Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and the use of the SIAPIK application mediated by financial inclusion on access to credit for MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach to analyze the results of the distributed questionnaires. The population in this study were MSMEs that collaborated with Bank Indonesia Cirebon and used the SIAPIK application in their financial records. To determine the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used, so that the total number of samples was 60 samples. The data analysis used was the SEM-PLS method with the Smart PLS 4 application. The results of this study found that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on access to credit for MSMEs. The use of the SIAPIK application has a positive but not significant effect on access to credit, indicating that the role of this application is still limited in influencing access to financing. Financial inclusion also has a positive and significant effect on access to credit, indicating that connectivity with formal financial services facilitates access to financing. Financial literacy has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. However, financial inclusion is unable to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and the use of the SIAPIK application on access to credit.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 64.2 million and contributed 61.07 percent or 8,573.89 trillion rupiah to GDP. The largest MSMEs throughout Indonesia are dominated by Java Island, the first position as the province with the most MSMEs, namely West Java with 1,494,723 units.MSMEs experience delays in their development and find it difficult to move up a class because MSMEs do not have an innovation concept, an unstructured financial management system and a business pattern that follows current developments due to a lack of financial literacy.Bank Mandiri as a State-Owned Enterprise which is a leading Wholesale Bank in financing, including as a Bank that has the best digital banking product innovation that encourages the growth of MSMEs. Bandung City is one of the cities with the most MSMEs and utilizes services from Bank Mandiri in the form of Livin Merchant, which helps in managing MSME finances and facilitates MSME access to obtain capital loans from the Bank. The research conducted used the Balanced Scorecard as a measure of business performance. Based on the results of a Pre-survey of 30 MSME actors registered as Livin Merchant users in Bandung City randomly, it was obtained that MSME actors had a lack of knowledge in the financial perspective. The variables measured in the study used Financial Technology, financial inclusion and financial literacy as intervening variables on MSME performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ can be enhanced by binding it to materials with high adsorption capacity. The synthesis began with the mixture of 5 mL TTIP, 30 mL ethanol, and H₂O 30 mL stirred for 1 hour. Activated carbon made from coffee grounds in varying amounts (5 g, 10 g, and 15 g) was then added to the TTIP solution, and the mixture was stirred for 2 hours. The mixture was then placed in an autoclave, heated at 180°C for 12 hours, dried, and then calcined at 500°C for 3 hours. SEM morphological analysis showed that TiO₂ particles were attached to the surface of the activated carbon, which was further confirmed by EDX data showing the presence of Ti and O elements in the synthesized material. Furthermore, crystallinity and gap analyses demonstrated that the material was exclusively in the anatase phase. The largest surface area, 286.10 m²/g, was observed on titanium dioxide-activated carbon/10 (TiO₂-AC/10), exhibiting a mesoporous structure and microporous features. Photocatalytic tests for diazinon degradation demonstrated that TiO₂-AC/10 exhibited the most significant photocatalytic activity of 65.18%. The composite material's degradation capability diminished by 9-13% from the initial to the third cycle. The residual titanium elements within the composite material maintained stability, suggesting the integrity and durability of TiO₂ particles affixed to the surface of activated carbon. Abstract

Purchasing decisions between spouses are often a problem in the family. Who is more dominant in purchasing decisions between husband and wife is influenced by many variables. This study aims to investigate the role of variables such as the couple's marital age, occupation, income, and the price paid for marriage. The research was conducted in Banten province with a total of 215 Muslim respondents. The data analysis method uses cross-tabulation analysis and logistic regression to analyse the categorical data. The results of the study showed that the marital status, employment, and income of couples did not have a significant effect on the dominance of husbands in the purchase decisions of husbands and wives. The larger amount of money that the husband brings into the marriage has a positive and significant impact on the husband's dominance in the couple's purchasing decisions. Husbands who bring more value into marriage will dominate the purchase decision by 1.9 times compared to husbands who bring less value into marriage.

Abstract

One of the challenges faced by the Cilegon City Regional Government is the increasing resistance to job rotation. The main factors causing this resistance include low compensation due to operational budget limitations when employees are transferred to other agencies, placement of transfers at echelon II, III, and IV levels that do not match their educational background, and psychological aspects arising from the change of regional head. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement in influencing job rotation. This study uses a descriptive causal design with a quantitative approach according to the positivist paradigm. Data were collected through research instruments and analyzed using statistical-based hypothesis testing. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a coefficient value of 0.616, a t-statistic of 5.544, and a p-value of 0.000. In addition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have been shown to have a positive effect on job rotation. Employee engagement also functions as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to job rotation. Thus, the higher the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the higher the employee engagement, which ultimately encourages more effective implementation of job rotation in the Cilegon City Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD)
