Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam mengenai implementasi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Prabumulih. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dari  kepala sekolah, guru dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepala sekolah sebagai Edukator, Manajer, Advisor, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator, dan Motivator. Prestasi siswa SMA Negeri 3 Prabumulih dapat dibuktikan dengan prestasi siswa yang diperoleh dibidang akademik dimana peserta didik mampu melanjutkan studinya ke Perguruan Tinggi Kedinasan, Universitas Negeri, Politeknik maupun Universitas Swasta. Prestasi bidang non akademik juga mampu memperoleh prestasinya baik ditingkat kota, provinsi maupun nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of student motivation on student achievement in Junior High School 40 OKU. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 96 students of Junior High School 40 OKU. Data were collected using a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study suggest that there is an effect of student motivation on student achievement. This paper is expected to be useful for school policymakers in increasing student motivation and student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to 1 to test the leadership of  1 ) teachers work discipline , 2 ) influence motivation teachers tenure to teachers work discipline , and 3 ) influence leadership and motivation of teachers work in togher teachers work discipline. This study using quantitative methods derived from sources both primary and secondary. Population and a working and motivation of teachers work discipline .The study is done in high school patra independent 01 Palembang .The collection of data using the survey with samples from 36 teachers. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. The result showed that : (1) is significant influence among schools to head leadership style discipline teacher in high school patra independent 01 Palembang; (2) any impact of the significant work to discipline the teacher in high school patra independent 01 palembang; (3)  Significant influence is of a style of leadership

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance; 2) the an effect of training on teachers’ performance; and (3) the effect of training on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study was 703 State Senior High School teachers in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The sample in the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique; thus, the sample of this study were 160 teachers. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of teaching experience on the performance of teachers; 2) There was an effect of training on the performance of the teachers; 3) There was an effect of teaching experience and training simultaneously  on the performance of teachers.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how is the science laboratory management at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu. The research objective was to identify and describe the science laboratory management at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu. This study uses a qualitative approach which is an approach to the process of collecting data and information that is deep, detailed and systematic in order to understand the object of the research study. The results of this study generally concluded that the management of the science laboratory at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu was good enough and supported science learning. This can be seen from the laboratory planning that has been implemented optimally even though there are still many limitations faced, the implementation of the planning has been carried out well, the budget for the laboratory is available even though it is not fully sufficient, the tools and materials in the laboratory are quite complete and has made innovations using virtual laboratories in science learning that are connected via the internet network.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the management of the classroom in order to improve the teaching quality of SMA Negeri 1 Babat Supat teachers. The principal and teachers were the sources of data for this research. Techniques for data gathering: 1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation. Techniques for Data Analysis (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, (3) verification of data. The results of the observations of the researcher included: 1) Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), 2) Teacher appearance, 3) Opening and closing teacher activities, 4) Teacher activities varying learning stimuli, 5) Teacher activities questioning skills, and 6) Reinforcement teacher activities are said to be good because they refer to the components of the K13 curriculum.The barriers faced by this study were: (1) students did not pay attention to the material; (2) a limited number of supporting media; (3) the learning environment is not conducive; (4) students are usually passive in answering questions; (5) heterogeneous students are less concerned with education; (6) instilling character in students (lack of discipline).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum-based learning administration tool in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's ability to arrange learning administration tools in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District, which is carried out through the process, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation have been going according to what was expected from the start so that there is the ability of the teacher to compile this school administration tool. then it can help in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District. It remains only to how the teacher and all school members maintain the quality of learning that has been obtained by SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially in improving performance, therefore teachers need to understand and apply digital literacy so that students are encouraged to participate actively and innovatively, as well as create a fun learning environment. This research aims to determine and analyse the influence of digital literacy on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. This research is quantitative research using a survey method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung with 79 teachers as respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Validity test uses construct validity and content validity. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. The data was analysed using descriptive data analysis techniques and non-parametric statistics, namely Spearman correlation. The research results show that there is an influence of digital literacy on the performance of high school teachers.

Abstract

The highest leader, the principal, is legally able to decide on policies, make the proper choices, and positively affect teacher performance in order to foster a stimulating work environment. The study was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung. Researchers employed an inductive qualitative approach in this study to try to delve thoroughly into the principal’s policy at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung about teacher performance. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviewing, and documenting. The quality approach used by analysis techniques comprises data reduction, data display, and conclusions. According to the study’s findings, policy decisions were made in response to identified issues, and funds were allocated to initiatives aimed at enhancing teachers’ performance through workshops on competency development and training. The principal oversees, monitors, evaluates, and tracks student progress using a teacher work evaluation framework.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of character building during a Covid 19 pandemic at MTs Terpadu Labbaik Lahat. The focus of this study is to determine the effectiveness of personality building, especially in terms of religious personality and student disciplined personality. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects / informants of this survey are the head master of Madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, teachers, and student representatives. Method Data collection are performed using four types of methods: observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and drawing inference. From the results of the data analysis, the following results were obtained. How to coach in MTs. Terpadu Labbaik runs through the implementation of the building the character program. This program includes leadership, entrepreneurship, Friday shows and familiarity, or Murajah programs. This program has helped change the character of students, such as Al-Matsurat's independent reading, disciplined prayer, and increased self-confidence in public.
