In the process of job management, many problems are faced. So that good management is needed, which is required to provide problem solving. Problem solving is done by conducting research on objects, in order to produce quality management. Research is a way to objectively seek truth, where truth here is not only conceptually or deductively obtained, but also must be tested empirically. Writing can mean lowering or describing graphic symbols that describe a language understood by someone. For a researcher, management of research preparation is a very important step because this step greatly determines the success or failure of all research activities. Before a person starts with research activities, he must make a written plan commonly referred to as the management of research data collection. In the process of collecting research data, of course we can do the management of questionnaires as well as the preparation of interview guidelines to disseminate and obtain accurate information. With the arrangement of planning and conducting interviews: the ethics of conducting interviews, the advantages and disadvantages of interviews, the formulation of interview questions, the schedule of interviews, group and focus group interviews, interviews using recording devices, and interview bias. making a questionnaire must be designed with very good management by giving to the information needed, in accordance with the problem and all that does not cause problems at the stage of analysis and interpretation.

It is well known by the public that the development of science and technology has progressed very rapidly and even continues to increase from year to year, especially in the education system. But in reality, there are still many learning systems that use conventional methods. This method makes the learning process passive and inactive. But now by implementing blockchain into the online learning process and there is no conventional learning process that makes learning activities boring and technology-saturated in the educational learning system at Raharja University, making the learning process more effective and efficient. The objectives of using blockchain technology in education include developing educational curricula, improving the use of educational applications, processing data about education. The research method is carried out by collecting data and using the literature study. So that the presence of blockchain technology makes the education system at the forefront. This application is done so that the learning system can be done with easy access, without being limited by space and time so that it is more efficient. It can even motivate to increase exploration in the learning process which in turn will increase student productivity, of course.

Submission of information is a very important thing that is owned by a system. The system that is made very well will be able to convey good and clear information to its users so that it can communicate well. The more rapid technology has been used by several educational institutions, especially universities, to support the existing learning system. For students who have fulfilled the requirements for conducting final research, it is appropriate to declare to carry out the final research. But the head of the department is still required to come to campus to declare that the student is eligible or not to do the final research. Therefore we need a system that can provide convenience for the Head of Department to declare that students are eligible to do final research that can be accessed online so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime by the Head of Department and does not need to come to campus because the system still uses local networks. In order to provide convenience and effectiveness for the Head of Department to check and provide eligibility for students eligible for final research which then leads to the maximum service to students. In conducting research research methods used in this study namely observation, interviews and literature study In the process of developing the system the writer uses 4 stages, namely problem identification, planning, designing prototypes and reviewing prototypes. Evidenced by the viewboard of the head of the department of service to students, it was very well fulfilled.

Many industries and universities are interested in blockchain technology, which is a growing field of interest. The Digital Data Storage System (DDS) consists of many servers (multi-server). Blockchain technology allows data to be copied and authenticated across servers. Many people believe that blockchain is only used for cryptocurrencies, but that's not entirely correct. Bitcoin, one of the most well-known cryptocurrencies, heavily relies on the technology. However, in reality, the use of blockchain is not limited to cryptocurrencies. One way that blockchain technology can be used is for data processing in universities. In this study, the author looks at how it can be used to improve student records, document transactions, and more.The research method used in this study is the "literature review" method.

The purpose of this study was to determine the development procedure and the feasibility of learning media for whiteboard animation in Natural Sciences subjects at SMP Padindi, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a research and development (RD) approach. The development model in this study is the analysis design development implementation evaluation (ADDIE) model. The feasibility test is carried out by means of individual testing (one to one) on 3 experts, namely material experts, learning experts, and media experts, as well as 3 students. In addition, a small group test was also carried out on 9 students. The results showed that: i) the material expert test was 87.5%, the learning expert was 85%, the media expert was 84.44%, 3 students were 88.84%, and the small group was 90%; and ii) this whiteboard animation learning media is suitable for use based on the results of media trials by experts and students.

Evaluasi penilaian sertifikasi kompetensi dilakukan secara manual atau dengan menggunakan kertas. Inimembuatnya cukup sulit bagi penilai untuk mengevaluasi beberapa penilaian dalam waktu singkat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang evaluasi penilaian aplikasi. Penelitian ini memodelkan alatevaluasi manual ke dalam bentuk aplikasi mobile. Dengan demikian, penilai dapat melakukanpekerjaannya dengan baik dan data evaluasi dapat disimpan dalam bentuk digital sehingga akan mudahdiakses. Hasilnya penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh penilai untuk melakukanpenilaian penilaian. Jenis-jenis penilaian metode yang dapat dievaluasi melalui aplikasi ini adalahpertanyaan dan pengamatan tertulis. Simulasi dilakukan untuk menguji aplikasi secara real time. Hasil tessimulasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan pada sertifikasi kompetensi ujian di UniversitasRaharja.

Perkembangan dalam dunia pendidikan semakin mendorong terjadinya perubahan pada proses pembelajaran. Sejalan dengan program Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang menetapkan kebijakan Kampus Merdeka pada tahun 2020, merealisasikan terciptanya program Manajemen Retail. Melalui metode pembelajaran simulasi (case study), pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning), dan pembelajaran berbasis (active learning) membuat MR-REP (Manajemen Retail Raharja Enrichment Program) dirancang untuk melahirkan entrepreneur yang memiliki keahlian di bidang retail modern berbasis teknologi informasi. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka menjadi salah satu landasan penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara daring dan langsung, melalui kunjungan masyarakat fun and enjoy, di Centre of Excellence Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Manajemen Retail pada sebuah tempat bernuansa startup yang bernama Alphabet Incubator. Hasil akhir dari sosialisasi pengabdian ini berupa terealisasikannya sosialisasi terkait program MR-REP yang sejalan dengan tujuan Kemendikbud untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi lulusan program sarjana.

Desa Pakulonan Barat merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Rata – rata penduduk di Desa tersebut tidak mempunyai pekerjaan sehingga produktivitas mereka dalam keseharian sangat terbatas. Dengan demikian yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah tidak adanya pengetahuan masyarakat tersebut untuk bergerak membuat sesuatu yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sekaligus menjadi tambahan penghasilan mereka. Maka dari itu, pelatihan membuat deterjen cair ini menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang menjadikan peluang usaha home industri. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Pakulonan Barat dalam mengolah deterjen cair sekaligus menjadi upaya peningkatan penghasilan tambahan masyarakat, membantu pemerintah desa untuk memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selanjutnya Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah survey, pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dalam kegiatan dengan menyebarkan angket bagi masyarakat Desa Pakulonan Barat yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan jumlah 20 orang dengan nilai 83,0 % dinyatakan puas telah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dalam pembuatan deterjen cair.
