Abstract

Terminal sanitation plays a crucial role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for public transportation users. This study aims to describe the sanitation conditions at Jakabaring Terminal, Palembang city, in the year 2025. The research employed a descriptive method with an observational approach. Data were collected through direct observation using a checklist that assessed four aspects of sanitation: environmental hygiene outside the building, hygiene of rooms and structures, sanitation facilities, as well as comfort and safety. The findings show that all four assessed aspects were below the required sanitation standards, with the following percentages: environmental hygiene outside (52%), hygiene of rooms and buildings (66%), anitation facilities (60%), and comfort and safety (57%). The low scores were caused by several factors, including substandard toilet conditions, lack of separated trash bins, inadequate ventilation and lighting, and the absence of first aid kits and fire extinguishers. The study concludes that the sanitation conditions at Jakabaring Terminal do not meet the standards of a healthy terminal. Greater attention and action are required from the terminal management and relevant authorities to improve sanitation quality and ensure user comfort.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Microsoft Excel in financial recording on the effectiveness of the MSME Toko Rizaki Konveksi Mahasiswa Medan. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 13 respondents consisting of the owner and employees. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression through SPSS. The results showed that the use of Microsoft Excel had a positive and significant effect on MSME effectiveness with an R Square value of 0.610 and a significance level of 0.002. This indicates that using Microsoft Excel improves efficiency, accuracy in recording, and better decision-making. These findings demonstrate that digital financial recording using Excel enhances MSME effectiveness and competitiveness in the modern era.

Abstract

The judicial review of Law No. 1/PNPS/1965 on the Prevention of Religious Abuse and/or Blasphemy has sparked significant legal and constitutional discourse in Indonesia. This law, which was enacted during the Guided Democracy era, has often been criticized for conflicting with post-amendment constitutional norms, particularly those related to human rights and religious freedom. The purpose of this study is to examine, from a multidisciplinary legal perspective, the Constitutional Court's interpretation and reasoning in three major decisions: Case No. 140/PUU-VII/2009, No. 84/PUU-X/2012, and No. 56/PUU-XV/2017. Using a normative juridical approach and descriptive qualitative method through library research, this paper analyzes the arguments presented by the petitioners, the government, and the Court, including dissenting and concurring opinions. The findings of this study indicate that the Court consistently upheld the constitutionality of the blasphemy law, arguing for the importance of public order and religious harmony. However, the rulings also reveal an ongoing tension between majority religious interests and the protection of minority rights. This study concludes that while the law remains valid, its application risks undermining legal certainty, equality before the law, and freedom of religious expression in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Kimia Farma Pharmacy. Product diversity includes the variety of types of drugs, health products, and medical needs available, while service quality includes the speed, compassion, and accuracy of service provided by Kimia Farma pharmacy staff. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Kimia Farma Pharmacy consumers using quantitative methods. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the effect of each variable on consumer satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that product diversity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This explains that improving product and service quality can increase the level of consumer satisfaction. These findings have an impact on Kimia Farma Pharmacy management to continue to improve service quality and expand product diversity in order to optimally meet consumer needs. In addition, this study also contributes to the pharmacy business development strategy amidst increasingly tight pharmaceutical industry competition, especially in designing a customer-oriented approach. Further research can examine other variables such as price, location, or consumer loyalty to expand understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction more comprehensively.

Abstract

Pandemik Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif terhadap presepsi pembelajaran matematika bagi para siswa. Proses pembelajaran yang biasanya dilaksanakan di dalam kelas, kini dilaksanakan secara daring. Kondisi tersebut membuat para guru dan peserta didik harus mengubah strategi belajarnya agar tujuan pembelajaran tetap tercapai. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengubah presepsi anak-anak tentang pembelajaran matematika menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pembawaan materi matematika secara langsung atau offline dengan antusias yang tinggi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini tercapai apabila terdapat pengubahan presepsi pembelajaran matematika menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya, sehingga diharapkan dapat tercipta semangat belajar yang tinggi, terlepas dari situasi Covid-19 atau rintangan lainnya. Dari analisis data output yang dihasilkan, tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini tercapai.

Abstract

The use of strategies for uploading da’wah content on Instagram media is the main factor in the success of da’wah content developing on social media today. By using strategies for uploading da’wah content, it is hoped that content creators will be able to attract people to be more interested in listening to da’wah messages through the media. Instagram. This qualitative study aims to develop a strategy for uploading Salafi da’wah content via Instagram, which was carried aut by implementing the first 4 strategies: 1) Strategy for uploading informative salafi da’wah content, 2) Strategy for identification of salafi Da’wah Content in Production, 3) Strategy for Determining Upload times for Salafi Da’wah Content, 4) Strategy for Understanding the upload frequency Algorithm for salafi Da’wah Content. Televisio Surau is positioned as a research object. The data strategy for uploading Salafi preaching content via Instagram was collected through observation, interviews and data analysis reletad to this study. The results of this research inform that the upload strategy.

Abstract

Couples of childbearing age who postpone the first pregnancy in Pekanbaru City are a decision, as in Max Weber's social action, namely the actor is influenced by an action. The purpose of this research is to find out the background of couples of childbearing age delaying the first pregnancy and the views of couples of childbearing age on the value of children. The technique in stopping informants using Purposive Sampling technique. The subjects in this study amounted to five couples of childbearing age who delayed pregnancy using contraceptives or birth control. The results showed that based on the field findings of the social action theory background by Max Weber, there is instrumental rationality which is influenced by economics, work rules, and careers. Value rationality is influenced by readiness factors. The irrational background is affective or affective actions influenced by affection factors and traditional actions influenced by family encouragement so that the decision to delay the first pregnancy using family planning. The value of children seen from couples of childbearing age based on field findings obtained from interviews shows that there are four values of children, namely spiritual, psychological, social, and economic. Spiritual values found that couples of childbearing age who postpone the first pregnancy view the value of children, namely children are a gift for those who are ready and entrusted by God. The psychological value is that couples of childbearing age who postpone their first pregnancy view the value of children as entertainment, encouragement, and readiness as parents. Then from the social value that couples of childbearing age who postpone the first pregnancy see the value of children as the successor of offspring, and the binding of a large family. The economic value is that couples of childbearing age who postpone their first pregnancy see the value of children as a burden, investment, and security in old age.

Abstract

Internet users in Bogor Regency are increasing as infrastructure development progresses evenly. This began to affect the transaction habits between traders and buyers. Buyers who are starting to switch to online transactions, making MSME players try to keep up with new innovations in transactions through E-commerce platforms, so that the income they get is not problematic. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of E-commerce has on the increase in revenue obtained by MSME players in the culinary sector in Bogor Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the use of E-commerce will be able to increase MSME revenues, marketed products will be more easily recognized by consumers making it easier to get customers. In addition, the use of E-commerce can save promotional costs and increase transaction speed and revenue. This will ultimately be able to increase competitiveness for MSMEs in the Bo Regency area.

Abstract

Flexible learning which is a characteristic of the Independent Curriculum, requires educators to make learning with the use of technology. One of them is through gadgets that can be applied by all ages. However, gadgets also have a bad influence on students, one of which is dependence on gadgets during learning activities. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to reduce gadget dependence by fourth grade students at UPTD SDN Keleyan 1 with a solution of providing a powerpoint learning media in Indonesian. The number of subjects in this study were 18 students. Instrument techniques and data collection in this study included interviews, observations, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that PowerPoint learning media can be a solution when fourth grade students at UPTD SDN Keleyan 1 are dependent on gadgets during the learning process, especially during Indonesian lessons. Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the implementation of the first cycle obtained an average result of the powerpoint learning media satisfaction questionnaire of 86% and the second cycle obtained an average powerpoint learning media satisfaction questionnaire result of 91%. So that in cycle II it has reached the desired result criteria of the researcher which is equal to 90%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze in depth educational planning to improve teacher competency at MAS Al-Jami'atul Washliyah 22 Tembung. Educational planning to improve teacher competency is one of the key factors in creating quality resources in an educational institution, which can improve teacher performance and productivity. This research uses qualitative case study methods, which allows in-depth analysis of the dynamics of educational planning to improve teacher competence. The research data was obtained based on observations and answers to questions that the author asked to parties involved in the direct interview process in the field, with the respondent being a deputy head of the madrasah. Apart from that, analysis of documents related to educational planning to improve teacher competence was also carried out to obtain a more comprehensive picture. The research results show that good planning in improving teacher competency in a madarsah has a great influence on improving human resources for educators, especially teachers.
