Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan pemecahan masalah  siswa yang masih rendah di SD Negeri Sidorejo Kidul 02 pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika melalui penerapan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sidorejo Kidul 02 yang berjumlah 23. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, soal-soal tes kemudian dianalisis dengan data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan persentase keterampilan pemecahan masalah  siswa yang mencapai KKM pada siklus I meningkat dari 9 menjadi 15 peserta didik dengan  rata-rata 74,21. Pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai KKM mencapai 15 orang dengan rata-rata 82.86. Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 80 % disiklus I meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. begitu juga dengan aktivitas guru. Pada siklus I menunjukkan presentase 75% meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena siswa mulai memahami konsep pemecahan masalah Matematika. Dan guru menggunakan media realia yang dapat membatu siswa memahami konsep pemecahan masalah Matematika melalui langkah-langkah pembelajaran  Problem Based Learning. Siswa lebih antusias dan aktif mengikuti setiap proses pembelajaran, lebih berani di dalam menyampaikan gagasan dan melakukan kegiatan tanya jawab bersama guru. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Pemecahan Masalah, Matematika, Problem Based Learning, Media  Realia

Abstract

AbstractDiabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use insulin. The prevalence of diabetes is increasing faster in middle and low income countries. Indonesia, which is a developing country with low incomes, has a high risk as well. If diabetes is not managed properly, it will develop into complications that can threaten health and endanger life. Diseases suffered and the length of the treatment process in diabetic patients can affect physical, psychological, social and welfare functions which are defined as quality of life. This research is a quantitative study which is analytical in nature which studies the correlation of fasting blood sugar levels on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The study design uses cross sectional study design, the variables in this study are fasting blood sugar levels, and quality life measured by the SF-36 questionnaire. The unit of analysis in this study was diabetic patients at West Jakarta Health Centers aged 30-50 years and could read 146 people taken by accidental sampling. The results showed a significant negative correlation between fasting blood sugar and quality of life. It is proven that the higher the blood sugar level, the lower the quality of life. Linear quality linear regression equation = 79,925-0,026 fasting blood sugar level. It is expected that self-management in the management of diabetes mellitus can be improved for each individual because it can reduce the level of GDP so that it can improve the quality of life.Keywords: fasting blood sugar level, diabetes mellitusAbstrakDiabetes Mellitus adalah penyakit kronis yang terjadi saat pankreas tidak dapat memproduksi insulin yang cukup atau saat tubuh tidak dapat secara efektif menggunakan insulin tersebut. Prevalensi diabetes meningkat lebih cepat di negara-negara berpenghasilan menengah dan rendah. Indonesia yang merupakan negara berkembang dengan penghasilan masih rendah memiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi juga. Apabila diabetes tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka akan berkembang menjadi komplikasi yang dapat mengancam kesehatan dan membahayakan kehidupan. Penyakit yang diderita dan panjangnya proses pengobatan pada pasien diabetes dapat mempengaruhi fungsi fisik, psikologis, sosial dan kesejahteraan yang didefinisikan sebagai kualitas hidup (Quality of Life). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif yang bersifat analitis dimana studi ini mempelajari pengaruh kadar gula darah puasa terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional), Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kadar gula darah puasa, dan kualitas hidup yang diukur dengan kuesioner SF-36. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien diabetes di Puskesmas Se Jakarta Barat usia 30-50 tahun serta dapat membaca berjumlah 146 orang yang diambil secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gula darah puasa dengan kualitas hidup pasien. Terbukti semakin tinggi kadar gula darahnya, maka semakin rendah kualitas hidupnya. persamaan regresi linier  kualitas hidup=79,925-0,026kadar gula darah puasa. Diharapkan manajemen diri dalam pengelolaan penyakit diabetes mellitus dapat diperbaiki untuk setiap individu karena dapat menurunkan kadar GDP sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup.Kata Kunci: kadar gula darah, diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is the biggest cause of neonatal death. This study aims to analyze the determinant factor of LBW in adolescents in South Asia and Southeast Asia with Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The data used are secondary data published by Measure DHS (Demographic Health Survey) in 2005-2014. Interventions: Determinant factors of LBW occurrence include maternal factors (place to live, education, age, economic status, marital status, parity, location of delivery), neonatal factors (sex, birth weight), health care factors (iron consumption, Antenatal Care / ANC). Results: The result shows the causal relationship between maternal factor to neonatal factor is significant and have coefficient value with positive path which means lower maternal factor, neonatal factor will decrease. In causal relationship between health service factor to neonatal factor is also significant but it has coefficient value with negative path which means higher health service factor, neonatal factor will decrease. The structural model of determinant factor on low birth weight (LBW) occurrence in adolescents in South Asia and Southeast Asia between 2005 and 2014 was Neonatal = 0.36Maternal-0.25Yankes. . Discussion and Conclusions: Researchers suggest to improve health care factors in pregnant women such as iron consumption and delivery in health care.Keyword: Low Birth Weight, Adult, Structural Equation ModelAbstrakLatar Belakang : Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR)  menyumbang persentase tertinggi sebagai penyebab kematian neonatal.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor determinan kejadian BBLR pada remaja se-Asia Selatan dan Tenggara dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Measure DHS (Demografic Health Survey) tahun 2005-2014. Metode Peneltian: Faktor determinan kejadian BBLR meliputi faktor maternal (wilayah tempat tinggal, pendidikan, umur, status ekonomi, status perkawinan, paritas, lokasi persalinan), faktor neonatal (jenis kelamin bayi, berat lahir), faktor pelayanan kesehatan (konsumsi zat besi, kunjungan kehamilan/ANC).  Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kausal antara maternal terhadap neonatal bernilai signifikan dan mempunyai nilai koefisien jalur positif artinya semakin rendah faktor maternal maka faktor neonatal akan turun. Pada hubungan kausal antara faktor pelayanan kesehatan terhadap faktor neonatal bernilai signifikan dan mempunyai nilai koefisien jalur negatif artinya semakin tinggi faktor pelayanan kesehatan maka faktor neonatal akan turun. Model struktural faktor determinan kejadian berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) pada remaja  di Asia Selatan dan Asia Tenggara tahun  2005 – 2014  adalah Neonatal = 0,36 Maternal - 0,25 Yankes. Saran: Peneliti menyarankan agar meningkatkan faktor pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil diantaranya konsumsi zat besi dan melakukan persalinan di pelayanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci : BBLR, remaja, SEM

Abstract

In this study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving production problems using the Tsukamoto method and the Sugeno method. The problem that is solved is how to determine the production of woven fabric when using three variables as input data, namely: stock, demand and inventory of production costs. The first step is to solve the problem of woven fabric production using the Tsukamoto method which is to determine the input variables and output variables which are firm sets, the second step is to change the input variable into a fuzzy set with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing the fuzzy set data with the maximum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with a weighted average method, so that the desired results will be obtained in the output variable. The solution to the production problem using the Sugeno method is almost the same as using the Tsukamoto method, it's just that the system output is not a fuzzy set, but rather a constant or a linear equation. The difference between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method is in consequence. The Sugeno method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables. From the calculation data of the production of Mlaki Wanarejan Utara Pemalang woven fabric according to Tsukamoto's method in March 2017 using Weka's rule obtained 343 woven fabrics in meters, while using the Sugeno method obtained 371 woven fabrics in meters. While according to Tsukamoto's method in March 2017 using monotonous rules obtained 313 woven fabrics in meters, then using the Sugeno method obtained 321 woven fabrics in meters, while according to the company's production data in March 2017 produced 340 woven fabrics in meters, then from the analysis direct comparison with the original data in the company can be concluded that the method that is closest to the truth value is the production obtained by processing data using the Tsukamoto method using the Weka rules.

Abstract

The spread of COVID 19 throughout the world, especially in Indonesia has changed the way how people live. Some significant changes including medical, education, economy, and social relations. The use of technology and the internet are necessity for people in adapting to the corona viruses’ impact. Indonesia’s government has issued policy to learn from home, so that the face of education in this country has changed significantly. Learning is no longer done in schools building because learning can be done anywhere, anytime, with unlimited learning resources in internet. However, this flexibility in learning has not been supported by the learner readiness in many level of education, including in higher education. There are complaints from student related to the distance learning system. Psychology programs are needed in order to improve students' soft skills in managing their learning to be a self-regulated learner, so that they can manage the obstacles they face, and be happy in undergoing the distance learning process.

Abstract

Background: Exercise habits, body image, and stress are factors that influence obesity. Obesity is a condition of a person who has a body weight that is heavier than his ideal weight due to the accumulation of fat in his body. Currently, obesity is not only experienced by adults, but also experienced by many teenagers.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between exercise habits, body image, and stress with obesity in adolescents.Methods: This study used a cross-sectional research design, which was conducted in SMPN 75 Jakarta and SMPN 229 Jakarta with a sample of 97 people. Data analysis in this study using Chi-Square.Results: From the results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between exercise habits, body image, and stress with obesity in adolescents (p 0.05).Conclusion: Adolescents need to carry out anthropometric measurements regularly to determine their nutritional status so that they can control their nutritional status, besides those adolescents must also exercise regularly, avoid stress, and have a positive body image perception to prevent obesity, which can endanger health.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Salah satu rangkaian kegiatan penyelenggaraan makanan yaitu perencanaan menu. Preferensi menu adalah sikap dan tingkat kesukaan responden terhadap makanan. Indikator keberhasilan suatu sistem penyelenggaraan makanan adalah sisa makanan. Tingginya sisa makanan dapat menggambarkan adanya zat gizi yang terbuang. Secara ekonomi adanya sisa makanan menggambarkan adanya biaya yang terbuang. Tujuan: Menganalisis perencanaan menu, preferensi menu terhadap biaya sisa dan zat gizi yang hilang pada menu makan siang karyawan. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di kantor notaris di kota Malang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2020. Sampel didapat sebanyak 45 dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik responden, angket preferensi menu, dan form food weighing. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil: Uji Korelasi Spearman menunjukan preferensi menu tidak berhubungan dengan biaya sisa (p=0.339) dan zat gizi yang hilang (p=282). Kesimpulan: Perencanaan menu di kantor notaris di kota Malang dilakukan setiap 3 bulan sekali oleh pemilik katering. Siklus menu yang digunakan adalah siklus menu 10 hari. Perencanaan menu yang ada di kantor tersebut masih kurang baik karena hanya memenuhi beberapa aspek perencanaan menu yaitu faktor manajemen, sedangkan untuk faktor konsumen belum terpenuhi. Tidak ada hubungan antra preferensi menu dengan biaya sisa dan zat gizi yang hilang.

Abstract

AbstractThe achievement of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) in the world and in Indonesia is still low. One of the obstacles to EBF is that the mother works. Cooler bag is a familiar media for working mothers to provide breast milk. This research uses modified cooler bags which contain information on how to provide EBF for working mothers, called bagASI. This study aims to determine the effect of bagASI on the EBF knowledge and attitudes of working pregnant women. The research method is Quasi Experimental with Pre Test - Post Test and the number of respondents is 34 working pregnant women. Respondents were divided into 2 groups, namely the intervention group who received education using bagASI and the control group using leaflets. The Paired Sample T-test showed an effect on the level of knowledge and attitudes (p≤0.05) in both two groups. The Independent Sample T-test found that there was a difference in knowledge (p≤0.05) between the intervention and the control group, while in the attitude there was no difference (p≥0.05). Providing education using bagASI can increase the EBF knowledge and attitudes of working pregnant women, so bagASI can be utilized as education tool.AbstrakCapaian pemberian ASI Eksklusif di dunia dan di Indonesia masih rendah. Kendala pemberian ASI Eksklusif di antaranya adalah karena ibu bekerja. Salah satu media yang dikenal ibu bekerja untuk memberikan ASI adalah cooler bag. Penelitian ini menggunakan cooler bag yang didesain dengan penambahan informasi cara pemberian ASI Eksklusif bagi ibu bekerja pada bagian luarnya, disebut bagASI. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bagASI terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil yang bekerja. Metode penelitian adalah Quasi Experimental dengan Pre Test-Post Test Control Group Design dan jumlah responden sebanyak 34 orang ibu hamil yang bekerja. Responden dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi mendapatkan edukasi menggunakan media bagASI dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan leaflet. Berdasarkan uji Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap (p≤0.05) pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan uji Independent Sample T-test didapatkan hasil ada perbedaan pengetahuan (p≤0.05) antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol, sedangkan pada sikap tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol (p≥0.05). Pemberian edukasi menggunakan bagASI dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil sehingga bagASI dapat digunakan sebagai media edukasi.

Abstract

The Canteen is a facility that is often visited by many people, therefore the canteen cleanliness and health need attention. Especially The canteen in places such as education providers. Whatever is served by canteen will be consumed by campus residents and become a daily habit to consume it. Contamination that occurs in the canteen will endanger campus residents, and if consumed by many people will cause many victims. This will certainly endanger the health of campus residents, especially students and employees. Food handler’s personal hygiene and completeness of APD are closely related to food contamination. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a healthy canteen, one of which is by providing education about personal hygiene and the importance of using APD when food is personalized. This activity is a community service of the Nutrition Study Program Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKes)Esa Unggul University. The purpose of this activity is to create a healthy and pollution free canteen Esa Unggul University. All food handlers canteen attended and participated in this activity well. Activities like this are important to carry out to cultivate a healthy canteen in an educational environment such as a campus.
