Abstract

This study is aimed (1) to describe the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students, (2) to describe the implementation of technique reframing in affecting the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students, and (3) to investigate the effect of reframing technique on self-awarenss on learning of the 7th grade students. Quantitative approach was used in this study by implementing quasi experimental design and using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design to 24 samples. Data collection techniques applied in this research were self-awareness scale on learning developed by the researcher, observation, and interview. Data analysis technique applied in tis study was independent samples t-test which was conducted through Statistical Product for Service Solustion (SPSS) version 24.0. The study found that (1) the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students before the treatment of reframing technique was in low category, while that after the treatment of such technique was in moderate and high categories, (2) the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students was increased after the treatment of reframing technique, and (3) reframing technique can increase the self awareness on learning of the 7th grade students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the needs of the tutorial video on Cognitive Behavior Modification (CBM) counseling for the school counselors in Makassar to address student anxiety, (2) the prototype of the CBM tutorial video for the school counselors inMakassar to address student anxiety, and (3) the validity of the CBM tutorial video for the school counselors in Makassar to address student anxiety. This study adopted a research and development design by Borg & Gall (2003). Questionnaires, interviews and scale were used to collect data. The results of the study revealed that (1) the tutorial video on Cognitive Behavior Modification (CBM) counseling was needed by the school counselors in Makassar to address student anxiety, (2) the video consisted of two parts: an overview of the CBM approach and the steps of CBM counseling, and (3) the tutorial video on Cognitive Behavior Modification (CBM) counseling for the school counselors in Makassar to address student anxiety was found to be valid to use.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling (ABKIN) Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Permasalahan mitra diantaranya adalah (1) belum terlaksananya layanan bimbingan karier yang efektif  sehingga menyebabkan siswa mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih karier, (2) kurangnya keterampilan guru BK dan kesadaran pentingnyan semangat dan kebahagiaan atau kesejahteraan diri dalam potensi pekerjaan. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah (1) Melatih guru BK menggunakan teknik genogram (2) Melaksanakan pendampingan bagi guru BK untuk mengaplikasikan genogram sebagai upaya mempersiapkan peserta didik agar dapat memilih pilihan karier yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan penggunaan teknik genogram melalui workshop, diskusi, pendampingan dan curah pendapat. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra mampu meningkatkan kompetensi penerapan salah satu teknik yang menjadi alternatif membanti siswa untuk menentukan karir dengan melihat kecocokannya dan potensi penentuan jurusan di SMK Kabupaten Polman (2) Melalui pendampingan dalam pengaplikasian teknik genogram mampu membuat mitra lebih memahami penerapan pemilihan karir terhadap peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling, Teknik Genogram, Guru BK, Karir.

Abstract

Psychological wellbeing is a psychological variable that measures the wellbeing of an individual in his environment. This mental condition can be positive or negative. Based on the psychological wellbeing theory developed by Riffs, there are six dimensions to measure psychological wellbeing, namely Self-Acceptance, Purposes in Life, Environmental Mastery, Positive Relationship, Personal Growth, and Autonomy. Ryff psychological wellbeing consists of 18 items with seven answer choices. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the instrument construct in several types of respondents, namely teachers/school counsellors, students and employees in South Sulawesi. The analysis technique used is the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) test with JASP software's help. This study's results indicate that of all 18 items, there are several unidimensional and multidimensional items. Therefore it can be concluded that Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale Version 18 cannot measure just one factor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital comic media, including self-awareness comics and self-regulation comics, on the social skills of elementary school students. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design involving 180 students selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that digital comic media based on Android, which contains material on self-awareness and self-regulation, positively and significantly improved students' social skills in the context of self-management about the prevention of Covid-19 in the daily social environment of the school. Self-awareness and self-regulation content as part of social skills presented in an Android-based digital comic version become students' daily reading to implement health protocols at school. Self-awareness and self-regulation comics can raise sensitivity to students’ self-introspection in recognizing feelings converted into positive behaviors and managing themselves in synergy with the learning environment, interacting and making decisions independently to solve their internal problems.

pendengaran di negara-negara berkembang. Angka kejadian OMSK di Indonesia tergolong cukup tinggi. Keterlambatan dalam penanganan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya komplikasi hingga mengganggu fungsi pendengaran pada penderita OMSK dan menurunkan kualitas hidup. Tujuan : Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian desktiptif dengan metode cross sectional menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil melaui rekam medis RSUD provinsi NTB. Didapatkan sampel sebanyak 33 responden OMSK yang sesuai kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien baru dan pasien lama yang terdiagnosis Otitis Media Supratif Kronis yang datanya diambil dari Rekam Medis pada periode bulan Juli 2022 sampai dengan Desember 2022 dan kriteria eksklusi seperti pasien bayi dan balita yang tidak kooperatif untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan audiometri, serta pasien yang tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan IgE. Hasil : Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan usia terbanyak penderita OMSK adalah 17-25 tahun sebanyak 39,4% dengan jenis kelamin laki laki sebanyak 51,5% dan perempuan sebanyak 48,5%. Sebagian besar tipe OMSK yang didapatkan merupakan tipe aman sebesar 90,9% dengan jenis tuli tertinggi adalah tuli konduksi 78,8%. Dari hasil pemeriksaan IgE didapatkan sebagian besar pasien memiliki total IgE >87.0 iu/mL. Penanganan yang diberikan berupa tympanoplasty 78,8%, medikamentosa 12,1% dan mastoidektomi sebanyak 9,1 %. Simpulan : OMSK masih menjadi salah satu penyakit terbanyak di poli THT dengan proporsi laki-laki usia produktif (>18 tahun) lebih dominan dengan tipe tuli konduksi umumnya ditemukan dari hasil pemeriksaan penunjang. Peningkatan kadar IgE total juga didapatkan dari pasien OMSK. Berbagai penanganan dilakukan untuk penyembuhan OMSK diantaranya medikamentosa, tympanoplasti, hingga mastoidektomi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the needs, produce a prototype, and determine the validity and practicality of the AUMDROID application for students of SMKN (State Vocational High School) 10 Makassar. The respondents were six school counselors and twenty-five eleventh-grade TELI 1 students. A research and development (R&D) framework was adopted to conducted this study. Observations, interviews, as well as validity and product testing questionnaires were performed to collect the data. Descriptive quantitative analysis was performed to analyze the data. Results showed that the AUMDROID application was needed at SMKN 10 Makassar to facilitate and streamline the processes of guidance and counseling assessment, as well as the needs analysis of problems faced by students. The prototype of the AUMDROID application was developed by designing the Problem Expression Tool (AUM) based on the Student Independence Competency Standards (SKKPD) and developmental tasks. The developed AUMDROID application is valid and feasible for use at SMKN 10 Makassar. The AUMDROID application is practical due to its convenience and accessibility at all times and in any location

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of needs, produce a prototype, examine the validity, reliability, and practicality of an Android-based SDQ application as an instrument to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems. This is an R&D study utilizing the Borg and Gall development model. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) the development of an Android-based SDQ application to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems is strongly needed by both school counselors and students; 2) the Android-based SDQ application prototype features menu items, school counselor profile, student profile, information on the objectives and advantages of SDQ, filling out SDQ, SDQ results, an application guidebook, SDQ statistical results, and an application management administrator; and 3) the Android-based SDQ application developed has been found to have high levels of validity, reliability, and practicality. Therefore, the Android-based SDQ application is considered a valid and reliable tool to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems.

Abstract

Abstrak – Pengabdian ini berfokus pengabdian terhadap pengembangan mitra antara lain: 1) Melatih peserta didik dalam menerapkan panduan CCT; 2) Melaksanakan pendampingan kepada peserta didik terkait panduan CCT sebagai aspek peningkatan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang efektif dan mengurangi rasa kecemasan dan rasa percaya diri rendah. Metode pelaksanaan terbagi menjadi empat (4) tahapan, yakni: 1) Persiapan; 2) Sosialisasi pelatihan; 3) Pelaksanaan program pelatihan; 4) Evaluasi dan laporan hasil pengabdian. Kegiatan PKM CCT dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat pada Sabtu 15 Juli 2023. Dimulai pukul 08.00 WITA, peserta telah berkumpul di Aula Sekolah. Berdasarkan materi yang terpaparkan, maka beberapa aktivitas yakni melakukan stimulus terhadap peserta didik melalui beberapa kasus dan cara komunikasi yang sesuai dan tepat untuk mencegah kasus perundungan tersebut terjadi. Kegiatan PKM ini memperoleh respon yang sangat baik oleh peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan. Rekomendasi pengabdian ini disampaikan kepada pihak pengabdi untuk terus melanjutkan pengabdian ini dan menyajikan materi yang lebih relevan serta pola intervensi yang mutakhir yang dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.Kata kunci: Pelatihan Karakter & Komunikasi, Percaya Diri, SMA Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar
