Abstract

With the covid-19 pandemic still ongoing in Indonesia, liquidity problems are a challenge for the banking industry today. This article aims to discuss how the strategies used by BRI in maintaining liquidity in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. BRI's LCR itself is still at 230%, above the minimum rate set by the OJK. This is inseparable from the role of BI in maintaining the stability of bank liquidity which is realized by reducing the reserve requirement and increasing the PLM.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) memainkan peranan penting dalam pembentukan kecerdasan emosional yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan anak dalam aspek sosial, akademik, dan psikologis. Program psikoedukasi yang dilaksanakan di PAUDQu Al Khoiriyah bertujuan untuk mengenalkan emosi dasar pada anak-anak usia 4-5 tahun melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak dalam mengenali dan mengekspresikan emosi dasar seperti senang, sedih, marah, takut, dan kaget. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi penggunaan media visual, permainan peran, dan lagu edukatif yang melibatkan gerakan tubuh, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif anak-anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada murid untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman anak-anak sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak berhasil mengenali emosi dasar dan lebih terbuka dalam mengekspresikan perasaan mereka. Kesimpulannya, program psikoedukasi ini berhasil mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan memberikan dampak positif dalam perkembangan emosional anak-anak, serta memberikan rekomendasi agar program serupa dapat diperluas dan diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di PAUD lainnya.

Abstract

Introduction: Early childhood is a critical period for cognitive growth, where development is strongly influenced by environmental and parental factors. Parents’ knowledge, parenting patterns, and nutritional status play a major role in shaping children’s cognitive abilities during this stage. Objective: Child growth and development encompass two aspects: growth and development. This growth is seen through increases in size and weight, such as height and weight gain. Development is defined as a progressive series of regular changes, focusing more on psychological and intellectual development. Children's cognitive development is part of the growth and development process. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, parenting patterns, and nutritional status with cognitive development in early childhood aged 4-6 years at Cahaya Mulia PAUD, Pebuar Village, West Bangka Regency in 2025. Method: This research method was carried out using Cross Sectional and Chi Square test with the results in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The population in this study were students at PAUD Cahaya Mulia, Pebuar village, Jebus district in 2024. The sample of this study was all students totaling 30 respondents. Result: The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (ρ = 0.002), parenting patterns (ρ = 0.029) and nutritional status (ρ = 0.018) with the cognitive development of children at PAUD Cahaya Mulia, Pebuar village, Jebus district in 2025 Conclusion: The conclusion is that cognitive development is influenced by various factors including knowledge, parenting patterns, and nutritional status. Each factor has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Introduction: Electronic medical records are a crucial part of healthcare. Nursing staff have a crucial responsibility to document all nursing actions or care provided to patients. Incomplete medical records can impact the quality of care and patient safety. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine factors associated with incomplete electronic medical records by nurses following the transition from manual documentation. Method: This type of research was conducted with a cross-sectional design through a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient ward at Dr. (H.C) Ir. Soekarno Regional General Hospital in 2025 with a total of 160 nurses and a sample of 125 people. The sampling technique used in this study was the Non-Probability Sampling Technique with the Quota Sampling method. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Result: This study shows that there is a relationship between workload (p = 0.033, POR = 2.526), motivation (p = 0.003 and POR = 5.238) and attitude (p = 0.004, POR = 3.441) with incomplete electronic medical records by nurses after the transition to manual documentation. In the variables of age (p = 0.210) and length of service (p = 0.127) it was concluded that there was no relationship with incomplete electronic medical records by nurses after the transition to manual documentation. Conclusion: The suggestion from this study is the importance of maintaining and improving nurse motivation, maintaining nurse attitudes, regulating the distribution of nurse workload in inpatient rooms and conducting a refresher regarding the use of electronic medical records in the hospital environment.

Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer is the most prevalent type of cancer in Indonesia and a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. The annual increase in cases, particularly in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, makes this issue important to investigate. Factors such as age, body mass index, and hormonal contraceptive use are known to play a role in the incidence of breast cancer, yet few studies have explored this locally. Objective: This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of breast cancer based on age, body mass index, and hormonal contraceptive use in the inpatient ward of RSUD Dr. (H.C.) Ir. Soekarno, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, in 2024. Method: This study employed a case-control design with a total of 176 respondents, consisting of 88 cases and 88 controls, obtained from medical records. The research was conducted from April 7 to May 18, 2025, in the inpatient wards of Class 1 RRD, Class 2 RRD, Class 3 Non-Surgical RRD, and Class 3 Surgical RRD at Dr. (H.C.) Ir. Soekarno Bangka Belitung Regional Hospital. Data collection involved obtaining permission from the Institut Citra Internasional and the hospital, identifying eligible medical records of breast cancer and non-breast cancer female patients, and conducting interviews to complete missing data. Data were then verified using a checklist and analyzed using the Chi-Square and Odds Ratio tests. Result: The results showed no significant relationship between age and the incidence of  breast cancer (p = 1.000). However, there was a significant relationship between body mass index (p= 0.000; OR = 4.956) and hormonal contraceptive use (p = 0.004; OR = 2.571) with the incidence of breast cancer. Conclusion: In conclusion, excessive body mass index and hormonal contraceptive use are significantly associated with the incidence of breast cancer. This study is important  as  a  basis for  education  and  promotive-preventive  interventions  to control risk factors.

Abstract

Introduction: The Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) is an important indicator in assessing the efficiency of hospital bed utilization. A low BOR can reflect poor service quality and impact hospital revenue. Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors causing the low BOR in inpatient wards of Sejiran Setason Regional General Hospital in 2025 based on the 5M management approach (Man, Material, Method, Machine, and Money). Method: This study used a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of primary, supporting, and key informants selected purposively. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman technique, which encompassed data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Result: The results indicate that the low BOR is caused by a shortage of healthcare workers, limited facilities and infrastructure, suboptimal service flow, underutilization of information systems, and budget constraints. Furthermore, external factors such as transportation access, socioeconomic conditions, and community preferences also contribute. Conclusion: The study concluded that the low BOR is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. It is recommended that hospitals conduct a comprehensive evaluation of their service management systems, improve resources and facilities, and strengthen public education and promotion strategies to increase patient trust and visits.

Abstract

This study aims to find out in Islam, there is no separate discipline from Islamic ethics. Abstract

The role of MSMEs in Indonesia is often linked to government efforts to reduce unemployment, fight poverty and equalize income. Collaboration between MSMEs and electronic money organizers will be able to advance the Indonesian economy. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard or usually abbreviated as QRIS (pronounced KRIS) is a combination of various types of QR from various Payment System Service Providers (PJSP) using a QR Code. Currently QRIS is used in all payment applications which can be used in all shops, traders, stalls, parking lots, tourist tickets, donations (merchants) with the QRIS logo. Someone with good financial literacy can see money from a different perspective so they can control their financial condition. In its implementation, QRIS still has various obstacles, one of which is the level of financial literacy of the Lhokseumawe City MSME community which is still low so that people's understanding of digital finance is still lacking and not evenly distributed. This research aims to examine whether the QRIS application implemented by MSMEs influences the increase in buying and selling transactions in the community, as well as whether people's financial literacy influences transaction decisions using the QRIS application. The results of this research show that financial literacy and ease of use have a positive and significant influence on the choice of using QRIS by MSMEs in the city of Lhokseumawe. Financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on MSME transactional operations in the city of Lhokseumawe. This shows how people, especially MSMEs, have strong knowledge and skills in terms of financial management, which influences their choice to use one of the financial technology products, namely QRIS.

Abstract

Training ecoprint can be a means for the community to collaborate on the use of natural materials by strengthening the values of Pancasila. Strengthening Pancasila values in this case is the use of natural materials as the main ingredient in making clothecoprint. Training ecoprint supports sustainable printing practices because it uses natural materials thereby reducing negative impacts on the environment, such as the use of chemical inks and synthetic materials. Ecoprint also has an interesting business potential. Ecoprint training the aim of community service activities in Ngadirejo Village is to empower community groups, especially PKK women to train business skills in producing products that have selling points to help improve the family and village economy. The method used in this research is qualitative research through literature studies. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Presentation of the data is analyzed and presented in the form of descriptive qualitative narrative. Community service implementation activities are carried out through three stages, namely the preparatory, implementation, and final stages. Products produced from community service activities, namely clothecoprint which are ready to use and can be continued into sustainable products such as scarf, clothes, bags, or home decorations.

Abstract

Seseorang dikatakan sehat apabila mampu menggunakan ketrampilannya secara maksimal, mengatasi tekanan hidup, bekerja secara produktif, serta berguna dan berguna bagi masyarakatnya. Terdapat 7916 kasus skizofrenia di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung pada tahun 2019, 4701 kasus pada tahun 2020, dan 4497 kasus skizofrenia pranoid pada tahun 2021. Tujuan dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara informasi diri, kepercayaan diri, dan aib diri sendiri. dan kepuasan pribadi. pasien skizofrenia penderita skizofrenia di Klinik Medis Dr. Samsi Jacobalis Wilayah Kepulauan Bangka Belitung pada tahun 2023. Eksplorasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan rencana cross sectional yaitu melakukan cross tab antara variabel reliabel dengan faktor bebas dan uji chi square dengan univariat dan hasil bivariat. Populasi pemeriksaan adalah pasien jangka pendek yang berobat ke Poliklinik RSJD Dr. Samsi Jacobalis pada tahun 2023. Jumlah yang mengikuti penelitian sebanyak 33 orang. Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia dengan pengetahuan diri, harga diri, dan stigma diri, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000 ± 0,05 untuk kebijaksanaan, 0,000 ± 0,05 untuk harga diri, dan 0,000 ± 0,05 untuk stigma diri. . Saran peneliti Pasien hendaknya dapat berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang mendukung intervensi keperawatan dan memiliki keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang membantu mereka beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan memecahkan masalah terkait penyakit.
