Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan peluang besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran, termasuk pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Salah satu inovasi yang dapat digunakan adalah media pembelajaran berbasis video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai literatur mengenai desain media pembelajaran berbasis video yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Islam pada mata pelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber akademik yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, motivasi belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Video pembelajaran juga mampu menyajikan materi secara visual dan kontekstual sehingga nilai-nilai Islam lebih mudah dipahami dan diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, desain media pembelajaran berbasis video dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI di sekolah

Abstract

  Krisis ekologis global seperti perubahan iklim, degradasi lingkungan, dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam telah menimbulkan dampak yang luas, tidak hanya pada aspek ekologis tetapi juga pada kondisi psikologis generasi muda. Salah satu fenomena yang muncul adalah eco-anxiety, yaitu kecemasan terhadap masa depan yang dipicu oleh meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Fenomena ini juga mulai dirasakan oleh peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar dan berpotensi memengaruhi persepsi, emosi, serta sikap mereka terhadap isu lingkungan. Jika tidak dikelola secara tepat, kondisi tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa tidak berdaya dan sikap apatis terhadap upaya pelestarian lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan pendidikan yang mampu mengelola dimensi emosional tersebut sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran ekologis yang konstruktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendekatan ekopedagogi dalam pembelajaran sekolah dasar dalam mentransformasikan eco-anxiety menjadi ecological awareness. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif-naratif untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan tema ekopedagogi, eco-anxiety, dan ecological awareness. Sumber data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah pada basis data Scopus dan Google Scholar periode 2019–2025 dengan bantuan aplikasi Publish or Perish. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan secara sistematis menggunakan pedoman PRISMA, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekopedagogi berperan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan moral dalam pendidikan lingkungan. Melalui pembelajaran yang reflektif, kontekstual, dan partisipatif, ekopedagogi dapat mengarahkan eco-anxiety menjadi refleksi kritis, empati terhadap lingkungan, serta motivasi untuk melakukan tindakan pro-lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini berkontribusi dalam membangun ecological awareness peserta didik sejak dini melalui proses pembelajaran yang transformatif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of human resources in Islamic education through induction and coaching programs. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach with PRISMA method by analyzing articles published between 2020–2025. The results indicate that induction programs play a crucial role in helping new teachers adapt to institutional culture and internalize Islamic values. Meanwhile, coaching programs function as continuous professional development processes that enhance pedagogical, professional, social, and spiritual competencies. The study highlights the importance of integrating induction and coaching within a comprehensive human resource development system. This integration contributes to improving teacher professionalism and strengthening Islamic values in educational institutions. This study proposes an integrative conceptual model that combines induction, continuous coaching, evaluation, and value reinforcement in Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational marketing management based on the marketing mix (7Ps) in increasing student interest at SMP Al-Huda Jatiagung, South Lampung. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and the new student admission committee. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the marketing mix (7Ps), including product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process, has been effectively carried out and contributes significantly to increasing student interest. Superior programs based on Islamic values, affordable pricing strategies, strategic location, adaptive promotional efforts, professional human resources, adequate facilities, and efficient service processes are the key factors attracting public interest. The novelty of this study lies in strengthening the analysis of the 7Ps marketing mix implementation in the context of Islamic education at the junior high school level, demonstrating that the integration of religious values with modern marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the basic concepts of educational human resource management (HRM) in strengthening teachers' organizational commitment through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The method used includes a literature search in reputable databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, with the inclusion criteria of national and international articles within the last five years that are relevant to the research topic. The analysis process is carried out through the stages of selection, extraction, and thematic synthesis of data to identify patterns of relationships between HRM practices and teachers' organizational commitment. The results of the study indicate that educational HRM has a strategic role in increasing organizational commitment through the functions of planning, competency development, performance evaluation, and providing teacher motivation and welfare. Teachers' multidimensional organizational commitment including affective, sustainability, and normative dimensions is significantly influenced by effective HRM practices, such as transformational leadership, a positive organizational culture, and a conducive work environment. In addition, organizational commitment acts as a mediating variable linking HRM with improved performance and positive work behaviors, such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Thus, the implementation of holistic, humanistic and sustainable HR is the key to strengthening the commitment of teacher organizations and improving the quality and competitiveness of educational institutions. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep dasar manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) pendidikan dalam penguatan komitmen organisasi guru melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode yang digunakan meliputi penelusuran literatur pada database bereputasi seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect, dengan kriteria inklusi artikel nasional dan internasional dalam lima tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Proses analisis dilakukan melalui tahap seleksi, ekstraksi, dan sintesis data secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara praktik MSDM dan komitmen organisasi guru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa MSDM pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi melalui fungsi perencanaan, pengembangan kompetensi, evaluasi kinerja, serta pemberian motivasi dan kesejahteraan guru. Komitmen organisasi guru yang bersifat multidimensional—meliputi dimensi afektif, keberlanjutan, dan normatif—dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh praktik MSDM yang efektif, seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi yang positif, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan MSDM dengan peningkatan kinerja dan perilaku kerja positif, seperti Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Dengan demikian, implementasi MSDM yang holistik, humanistik, dan berkelanjutan menjadi kunci dalam memperkuat komitmen organisasi guru serta meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing lembaga Pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze competency-based human resource (HR) planning in educational institutions through a literature review, with a focus on the synchronization between organizational needs and educators' competencies. The method used is a systematic literature review of reputable national and international journal articles published within the last five years that are relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that competency-based HR planning is a strategic process that emphasizes the alignment between organizational needs and the quality of educators' competencies, which include pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects, as well as the ability to adapt to technological developments. The needs of educational organizations for educators' competencies are dynamic, particularly in responding to the demands of digitalization and the improvement of educational quality. The synchronization between organizational needs and educators' competencies is a key factor that must be implemented in an integrated manner through policies, HR management systems, and continuous professional development. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited resources, competency gaps, and the suboptimal implementation of competency-based HR management systems. Therefore, systematic strategies are required, including strengthening continuous training, leveraging technology, and adopting adaptive and data-driven leadership. In conclusion, integrated and sustainable competency-based HR planning can enhance organizational effectiveness and improve the quality of education.
