of obtaining rights to inheritance or shared assets, it can give rise to new poverty, marriages become vulnerable and cannot be maintained and trigger the emergence of polygamy. wild. It is hoped that the government, both village officials and the local KUA, will work together with various parties to hold outreach or counseling regarding the necessity of carrying out official marriages and provide education about the consequences and risks associated with unregistered marriages in the Puspanegara Village Community, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency, as well as holding mass marriage isbats.

Abstract

This study aims to do two things: 1) figure out why coastal tourism isn't coming back, and 2) find a way to connect the results of different studies on how tourism affects coastal tourism recovery. Part of the research plan was to do a causal study, which looks for a link between a cause and an effect. Purposive sampling was used to select samples from the study populations of tourism actors in the Sunda Strait and Banten Province. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively (mixed methods).The IBM SPSS AMOS 21 (Analysis of Moment Structure) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 21 programs were used to do descriptive analysis and test models and hypotheses. There was a connection between the tsunami disaster and the COVID-19 pandemic. These two things are the main reasons why the Sunda Strait coastal tourism sector is in a crisis, and it is still hard to get out of a crisis like this. Disaster management was shown to have a big, positive effect on the crisis, the way resources are used, and the number of tourists who visit. Tourist visits had a significant impact on dynamic agility orchestration resources and coastal tourism recovery. Also, the tourism crisis helped the coastal tourism industry get back on its feet in a big way. The tourism crisis and coastal tourism recovery benefited significantly from dynamic agility orchestration resources.

Abstract

Many people are increasingly liking environmentally friendly products because they are considered not to pollute the environment in every production and marketing process. Public awareness of the environment is increasing, requiring companies to adapt to these demands. This study aims to find out whether eco-friendly marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs directly or indirectly affect purchase intent on green products mediated by green brand image. The design of the study was a cross-sectional survey with a total of 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is regional sampling based on districts/cities in Banten province. The data analysis method uses a structural equation model using SMART-PLS. The results of the study show that green marketing and CSR play a significant role in increasing consumer buying interest. This study provides insight into the importance of marketing managers in designing green marketing programs more appropriately to be able to increase consumer buying interest in green brands
