Abstract

Learning factories serve as innovative platforms to promote sustainable education by integrating advanced technologies, contributing directly to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4), which focuses on ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. This study investigates the application of sustainable practices in learning factories, aiming to identify technological innovations that enhance education while promoting resource efficiency and accessibility. The objective of this research is to explore how these technologies can address educational challenges and contribute to sustainable development. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this research combines in-depth qualitative case studies of learning factories with quantitative data from surveys and interviews conducted with educators, students, and industry stakeholders. The findingsreveal that implementing technologies such as automation, virtual and augmented reality, and digital twins improves learning outcomes by providing immersive, hands-on experiences while minimizing environmental impacts. Additionally, the results highlight the importance of fostering partnerships between academic institutions and industries to create a collaborative ecosystem for sustainable innovation. The conclusion emphasizes the transformative role of learning factories in advancing sustainable education through technology, suggesting that broader adoption of these practices can accelerate progress toward SDG4. This study offers practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and industry leaders to integrate technology-driven sustainability in educational environments, thus supporting global efforts toward equitable and quality education.

Abstract

University graduates face the challenge of possessing high competitiveness in the increasingly competitive global job market, especially amidst rapid technological advancement and digitalization. To address this, the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which focuses on measurable competency achievements, and economic mathematics as part of the higher education curriculum, can be a strategic solution. This study aims to examine the optimization of graduate competitiveness through community service by integrating OBE and economic mathematics into university curricula, as well as its impact on graduates' readiness to face workplace challenges. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collection techniques including policy document analysis, in-depth interviews with education stakeholders, and case studies at universities that have integrated both approaches. The findings show that the implementation of OBE and integration of economic mathematics into the curriculum can enhance students' practical competencies, strengthen data-based decision-making and analytical abilities, and improve students' readiness for industry employment. This community service contributes significantly to universities in designing curricula that are more responsive to the global job market needs while also enhancing graduates' competitiveness at the international level. Programs such as the Raharja Enrichment Program (REP), which provide industry experience, also proved to enhance students' work readiness.

Abstract

In the digital economy era, consumer loyalty has become a strategic asset for startupreneurs operating amid dynamic competition and information dense markets. This study examines the integrative role between pricing strategies based on Behavioral Economics principles and digital marketing approaches in shaping and enhancing consumer loyalty. Techniques such as anchoring price, scarcity marketing, bundling, and framing are synergistically combined with digital marketing tactics including social media utilization, content personal ization, and micro influencer engagement to create more resonant and recur ring consumer experiences. Through a qualitative method based on litera ture studies and observations of several digital startups in Indonesia, this study finds that ethical price optimization and adaptive digital campaigns not only drive short-term conversions but also build customer trust and retention in the long term. These findings indicate that strategies rooted in consumer behavior understanding and supported by digital marketing technology can serve as an important catalyst for the sustainable growth of startupreneurs. Recommendations are formulated to encourage the implementation of strategies that are not only market-competitive but also aligned with transparency, sustainability, and modern business ethics. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, combining behavioral-based pricing strategies with digital marketing techniques to build consumer loyalty among startupreneurs. This approach remains under explored in the context of startups in developing countries, particularly Indonesia, and thus offers a fresh perspective for sustainable digital business models.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital economy, effective communication between sellers and customers on e-commerce platforms plays a pivotal role in shaping user experience and satisfaction. This study explores the adaptation of the Indonesian language within these interactions, focusing on the linguistic styles, usage patterns, and communication challenges faced by sellers and customers. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from direct conversations and product descriptions on leading Indonesian e-commerce platforms. Findings reveal a dominant use of semi-formal and informal language styles, enhanced by abbreviations, emojis, and popular digital jargon, which collectively foster a sense of familiarity and responsiveness. However, balancing language standardization with the demands for fast and engaging communication remains a significant challenge. The results underline the critical need for communication models that can adapt to the dynamic nature of digital discourse while maintaining clarity and politeness. This research lays the groundwork for developing intelligent communication systems powered by artificial intelligence, which can effectively interpret and generate contextually appropriate language in e-commerce settings. The insights gained here offer valuable foundations for future work in creating AI-driven tools aimed at enhancing digital customer engagement and satisfaction through culturally and linguistically aware communication strategies.
