Abstract

This study purposed to find out the performance of community-based water supply and sanitation (Pamsimas) implementers in Sinjai District. The method of this study used descriptive qualitative with type of phenomenological research. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. Data Sources used primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The validation of the data used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study showed that the Performance  of the Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation  (Pamsimas) Implementersin Sinjai Regency were used as benchmarks namely productivity, service quality, cost and customer satisfaction . There were four factors that had  run optimally and in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

Abstract

The aerodynamic design of a vehicle body plays a critical role in reducing air resistance (drag), thereby contributing to improved fuel efficiency. Aerodynamic resistance in vehicles is influenced by several parameters, including body geometry, auxiliary elements, and the orientation of the vehicle relative to the airflow. This study aims to analyze the effects of body shape variations and the addition of a spoiler on drag force reduction in a sedan-type vehicle. The methodology employed in this research is numerical simulation using Ansys Fluent software. Simulation results indicate that the model with a more streamlined geometry (Model C) produces a lower drag force compared to the model equipped with a spoiler. The drag coefficients obtained for each configuration are as follows: Sedan A — 0.780, Sedan B with a spoiler — 0.775, and Sedan C with an improved body geometry — 0.647. These findings suggest that optimizing body shape is more effective in enhancing the aerodynamic performance of a vehicle than the addition of external aerodynamic elements such as a spoiler.

Abstract

Maggot (larva lalat tentara hitam) saat ini banyak dijalankan oleh para pembudidaya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kemampuan maggot dalam mengurai limbah organik menjadi biomassa larva yang kaya akan protein. Salah satu limbah organik adalah kotoran hewan yaitu kotoran sapi yang ada di sentral penggemukan sapi PT Berkah Salama Jaya (BSJ), Kecamatan Loa Janan, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penerapan teknologi yaitu pelatihan budidaya maggot dengan memanfaatkan kotoran sapi untuk menghasilkan maggot yang tinggi protein. Metode yang dilakukan adalah focus group discussion (FGD), persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kepada karyawan dan mitra PT BSJ, agar dapat mengetahui dan dapat membudidayakan maggot dari kotoran sapi, sehingga dihasilkan larva maggot. Pengabdian melibatkan karyawan dan mitra PT BSJ sejumlah 30 orang. Pada sesi diskusi peserta menyampaikan beberapa pertanyaan terkait budidaya maggot. Hasil evaluasi pengabdian disampaikan oleh salah seorang peserta melalui wawancara yang dimuat di berita di channel media massa elektronik. Hasil pengabdian secara umum adalah memberikan wawasan baru bagi peternak sapi mitra PT BSJ tentang berbudidaya maggot menggunakan media kotoran sapi. Hasil kegiatan lain adalah, karyawan dan mitra BSJ mampu melakukan budidaya maggot sendiri dan menghasilkan larva lalat tentara hitam. Program pengabdian ini diharapkan juga meningkatkan perekonomian di wilayah Loa Janan Kutai Kartanegara sebagai wilayah penyangga Ibu Kota Negara baru Indonesia

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of workload, social support, and role conflict on work stress and its subsequent impact on teacher performance at SMA Santo Yoseph, Cakung. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing a census method involving 24 teachers. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) technique through SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9. The outer model analysis confirmed that all constructs met the criteria for convergent validity and internal consistency reliability (CR > 0.7). The inner model evaluation revealed adjusted R² values of 0.812 for work stress and 0.774 for job performance, along with Q² values exceeding 0.5, indicating strong predictive relevance. Hypothesis testing demonstrated that workload (β = 0.392; p < 0.05) and role conflict (β = 0.327; p < 0.05) exert a significant positive influence on work stress, whereas social support has a significant negative effect (β = -0.321; p < 0.05). Furthermore, work stress significantly reduces job performance (β = -0.509; p < 0.05). Both workload and role conflict were found to have direct negative effects on job performance. While social support and work stress were also shown to influence performance positively, the effect of work stress, although significant, was relatively weak. Nevertheless, the analysis of indirect effects indicated that work stress does not mediate the relationships between workload, social support, and role conflict with job performance, as all three indirect paths were statistically insignificant. The findings underscore the importance of managing workload and role conflict, as well as fostering social support within the school environment, to enhance teacher performance. Additionally, moderate levels of work stress (eustress) may serve as a performance enhancer, provided it is managed to avoid escalation into harmful distress..

Abstract

In the era of educational digitalization, teachers' digital competence is very important to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital training, digital literacy, and work environment on teachers' digital competence which has an impact on teacher performance in SMA and SMK Cahaya Sakti, East Jakarta. The research method used was quantitative with a path analysis approach and involved 44 respondents who were teachers at the institution. The results showed that digital training did not have a significant influence on teachers' digital competence, with a T-statistical value of 1.395 and a P-value of 0.082. On the other hand, digital literacy was proven to have a significant influence on digital competence (T-statistic 3.114, P-value 0.001) and the work environment also had a significant effect (T-statistic 1.926, P-value 0.027). Teachers' digital competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (T-statistic 3.264, P-value 0.001). However, digital literacy and the work environment did not show a significant influence on teacher performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Cahaya Sakti High School and Vocational School improve digital training programs that are more focused and applicative, as well as integrate digital literacy in the teacher development curriculum. Additionally, it is important to create a work environment that supports educational technology innovation. With these measures, it is hoped that teachers' digital competence can be improved, which in turn will have a positive impact on their performance in the learning process. Further research is also needed to explore other factors that can affect digital competence and teacher performance

Abstract

The negative impact of online learning is felt, such as the occurrence of loss of learning, the attitude of students who are less polite, lazy, widespread violence, pornography and porn action, addiction to gadgets, etc. For internet media to be used properly, digital literacy skills are needed. Mitchell Kapoor stated that the younger generation has the skills to access digital media, but it has not been matched with the skills to acquire the right information to develop themselves, because the diversity of media and types of information sometimes confuses them. The success of building digital literacy is one indicator of achievement in the fields of education and culture. Introduction to Digital Literacy which was held at SDN Pasir Attorney, Kec. Koroncong, Kab. Pandeglang. The activity was held in collaboration with the UNBAJA Library, and KKM Unbaja students group. 22, Bank Indonesia (BI), Rajagrafindo Persada Publisher, Pasir Prosecutors Village Apparatus, and Pasir Prosecutors Elementary School which was attended by 100 students from grades 3 to 6. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers, games, role-playing, and hands-on practice. The initial condition is that only a few students know about digital literacy (healthy internet, digital ethics, and e-resources. After the activity is carried out, students can practice searching for information that is appropriate, polite, and ethical, they have insight into the diversity of information sources, both knowledge, sources of learning, practice videos, learning tutorials, and recreational media events such as films and videos that are appropriate for their age.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of students' mathematical anxiety and problem-solving abilities at SMAN 5 Takalar and the effect of mathematical anxiety on students' problem-solving abilities at SMAN 5 Takalar in terms of gender. This study uses an ex post facto research type with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted at SMAN 5 Takalar with a population of 310 class X students, with 9 classes. The sample in this study was class X3, with 34 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were a mathematical anxiety questionnaire to determine students' mathematical anxiety and a test to determine students' problem-solving abilities. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis in the form of a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate: (1) Female students' mathematical anxiety is higher than male students and female students' problem-solving abilities are better than male students, (2) Mathematical anxiety has a significant effect on students' overall problem-solving abilities, both male and female. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the psychology of students, one of which is students' mathematics anxiety as a factor that influences their mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi yang baik tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pemahaman membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan strategi formulasi, implementasi, dan pengendalian program penguatan literasi siswa melalui pengembangan lingkungan kaya teks di SD Negeri 05 Beji. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi telah berhasil meningkatkan minat baca dan pemahaman literasi siswa secara signifikan. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh perencanaan yang matang, pemanfaatan sumber daya yang optimal, serta keterlibatan aktif guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Implementasi program berjalan efektif melalui berbagai metode, seperti pojok baca di setiap kelas, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran literasi, serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler literasi yang menarik. Evaluasi program dilakukan secara berkala, memungkinkan sekolah untuk terus melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan data dan umpan balik dari berbagai pihak. Dengan adanya strategi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan, program ini berhasil menciptakan budaya literasi yang kuat di lingkungan sekolah. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan lingkungan kaya teks dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi siswa dan dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain. Namun, Sekolah perlu meningkatkan Optimalisasi Implementasi Program diantaranya Meningkatkan akses sumber daya literasi, baik dalam bentuk buku cetak maupun digital, melalui kemitraan dengan penerbit, perpustakaan daerah, dan program donasi, Memperkuat pelatihan guru dalam strategi pengajaran literasi berbasis teknologi dan metode membaca interaktif agar kegiatan lebih menarik dan efektif, Mendorong keterlibatan siswa secara aktif, misalnya dengan program "Duta Literasi" yang melibatkan siswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam membangun budaya literasi di sekolah.

Abstract

4C skills are one of the abilities in life that can produce knowledge personally and be used in society. This study aimed to develop an instrument for assessing students' 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity) on parabolic motion material. The model used in developing this research is the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection methods were interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation with a population of 120 students and a sample of 60 students. The sample selection technique uses cluster random sampling. Based on the study results, the percentage of critical thinking criteria was 21.7 percent, low critical thinking was 28.3 percent, and poor critical thinking was 50 percent. The percentages with creative thinking criteria are 25 percent, 40 percent moderately creative, and 35 percent less creative. The percentage of collaboration skills that meet excellent criteria is 65 percent, and high collaboration skills are 35 percent. While the percentage of people with excellent communication skills was 8.3 percent, high communication skill was 83.3 percent, and fairly high communication skill was 8.3 percent. Based on these data, it concluded that the instruments developed were valid and feasible to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mensintesis berbagai strategi pemasaran pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan mutu lulusan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan menelaah dan menganalisis literatur ilmiah terkait konsep pemasaran jasa, manajemen mutu terpadu, citra sekolah, daya saing, serta keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dalam konteks pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran pendidikan merupakan strategi komprehensif yang melibatkan pengelolaan produk, harga, distribusi, dan komunikasi untuk menarik dan mempertahankan peserta didik. Penerapan konsep 7P dalam pemasaran jasa sangat relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan yang bersifat intangible. Selain itu, manajemen mutu terpadu dan citra sekolah yang positif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing sekolah serta menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan sesuai kebutuhan dunia kerja. Keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan memperkuat sinergi yang mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Implikasi praktis dari kajian ini menegaskan perlunya lembaga pendidikan mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang holistik dan berorientasi mutu untuk menghadapi tantangan persaingan di era global.
