Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine marketing channels, marketing margins, share of prices received by farmers and marketing efficiency. Determination of respondents for livestock business is done purposively. With the number of respondents as many as 30 people consisting of each breeder with the consideration that the selected respondents know the marketing flow of broiler eggs produced. While the determination of farmer respondents used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to determine the marketing margins, prices and marketing efficiency received by farmers so that 30 farmers each are obtained. in the goatan village farm, Tumpang sub-district, Malang district” as follows: 1). Breeders- Collectors. 2). Retailer - Consumer. The margin on the first channel is IDR 3,797-. and the second channel is Rp. 1,664-. The average price value received by all farmers is 83.6%. While the first efficiency value is 24.8%. And the second efficiency value is 6.9%. The results of this study also show that the efficiency value of the first marketing channel is greater than that of the second efficient channel

Abstract

ABSTRAK Cacat batang kayu menurunkan nilai penggunaan kayu sekaligus menjatuhkan nilai harga kayu. Oleh karena itu perlu dieksplorasi secara kreatif dalam penciptaan seni, sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai jual produk kayu. Tujuan penciptaan seni ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk seni dari bahan batang kayu yang cacat untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk kayu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, eksplorasi ide, perancangan bentuk, dan perwujudan menjadi produk seni. Respon konsumen telah diuji lewat pemasaran dengan hasil produk yang disukai adalah tema legenda/mitologi Tiongkok 45%, Nusantara 25%, India 19%, dan lain-lain 11%. Hasil uji pasar ini dipakai untuk acuan dalam pembuatan produk selanjutnya, berdasarkan kecenderungan produk yang lebih laku di pasaran.Kata kunci: cacat batang kayu, nilai tambah, kreasi seni. ABSTRACTDefective woods down the value of its use as well as drop the price value of the timber. Therefore, it needs to be explored creatively in art, to increase the sale value of the wood work. The creation purpose of this art is to produce the defective woods artworks to increase the sale value of the wood work. The method used are the data collection, ideas exploration, designing forms and manifestation into an art production. Consumer response has been tested through media marketing with the the preferred product results are 45% themes of Chinese legends/myths, the Nusantara legends/myths  25%, the India legends/myths  19%, and other themes legends/myths   11%. The results of this market test is used for reference in the manufacture of the next production, based on the more marketable product tendency.Keywords: defect logs, value added, the creation of art.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep Understendingof the process of Implementationof national education ministerial decree number is of 2007 on education manajement standarImplemented in SMAN 1 Tualang kabupten Siak. This study used a qualitative approach withcase study method. In thisstudy purposively selected sample. Data collection is done byobservation,interview, and documentation. Data analisys is done trough a process of data reductiondata display and drawing conclusion/verification. Data validity checking the validity could betested through the form trianggulationand member checking. The results of this study wastoreveal three findings: 1) School work plan in achieping educational management standars 2)The Implementation of the work plan management scholl in a cheving education standars, 3)Monitoring and evaluation in achieving standars of management education, monitoring andevaluation in achiving standars of management education. The result showed that theimplementation Permendiknas No. 19, 2007 years. This due to the understanding of the manageras well as the seriosness of the parties involved in managing educational management standarin SMAN 1 Tualang Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the planning program of Out-of-SchoolEducational Institution of Dance Art ‘Yayasan BI Production Pekanbaru, the implementationof its program, and its supervision and evaluation. An evaluative method was used in thisresearch putting more emphasis on holistic results of an event being in progress or on-going.The study was carried out on the basis of qualitative approach framework. The findings of theresearch indicated that the planning program of Out-of-School Educational Institution of DanceArt ‘Yayasan BI Production Pekanbaru’ could be said already good which could be seen fromthe program in terms of its objective, policies, strategies and procedures. The organization andthe direction of this foundation cover the structure of organization, function and duties and thedistribution of the teachers’ teaching loads. In terms of supervision and evaluation, this out-ofschooleducational institution is regularly evaluated by the students, teachers and the managerof the foundation. Furthermore, the supervision includes program supervision, self-evaluation,evaluation and curriculum development, accreditation, evaluation of teachers and making efficientuse of educational apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) the principal’sleadership on teacher performance, (2) work motivation of teachers on teacher performance,(3) the principal’s leadership and motivation of teachers working together on teacherperformance. Respondents are state elementary school teacher in District Bengkalis totaling87 people were obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collected throughquestionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferentialstatistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated usingCronbach alpha. In partial results showed the positive influence among the leadership of theprincipal on teacher performance of 0.332, and a positive influence between work motivationof teachers on teacher performance of 0.354. While simultaneously the influence of schoolleadership and motivation of teachers on teacher performance of 0.418.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate onparticipation in decision making elementary school teachers in Sukajadi District PekanbaruCity, To determine the influence of organizational climate on the job satisfaction of teacherelementary school in District Sukajadi Pekanbaru City, and To know How The influence ofparticipation in decision making on job satisfaction of elementary school teacher in DistrictSukajadi Pekanbaru City. Based on the result of correlation coefficient value betweenorganizational climate influence (X1) to participation in decision making (X2) is equal to 0.957.In the calculation of path coefficient shows the value of coefficient of path on substructure-1 isalso 0.957. While the remaining amount (100% - 95.7 = 4.3%) is influenced by other variablesthat are outside of this research variable. Based on the summary model table, the effect ofOrganizational Climate (X1) and Participation in Decision Making (X2) on Job Satisfaction ofTeacher (Y) is 0.688. While the coefficient of determination is the square of 0.688 is 0.473.The remaining amount (100% - 47.3 = 52.7%) is influenced by other variables that are outsideof this research variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted in workshop PT. Astra International-Daihatsu Sales Operation, Semarang branch. Started from a finding which showed an indication that the consumer’s decision to utilize the service of workshop PT. Astra International-Daihatsu Sales Operation Semarang branch is still low. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of service encounter, service convenient and product knowledge on purchase intention and purchase decision. The approach in this research involved five variables, namely service encounter, service convenience, product knowledge and purchase intention that can allegedly explain the low purchase decision of services of workshop PT. Astra International-Daihatsu Sales Operation Semarang branch. The analysis of this research used Structural Equation Modeling method. The results showed that service encounter, service convenience and product knowledge proved positive and significant effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. While purchase intention had negative but not significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship. The population is all students who have taken the subjects of Creative Products and entrepreneurship, class XI and XII as many as 170 students. Samples were taken by proportional stratified random sampling as many as 63 students. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial motivation of students was in the moderate category of 71,4%, entrepreneurial knowledge was in the sufficient category of 73,0%, and interest in entrepreneurship was in the moderate category of 69,8%. Partially, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge partially also has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge together have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the implementation ofentrepreneurial learning and social interaction, either individually or jointly to theentrepreneurial character of learners. This study was conducted in MAN 1Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII IPS IIS asmany as 139 respondents with prior test instrument by 30 respondents. Testing thevalidity of the correlation performed using SPSS software and instrument reliabilityseen in Alpha Croncbach. This research was conducted with a descriptiveexamination of data, testing hypotheses and seek contributions. The result ofresearch shows that 1) Contributions implementation of entrepreneurial learningentrepreneurial character by 20%. 2) The contribution of social interaction with theentrepreneurial character of 11.5%. 3) Contributions implementation ofentrepreneurial learning and social interaction with the entrepreneurial character ofstudents was 22.1,%. The conclusion that the implementation of entrepreneuriallearning and social interaction with the entrepreneurial character of learners MAN 1Pekanbaru ties and contributions.
