Abstract

Kafaah in marriage is one of the factors that encourage the creation of happiness and more guarantees women's safety from husband and wife failure and more guarantees women's safety from failure or household turmoil. Based on the research results, first Jumhur ulama' explained that the concept of kafa'ah is not evaluated in terms of religion alone, but in Islamic Law, kafa'ah is measured from religious matters. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in determining the kafa'ah of marriage is more judgmental in terms of religion. Prevention of marriage can be done in certain matters that are discussed through KHI Article 60 Paragraph, second, that is prevention of marriage can be done if the prospective husband or prospective wife does not meet the requirements of marriage according to the law and Islamic law, because one of the content of the conditions of marriage is both couples are said to be valid when done in accordance with the laws of their respective religions. Third, the concept of kafa'ah of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's view is in line with Imam Malik's opinion, which considers equality only in religion and conditions. The meaning of this condition is to be safe from the shame that makes a woman choose a candidate when she wants to get married. Wahbah Az-Zuhaili analyzed it in accordance with daily life in the community, 3) things that can affect the occurrence of harmony in the household, namely between husband and wife having compatibility. Abstract

Pengembangan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Malaka Jaya, Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur menghadapi tantangan dalam memasarkan produk mereka dan mengakses informasi terkait pasar. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi digital berbasis web yang mendukung pemetaan dan promosi UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup beberapa tahapan, yaitu survei dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan UMKM, analisis data dan kebutuhan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, serta uji coba dan sosialisasi kepada pengguna. Aplikasi yang dirancang memiliki fitur utama seperti direktori UMKM, pemetaan lokasi berdasarkan kategori usaha, dan layanan promosi digital. Desain aplikasi dibuat sederhana dan ramah pengguna agar dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari implementasi aplikasi ini menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan daya saing dan visibilitas UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Pelaku UMKM melaporkan peningkatan jumlah pelanggan, efisiensi strategi pemasaran, serta akses yang lebih luas ke pasar lokal dan regional. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa aplikasi digital berbasis web mampu menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM melalui integrasi teknologi informasi dalam strategi pemasaran. Dengan keberhasilan ini, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan UMKM di wilayah lain. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Aplikasi Digital, Pemasaran, Pengembangan Ekonomi

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is currently encouraging various service sectors to adapt, including in the management of sports facilities. GOR Kemayoran faces problems in the badminton court booking system which is still done manually, leading to irregular schedules, recording errors, and inconvenience for users. This study aims to design and implement a website-based badminton court e-booking information system that can simplify the booking process for the public and increase the efficiency of managing the field schedule at GOR Kemayoran. The method used in this study is the waterfall development model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result is a web-based e-booking application that provides online booking features and schedule availability checks. It is expected that this system will provide convenience for customers in making reservations and assist management in arranging schedules and recording transactions more effectively and in a structured manner.

Abstract

The use of deepfake technology has recently become more widespread, including in the use of herbal medicine advertisements. This research aims to assess the Credibility of the source and message of deepfake advertising from the perspective of viewers. This study is a survey of 185 respondents. The survey was conducted using a Google Form from May to July 2025. The data analysis method employed is a structural equation model (SEM), which utilises SMART-PLS to process the data. The results showed that the physical artefact aspect of deepfake advertising did not have a significant effect on the Credibility of the source or message. The subjective perception aspect of deepfake advertising is also stated not to affect the Credibility of the source and message. Meanwhile, the sociocultural aspect of deepfake advertising has a significant effect on the Credibility of sources and messages. Finally, the Credibility of deepfake advertising sources has a significant effect on the Credibility of the message.

Abstract

Biopellet dari kulit kopi adalah bahan bakar padat ramah lingkungan dan dapat diperbarui sehingga pemanfaatan briket bioarang sebagai bahan bakar dapat mengurangi dampak negatif dari penggunaan bahan bakar fosil atau bahan bakar konvensional. Fokus dari Skema Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah penerapan teknologi produksi bio-pellet dengan memanfaatkan limbah kulit kopi jenis Arabica dan Robusta di kawasan perkebunan kopi rakyat Ijen, Kabupaten Bondowoso provinsi Jawa Timur pada Home Industri Usaha Tani 4 di desa Sukorejo, Bondowoso. Saat ini limbah kopi di wilayah Ijen tersebut hanya digunakan sebagai pupuk organik dengan masa tunggu enam bulan. Sehingga menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan di sekitarnya. Tujuan pertama dari PKM ini adalah menerapkan teknologi yang sudah diteliti oleh tim pelaksana dengan memanfaatkan limbah kulit kopi yang banyak tersebar di perkebunan kopi. Tujuan kedua yaitu untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi pemuda desa yang berefek pada kesejahteraan petani. Tujuan ketiga adalah untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada gas bumi dan mencegah adanya penebangan pohon setelah panen kopi berakhir. Penerapan teknologi ini difokuskan pada konversi limbah kulit kopi menjadi biopellet dan pemasaran produksi ke pasar. Lokasi PKM ini dilakukan di Dusun Kluncing Desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Sumber Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso yang berjarak 70 km dari Kampus UNEJ telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai rencana mencapai sasarannya.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era, of course, becomes a benchmark for an agency to carry out transformation in the field of technology. an agency is expected to be able to implement a system that can provide convenience for many people who are struggling in the field, researchers take the example of a football academic institution. of course the selection to enter the football academic through complicated stages, prospective participants or students must be able to meet various requirements, one of which is height measurement. currently, the selection of height for prospective students is still carried out conventionally by utilizing measuring instruments. this is also the background to this research, in its implementation the researcher used python with the Mask-RCNN method, the conclusion obtained the system is able to detect objects with an accuracy of up to 80%.

Abstract

Online purchasing decision-making is currently faced with a lack of trust from consumers as a result of the inability of marketers to deliver services satisfactorily, which results in the emergence of risk perceptions in purchases. This study aimed to determine how the effect of seller service quality and consumer confidence on perceived risk and how they influence purchasing decisions. Another goal is to determine the role of perceived risk as an intervening variable. The design of this study was a cross-sectional survey of respondents in the city of Serang and its surroundings. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The survey used the Google form with a total of 129 respondents. The analysis method uses descriptive and inferential statistics and SMART PLS software is used for data processing. The results showed a significant negative effect of service quality on perceived risk and a significant negative effect of perceived risk on online purchasing decisions. Perceived risk is an intervening variable from consumer confidence to online purchasing decisions. Online purchasing can be enhanced by increasing trust and service and reducing perceived risk.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive techno-economic planning of an On-Grid Photovoltaic Power Plant (PV PP) system for Plaza Asia Tasikmalaya by utilizing the HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model for Multiple Energy Resources) software. The main objective is to develop an optimized PV system configuration based on actual load profiles and solar radiation data, without focusing on physical implementation or post-installation impacts. The planning process includes site-specific energy demand analysis, assessment of solar potential using satellite-derived datasets, and the selection of system components such as photovoltaic panels, battery storage, and inverters. Field observations and documentation were conducted to collect primary and secondary data regarding electricity consumption trends, solar irradiance levels, and component specifications and prices. The simulation using HOMER indicates that the optimal system configuration comprises 1,894 units of 340 Wp monocrystalline solar panels, 102 EnerSys PowerSafe SBS 1800 battery units (248 kWh), and 50 SolaX X3-Hybrid10 inverters rated at 10 kW. The system is projected to generate 902,334 kWh annually, supplying approximately 62.1% of the total electricity consumption of the building. The remaining demand is met by the PLN grid, especially during periods of low irradiance or peak loads. The simulation yields key performance indicators including Net Present Cost (NPC), Initial Capital Cost, and Levelized Cost of Energy (COE), which are calculated by HOMER using discounted cash flow principles. These indicators are crucial in evaluating the technical and financial feasibility of the planned configuration. By focusing on accurate simulation, real-world data inputs, and economically viable system design, this study contributes a replicable planning approach for renewable energy integration in commercial buildings. It also highlights the importance of using simulation tools like HOMER in supporting investment planning, technology selection, and policy formulation related to on-grid solar energy systems. The findings may serve as a technical reference for future energy planning in similar commercial settings across regions with comparable solar resources.

Abstract

This research analyzes the brand positioning of Honda and Yamaha motorbikes in Banten Province. Brand positioning is a key element in marketing that depicts a unique value proposition to consumers. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with data collected through questionnaires to 151 respondents. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The research results show that Honda's brand positioning, with the tagline "One Heart", is stronger than Yamaha's with the tagline "Getting ahead". The analysis shows that consumer perceptions of Honda's brand positioning are higher (average score 3.58) than Yamaha (average score 3.47). The mean difference test shows a significant difference between the two brands. Consistency in the use of taglines in promotions has proven effective in establishing brand positioning in the minds of consumers. This study provides insight for manufacturers in designing appropriate marketing communications to build strong brand positioning, as well as the importance of maintaining consistency in promotional strategies. This research is useful for Honda and Yamaha to understand consumer perceptions and improve their marketing strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's financial performance by using profitability ratio analysis, where the profitability ratio is a ratio that aims to determine the company's ability in generating profit over a certain period and also provides an overview of the level of management effectiveness in carrying out its operations. Profitability ratio consists of three ratios, among others Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin. The research object is PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, where the health services company has done IPO (Initial Public Offering) or initial public offering so that economic growth of company very rapidly. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the financial performance of the company at PT. Medikaloka Hermina Tbk. year 2018 - 2020 if reviewed from the profitability ratio.
