Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Islamic value integration in Social Studies (IPS) education at MTs Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti, Lampung Tengah, and its impact on students' understanding and character development. The study used a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and lesson plan analysis. The results show that integrating Islamic values into IPS education enhances students' understanding of social concepts such as social differences and humanitarian issues, while fostering positive attitudes like tolerance, empathy, and social care. 85% of students showed improved social understanding, while 80% were able to link social concepts to Islamic teachings. These findings support that religious integration in education contributes to the development of academically intelligent and morally sound individuals. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di MTs Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti Lampung Tengah dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman serta perkembangan karakter siswa. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran IPS meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep sosial, seperti perbedaan sosial dan isu kemanusiaan, serta membentuk sikap yang lebih positif seperti toleransi, empati, dan kepedulian sosial. Sebanyak 85% siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman sosial, sementara 80% mampu mengaitkan konsep sosial dengan ajaran Islam. Temuan ini mendukung bahwa integrasi agama dalam pendidikan mampu menciptakan generasi yang cerdas akademik dan berakhlak mulia..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep antara peserta didik yang melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble dengan peserta didik yang tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan uji Mann Withney untuk mengetahui perbedaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik, (2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik, (3) ada perbedaan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep antara peserta didik yang melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble dengan peserta didik yang tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble.Kata Kunci : Cooperative learning tipe scramble, motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep.

Abstract

Berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar menagajar adalah mrupakan sebuah proses transfer of knowledge dari seorang guru dan peserta didik. Artinya ada komunikasi dua arah yakni antara guru dan murid. Kegiatan pembelajaran akan dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien ketika di dalam kegiatan tersebut dipakai sebuah metode, media, dan juga strategi yang pas dengan materi ajar yang disampaikan. Dengan pemilihan metode, media, dan strategi yang tepat dan pas akan membuat kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan. Khusus pada bagian media pembelajaran, adanya penggunaan media pembelajaran ditengah berlangsungnya suatu kegiatan pembelajaran akan semakin menambah semangat, motivasi, dan juga hirah belajar peserta didik. Pun juga ketika dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MA Darul Qur’an kelas XI khususnya dibidang maharah al-kalam yang di dalamnya terdapat sebuah media yakni media permainan ular tangga. Dengan menggunakan penelitian studi kasus yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif didapatkan bahwa semua peserta didik semangat dan termotivasi untuk bisa berbicara bahasa Arab walaupun dalam taraf tataran kalimat sederhana. Kemampuan dan penguasaan kalam peserta didik MA Darul Qur’an kelas XI menjadi lebih terasah sehingga semakin meningkat penguasaan kalamnya ketika mereka di ajak belajar dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga. Media permainan ular tangga yang diterapkan di MA Darul Qur’an Kelas XI Wonosari, Gunungkidul ini memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap penguasaan kalam peserta didik MA Darul Qur’an Kelas XI. Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era requires the adaptation of PAI to remain relevant and effective in achieving its learning goals. This study focuses on three main aspects: (1) identifying the most relevant and effective forms of PAI learning method innovation applied at various levels of education (2) analyzing the challenges faced in the implementation of these innovations, including teacher readiness, availability of digital infrastructure, and relevance of content; and (3) formulate the right strategy to develop the professional competence of PAI teachers in mastering and implementing innovative methods based on digital technology. This research aims to analyze and map the innovation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning methods in the digital era through a systematic literature study approach. The method used is literature review by analyzing a number of articles, books, and related scientific documents published in the last ten years. The results of the study show that the most prominent PAI method innovations include the use of blended learning technology, flipped classroom, mobile learning, and the integration of digital learning resources (e.g., interactive videos, game-based learning applications) to increase students' motivation and understanding of Islamic values. The main challenges identified are the digital divide between urban and rural schools, the lack of ongoing training for teachers, and the need to develop a curriculum that is adaptive to technological developments. As a solution, this study recommends a practice-oriented sustainable professional development strategy, strengthening collaboration between teachers, and equitable digital infrastructure procurement policies. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the innovation of PAI learning methods in the digital era requires synergy between the readiness of human resources (teachers) and the availability of infrastructure and strong policy support.

Abstract

The scientific reasoning ability of students in Indonesia was relatively low due to a lack of understanding of the material and learning concepts. Therefore, an interesting learning system was needed and supported by effective media in conveying messages and learning objectives, which facilitated teachers in the teaching process, such as the use of interactive e-modules. This study aimed to develop interactive e-modules to improve scientific reasoning abilities in junior high school science learning. This interactive e-module was developed using the ADDIE model. The results of the study showed a validity percentage of 92.62% (very valid), practicality of 89.51% (practical), and N-gain of 0.59 (medium), while student responses reached 87.18% (very good). Interactive e-modules met the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness because they were arranged systematically and covered all indicators of scientific reasoning abilities. Thus, interactive e-modules were feasible to be implemented as learning media to improve junior high school students' scientific reasoning abilities.

Abstract

Abstract For approximately five centuries, starting from 1571 and actually ending in 1924, the Ottoman Empire controlled the scientific centers in the Hejaz City. During that time, Ulama Jawi enjoyed the golden age of science. Thoriq Aziz, in his book entitled "Ulama-Ulama Nusantara yang Mempengaruhi Dunia" documented at least three Ulama from Indonesia who had been Imam al-haramain during that period. They are Sheikh Junaid al-Batawi, Sheikh Nawawi al-Jawi al-Bantani, and Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Minangkabawi. At that time, Ulama Jawi, most of whom came from Indonesia, had a big role in enlivening scientific activities at Haramain. One of Ulama Jawi who became great scholars in Haramain, usually had students in Haramain who later also became great scholars in Haramain. Among them was come from Sambas, Shaykh Ahmad bin Abdu Somad Sambas. Many of his students became great scholars such as Sheikh Tholhah Gunung Jati Cirebon, Sheikh Ahmad Kholil Bangkalan Madura, Sheikh Abdul Qodir Al Bantani, who sent down students, namely Sheikh Abdul Aziz Cibeber and Sheikh Asnawi Banten. Other Ulama Jawi who are very well known as great scholars at Haramain are Shaykh Nawawi al Bantani, Sayid Ahmad an Nahrowi Al Banyumasi, Sheikh Mahfudz Al Turmizi, Sayidi Sheikh Ubaidillah Surabaya, Sayidi Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas Sokaraja, Sayidi Sheikh Abdullah Tegal, Sayidi Sheikh Abdullah Wahab Rohan Medan, Sayid Sheikh Abdullah Batangpau, Sayyidi Sheikh Muhmmad Ilyas Sokaraja, Sayyidi Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdu Somad al Bimawi, and Sayidi Sheikh Abdullah and Sayidi Sheikh Abdul Manan, Sayidi Sheikh Ahmad Abdul Hadi Giri Kusumo Mranggen Demak, Sheikh Baqir Zaenal Abidin jogja and Shaykh Idris Jamsaren. In that golden age of sciences period of approximately five centuries, a very beautiful relationship was established between Ulama Jawi who played the role of Imam al-haramain as well as enriched scientific activities in Haramain and the Ottoman Empire who acted as protectors and providers of facilities for all religious and scientific activities in Haramain. Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menekankan pengembangan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), seperti analisis, evaluasi, dan membuat. Namun, penguasaan HOTS siswa, khususnya pada level kognitif C4–C6, masih rendah. Salah satu kendalanya adalah kesulitan memahami materi abstrak, seperti sistem pencernaan manusia dalam pelajaran IPA. Augmented reality (AR) menjadi solusi inovatif dengan visualisasi objek 3D yang realistis, sehingga memperkaya pengalaman belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul berbasis diagram AR interaktif untuk meningkatkan HOTS siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh dosen dan guru, sedangkan uji coba dilakukan pada siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-modul ini memiliki tingkat validitas sangat tinggi (92%), kepraktisan sangat baik (96%), dan efektivitas sedang dalam meningkatkan HOTS, dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,66. Respon siswa juga sangat positif (83,125%). Dengan demikian, e-modul berbasis diagram AR interaktif ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA, serta layak diimplementasikan di sekolah guna mendukung peningkatan HOTS siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with STEM on the Science Process Ability (PPP) of junior high school students in science subjects. The basis of this research departs from the low scientific competence of students, especially in the aspects of formulating hypotheses, compiling experiments, applying concepts, and conveying results, as reported by previous studies. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design involving two classes, namely an experimental class that obtained STEM-based PjBL learning, and a control class that used a scientific approach. Data collection methods include tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through normality tests, homogeneity tests, Mann-Whitney U tests, and N-Gain calculations. The findings of the study showed that the STEM-based PjBL model exerted a significant influence on students' science process skills which were characterized by a p-value on the Mann-Whitney U test of 0.003 (< 0.05). The increase in scientific competence was strengthened by an N-Gain value of 0.61 (medium category), with the highest increase in the aspect of compiling experiments and delivering results. The results of this study confirm that the application of STEM-based PjBL is able to create contextual, applicative, and effective learning in strengthening students' scientific mindsets.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) sebagai wujud pengabdian masyarakat dalam Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi dilaksanakan di Desa Kedungsolo, Porong, Sidoarjo dengan fokus pada pengembangan wisata edukasi melalui permainan tradisional. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah tingginya ketergantungan anak terhadap gadget yang berdampak pada berkurangnya aktivitas fisik, keterampilan sosial, serta potensi gangguan konsentrasi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memperkenalkan kembali permainan tradisional agar anak-anak memperoleh alternatif bermain yang sehat, edukatif, sekaligus melestarikan budaya lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal untuk identifikasi masalah, sosialisasi dan koordinasi dengan perangkat desa serta karang taruna, pelaksanaan praktik langsung permainan tradisional, evaluasi bersama masyarakat, serta tindak lanjut berupa rekomendasi keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan permainan tradisional berhasil meningkatkan minat anak-anak, memperkuat interaksi sosial, serta mendapat dukungan orang tua dan tokoh masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pengenalan kembali permainan tradisional efektif mengurangi ketergantungan anak terhadap gadget sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian budaya. Disarankan agar perangkat desa, karang taruna, dan sekolah mengembangkan permainan tradisional sebagai agenda rutin sehingga manfaatnya dapat berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif bagi perkembangan anak-anak maupun masyarakat.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (KP2M) was conducted in Ketawang Village, Malang Regency, with the primary goal of resolving issues related to service administration and the empowerment of women's groups. Ketawang Village needed more efficient governance improvement and an enhanced role for the PKK women in economic activities. The program focused on two core activities: (1) Assistance in Organizing Village Service Administration and (2) Socialization, Planning, and Empowerment of the PKK Women's Group. The methodology involved intensive mentoring and focused training. Administrative activities included archives organization and data digitalization to improve service speed and transparency. Meanwhile, PKK activities involved program planning training and initiating micro-enterprise development to increase family income. Results showed a significant improvement in the efficiency of village services and the emergence of more structured work programs from the PKK group. This intervention successfully laid the foundation for Ketawang Village to become a more organized, transparent, and productive village by boosting the capacity of village officials and the PKK women.
