Abstract

The phrase Marriage is Scary resonates in Indonesian society, influenced by rising Marital Violence or KDRT cases. The Central Bureau of Statistics reported a decrease in marriages from 1,695,255 in 2022 to 1,577,255 in 2023. Factors like patriarchal culture and inadequate education contribute to this issue. This study examines the Qur'an's perspective on gender harmony and its role in reducing violence and fostering harmonious households. Using a qualitative, critical-historical approach, the research integrates Asbabunnuzul and Qishshatul Qur’an with a correlational or Munasabah theory by library research method. Findings highlight the Qur'an's emphasis on premarital education, balanced roles between spouses, and prioritizing gender harmony to prevent violence. The study identifies examples of ideal households in the Qur'an, such as the families of Prophet Ibrahim and Imran, illustrating the importance of faith, patience, and mutual cooperation in achieving harmony. In the Indonesian context, where patriarchal norms and increasing marital violence contribute to marital anxiety, this study emphasizes the importance of Qur'anic teachings on justice, mutual respect and premarital preparation for building resilient households.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melacak peran ajaran agama di kalangan Komunitas Laskar Hijau dalam konservasi hutan Gunung Lemongan, Lumajang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tindakan buruk manusia terhadap alam yang masih berlangsng meskipun ada aturan, sehingga dibutuhkan peran agama di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, informan yang ditetapkan terdiri dari aktifis lingkungan Laskar Hijau dan warga sekitar Gunung Lemongan yang terlibat aktif dalam gerakan konservasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis model analisis interaktif. Temuan lapangan dianalisis melalui perspektif al-Qur'an untuk menemukan relevansinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ajaran-ajaran agama yang mendorong komunitas Laskar Hijau dalam melaksanakan gerakan konservasi lingkungan hutan Gunung Lemongan berasal dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dan Hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. meliputi; HR. al-Bukharī:494; QS. Al-Rūm:41; QS. Al-A’raf:56; QS. Al-Ra’d:3; QS. Al-Nahl:15; HR. al-Bukharī:2152; HR. Abū Dawūd:870; QS. Al-Taghabun:11. Ajaran-ajaran yang terkandung di dalamnya berperan memotivasi dan menguatkan kinerja komunitas Laskar Hijau dalam konservasi, serta menjadi pengingat untuk waspada terhadap segala perubahan gejala alam. Problem yang timbul seperti perusakan hutan dan minimnya kesadaran untuk menjaga hutan diatasi dengan strategi berupa sosialisasi penghijauan kepada masyarakat serta kerjasama dengan instansi Perhutani dan BPBD. Konservasi yang dilakukan berdampak positif seperti terjaganya stabilitas debit air di ranu-ranu sekitar Gunung Lemongan, pemulihan hutan, dan ekonomi masyarakat tertanggulangi.

Abstract

The existence of educators and students is very important in the world of education. The role of educators is crucial because they are role models and guides for students. Educators who dedicate themselves must meet the requirements and carry out their duties well. For this reason, teachers need to understand the profile of educators from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith which includes murabbi, mu'allim, mu'addib, mudarris, and murshid. This research aims to understand the profile of educators according to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting relevant literature sources. The research results state that educators have a heavy responsibility whose task is not only to transfer knowledge but also to form good character. Because of this, educators are required to treat students like their own children so that in the implementation process educators do not discriminate between students and can behave fairly.

Abstract

Character is an important element in the progress of a nation's civilization. The term character was initially introduced by the Western world. But actually in Islam, character has been studied by Muslim intellectuals with the term akhlak. The book of morals is still used as a learning resource in pesantren as a support for character education. So that problems arise regarding the fulfillment of national character education standards through character education from these books. Departing from this background, this study aims to examine the relevance of the concept of character in the book of Taysir al-Khallaq with Permendikbud No. 20/2018. The research was conducted using the literature method with a qualitative approach. The data were analyzed using typology analysis techniques. The results showed that there were 31 character values in the book of Taysir al-Khallaq which included morals towards Allah SWT, morals towards self, morals towards others, praiseworthy traits, and telrcella traits. Meanwhile, Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018 stipulates 18 character values that are based on aspects of religion, Pancasila, buldaya, and national education goals. After the character values from the two research objects were analyzed for linguistic and conceptual relevance, 12 relevant character values were found. Based on the results of this analysis, the concept of character in the book of Taysir al-Khallaq is relevant to Permendikbud No. 20/2018. So character education in the Taysir al-Khallaq book meets the national character education standards and is suitable as a learning resource to support character education in pesantren that use it in their internal curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the challenges that arise in Qur'?nic learning today, due to the rapid influence of advances in digital technology. This research uses a qualitative method. Data were collected from journal articles, books, and other relevant references. The data were analyzed descriptively, and then conclusions were drawn. This article found that the success of Qur'anic learning requires the existence of several aspects, namely improving the ability of teachers, creating a flexible digital curriculum, and strengthening the role of families in supporting the educational process. It concludes that Qur'anic learning today can be successful if technology, education, and spiritual values work together in a balanced way.

Abstract

The phenomenon of unrestricted dating after engagement has sparked a critical debate within Islamic thought concerning the enforcement of Sharia law. Society perceives dating after engagement as a means to better understand each other to prevent divorce, alongside the assumption that khitbah is considered a permissible form of dating. Based on this issue, the researcher aims to re-examine the interpretation of khitbah in the Qur'an. The method employed is qualitative, categorized under library research, utilizing documentation techniques with historical analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Islam encourages its followers to marry as a means of safeguarding themselves from sinful acts and fulfilling the principles of sunnatullah. Marriage in Islam is regarded as a form of worship aimed at creating a harmonious, loving, and respectful family. The practice of unrestricted dating after khitbah or engagement is seen as deviating from the Islamic purpose of marriage. Commitment to Sharia and adherence to religious boundaries are key in the process of establishing a legitimate relationship. Therefore, preserving honor and following religious guidance in premarital relationships represent a Muslim's responsibility in upholding Islamic values and Sharia law.

Abstract

The increasing number of cases involving violations of children's human rights indicates that the principles of child protection have not been fully implemented in society. Understanding and internalizing children's human rights is crucial and must be embraced by all parties, including families, educational institutions, and broader communities. This understanding is vital to creating a safe and nurturing environment that supports the optimal growth and development of children, while simultaneously preventing acts of violence, neglect, and exploitation. This article aims to explore the interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to the rights of children and analyze the implications of fulfilling these rights on their emotional well-being. Although children's human rights are not mentioned explicitly in the Qur'an, the essential values and principles concerning their rights are implicitly conveyed across various verses. This study uses a literature-based, descriptive-analytical method and applies a thematic approach by collecting relevant verses under a unified theme to construct a comprehensive conceptual framework. The findings suggest that fulfilling children's rights in light of the Qur'anic teachings has significant implications for their emotional well-being. First, the right to life (QS. Al-An'am: 151) contributes to children's sense of safety and protection, fostering happiness. Second, the right to sustenance (QS. Al-Baqarah: 233) and the right to education (QS. At-Tahrim: 6) enhance children's feelings of being valued and supported, thereby promoting optimism. Third, the right to kind treatment (QS. Ali 'Imran: 159) supports the development of empathy and interpersonal skills. Fourth, the right to express opinions (QS. Ash-Shaffat: 102) nurtures critical thinking, confidence, and a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menghadapi disrupsi akibat perkembangan teknologi, globalisasi, dan kebutuhan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, serta literasi digital. Etos kerja Qur’ani menjadi relevan untuk membangun generasi yang tak hanya unggul secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan kesadaran moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi nilai-nilai etos kerja Qur’ani dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang adaptif dan berdaya saing di era globalisasi serta mengeksplorasi implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam sistem pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur dari tafsir al-Qur’an, jurnal, dan buku. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi untuk mengekstraksi tema-tema utama. Hasil penelitian menyoroti tiga nilai etos kerja Qur’ani: kompetisi dalam kebaikan (QS. Al-Maidah: 48), penghargaan terhadap keragaman (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13), dan kolaborasi untuk kebaikan bersama (QS. Al-Maidah: 2). Nilai-nilai tersebut mendorong peserta didik dan pendidik untuk bersikap inovatif, inklusif, serta bekerja sama dalam lingkungan pendidikan abad ke-21. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai etos kerja Qur’ani dalam pendidikan dapat membentuk generasi yang adaptif, bermoral, dan berdaya saing di era globalisasi. Pendekatan ini mendukung terciptanya sistem pendidikan yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi keberkahan dalam menjawab tuntutan abad ke-21 dengan membekali peserta didik keterampilan dan tanggung jawab moral yang tinggi.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi belajar dapat menghambat proses belajar dan pencapaian prestasi. Hal ini terlihat dari fenomena rendahnya minat belajar di kalangan siswa, seperti banyaknya siswa yang tidak menyelesaikan tugas, tidak fokus saat belajar, dan mudah teralihkan perhatiannya. Rendahnya motivasi belajar ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya ilmu pengetahuan, tidak memiliki tujuan belajar yang jelas, metode belajar yang tidak efektif, lingkungan belajar yang tidak kondusif, dan faktor internal lainnya seperti rasa malas atau tidak percaya diri .Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi pustaka dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap konsep-konsep motivasi belajar yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur'an dan Hadist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dalam perspektif al-Qur’an dan Hadis mendorong terhadap pencapaian ilmu pengetahuan yang setinggi-tingginya. Oleh karena ia merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan derajat yang mulia di hadapan Allah SWT. Dengan demikian adanya dorongan ini memberikan wawasan baru dan strategi yang efektif bagi para pendidik dalam membimbing siswa menuju motivasi belajar yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka ialah kuriklum sebagai respon atas evaluasi kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum darurat dan sebagai penyempurna dari kurikulum sebelumnya yang memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran. Indonesia tergolong negara yang sering berganti-ganti kurikulum. Tidak semua perubahan membawa proses dan hasil yang baik, oleh karena itu sebagai respon atas pergantian kurikulum ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan relevansi antara kurikulum merdeka sebagai kurikulum terbaru negara terhadap tujuan pendidikan islam berdasarkan Q.S. al-Qashas ayat 77. Manfaat daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana posisi pendidikan islam dalam kurikulum merdeka. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode studi literatur dan kualitatif dengan teknik mengumpulkan data dari buku, artikel jurnal, wawancara, dan observasi secara langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, pendidikan nasional yang memuat kurikulum di dalamnya tidak dapat terpisahkan dari pendidikan islam. Negara dengan pancasila sebagai dasar bernegara yang menempatkan sila ketuhanan dan sila kemanusiaan di dalam nya menunjukkan betapa pentingnya pendidikan islam dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional yaitu penanaman dan peningkatan keimanan, ketakwaan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, serta membentuk akhlakul karimah.
