The aim of devotion is (1) designing the letter management basedon need analysis of school; (2) training in implementing the result of design; (3) arranging the classification of archive; and (4) implementing the electronic letter management. The main priority of devotion is providing knowledge about handling of incoming and outgoing letter. In addition, the dedication is realizing to create the good administration for school, so that it can be supporting the accountability of school with authentic document. The implementation of devotion through socialization and training about management of letter based on need analysis. To overcome the obstacles of implemention in handling letter, we would evaluate from mentoring activity.

Innovative and interesting learning should be pursued by the teacher so that students will be more motivated to learn and can get better learning outcomes. In this study, we tried to test the effectiveness of the demonstration method assisted by e-Agenda simulation video learning media on the learning competence and motivation of filing subjects. The study was conducted with a quasi-experimental y with nonequivalent control group design in SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. There were 62 respondents in this study. Data were collected by two methods, namely tests and questionnaires. Independent sample tests were used for data analysis techniques. The findings showed that e-Agenda learning media can improve students' cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes between students who learn to use e-Agenda learning media and students who learn to use manual agenda. We also found that e-agenda learning media influences student motivation. Thus, we concluded that the e-Agenda learning media can improve students' learning competencies and motivation. In addition, it also affects students to be more motivated to learn diligently. Future studies should explore other factors affecting media effectiveness.

Menulis surat lamaran pekerjaan (application letter) sangat penting bagi remaja, karena bermanfaat dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak. Akan tetapi, masih banyak remaja mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis application letter. Dengan demikian, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya Karang Taruna Desa Rambeanak Kecamatan Mungkid Kabupaten Magelang, dalam hal ini bagi mereka yang siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah service learning melalui tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, melayani, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang pembuatan application letter secara elektronik dan konvensional. Saran dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta diharapkan tetep mempertajam keterampilan application letter writing. Selain itu, peserta juga dapat sharing pengalaman terkait pelatihan ini kepada pihak lain. Abstract. Writing an application letter is very important for teenagers because it helps them get a decent job. However, there are still many teenagers who have difficulty writing application letters. Thus, the purpose of this community service is to know and improve the understanding and skills of the community, especially Karang Taruna, Rambeanak Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, in this case for those who are ready to enter the world of work. Implementing this activity is service-learning through three stages, namely preparation, serving, and evaluation. These training results are that participants gain knowledge and experience about making electronic and conventional application letters. Suggestions from this activity are that participants are expected to continue to hone their skills in writing job application letters to suit the needs of the world of work, and participants are expected to share their experience of writing job applications with others.

Analisis butir soal pilihan ganda ulangan akhir semester genap mata pelajaran kearsipan Yulia Fitri Ambarwati; Ismiyati Ismiyati

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui kualitas butir soal ulangan akhir semester genap mata pelajaran kearsipan yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, dan subjek yang digunakan sebanyak 105 siswa. Hasil penellitian menunukan bahwa validitas soal mayoritas berada pada kategori valid yaitu 70% atau sebanyak 28 butir soal dan soal yang tidak valid yaitu 30% atau sebanyak 12 butir soal. Nilai reliabilitas menunjukan Alpha=0,81 yang artinya reliable. Berdasarkan yang dilihat dari tingkat kesukaran sebanyak 1 (2,5%) butir soal kategori sukar, 19 (47,5%) butir soal kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 20Â (50%) butir soal kategori mudah. Daya pembeda terdapat 7 (17,5%) butir soal kategori jelek, 15 (37,5%) butir soal kategori cukup, dan 18 (45%) butir soal kategori baik. Keefektifan fungsi distractor, secara keseluruhan terdapat 59 (36,88%) fungsi pengecoh berfungsi dengan baik dan sebanyak 101 (63,13%) tidak berfungsi.Â The analysis of multiple-choice questions of the final exam on archive subjectÂ Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the end semester exam items in archiving subjects used. This research uses quantitative research methods and the subjects in the study were 105 question sheets. The results showed that the validity of the majority of the questions was in the valid category, namely 70% or 28 items and 30% or 12 invalid items. The reliability value shows Alpha = 0.81 which means the question is reliable. Based on the difficulty level of the questions, there was 1 (2.5%) item in the difficult category, 19 (47,5%) items in the medium category and as many as 20 (50%) items in the easy category. Based on the discrimination power, there are 7 (17,5%) bad items, 15 (37,5%) enough items, and 18 (45%) good category items. Based on the effectiveness of the distractor function, overall there are 59 (36,88%) distractor functions functioning properly and 101 (63,13%) are not functioning.

The learning process in the 4.0 revolution era has changed from conventional systems to digital. It causes every component of education to use various features of digital technology as a learning medium, so this study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and influence of digital-based learning media on learning outcomes in economics subjects in senior and vocational high school. The meta-analysis by examining the results of research that are relevant to research variables from various research articles and theses is used in this study. Twenty-six studies examined digital-based cooperative learning media. The findings present that the effectiveness of digital-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The quality of educators influences the effectiveness of using digital-based learning media in learning materials according to the tools or media used so that students' enthusiasm in participating in learning increases.

Pendidikan adalah suatu tata cara sistematis untuk memperbaiki tingkah laku seseorang agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan lancar, pengelolaan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik digunakan untuk menunjang proses pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Playschool Mutiara Kids Dusun Gamblok Kabupaten Temanggung. Mutiara Kids Playschool perlu memahami pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, pencatatan keuangan yang sudah ketinggalan zaman, dan pengeluaran insidentil berdasarkan kebutuhan. Tantangan lainnya adalah bendahara, dengan bantuan guru, sering melakukan penghitungan berulang-ulang dengan tangan menggunakan kalkulator sambil menyusun laporan keuangan karena uang sebenarnya di mesin kasir dan entri di buku kas berbeda. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra pengabdian dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sekolah secara komprehensif berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra pengabdian. Tindakan strategis yang dilakukan antara lain penyediaan sumber daya, prosedur pengelolaan keuangan, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sekolah. Secara umum, para peserta melaporkan kepuasan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, berdasarkan evaluasi wawancara peserta kegiatan. Para peserta sepakat bahwa praktik ini sangat bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Peserta juga berharap bahwa kegiatan ini akan bertahan lama, sehingga tidak hanya mendukung pembuatan laporan keuangan tetapi juga inisiatif lain yang meningkatkan upaya akademis. Education is a systematic procedure to improve one's behaviour to ensure that the teaching and learning process works smoothly, good management and financial management are used to support the educational process. This community service activity was performed in the Mutiara Kids Playschool at the Gamblok Hamlet, Temanggung Regency. The Mutiara Kids Playschool needs to understand school finance management, outdated financial records, and incidental spending based on needs. Another challenge is that the treasurer, with the teacher's help, frequently performs repeated calculations using a calculator while compiling financial reports since real money in the cash register and the cash book entries differ. This community service seeks to give community service partners training and assistance in financial management and the preparation of comprehensive school financial reports based on the issues faced by community service partners. The strategic actions adopted included the provision of resources, financial management procedures, and creating financial reports for schools. In general, the participants reported satisfaction with the community service activities, according to the interview evaluation of the activity participants. The participants agreed that this practice was highly beneficial for managing school finances. Participants also expect that the activities will be long-lasting, resulting not just in support of creating financial reports but also in other initiatives that enhance academic endeavours.

Diponegoro University (Undip) has a total of 67,000 students with high mobility resulting in congestion. Then Undip made an alternative by launching the Undep campus bus. The research aims to identify academic civitas perceptions of campus buses, evaluate campus bus performance based on minimum service standards (SPM), provide improvements in performance evaluation, and make recommendations to campus. The research uses mixed analysis methods, that is qualitative descriptive analysis with dissemination of questionnaires on academic citizens using campus buses as well as using quantitative methods with dynamic data surveys. Based on questionnaire results of identification of perceptions of academic civitas approving campus bus presence, evaluation of performance on physical buses there are 10 corresponding indicators of 20 indicators, bus route evaluation there are campus facilities that are not served and shelter evaluation results there are no information boards. So we need performance improvements to match the current SPM. The result of the recommendations to Undip campus is the development of routes, the need for efficiency of fleet operations at peak hours, improvement of information boards and shelters, repair of bus fleet, and integration of SIAP application with GPS tracking system. Then the development of campus bus routes is needed because there is a demand that has not been served so that more and more academic civitas are using campus buses and need advanced research on the vehicles operating costs (VOC).

Abstrak: Perbandingan Karakteristik Butir Soal Ujian Akhir Semester Gasal SMK Kendal Berbantuan Software ITEMAN. Analisis butir soal merupakan tahap terpenting seorang pendidik terhadap perkembangan tes secara menyeluruh supaya butir soal tes memiliki kualitas yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan karakteristik butir soal Ujian Akhir Semester Gasal mata pelajaran kearsipan di Kendal tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 72 lembar jawaban peserta tes SMK N1 Kendal, 79 lembar jawaban peserta tes SMK NU 01 Kendal, 31 lembar jawaban peserta tes SMK Bhakti Persada Patebon. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini dibantu dengan ITEMAN. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa perangkat tes SMK N1 Kendal memiliki kualitas yang tidak baik, SMK NU 01 Kendal memiliki kualitas yang baik, SMK Bhakti Persada Patebon memiliki kualitas yang cukup baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu masih ditemukan butir soal yang harus diperbaiki. Untuk soal yang memenuhi kriteria soal berkualitas baik soal dapat diterima dan disimpan untuk digunakan kembali di tes selanjutnya. Kata kunci: perbandingan; butir soal; kearsipan Abstract: Comparison of Item Characteristics of Odd Semester Final Examinations at Kendal Vocational Schools Assisted by ITEMAN. Analysis of the items is important for educators to develop tests so that the items have good quality. The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of odd semester final exam question items for archiving subjects in Kendal for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were 72 sheets of answers for test takers at SMK N1 Kendal, 79 sheets for test takers at SMK NU 01 Kendal, 31 sheets for test takers at SMK Bhakti Persada Patebon. To analyze the data assisted by ITEMAN. The results of the analysis show that the test kit for SMK N1 Kendal has poor quality, SMK NU 01 Kendal has good quality, SMK Bhakti Persada Patebon has quite good quality. The conclusion of this study is that there are still items that need to be improved. For questions that are of good quality, questions can be received and stored for reuse in the next test.Keyword: comparisons; items; archives

Permasalahan dari gaya hidup masyarakat saat ini yang lebih senang dengan minuman instan dan kosmetik yang bukan dari bahan alam mendorong untuk dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan dan mengadakan pelatihan untuk pembuatan produk minuman sehat dan masker Aloe vera di kompleks Nusa loka Serpong Kota Tangerang Selatan bagi paguyuban ibu-ibu Nusaloka. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan selama satu hari dan persiapannya. Dalam pelaksanaan dilakukan pretest dan post test terhadap pemahaman materi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen anggota dan mahasiswa dalam rangka pelaksanaan Mereka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MKBKM). Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta dengan harapan dapat mengandalkan kemampuan serta keterampilannya sendiri. Diharapkan dari peserta termotivasi untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan penghasilan tambahan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan hilirisasi kegiatan penelitian Aloe vera yaitu pembuatan minuman sehat dan masker alami Aloe vera. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan baik dan pada masukan peserta diinginkan pelatihan selanjutnya yaitu tentang gizi dan produk kosmetik halal, Pembuatan pupuk organik dan Pelatihan Hidroponik

This study aims to determine the dynamic archive management carried out digitally by the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Semarang (UNNES). This study uses a qualitative descriptive with an interactive model. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research informants are employees who manage dynamic archives in the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES who were selected using the snowball sampling technique. The findings of this study explain that the process of organizing digital-based archives is still in the planning and testing stages. In structuring digital archives, there are three stages, namely filing, borrowing, and destroying archives. Although, the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES, has conducted trials of digital-based structuring, the archive file process still uses a manual system. Next, the archive lending stage, if there are borrowers from external parties, they must fill in the digital archive system menu. This is so that the status of the archive can be known easily whether the archive is available or still borrowed. The third stage is the destruction of the archive. The work unit of the Faculty of Economics has carried out the destruction according to a predetermined archive retention schedule. Thus, the development of digital-based archive arrangement is very much needed by the work unit so that the archive arrangement process can be more effective and efficient in providing services to the academic community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
