Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dinamika tingkat hunian terdapat sejumlah faktor krusial yang berperan dalam menarik dan mempertahankan minat tamu untuk menginap, yaitu kualitas pelayanan, pengalaman pelanggan, kelengkapan fasilitas, dan lokasi strategis. Faktor-faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dalam membentuk kepuasan tamu, yang pada akhirnya menentukan loyalitas serta peluang kunjungan ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, dan customer experience terhadap kepuasan tamu tamu menginap di Hotel Dune Seseh. Subjek penelitian adalah tamu hotel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Ferdinand. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,436, nilai t-hitung 4,517, dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel lokasi memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,112, t-hitung 1,449, dan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Customer experience juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,433, t-hitung 5,629, dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu, didukung oleh nilai F-hitung sebesar 695,587 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 95,2% menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas dalam model ini mampu menjelaskan variasi kepuasan tamu secara dominan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya literatur pemasaran perhotelan sekaligus manfaat praktis bagi manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kepuasan, loyalitas tamu, dan daya saing secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines key factors and interaction patterns influencing local community participation in Bali’s ecotourism management, responding to the persistent imbalance between tourism interests and nature conservation. It aims to provide policy and program recommendations that strengthen community roles in sustainable practices across five key sites: West Bali National Park, Buyan–Tamblingan, Bali Mangroves, Batur Kintamani, and Lembongan. This study aims to identify key factors influencing the role of local communities in Bali’s ecotourism management, providing targeted policy recommendations to enhance sustainable practices through a quantitative approach. The study utilizes structured questionnaires and direct observation among 250 residents from five different ecotourism areas. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to identify the main drivers of community involvement. The results show strong local leadership, plenty of business openings, willingness for novelty, collaboration, and environmental awareness boost the level of participation leading to economic development through social cohesion and creating long-term commitment, on which government training, technical support, and funding role necessitate sustaining ecotourism enterprises. Novelty is empirically identifying such community-based factors with their linkages toward environmental protection within the unique context of Bali.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the management of Buyan Tamblingan ecotourism destination in creating local small businesses. The research consisted of a survey, direct observation, interview, and literature study with documentation analysis. Data were collected through surveys and observations at the Buyan Tamblingan ecotourism destination. The motivation of the community involved in the ecotourism program in Buyan Tamblingan Motivation to earn money, motivation to gain knowledge about conservation, motivation to be optimistic that the ecotourism program will benefit the community, idealism about the importance of conservation, local community interest in self-reliance, promising income for the community and local community commitment.  Opportunities expected by local communities from a strong ecotourism program in Buyan Tamblingan are the existence of facilities, the growing awareness of local communities, the existing natural beauty, and the arrival of tourists as opportunities for ecotourism management. The capacity of local communities to manage ecotourism in Buyan Tamblingan is a strong program because local communities commit to improving ecotourism management capabilities.Community involvement will increase if they have the opportunity to participate in ecotourism management, and for that better ecotourism management skills are needed. If they are motivated, have the opportunity to participate, and are able to participate, then they will be able to create small business opportunities related to ecotourism programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership characteristics expected by members of the Protestant Christian Church in Bali (GKPB) in responding to church service dynamics and the challenges of Bali's multicultural and religious context. This research employs a qualitative approach using observation and in-depth interviews with members of the Daily Synod Council, the Full Synod Council, pastors, and leaders of regional and categorical church organizations (PBKW, PWDK, SKMR, and PP). The findings indicate that congregations expect church leaders to demonstrate spiritual leadership, servant leadership, inclusivity, cultural contextualization, effective communication, and participatory strategic decision-making. Transformational leadership and high integrity are identified as key factors in fostering trust and sustaining church ministry.

Abstract

Managing natural tourism destinations requires a balance between tourist expectations and management performance. Tourist satisfaction is a crucial indicator of management success, particularly for destinations that rely on natural beauty and firsthand experiences as their primary attractions. Sekumpul Waterfall, as a leading natural tourism destination in Bali, faces challenges in maintaining the quality of services and tourism experiences to meet diverse tourist expectations. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction and compliance with the management of Sekumpul Waterfall. A quantitative approach was used, collecting data through tourist questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the alignment between importance and performance of satisfaction attributes, and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure overall tourist satisfaction. The results showed that the level of compliance with tourist satisfaction attributes reached 85.2%, falling into the “very appropriate” category, indicating that the destination management's performance has generally met tourist expectations. The tourist experience and attractions are key strengths, while responsiveness of service, cleanliness of facilities, and infrastructure maintenance still require attention. A CSI score of 67.4% indicates that tourists are satisfied, although improvements are still needed in several attributes. These findings support Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory (EDT), which states that satisfaction is formed through a comparison between expectations and actual performance. Practically, this research provides implications for destination managers to prioritize improvements to attributes with performance gaps, while maintaining the excellence of the natural tourism experience to achieve sustainable tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Green Accounting, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2,764 dan P-Value sebesar 0,006. Sementara itu, Green Accounting dan CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, masing-masing dengan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 1,027 (P-Value 0,304) dan 1,061 (P-Value 0,289). Green Accounting, GCG, dan CSR juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dengan nilai T-Statistic di bawah 1,96. Kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (T-Statistic 1,000; P-Value 0,237), sehingga tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Green Accounting, GCG, maupun CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai perusahaan sektor infrastruktur lebih dipengaruhi oleh penerapan GCG secara langsung, sedangkan Green Accounting dan CSR cenderung berdampak jangka panjang yang belum tercermin pada kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan selama periode penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji fungsi mediasi kualitas laporan keuangan dalam hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor kuliner. UMKM memegang posisi penting dalam struktur perekonomian, namun masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti keterbatasan permodalan, rendahnya tingkat pemahaman keuangan, akses pembiayaan yang belum optimal, serta praktik penyusunan laporan keuangan yang belum tertata dengan baik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 150 pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Denpasar yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert empat poin. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Namun demikian, literasi keuangan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Di sisi lain, inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik terhadap kinerja UMKM maupun terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Hasil analisis juga mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas laporan keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan maupun inklusi keuangan dengan kinerja UMKM. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman keuangan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis usaha. Penelitian ini memperluas implementasi teori Resource-Based View (RBV) dalam konteks UMKM, sekaligus merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas manajerial dan program pendampingan aplikatif agar kompetensi keuangan yang dimiliki pelaku usaha dapat benar-benar meningkatkan performa bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinasi nilai perusahaan pada saham perbankan di Indonesia periode 2020–2024 dengan menguji pengaruh keputusan pendanaan dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 47 perusahaan perbankan, dengan sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pendanaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen maupun nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, keputusan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan, serta kebijakan dividen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengujian variabel mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor pada sektor perbankan lebih mempertimbangkan kualitas keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen dibandingkan struktur pendanaan dalam menilai perusahaan, sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kajian manajemen keuangan serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen dan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Asta Brata leadership and organizational culture on employee commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Klinik Pratama Sidhi Sai, Bali. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected through questionnaires administered to all employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results show that Asta Brata leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and employee commitment, while organizational culture significantly affects job satisfaction but does not directly influence commitment. Job satisfaction strongly affects employee commitment and mediates the relationship between leadership and commitment (partial mediation) as well as between organizational culture and commitment (full mediation). The research model explains 87% of the variance in job satisfaction and 93.2% of the variance in employee commitment. These findings emphasize that local wisdom–based leadership and a supportive organizational culture enhance employee commitment primarily through increased job satisfaction, offering strategic implications for strengthening loyalty, satisfaction, and service quality in healthcare institutions.

Abstract

The partnership program between Dhyana Pura University and Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES was applied by socialization activity, management training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program used a business management indicator that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES community business group members. The partnership programs were measured by Pre-Test and Post-Test Method so that the effectiveness and output of the program can be measured accurately. The program offered the solution in terms of providing assistance and training on the use of appropriate technology in increasing the quantity and quality of production of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Village, as well as making financial reports, providing assistance and training on management, education on ethics and consumer behavior, and training product marketing using social media. The results of this partnership program have been able to improve the services of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih to consumers and be able to make financial reports accurately. The sales turnover of partners BUMDES has also increased and developed so that job opportunities are open to the community as well as the addition of new entrepreneurs in Gumbrih Village. The increase in human resources in the application of professional management has also increased, an increase in business production has also occurred, marketing has also increased and financial reports can also be done regularly, and promotions on social media have increased so that the sales turnover of BUMDES partners Catu Graha Mandiri Desa Gumbrih more increasing.
