Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal (DER) terhadap financial distress yang diukur dengan Altman Z-Score. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan PT XL Axiata Tbk, PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, dan PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk periode 2016-2022, menggunakan data pada situs resmi BEI (www.idx.co.id). Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya struktur modal akan memberikan dampak menurunnya financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy on firm value in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The population consists of all food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, while the sample is determined using a purposive sampling technique based on specific criteria. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements published on the official IDX website. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This finding suggests that companies implementing higher and more consistent dividend policies tend to have higher firm value as perceived by investors. The results support signaling theory, which explains that dividend policy serves as a positive signal regarding a company’s future prospects and financial performance. Therefore, dividend policy can be considered an important strategic decision for management in enhancing firm value and attracting investor confidence.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector is one of the important sectors that contribute to the Indonesian economy, but in the 2021–2024 period, this sector experienced a decline in company value as reflected in market performance. This problem prompted this study, which aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on company value and examine the role of profitability as a mediating variable in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique on companies that meet the research criteria. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value and profitability, while profitability has a significant positive effect on company value and is proven to mediate the effect of capital structure on company value; this finding supports the Trade-off Theory regarding the importance of balance in the use of debt, but also shows limitations in the application of Signaling Theory in the property sector. This study concludes that excessive use of debt can reduce profitability and company value, so companies need to establish an optimal capital structure to maintain financial performance and increase investor confidence.

Abstract

Abstract: By using “financial literacy” as a moderator variable, this study aims to investigate the influence of lifestyle and financial attitudes on financial management among students of the 2023-2024 intake of the Management Study Program, Makassar State University. Using a survey methodology, this study adopted a quantitative approach. Through a purposive sampling technique, 250 respondents were selected to participate in the survey. Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3 was used to evaluate the data obtained from the questionnaire. The research findings indicate that: (1) a person's lifestyle has a significant negative impact on financial management (β = -0.419; p = 0.000); (2) a person's financial attitude has a positive impact on financial management (β = 0.387; p = 0.000); (3) a person's financial literacy has a positive impact on financial management (β = 0.429; p = 0.000); however, (4) a person's financial literacy does not significantly mitigate the impact of a person's lifestyle or financial attitude on financial management. With an R² score of 0.895, the predictive ability of this model is quite high.”Keywords: Lifestyle, Financial Attitude, Financial Literacy, Financial Management

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi digital telah menciptakan peluang sekaligus risiko bagi UMKM pangan yang dipimpin perempuan di Makassar, terutama terkait kemampuan mengelola transaksi dan informasi keuangan berbasis aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana literasi keuangan digital terwujud dalam praktik sehari-hari melalui pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis artefak digital dari 15 pelaku usaha. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital bersifat multidimensional—memadukan pengetahuan teknis, pemahaman biaya, manajemen risiko, dan integrasi pencatatan digital. Faktor sosial seperti dukungan jejaring arisan, rekomendasi rekan, serta komunitas WhatsApp menjadi pendorong utama adopsi awal, sementara hambatan struktural mencakup biaya data, beban domestik, dan ketidakcocokan pelatihan dengan jadwal kerja perempuan. Persepsi risiko dan kecocokan tugas-teknologi turut membentuk pola adopsi, diperkuat oleh sensitivitas terhadap regulasi dan transparansi biaya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi literasi yang kontekstual, partisipatif, dan berorientasi kebutuhan, serta perlunya kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menyediakan layanan digital yang aman, terjangkau, dan relevan bagi UMKM perempuan di sektor pangan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of physical and non-physical work environment on employee work motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province, whether the physical and non-physical work environment has a significant influence. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 65 employees as samples, the sampling method is the saturated sampling method and analyzed using differential statistical analysis techniques, namely multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the physical and non-physical work environment on work motivation has a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that a good and comfortable physical and non-physical work environment can effectively increase work motivation in the organization. Thus, it is recommended that the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province continue to develop a positive work environment to improve better work motivation.Keywords: Physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Curio District Office, Enrekang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with 30 respondents who were employees at the Curio District Office. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the level of work motivation of respondents was in the high category (93.3%), while employee performance was in the medium to high category (50% each). The regression test showed that work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.333. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H₀) rejecte.Keywords: Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment on organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency 47 people. The hypothesis test in this research used a multiple linear regression test and obtained the results, namely: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a multiple linear regression analysis test, it shows that physical work environment and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously influence organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency and the non-physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSD Office in North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (LDR) on profitability (ROA) in 4 BUMN Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative which is associative in nature. The population of this study is the statement of financial position and comprehensive profit/loss at 4 BUMN Banks. The samples taken were 4 BUMN banks, namely, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, and BTN from the financial position report and comprehensive profit/loss report for the period 2015-2023 per year. Data collection techniques using documentation. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 29. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (LDR) has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (ROA) at 4 BUMN Banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan kebijakan dividen terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks IDX 30 periode 2023–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan inferensial, menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Sampel terdiri dari 32 perusahaan selama dua tahun pengamatan (64 observasi) yang dipilih secara acak. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA), CSR dengan Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI), dan kebijakan dividen dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan kebijakan dividen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengungkapan CSR dan kebijakan dividen merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan, karena mencerminkan tanggung jawab sosial sekaligus stabilitas dan prospek keuangan. Secara simultan, kombinasi kedua faktor tersebut terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kinerja keuangan dibandingkan pengaruh masing-masing secara individual.
