Abstract

Teachers are the drivers of education, in the digital era teachers are required to renew learning by utilizing existing technology with the aim of not lagging behind the times. The facts in the field show that conditions are of concern, the use of technology is still not optimal. This is due to the lack of facilities that support the development of learning technology and also the human resources that control the technology are also minimal. This training aims to provide training by presenting some material related to the development of interactive learning media, namely Microsoft Power Point so that the implementation of SKI learning at Rawabening MI schools does not seem monotonous so as to increase interest and quality of learning among students. The coaching process delivered by the servants who acted as instructors and tutors took place conducively. Material designed in such a way by servants can be understood, understood and well understood by the participants. This was evident from the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the training actively communicating with the speaker, so that the training was carried out well and interactively.

Abstract

Computer accounting is one of the subjects that is an important part of the connection with the industrial revolution 4.0. The development of this era requires teachers and students to be able to carry out learning processes that is oriented to technology that is adapted to the industrial world environment as a target of students' self-development. The perceived benefit of understanding MYOB Accounting is that we can automate bookkeeping in a complete, detailed, and accurate manner. MYOB is easy to understand and learn. Likewise with the functions it has, the explanation is very clear. The field of accounting activities in the current era is developing in the process and implementation. The importance of the skills is possessed by students in preparing for the Competency Examination and preparing for the world of work, this is a reason for the need for appropriate and appropriate learning to hone the abilities of students.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently transforming from a developing country into a developed country, with one of the conditions being that 14% of the total population is an entrepreneur. Higher education is a forum that is expected to be able to contribute to increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. However, this will be difficult to realize if graduates from tertiary institutions have the mindset that they are only ready to find work but are not ready to create jobs. From these problems, the service team provides a solution, namely by providing Entrepreneurship education or entrepreneurship education to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students through creative economic activities. So that this community service activity will later be able to change the mindset of students and be able to form students into business actors who have an entrepreneurial spirit in an innovative and creative way in order to develop business capabilities or be able to see opportunities with the spirit of Pro-growth (encouraging economic growth), Pro-job ( creating and expanding employment), and Pro-poor (reducing poverty). The service consists of two stages, stage 1) Providing motivation and introduction to the concept of entrepreneurship and stage 2) Assisting creative economic activities based Local potential.

Abstract

Introduction: In 2017 the government launched the National Action Plan for stunting management at the national level, especially at the village level. One part of the program is the prevention of stunting that occurs in the community. Because most people do not understand stunting correctly, and think that the term stunting or dwarfism commonly used in society is a hereditary factor. Objective: The purpose of this service was carried out to increase knowledge and participation in stunting prevention in toddlers which is expected to directly motivate the community to participate in paying attention to the growth and development of their children by utilizing catfish ( IKAN LELE ) as a source of high protein to prevent and reduce the incidence of. Method: This public service was conducted by 3 phases of activity, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Mother's knowledge was measured using a pre-test before the activity and a post-test after being given knowledge. Result: Based on the results of the pretest and posttest which were attended by 15 respondents, it can be stated that the results of the pretest regarding the level of knowledge of respondents regarding the stunting prevention program amounted to 6 respondents (40%) understood the stunting prevention program while based on the results of the post test there were 9 respondents (77.1%) ) who understand stunting prevention programs. Conclusion: Community service activities regarding Stunting Prevention in Pregnant Women and Mothers of Toddlers in Senggreng Village, Sumberpucung received an enthusiastic response from the residents of Senggreng, especially cadres, pregnant women and mothers of toddlers.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi digital di era Industri 4.0 menuntut pembaruan kurikulum pendidikan ekonomi agar mampu membentuk pelaku ekonomi lokal yang mandiri dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kurikulum ekonomi responsif, kompetensi digital ekonomi, dan kemandirian ekonomi lokal melalui pendekatan intersektor pendidikan dan industri kreatif digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods eksploratori berurutan, diawali studi kualitatif (wawancara dan observasi), dilanjutkan survei kuantitatif terhadap 120 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan kurikulum responsif tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kemandirian ekonomi lokal, namun secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi digital, yang berdampak positif terhadap kemandirian ekonomi. Akses teknologi juga berperan penting. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kurikulum, kompetensi digital, dan teknologi melalui model EduPreneurship 4.0 sebagai strategi membangun ekosistem ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki permasalahan pemanfaatan sarana media pembelajaran yang belum sepenuhnya maksimal serta belum adanya media pembelajaran game berbasis website. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan serta respon peserta didik terhadap media game edukasi berbasis web wordwall. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE. Lokasi penyebaran angket peserta didik dilaksanakan di SMK PGRI sumber Agung menggunakan 25 sampel peserta didik kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria kevalidan produk dinyatakan sangat layak melalui validator materi dan media mendapatkan nilai 88%, kriteria kepraktisan melalui ahli praktisi mendapatkan hasil sebesar 88% kategori “sangat praktis”, serta kriteria kemenarikan respon peserta didik dinyatakan sangat menarik dengan penilaian sebesar 87%.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower the Dasawisma group in Kota Bangun I Village through the utilization of kokang leaves (Lepisanthes amoena) as raw material for beauty products. The training was conducted in several stages, including the identification of the bioactive potential of kokang leaves, drying techniques using a dehydrator, rice fermentation for cold powder production, packaging, and product labeling. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in processing kokang leaves into value-added products. The products were successfully marketed through local exhibitions and competitions. In addition, continuous assistance through the WhatsApp group ensured the sustainability of the production. This program is expected to improve the local economy by optimally utilizing the village's natural resources.

Abstract

Abstract— Potential: Mandai cempedak powder, rich in phenolic compounds and lactic acid, is encapsulated using a spray drying technique to maintain its unique content. This research aims to authenticate the final encapsulant product of Mandai powder by comparing it with raw materials (cempedak powder, Mandai powder) and the pre-encapsulation process. The analysis involves ATR FTIR, GC-MS techniques, morphological characteristics, and amino acid content. FTIR results identified lactic acid in the form of a carboxylic acid (-COOH) functional group and phenolic compounds with aromatic rings stretching carbon-carbon (C-C) bonds in starch and protein-based matrices, GC-MS analysis showed changes in volatile composition such as the appearance of the compound paromomycin, and Ethyl 9-hexadecenoic in mandai powder encapsulant products. Morphological characteristics also showed changes in structure from cempedak powder to mandai powder encapsulant. Apart from that, the amino acid content analysis in the encapsulant still detected relatively high levels of aspartic acid, glutamate, and arginine. In conclusion, this study discusses the successful encapsulation of mandai powder and provides information about changes in chemical composition during the encapsulation process.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah salah satu usaha untuk yang cukup populer di masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu usaha yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah usaha dibidang pangan.  Namun demikian, dalam perkembangannya terdapat kendala untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM, yaitu tidak dimilikinya sertifikat halal. Di Indonesia, kewajiban sertifikasi halal diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 terkait jaminan kehalalan produk, khususnya produk yang masuk, beredar dan diperdagangkan di wilayah Indonesia harus bersertifikat halal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pendampingan penyiapan persyaratan dan implementasi pemenuhan dokumen Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal (SJPH) terhadap UMKM Koperasi Kukar Idaman Lestari untuk memperoleh sertifikat halal melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal agar produk yang dihasilkan terjamin kualitasnya dan dapat membantu melihat potensi usaha agar unggul dalam persaingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegitan ini adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research) dengan melibatkan partisipasi dan kolaborasi aktif antara pengabdi dan masyarakat atau pihak lain yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) observasi dan wawancara; (2) identifikasi gap; (3) sosialisasi kepada UMKM; dan (4) penyiapan dokumen persyaratan dan pendaftaran sertifikat halal kategori self declare. Hasil pendampingan pelaku UMKM telah mengetahui pentingnya menghasilkan produk halal dan melakukan implementasi SJPH sehingga telah mendapatkan Sertifikat Halal melalui self declare sebagai pengakuan kehalalan produk. Manual SJPH yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk menerapkan sistem jaminan halal secara konsisten dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan sehingga jika ditemukan ketidaksesuaian pelaku usaha akan melakukan tindakan perbaikan.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial requirement for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance their competitiveness in the technological era. This study aims to examine the trends and challenges faced by MSMEs in the digitalization process through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. A total of 35 scholarly articles published within the last five years were analyzed using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that the digitalization trends among MSMEs encompass the adoption of cloud-based technologies, the use of social media for marketing, the utilization of e-commerce platforms, and the integration of digital financial systems. However, the main challenges identified include low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, relatively high implementation costs, resistance to change, and insufficient policy support. This study not only provides a comprehensive understanding of the current state of MSME digital transformation but also identifies research gaps that have been rarely discussed. Furthermore, it offers strategic directions for researchers, MSME practitioners, and policymakers to develop more targeted strategies in accelerating and expanding digital transformation within Indonesia’s MSME sector.
