Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the perception of consumers to the quality of service in the motorcycle workshop AHASS Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to describe the consumer's perception of service quality at AHASS Global Jaya Perkasa Motorcycle Workshop. Sampling techniques using aksidental sampling technique is the determination of the sample based on coincidence, anyone who happens to meet the consumers of the motorcycle workshop AHASS Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru so that researchers can Use it as a sample when viewed by the person who happens to be found suitable as a data source. Research instruments using poll. The results showed that consumer perception of the quality of service provided by AHASS Global Jaya Perkasa in general in good category. Consumer perception of service quality is supported by several indicators such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence.Key Words: Quality of service, AHASS Global Jaya Perkasa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Habits and Attitudes of Learning on Learning Achievements in Economic Subjects in Class XII IPS Students at Pekanbaru 7 High School T.A 2018/2019. This research is descriptive quantitative using a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of class XII IPS in Pekanbaru T.A 2018/2019 Public High School 7 consisting of 4 classes totaling 150 students and a sample of 110 students using simple random sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques using the t test, F test and to determine the percentage influence of Habit and Learning Attitudes toward Learning Achievement using the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study of Student Learning Habits at Pekanbaru 7 High School included in the Good category, the Learning Attitude of students in Pekanbaru 7 High School is also included in the Good category. From the data analysis it was found that student learning habits significantly influence learning achievement, student learning attitudes also have a significant influence on learning achievement. Simultaneously it turns out that Student Learning Habits and Attitudes significantly influence Learning Achievement with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 48.2% while the remaining 51.8% is determined by factors such as learning motivation, learning discipline and so on. For students to increase the habit of doing economic assignments both at home and at school, individual assignments and group assignments. As well as being more good towards Economics and other lessons. Because by practicing getting used to making assignments well, coupled with a good attitude towards the lessons learned is believed to be able to make learning achievements better and keep increasing.Keyword: Learning Habits, Learning Attitudes, Learning Achievements.

Abstract

Abtract: This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village of Gunung Toar districts Kuantan Singingi regency with a view to analyzing the impact of natural rubber farming on rural social economic communities. Social economic that more study about income level to fulfill household consumption of rubber farmer. Populated community in Teberau Panjang village populated with rubber plantations and making basic livelihoods, then sampled in a porpusive sampling of 100 samples. The sample criteria of the community who own the rubber plamtations either as workers or as landowners. Data analysis technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decrease of rubber price caused rubber farmers in Teberau Panjang village to move land from rubber plantation to oil palm plantation community. Rubber plantations in Teberau Panjang village are stll traditionally managed. The management is done simply. After planning is left unattend, only some farmers who after planting rubber seeds doing maintenance, lack of care also cause the quality and productivity of rubber produced low. The impact of farming on the sosio-economic of rural communities in Teberau Panjang village from the results of the study found that the level of income decreased. This is caused by the decline in rubber price and the occurrence of monopsony where the price is determined by toke-toke village so that there is no bargaining among farmers, but it is also caused by the shift of rubber farmers to other communities that is oil palm.Keyword : Natural Rubber Farming, Sosio-Ecomic

Abstract

Abstract : Company Amplang shrimp is a company engaged in ready-to-eat foods, through the field observation shrimp firms do marketing using a strategy of concentration is a strategy that specializes some markets in sales because of lack of existing natural resources. So the company only sells products within the region and performs production only to the existing order. With the problems that exist then this research using SWOT Matrix to know the right marketing strategy for company to be able to run its business well, so get profit or profit. The result of the research concludes that the strategy used by the company and suggested for the company is 1. Growth oriented strategy if the company has SO strategy, that is strategy with internal strength strength and excellent opportunity 2. Stability Strategy if the company has WO strategy, that is strategy Which minimizes the weaknesses to seize the opportunities that exist, 3. Defense Strategy if the company has a WT strategy, a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses to overcome the threat.Key words : SWOT, Marketing Strategy, Strategy Analysis

Abstract

Abstract: In 2005, Indonesian government issued teacher certification policy, this is for increasing the performance of educators. Certified teachers are expected to increase their performance and show their professionalism as educators in the both school and society.  Therefore, this is needed to find out whether the certification policy has already influenced on the increasing of teachers’ performance. This research is aimed to Analyze the Impact of Implementing Certification Policy on the Certified Teachers’ Performance at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Besides, this research is also to develop and enhance knowledge and how the performance should be expected in certification policy. It is also to see the reality in the work place. The data used in this research is secondary data that is the assessment of teachers’ performance assessed by school. In order to find out the impact of implementing certification policy on the teachers’ performance, this research used quantitative comparative method. Data is analyzed by t-test analysis. The result of research showed that certification policy implementation has already effected on the increasing of teachers’ performance by comparing the average score of certified teachers’ performance (51,48) with uncertified teachers’ performance (48,58). It means that the average score of certified teachers is higher than uncertified teacher as well as the result of statistical test showed the difference of performance score which is score thitung (4,4770)  >  ttabel(1,6871). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teachers' teaching skills on learning motivation of class XI Adp in Smk Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The subject of this research is all students of class XI ADP SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Which amounted to 58 people, the sample was taken using Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaire or Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Simple Linear Regression Analysis processed. The results of this study indicate that teachers 'teaching skills have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. This means that the higher the level of a teacher's teaching skills the higher the level of student learning motivation. Thus to improve the motivation to learn is required teaching skills of in his field.Keywords: Teaching Skills, Student Motivation

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study aims to analyze the development strategy of agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riri Payakumbuh. The subjct of this study is Agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riry in Payakumbuh. The instruments of data collection were an open quetionnare, interviews and documentation. Data ware analyzed by using SWOT matrix. The result showed that the alternative strategies that can be applied by the company such as maintaining the quality of products and services, increasing the market share, expanding the utilization of technology in the company's activities, developing professional management system, cooperating with raw material suppliers, increasing promotion with exhibition and sponsorship, improve the product packaging system, and expand the parking lot. The result analysis shows that company has the strength that can be utilized in reaching the existing opportunity, wiht the main of strategies such as maintaining the quality of products and services, and increase market share.Keywords: strategi of development, agroindustry

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Model Word Square Application Usage To Increase Motivation At Subjects IPS Student Class V SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir with a total of 25 students. This research was conducted in several cycles with the subject of class V students of SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir 2015/2016. Based on the survey results revealed that the Model Word Square can increase learning motivation IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Activities teachers first cycle result is 43.7% in the category are not perfect and the second cycle has reached a success rate of 78.1% in the category that is perfect. Student activity cycle I result already achieved a success rate that is 50.5% and in the second cycle, the better the score with a score that is 84% in the very high category. Student motivation first cycle results are already achieved a success rate that is 52% and the second cycle has reached a success rate of 84% in the category of very high interval.Keyword: Motivation Learning Student. Abstract: This study aims to know the implementation of the scientific approach in improving students learning activities, and students' perceptions of the application of the scientific approach in learning process. This research was conducted at Junior high school 8 pekanbaru on March - December 2019 with research respondents of all of students from VIII2, VIII6, VIII10, and 3 teachers. The data collected through observation, and questionnaire. Observations were made to collect data on activities undertaken by teachers and learning activities undertaken by students, distribution of questionnaires to students to collect data on students' perceptions about the application of scientific approaches in social studies learning Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 1) The application of the scientific approach to social studies subjects has been well implemented. 2) students' perceptions of the application of the scientific approach to social studies subjects is included good categories. Thus the use of the scientific approach by teachers, especially in social studies subject in addition to increase student learning activities are also appropriate with the expectations and desires of students.Key Words: Implementation of Scientific Approaches, Students’ Learning Activities, Students’ Perceptions.

Abstract

Abstract : One faktor that affects the quality of learning is the variable performance of teachers. Teachers have a dominant influence on the quality of learning, because the teacher is the one who is responsible for the learning process in the classroom, even as education providers in schools. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are Civil Servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are civil servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. On the fact that the actual performance of the teachers are still not much gets done properly, whether teachers are teachers of Civil Servants had a good performance in accordance with the rules and responsibilities of the Government or are still less well in doing performance teaching, or the performance of the teachers of Non-Civil Servants even better than on the performance of the teacher of Civil Servants. The purpose of this research is to know the difference in performance of teachers with the teachers of Non-Civil Servants and Civil Servants At State Vocational secondary school 7 of Pekanbaru. The data obtained provide a questionnaire to all teachers are Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants who teaches at the school that is as much as 40 respondent. The data analysis techniques are used descriptive analysis and the analysis of the T- test. The results of the research there is a difference between the performance of teachers with teachers of Non Civil Servants and Civil Servants based on T-test test performed show that the significance of the value obtained from the calculation of a Non Parametric Test that is smaller than 0.004 value specified significance 0.05 (p > 0.050).
