Abstract

Creative economy is a concept in the new economic era that intensifies information and creativity by relying on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main production factors. The secret of the creative economy lies in creativity and innovation. The creative economy emphasizes the power of ideas and concepts that are based on the strength of human resources aspects. Optimizing the capacity of human resource empowerment in the village is done by providing socialization and training to process the potential that exists around the community and providing reinforcement to the community in the village. Gampong Jawa Baru is located in the coastal area of Lhokseumawe City and papaya plants are often found and planted by the residents on their yards. However, the use of papaya among the community was still less than optimal due to the lack of knowledge, ideas and creativity from the community. Therefore, it was considered necessary to conduct training related to the processing of papaya fruit, one of which is in the form of processed papaya sticks. The method of implementing the activity was carried out through the delivery of materials, discussions, and product making practices. The results of the implementation of this community service activity showed an increase in the knowledge and creativity of the community in utilizing local food, specifically papaya fruit, and the participants were very enthusiastic and even the community expected further training on product packaging and marketing.

Abstract

Indonesia negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam, budaya, suku, bangsa bahasa serta negara berpenduduk Musim terbesar di dunia. Islam merupakan agama telah disempurnakan dengan diutusnya Rasulullah sebagai nabi terakhir. Setiap agama tentu memiliki ajaran yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh penganutnya. Diantara ajaran agama Islam yang wajib dilaksanakan bagi tiap muslim yang mampu melaksanakannya adalah puasa di bulan Ramadhan. Bulan Ramadhan disambut baik oleh setiap lini kehidupan di Indonesia termasuk produsen mie instan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Dengan mengeluarkan desain kemasan edisi Ramadhan, akankah desain tersebut berpengaruh dengan nilai saham perusahaan tersebut, ini menarik diteliti dengan rumusan masalah: Bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis atau menafsirkan bahan tertulis berdasarkan konteksnya. Data diambil dari observasi. Hasil analisis menemukan, produk berkualitas baik yang mampu membaca keinginan konsumen dengan didukung desain kemasan yang menarik disertai teknik pemasaran yang tepat mampu menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan dengan usaha yang efektif, efisien berpengaruh positif bagi seluruh lini perusahaan.

Abstract

In an effort to increase income, particularly in the food sector, there is a program of planting and utilizing herbs. One of the herbs that people are starting to pay attention to is the butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea), which is famous for its bright blue flowers and can be consumed.  This flower is suitable to be processed into a health drink because it does not have an odor so it doesn't interfere when used as a mixture.  In addition, a mixture of butterfly pea in drinks can also enhance the appearance because of the varied colors.  Butterfly pea is a type of plant that can be found in residents' yards which is usually used as a cultivated plant.  In the village of Baroh Blang Rimueng, Syamtalira Bayu sub-district, North Aceh Regency, there are several residents who cultivate butterfly pea in their yards, but many of them do not understand the benefits contained in butterfly pea. The target of this community service program are residents and PKK mothers, so that the community gets knowledge about processing products with the main ingredient of butterfly pea which can provide additional income for housewives.

Abstract

The community service program "Waste Utilization for Welfare: Development of Compost Fertilizer and Eco Enzyme from the 4R Principle in Lhokseumawe City" aims to improve community welfare through the use of organic waste. The 4R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Replace) is the foundation of this program, which is to reduce the amount of waste and process waste into useful products such as compost and eco enzymes. The people of Lhokseumawe City are trained to make compost and eco enzyme fertilizers from household waste. Food scraps and foliage are converted into compost, which improves soil quality and increases local agricultural yields. On the other hand, eco enzymes, a liquid produced from the fermentation of organic waste, serve as a natural cleaner and liquid fertilizer that is economical and environmentally friendly. In addition, this activity provides knowledge to the community about the importance of good waste management to reduce the adverse impacts caused by waste. By applying the 4R principle, the community is expected to be able to manage daily waste more efficiently, resulting in products that are useful and have economic value. This training is also expected to encourage residents to make more money from waste treatment. By producing eco enzymes and compost, new business opportunities arise around. Overall, these efforts are not only concentrated on environmental issues, but also on improving the financial well-being of citizens. With effective waste management, it is hoped that the people of Lhokseumawe City will become more independent, environmentally conscious, and prosperous.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa di SD Negeri 3 Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan. Informan berjumlah lima orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa sudah terencana dengan baik, tahapan perencanaan dimulai rapat perencanaan, penetapan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, perencanaan laporan kebutuhan dan perencanaan keuangan dengan membentuk tim perencanaan. Pelaksanaan sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa belum sepenuhnya baik. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler tetapi masih kurang dalam kegiatan olahraga, pengadaan keuangan sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler masih terbatas, pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan baik dengan alakadarnya saja, serta pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang. Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana juga dilakukan meliputi menyewa, membeli barang, dan hibah/bantuan dari pemerintah. Evaluasi sarana dan prasarana ekstrakurikuler sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Evaluasi tersebut direalisasikan dengan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen sarana dan prasarana seperti kendala pemeliharaan barang yang teledor, rusak, hilang maka solusinya disampaikan kemanfaatan dan penggunaan dari barang-barang sarana prasarana tersebut secara kontinyu. Mengadakan pembinaan dan berdiskusi terkait masalah yang perlu diselesaikan adalah solusi dari kebersamaan dan kekompakkan yang tidak berjalan.

Abstract

Nurses can be a source of nosocomial infections in hospital. Nurse’s Hand Hygiene is most important step to reduce infection. The study aims to export the multimodal Hand Hygiene improvement strategy as a solution for PPI managers in increasing nurses handwashing compliance according to standards in hospitals. This research uses an observational pilot studi approach. The room used as a pilot study was a pediatric nursing room which consisted of 12 implementing nurses, 1 specialist doctor, and 1 assistant doctor. The results showed that the hand washing compliance of nurses’ increased to 80% after implementation of the Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy. The conlusion. nurses’ hand washing compliance is classified as obedient after the Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy is carried out. It is recommended that the Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy can be used as an approach to improve Five Moment Hand Hygiene compliance in hospitals.

Abstract

The increased industrial development can cause pollution and environmental damage. Iron metal (Fe) is an essential metal whose existence is a certain amount needed by living organisms, but in excessive amounts will cause toxic effects. To overcome this problem, an environmentally friendly technology is needed, namely phytoremediation technology using kiambang plants (Salvinia molesta M) and Kayu apu plants (Pistia stratiotes L). The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of reducing the concentration of iron (Fe) in ground water using a combination of kiambang (Salvinia molesta M) and a combination of Kayu apu plants (Pistia stratiotes L). This research method is experimental and the research approach used is qualitative analysis. The process of phytoremediation with a batch system using a Kiambang plant (Salvinia molesta M) and wooden apu (Pistia stratiotes L) as much as 300 grams (uses a variation of the amount different from the same weight (25:75) (150:150) (75:25)) in each reactor. The results showed a decline on the 12th day. In the reactor treatment group of 1 is 0.30 mg/l and efficiency at 47%, reactor 2 is 0.06 mg/l and efficiency of 93%, and reactor 3 is 0.49 mg/l and efficiency of 9%. The highest efficiency value in decreasing the concentration of iron (Fe) in groundwater using variations in the combination of Kiambang plant (Salvinia molesta M) and the wooded plant (Pistia stratiotes L) in the reactor treatment group 2 is 93% on the 12th day.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low fine motor skills of group B students at SPS Rambutan 78 Jember. Initial observations showed that the majority of children had difficulty with activities such as cutting and holding a pencil. This condition was caused by monotonous learning methods and a lack of creative media. The focus of this research was to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through the application of clay play. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis & McTaggart, conducted in two cycles with 13 children. Data were collected through observation and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed a significant and progressive increase in fine motor skill achievement. In the pre-cycle stage, the average achievement was only 45.49% (Beginning to Develop). After the intervention in Cycle I, achievement increased to 59.18% (Developing as Expected), and peaked in Cycle II at 76.24% (Developing Very Well). It was concluded that the clay play method was proven effective in improving the fine motor skills of early childhood, successfully achieving the established success indicators. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan motorik halus siswa kelompok B di SPS Rambutan 78 Jember, di mana observasi awal menunjukkan mayoritas anak kesulitan dalam aktivitas seperti menggunting dan memegang pensil. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan minim media kreatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui penerapan metode bermain tanah liat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus terhadap 13 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan capaian keterampilan motorik halus yang signifikan dan progresif. Pada tahap pra-siklus, rata-rata capaian hanya 45,49% (Mulai Berkembang). Setelah intervensi Siklus I, capaian meningkat menjadi 59,18% (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan), dan mencapai puncaknya pada Siklus II dengan 76,24% (Berkembang Sangat Baik). Disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain tanah liat terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini, berhasil mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Ikan marlin (Makaira nigricans) merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang rentan mengalami penurunan mutu akibat aktivitas enzim dan mikroorganisme. Penurunan kesegaran ini dapat diukur melalui parameter kimia, salah satunya Total Volatile Base Nitrogen (TVB-N) dan Trimetilamin Nitrogen (TMA-N). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kadar TVB-N dan TMA-N pada ikan marlin sebagai indikator kesegaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kimia Pusat Produksi, Inspeksi, dan Sertifikasi Hasil Perikanan (PPISHP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada periode 30 Juni–18 Agustus 2025. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode destilasi dan titrasi mengacu pada SNI 2354.8:2009. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil uji terhadap standar mutu yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar TVB-N sebesar 13,50 mg/100 g, masih berada di bawah ambang batas maksimum SNI (20–30 mg/100 g). Nilai TMA-N yang diperoleh sebesar 0,0108 mg/100 g, jauh lebih rendah dari batas penerimaan untuk ikan segar menurut SNI 2354.8:2009, yaitu 5 mg N/100 g. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sampel ikan marlin masih berada pada kategori segar dan layak dikonsumsi. Dengan demikian, uji TVB-N dan TMA-N dapat digunakan sebagai parameter penting untuk menilai mutu ikan marlin. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengendalian pascapanen yang baik mampu mempertahankan kualitas ikan hingga tahap distribusi.   Blue marlin (Makaira nigricans) is one of the economically valuable fishery commodities that is prone to quality deterioration due to enzymatic and microbial activity. The decline in freshness can be measured through chemical parameters, particularly Total Volatile Base Nitrogen (TVB-N) and Trimethylamine Nitrogen (TMA-N). This study aimed to determine the levels of TVB-N and TMA-N in blue marlin as indicators of freshness. The research was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory of the Center for Fishery Production, Inspection, and Certification (PPISHP), DKI Jakarta Province, during the period of June 30–August 18, 2025. Analyses were carried out using distillation and titration methods in accordance with SNI 2354.8:2009. Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the results to the applicable quality standards. The results showed that the TVB-N level was 13.50 mg/100 g, which is still below the maximum limit set by SNI (20–30 mg/100 g). The obtained TMA-N value of 0.0108 mg/100 g is far below the acceptable limit for fresh fish according to SNI 2354.8:2009, which is 5 mg N/100 g. These findings indicate that the blue marlin samples tested were still in the fresh category and suitable for consumption. Therefore, TVB-N and TMA-N analyses can serve as important parameters for assessing the quality of blue marlin. This study confirms that proper post-harvest handling can effectively maintain fish quality during distribution.
