Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, particularly in the field of computer vision, has made a significant contribution to medical image analysis. Skin disease in toddlers is a common health problem, especially in developing countries. Toddlers' skin is highly susceptible to various infections and dermatological conditions, ranging from bacterial and viral infections to allergies. Some skin diseases frequently found in toddlers include eczema, dermatitis, impetigo, and fungal infections. This study aims to develop a skin disease classification system in toddlers using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method that can be implemented in applications. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method and the U-Net architecture are used to identify skin diseases in toddlers, requiring a fast and accurate diagnosis, but limited medical personnel and examination time are challenges. A deep learning-based system is proposed to assist the automatic identification process. The research dataset consists of 100 toddler skin images obtained from Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital, covering various types of common skin diseases. The preprocessing process includes cropping, resizing to 128x128 pixels, normalization, and data augmentation to increase the diversity of the dataset. The CNN architecture is used in the feature extraction stage through convolution and pooling layers, while the U-Net is applied in the segmentation stage to separate the wound area from healthy skin with high precision through the encoder-decoder mechanism and skip connection. The model is trained using the Adam optimization algorithm with the Binary Cross-Entropy loss function and the accuracy evaluation metric and Mean Intersection over Union (IoU). The results show that the system is able to segment the wound area with 95.7% accuracy on the test data, and produces fast and efficient detection. The application of the CNN and U-Net methods in this study proves its effectiveness in supporting the medical diagnosis process, especially in cases of toddler skin diseases, as well as can be a reference in contributing to improving the quality of health services, especially in the diagnosis of skin diseases in toddlers and the development of computer vision-based decision support systems in the health sector.

Abstract

Abstrak: Prediksi jumlah antrian pasien yang berobat merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam analisis data untuk memperkirakan jumlah pasien yang akan datang ke fasilitas kesehatan dalam periode tertentu. Prediksi ini dapat membantu rumah sakit atau klinik dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya, seperti tenaga medis, ruang tunggu, dan waktu pelayanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Jumlah kunjungan pasien yang terlalu banyak terkadang berpotensi menimbulkan rasa tidak puas menunggu menyebabkan keterlambatan pelayanan, ketidakpuasan pasien, dan beban kerja staf medis yang tidak merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah antrian pasien yang berobat kedepannya dengan lebih efesien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Monte Carlo. Metode ini memiliki tahapan, Menentukan Distribusi Probabilitas, Distribusi Probabilitas Kumulatif, Menetapkan Interval Angka Acak, Membangkitkan Angka Acak, Percobaan Simulasi Monte Carlo Antrian Kedatangan Pasien. Dataset yang diolah dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari bagian Administrasi diklit RSU Aisyiyah Padang. Dataset terdiri dari data reservasi 1 periode dengan ketentuan dataset mingguan dari minggu 1 sampai minggu 52. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menghitung presentase jumlah antrian pasien yang berobat dengan Tingkat akurasi 83%. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam memprediksi jumlah antrian pasien yang berobat untuk mencegah rasa tidak puas menunggu dan keterlambatan pelayanan dan beban kerja staf medis yang tidak merata.Kata Kunci – Teknologi Informasi; Simulasi; Prediksi; Antrian, Monte Carlo

Abstract

In the world of education, computer technology is in great demand because it can facilitate various kinds of activities in schools such as the management of receiving aid for underprivileged students or what is known as scholarships. SMAN 4 Payakumbuh has a scholarship program, every year there is an increase in the number of applicants and there are certain quota limits which make it difficult for the selection team to receive assistance for underprivileged students, therefore there is the establishment of a new system to overcome the problems faced by the old system so that it can help the school select students who are eligible to receive assistance, reduce data redundancies, and can help the performance of SMAN 4 Payakumbuh to be efficient by using the SAW, PHP and MySQL methods, to be able to get assistance for underprivileged students it must be in accordance with predetermined criteria such as income parents, number of siblings, number of dependents, beneficiary and distance from home to school. The application of the system that has been designed can provide a good solution to the selection team at SMAN 4 Payakumbuh in determining students who are eligible to receive assistance quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The Healthy Indonesia Cards (KIS) is an identity card for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants managed by BPJS Kesehatan. This Healthy Indonesia Card is different from BPJS. The difference is that the Healthy Indonesia Card is only specifically for people with an underprivileged economy and the poor, while BPJS Health targets all Indonesian people, regardless of community background. The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) itself is a program that the Indonesian people feel the most benefit from, because people can get treatment without spending money. Sub-districts can also help get letters to get Healthy Indonesia Cards, but in issuing letters proposing names of residents who are eligible to get Healthy Indonesia Cards (KIS) are not as optimal as Balai Gadang Village, for this a decision support system (SPK) is needed. The decision support system in this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was chosen because it can be used in solving complex unstructured situations for components in a hierarchical arrangement, by selecting which variable has the highest priority to influence the outcome of that situation. A system created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database that can help the Balai Gadang sub-district select residents in a timely and accurate manner.

Abstract

Rapid development in the world of information and communication technology as a result of globalization have also had a major impact on certain fields including the industrial sector, on industrial sector, technology is very useful in searching, storing, distributing and presenting information. Indonesia has an increasingly promising ceramics indsutry development from years. Ceramics is a building material that functions to coat the floor surface to make it look more attractive. The presence of various vendors with varied motifs and qualities has created confusion among consumers in choosing ceramics. Implementing a decision support system when choosing product quality is able to provide structured assessments that assist consumers and business stakeholders in evaluating the selection of quality ceramics. The SPK method used in designing this system is the weighted product and simple additive weighting methods. The WP method is able to simplify a complex unstructured problem by using multiplication in connecting attribute ratings, while the SAW method is able to provide a more precise assessment because it is based on the criterion value of predetermined preference weights. The results of the assessment of these two methods are expected to be taken into consideration in the selection of quality ceramics appropriately.

Abstract

Yayasan XYZ merupakan salah satu lembaga Pendidikan dan Kesehatan yang ada di kota pekanbaru, lembaganya terdiri dari Universitas, STEI, SMK, SMA, SMP, Rumah Sakit, dan juga mempunyai beberapa icon lainnya, maka karyawan yang menunjang operasional juga tidak sedikit yang tersebar di beberapa institusi, untuk itu perlunya dilakukan pengangkatan karyawan tetap, agar dapat mensejahterakan karyawan dan tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Merekrut calon yang tepat pada posisi yang tepat bukanlah hal yang mudah, Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang membantu SDM dalam pengangkatan karyawan. Pengangkatan karyawan diperlukan penilaian oleh tim ahli dibidangnya untuk mendapatkan karyawan tepat yang mempunyai kualitas dan kesungguhan untuk mencapai visi misi dari yayasan, maka perlunya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan yang dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan menggunakan metode Prefernce Selection Index dalam pengangkatan karyawan. Pengangkatan karyawan diperlukan penilaian oleh tim ahli dibidangnya untuk mendapatkan karyawan tepat yang mempunyai kualitas dan kesungguhan untuk mencapai visi misi dari yayasan, maka perlunya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan yang dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan menggunakan metode Prefernce Selection Index dalam pengangkatan karyawan.Pengangkatan karyawan diperlukan penilaian oleh tim ahli dibidangnya untuk mendapatkan karyawan tepat yang mempunyai kualitas dan kesungguhan untuk mencapai visi misi dari yayasan XYZ, maka perlunya keputusan dalam pengangkatan karyawan menggunakan metode Prefernce Selection Index (PSI) yang akurasiya lebih tinggi dan lebih tepat sasaran tentunya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ada tiga alternatif dengan nilai peringkat tertinggi antara lain A9 = 0,9307, A1 = 0,9121 dan A6 = 0,9001.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem monitoring kualitas udara berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dan algoritma machine learning CatBoost untuk mendeteksi tingkat pencemaran udara di Kota Padang secara real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor Nova PM (PM2.5 dan PM10) dan MQ-7 (karbon monoksida/CO) yang dihubungkan ke mikrokontroler Wemos D1, lalu mengirimkan data secara otomatis ke Google Sheets sebagai basis penyimpanan. Data yang terkumpul diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing menggunakan StandardScaler, kemudian dilatih menggunakan model CatBoost. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model CatBoost mampu mengklasifikasikan lima kategori kualitas udara (Baik, Sedang, Tidak Sehat, Sangat Tidak Sehat, dan Berbahaya) dengan akurasi mencapai 95%, serta nilai precision dan f1-score rata-rata di atas 0.90. Sistem ini juga diimplementasikan dalam bentuk antarmuka pengguna (GUI) berbasis Streamlit yang menampilkan data sensor terkini dan hasil prediksi secara visual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan machine learning dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendeteksi dan memantau kualitas udara secara real-time di kawasan perkotaan.

Abstract

The evaluation of lecturer performance at Adzkia University faces challenges in terms of inefficient data processing. This research aims to implement the Profile Matching method to optimize the lecturer performance assessment system, evaluate its effectiveness, and develop an application based on this method. The research was conducted using a quantitative method employing Profile Matching, which includes several stages: GAP calculation, GAP mapping, core factor and secondary factor analysis, total value calculation, and ranking determination. The evaluation was conducted on 38 lecturers considering five main criteria: Adzkian Values, Education, Research, Community Service, and Supporting Activities, which are detailed in 28 sub-criteria. The implementation of the Profile Matching method proved to produce objective assessments by placing Lecturer 31 as the lecturer with the highest score (4.251), followed by Lecturer 3 and Lecturer 30 (4.092). The developed web-based application successfully integrated this method and improved the efficiency of the assessment process. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of the Profile Matching method in evaluating lecturer performance with more objective results. The implemented system helps BPSDM conduct assessments more efficiently and generate more structured reports.

Abstract

Setiap UMKM sebenarnya sudah mempunyai ciri khas dari masing-masing produknya, terlebih lagi cara pengolahan kerajinan kayu. Tetapi yang perlu dilakukan disini adalah bagaimana produk milik UMKM tersebut dapat dipasarkan secara nasional maupun internasional dengan memanfaatkan E-Commerce. Selain itu dengan sosialisasi strategi pemasaran produk ini, tentunya juga bisa membantu meningkatkan penjualan UMKM tersebut. Terlebih Kota Padang merupakan Ibukota Sumatera Barat yang mana banyak dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: The advancement of information technology and knowledge has facilitated the production of quality information. The use of information technology has penetrated all fields, especially in the teaching domain at higher education institutions, aiding in valuable decision-making processes. This research focuses on STMIK Royal Kisaran, which faces challenges in increasing the number of doctoral-educated lecturers. To address this limitation, the study explores the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Profile Matching method. Lecturers in higher education play a crucial role in providing education, conducting research, and contributing to society. In an effort to enhance the qualifications of lecturers, this research designs a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations for prospective lecturer candidates to pursue a Doctoral degree based on criteria factors such as length of service, functional position, research score, dedication score, age, and recognition score. Data from 46 lecturers at STMIK Royal Kisaran who meet the criteria are used to test the validity and effectiveness of the Decision Support System (DSS). Through structured analysis, it is demonstrated that the Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method successfully provides recommendations for suitable lecturer candidates to pursue doctoral studies.Keywords : decision support systems; higher education; information Technology; lecturer qualifications;  profile matching.  Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah menghadirkan kemudahan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas, penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah memasuki segala bidang terutama bidang pengajaran pada perguruan tinggi dan membantu pengambilan keputusan yang bernilai. Penelitian ini berfokus pada STMIK Royal Kisaran yang mengalami kendala dalam meningkatkan jumlah dosen berpendidikan Doktor. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Dosen pada pendidikan tinggi mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan, melakukan penelitian, dan memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualifikasi dosen, penelitian ini merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kandidat calon dosen untuk mengejar gelar Doktor dengan berlandaskan faktor kriteria seperti lama kerja, jabatan fungsional, nilai penelitian, nilai pengabdian, umur, dan nilai rekognisi. Data dari 46 dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran yang memenuhi kriteria digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan efektivitas Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Melalui analisis terstruktur, menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Profile Matching berhasil memberikan rekomendasi calon dosen yang layak direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Doktor.Kata Kunci : kualifikasi dosen; pencocokan profil; pendidikan yang lebih tinggi; sistem pendukung keputusan; teknologi Informasi.
