Abstract

Islam advances its people to spread science and technology. According to Muslims who believe in the Koran, learning to develop science and technology is an attribute of their faith. Those who are knowledgeable have clearly been shown that they will attain invaluable rewards in the last day. In view of the present current science that can be seen from the unprecedented investment particularly for the characteristic, physical and clinical sciences to expand the considerable advancement in people. Abstract

 Artificial intelligence techniques to forecasts based on the Community Multiscale Air Quality (PM2.5) operational model can be known using TensorFlow. TensorFlow was used in this study to assess the scores of the Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) input variables on the 6-hour forecast for July-October 2022. The relevance scores for the one- and two-day forecasts are represented by the sum of the relevance scores across the target prediction timeframe 2–5 and 4–7 previous time steps. The initial selection of input variables was based on their correlation coefficient with the measured PM2.5 concentration. Still, the order of contribution of the input variables measured by TensorFlow was different from the order of their correlation coefficients, which indicated an inconsistency between the linear and nonlinear variables of the method. It was found that the retraining of the RNN model using a subset of variables with a high relevance score resulted in a predictive ability similar to the initial set of input variables.

Abstract

Mail management or archiving is very commonly carried out by an organization. At Esa Unggul University, the management of student academic letter needs is still done manually by the faculty administration staff, which is considered inefficient because there is only 1 faculty staff for each department, and they play a role in almost all faculty activities, so the management and service of academic letters has a slow process. Based on the problems found above, an academic letter management information system is proposed. This research is intended to be able to process student academic letter needs quickly and easily, so that it benefits both the students and the Faculty. The development method chosen for this system is prototyping using the Laravel framework, and producing an information system that can manage incoming and outgoing mail from the Esa Unggul University Faculty of Computer Science by the system. The benefits of this research include easing the work of the Faculty Admin, speeding up the process of serving academic letters, and reducing the risk of Human Error when managing academic letters

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang memiliki peran krusial dalam memberikan pelayanan terkait informasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kepada masyarakat. Penggunaan media desain grafis seperti gambar, ilustrasi dan infografis telah terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Masyarakat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi Dukcapil Kota Tangerang, antara lain kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem yang belum mendukung secara optimal dan keterbatasan dalam keterbukaan informasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelayanan publik di beberapa daerah belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, perancangan media desain grafis yang baik, berguna meningkatkan penyampaian informasi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dari jurnal terkait dan penelitian sebelumnya, serta konsep desain meliputi layout kasar, komprehensif dan final artwork yang dirancang dengan Canva untuk media sosial Instagram. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu desain untuk merayakan hari-hari besar Nasional, kegiatan pelayanan, pelayanan keliling terpadu, serta desain indeks kepuasan masyarakat di Dukcapil Kota Tangerang bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi.

Abstract

Blockchain which includes smart contract and tokenization features is the latest technology in the world, especially Indonesia. Smart contracts and tokenization make it very easy for users and can maintain valid data security, but there are still many universities that have not implemented the system so they have to involve many parties and costs. The problem taken in this study is the payment process for transactions such as credit and data processing that is vulnerable to illegal data leakage. This study aims to develop a smart contract system and blockchain tokenization in universities in the payment transaction process. The method used in this research is literature review analysis and testing method. The implementation of smart contracts and tokenization can replace third parties as security guards of transaction data with all Blockchain users paying attention and ensuring the integrity of the entire process and activity. This of course can avoid problems that arise from the presence of third parties in the transaction process. So it can be concluded that the implementation of smart contracts and Blockchain tokenization in payment transactions is the right solution to be applied in the payment transaction process at universities.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based online thesis guidance application for the Computer Science program to facilitate the processing of student thesis data and enhance the thesis guidance process for better completion of final thesis tasks. In the thesis guidance process of the Computer Science program, several obstacles hinder students' progress in completing their theses. These obstacles include the need for students to bring their thesis materials in physical form during conventional guidance processes. This can lead to additional issues, such as the cost of printing thesis materials for corrections by supervising professors. This research utilizes the PHP programming language with the assistance of the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method was employed for the software development phase of this research. This method was chosen because it is a simple and linear classic model, where the output of each stage becomes the input for the next stage. Data collection techniques in this research included observation, interviews, and literature studies. This research results in a web-based online thesis guidance application that provides convenience for both students and supervising professors in conducting thesis guidance. This application also assists the Computer Science program and its students taking thesis courses. The application is more efficient when conducted online, minimizing wasted paper printouts and saving time during the guidance period, ensuring that the thesis report can be completed promptly.

Abstract

The Emergency Panic Button tool has been developed to provide quick response and accessibility in emergency situations. In this research, we designed and developed an Emergency Panic Button tool using the Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1. This tool allows users to easily trigger emergency signals, send help messages to Telegram, and includes user location information and monitoring of the user's body temperature. The development method includes the integration of electronic components such as buttons, communication modules such as GSM or Wi-Fi, and body temperature sensors. We use Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1 as the main platform and utilize the Telegram API software to send help messages to specified contacts. In this research, we study the theoretical foundations related to emergency systems, Arduino technology, integration with the Telegram API, and user body temperature training. We design and implement tools by developing Arduino programs that allow training panic buttons, sending emergency messages to Telegram, acquiring locations using GPS modules or other methods, as well as training the user's body temperature using temperature sensors.

Abstract

Academic information systems play a crucial role in supporting the operations of educational institutions, particularly in managing complex data. The main challenge in their development is ensuring that the process is structured, efficient, and aligned with user needs. The Waterfall method, as one of the sequential and systematic development approaches, is often used in information system development projects. However, its effectiveness in the context of academic information systems requires further analysis. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Waterfall method on improving the development process of academic information systems. The research focuses on three main aspects: time efficiency, cost, and the quality of the final output. Both quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches were employed in this study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with system developers, surveys of users (academic administration, lecturers, and students), and case studies at educational institutions using the Waterfall method. The results show that the Waterfall method provides a clear structure in the development process of academic information systems. This has a positive impact on time efficiency and the quality of the final output. However, the main drawback of this method is its lack of flexibility in addressing changing needs that often arise during the project. In conclusion, the Waterfall method is effective for academic information system development projects with stable and well-defined requirements. This study recommends exploring a hybrid approach, such as combining Waterfall with Agile, to improve responsiveness to changes in user needs in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to minimize potential losses and ensure that the rental process of assets owned by the South Tangerang City Government is carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations by identifying potential risks that may arise in the process of renting local assets, such as the risk of damage to goods, legal non-compliance, or financial risk. The methodology used in the study of risk profiles and risk management patterns in projects utilizes the COSO method in this case, activities such as Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and field surveys are conducted for verification Stakeholders involved in the FGD activities include Government Agencies, Businesses, Academics, and Practitioners. The risk of renting local government property has important implications for the local government Some of the implications that may arise, as well as recommendations for managing these risks, include risk implications and risk management recommendations Taking the risk of renting local government property seriously and implementing these recommendations can help the local government manage risks better and maintain stability and reputation in rental operations.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan data akademik dan administrasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, banyak sistem yang masih menggunakan pendekatan konvensional tanpa inovasi signifikan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi mutakhir. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi pendidikan dengan mengintegrasikan analitik prediktif dan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam keterlibatan digital guna meningkatkan akurasi dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan machine learning, penelitian ini menganalisis pola keterlibatan pengguna berdasarkan data dari 135 responden, yang terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dalam sistem informasi pendidikan secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan dan keterlibatan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghadirkan AI-driven decision support system untuk optimalisasi manajemen data akademik.
