Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning(PBL) pada Mata Kuliah Videografi pada Pembelajaran PAI di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama IslamFakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen dan mahasiswakelas 6B Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Mata Kuliah Videografi dalam Pembelajaran PAI.Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan untuk tinjauan pustaka, penulismenggunakan landasan argumentasi yang baik melalui hasil penelitian terdahulu dari jurnal penelitian. Subyekpenelitian ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Islam Semester 6 kelas b. Sumber data yangdigunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasilobservasi di dalam kelas menunjukkan kurangnya interaksimahassiswa yang aktif juga pada tahap orientasi masalah karena beberapa kelompok mahasiswa diberikesempatan untuk memberikan pendapat atau bertanya ketika diberikan penjelasan mengenai pembuatan videopembelajaran. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa PBL memungkinkan untuk menghadirkan situasimasalah yang otentik dan bermakna kepada siswa sehingga berpotensi menumbuhkan cara berpikir “inovatifdan kreatif” serta mengajarkan cara berpikir kontekstual kepada siswa. Kemudian hasil analisis jugamenunjukkan bahwa Mata Kuliah Videografi dalam pembelajaran ini membantu siswa untuk mengembangkanmateri pembelajaran melalui media video pembelajaran dan menyajikan video yang membantu pendidiknantinya dalammengajarkan materi pembelajaran PAI.Kata kunci:Problem Based Learning (PBL), Videografi Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pengembangan e-modul IPA berbasis potensi lokal Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas e-modul IPA berbasis potensi lokal Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMP. Pemanfaatan potensi lokal Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata kepada siswa tentang materi, sehingga siswa lebih mudah memahaminya melalui contoh-contoh yang ada di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Panti kelas VII E tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul IPA berbasis potensi lokal Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember dinyatakan sangat valid dengan skor 91,06% yang diperoleh dari validasi e-modul oleh tiga orang ahli. Kepraktisan penggunaan e-modul menunjukkan kriteria sangat praktis dengan skor 90% yang diperoleh dari penilaian lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Keefektifan e-modul menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretest dari 49 menjadi 85 pada posttest, dengan hasil perhitungan N-gain sebesar 0,70 berada pada kategori tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian e-modul IPA berbasis potensi lokal Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMP. Abstract

Studi ini mencoba untuk memahami pentingnya bahasa Inggris dalam era globalisasi dan bagaimana anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di Desa Jemaras Kecamatan Cempaga Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur memiliki akses terbatas terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini juga membahas upaya pengabdian masyarakat melalui program bimbingan belajar bahasa Inggris kepada anak-anak di desa ini, dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, bimbingan, dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan literasi membaca anak-anak, motivasi belajar, dan pemahaman bahasa Inggris. Namun, masih ada beberapa tantangan yang harus diatasi. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pendidikan bahasa Inggris pada usia dini dan peran pengabdian masyarakat dalam meningkatkan akses pendidikan ini. Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang yang kuat dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris di kalangan anak-anak Desa Jemaras. Berfokus pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dan membaca, kegiatan ini memiliki beberapa tujuan penting, meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Inggris, memahamkan orang tua akan pentingnya bahasa Inggris, dan mendorong motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan yang mengandalkan potensi dan sumber daya masyarakat. Yaitu mencakup persiapan, pengumpulan data, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak di Desa Jemaras. Hasil yang dicapai, termasuk peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan motivasi belajar, menunjukkan bahwa upaya pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil. Ini adalah langkah positif membantu anak-anak tersebut dalam memahami bahasa Inggris dan membaca, keterampilan yang penting dalam perkembangan mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat nyata bagi komunitas dan menjadi contoh bagaimana mahasiswa dapat berperan dalam membantu masyarakat dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan.

Abstract

Pentingnya pembelajaran sains bagi anak sebagai upaya meningkatkan berbagai aspek perkembangannya. Pada dasarnya pengetahuan anak perlu dibangun melalui pengalaman langsung sehingga dipilih metode sains untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode eksperimen terhadap keterampilan proses sains pada materi rambatan warna. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses sains anak masih tergolong belum berkembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 anak di TK Al Ghoniya Malang dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen one group pre test post test sehingga dapat diketahui ada pengaruh atau tidak penerapan metode eksperimen terhadap keterampilan proses sains anak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala likert berupa lembar observasi ceklis dengan teknik analisis data uji validitas konstruk dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode eksperimen terhadap keterampilan sains anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Al Ghoniya Malang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode eksperimen terhadap keterampilan proses anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract This article reviews the model of human resource development (HRD) based on spirituality as its main focus within Islamic Financial Institutions, specifically the KSPPS under the Association of Islamic Cooperatives of NU Members (ASKOWANU) in Jepara. The model applied in human resource development incorporates the dimensions of workplace spirituality, which include meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values. These three dimensions form the construct variable of spirituality in the workplace. Meaningful work is at the individual level, sense of community is at the group level, while alignment with organizational values is at the organizational level. By implementing these three aspects, companies or organizations will gain not only material but also immaterial and spiritual benefits. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach, where the researcher examines the phenomena occurring in the research object. The study concludes that, in general, Islamic financial institutions have already implemented spirituality-based human resource development, but it has not been effective. Therefore, strategic steps are necessary to implement these three aspects operationally within the institution/organization.

Abstract

This research is aimed at looking at scientific interpretation method in Indonesia and its application. The literature that is the object of this research is a book entitled Time in the Perspective of the Qur'an and Science which was written by a group of ulama and scientists from Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf al-Qur'an and the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI). This research belongs to the type of library research, where the data source is obtained from books and papers. In analyzing research objects, the author uses the formulation of the scientific interpretation method written by Abdul Jabbar Saqa and the author of the book Time in the Perspective of the Qur'an and Science. From the results of this research, it was found that the book Time in the Perspective of the Qur'an and Science was written by popular scholars in Indonesia: tafsir scholars and scientists. From all the descriptions it is understood that this book pays attention to aspects of linguistic rules, al-Qur'an sciences, and the interpretations of previous scholars. This book of tafsir also separates interpretation and scientific findings, both of which are different. Scientific findings are not interpretations of the Qur'an, but are part of the expansion of the Qur'an's instructions where changes to the findings will not affect the sanctity of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study examines how the city of Salatiga was constructed and represented as a vacantie oord or colonial resort town by the Dutch East Indies government in the late 19th to early 20th centuries. Using a historical qualitative approach, this paper seeks to reconstruct Salatiga's strategic role within the network of colonial cities in Central Java by examining aspects of urban planning, administrative regulations, and the colonial narratives that emerged during that period. Primary sources used include official colonial documents such as Staatsblad van Nederlandsch-Indië No. 266 of 1917, city map archives, colonial photographs, and tourist brochures published by the Toeristenverkeer institution. This research also utilizes secondary literature on colonial urban history and tropical spatial studies. The results of the study show that Salatiga was chosen as a resort town because of its strategic location on the slopes of Mount Merbabu, its cool climate, clean air, and the presence of natural water sources. The colonial government actively developed the urban layout of Salatiga through the construction of villas, hotels, parks, and recreational facilities that supported the city's image as a place of recovery and relaxation for the European elite. This study demonstrates that the image of a vacantie oord not only reflected colonial recreational needs but also served as an instrument of power manifested through the physical forms of the city.

Abstract

Critical thinking is a high-level skill that is very urgent for students. Nevertheless, the critical thinking skills of junior high school students in science learning still need to be improved. This research was conducted to produce an educational product, namely, scrapbook media in science learning to enhance the critical thinking skills of junior high school students. Researchers used the Plomp development model to collect data, including preliminary research, prototyping stage, and assessment phase. The validation results from the experts reached 86%, with very valid criteria in all four aspects. In the practicality test results from the learning implementation observation sheet, 98% of the results were obtained with convenient criteria. The result of the N-gain analysis with high criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the scrapbook media in science learning to improve the critical thinking skills of junior high school students is valid, practical, and effective. Furthermore, scrapbook media can be used to facilitate students in science learning. Scrapbook media can be designed by integrating learning activities that require active students so that their critical thinking skills can develop. Students can learn to interpret, analyze, evaluate, explain, and make inferences about various scientific phenomena using scrapbook media so that their critical thinking skills develop. Abstract

Computational thinking has become a crucial skill for students because it gives them the tools to solve complicated issues using organized methods. Implementing Problem-based learning and Design-based learning in science learning has significantly enhanced students' skills. This research aims to ascertain which of the two models is better for facilitating computational thinking skills among middle school students in science learning. The study used a sample of 69 middle school students selected through random sampling. This research employs a quasi-experimental, multi-group, post-test-only design. The instrument utilized in this research is a computational thinking skills test comprising five questions. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA to test the hypotheses. Tukey test results indicate that the mean difference score between the PBL and DBL groups is 1.2609, with a significance value greater than 0.05. The study confirms that Problem-based learning is more effective than Design-based learning in facilitating students' computational thinking skills. However, the difference between the two is not particularly noteworthy. Abstract

Argumentation skills are still a challenge in science learning. Teachers must develop innovative learning to promote various thinking skills, one of which is argumentation skills. This research aims to develop valid, practical, and effective modules based on the web. The type of research applied was educational development research (EDR) with the ADDIE development model. The data collection techniques and instruments include validation sheets, practicality sheets, tests, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research sample was class VIII-B SMPN 1 Sukowono, with 26 students. The data analysis results of the validity of the modules based on the web got an average score of 85% with highly valid criteria. The results of the learning implementation analysis got an average score of 85%, which is an outstanding category from the assessment of the three observers. Product effectiveness is obtained from test results and student response questionnaire sheets. The results of the product effectiveness analysis using the N-Gain test got an average score of 0.74 in the high criteria. Students can learn in various places and situations by accessing modules and collaborating with other students and other learning resources available on the network.
