Abstract

Background: The high MMR, IMR and CMR still show the main problems in midwifery services. Based on the 2023 Health Profile Report, MMR reached 189/100,000 live births, although there is a downward trend in maternal mortality, this is still far from the SDGs target of 70/100,000 live births by 2030. Obstetric complications are the biggest cause of MMR which further affects IMR. This is a serious problem in midwifery services, because high MMR can reduce the health status of a country. Therefore, efforts are needed to reduce the incidence of MMR and IMR. One of them is by applying the COC model. This care offers effective midwifery services, minimum intervention and provides midwifery services as needed, ranging from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum to birth control. With this method, it is expected to create optimum maternal and infant welfare which further helps reduce MMR and IMR. Objective: To see the results of the implementation of the COC method in improving the welfare of mothers and babies during the prenatal, intranatal and postnatal periods. Method: The research was carried out observationally with a case study approach carried out on 3 research subjects in the third trimester of pregnancy, who were followed from the start of pregnancy to family planning. Sampling was carried out at TPMB, data collection was carried out by analyzing data through mentoring formats, interviews and observation. Results: Based on care, the COC care model can help normal pregnancy and delivery, minimum intervention and proven to be able to overcome discomfort problems in clients. Suggestion: The COC care model can be applied in midwifery services

Abstract

Hospital development dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency is a hospital effort to improve health services. The operation of the hospital building development will attract and stimulate movement. This issue will affect the smooth flow of traffic when the traffic load increases. Traffic impact analysis is an attempt to minimize the problem. This study aims to measure the traffic performance of dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency currently predicts traffic performance after it operates, calculates parking space requirements and provides several traffic scenarios. The analysis method uses PTV Vissim 22 traffic simulation software for road intersections and sections with Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997. The analysis results show that the traffic performance of existing conditions or without hospital development on roads and crossroads is still quite good, with the DS value below 0,75. While the results of the long-term analysis for the next five years with an increase in traffic load, there will be a decrease in traffic performance on the affected roads and intersections. So, to improve traffic performance by doing several traffic scenarios using Vissim software. The best scenario is to widen the road and regulate traffic circulation by implementing one-way streets during peak hours to increase traffic performance. The need and availability of parking space have met the demand for parking with the amount of land provided by Regional General Hospital dr. Soeselo.

Abstract

Kenikir (Cosmos Caudatus Kunth) is a herbal plant and contain quercetin compounds (flavonoids) which can have an effect as an antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory. This study aims to determine the effect of adding quercetin extract to a nanoemulsion formula with several oil phases, namely VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and Olive Oil. Evaluation of the characteristics of the preparation for each formula included organoleptic test, pH test, particle size, emulsion type, and determination of the level of quercetin absorbed in the nanoemulsion system as well as antioxidant activity test using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil) method. The results showed that the nanoemulsion preparations with the VCO oil phase, olives had good and stable characteristics.  The pH test of the nanoemulsion was in the range of 4.5-6.5 while for the emulsion type it was an Oil in Water (M/A) type and the particle size was in accordance with the criteria for nanoemulsion preparations <200 nm, namely 13-178 nm. To see the ability of the active substance to be absorbed in the formula by calculating the % EE (Entrapping Efficiency) the % EE is obtained, which is 99%, which means that the nanoemulsion formula is able to absorb the active substance well and the antioxidant activity test using the DPPH method shows in the formulation of kenikir extract with the VCO oil phase gives an IC50 value of 52.238 ppm while the olive oil phase is 305.783 so that the nanoemulsion formula with the VCO oil phase is more reactive than the olive oil phase.

Abstract

The water content in the tablet is related to the compressibility of the tablet, because the water content formed acts as a binder that will fill the empty space between tablets. Excess water content in the tablet formulation can cause the tablet to become hydrophobic so that the tablet is difficult to wet during dissolution and travels in the body. Thus, the tablet will be more difficult to disintegrate in the stomach. The procedure for turning jackfruit seeds into flour are peeling, milling, and drying at a temperature of 105 oC. Following, water at 90 oC is mixed with jackfruit seed flour to make mocilago (mixture 1). fdc yellow and patent blue v dye into a beakerglass containing aquademin 95 oC then stir until completely uniform (mixture 2). Put mixture 1 into mixture 2 which has a temperature >80 oC. In the granulation stage, all ingredients are mixed with fine granulated sugar, magnesium hydroxide, dimethyl polysiloxane, some jackfruit seed flour and hydrotalcite to form mixture 3. Then add the binder solution Granule drying  and  drug printing processes follow. The characterization parameters of tablets produced in this research were tablet friability, tablet hardness and tablet disintegration time. Adding 193.2 mL of water to 25.6 grams of jackfruit seed powder was a variable that gives optimum effect on tablet hardness, friability, and disintegration time

Abstract

Pelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan alat peraga karya inovatif bermain botol hitung. Botol hitung dan dibuat untuk menjadi sumber belajar anak-anak TK agar mereka mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang konkrit. Pengalaman ini akan berguna untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek perkembangan anak TK pada 6 (enam) bidang pengembangan seperti aspek fisik/motorik, emosi, sosial, bahasa, kognitif, dan moral agama. Tujuan dari alat peraga bermain botol hitung ini adalah media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai langkah awal untuk mengenalkan berhitung dengan membilang benda; mengajarkan kemampuan anak dalam menggunakan bahasa reseptif. Melalui bermain anak akan merasa senang sehingga mereka tidak merasa bosan ketika diajak belajar mengenal bilangan serta dalam bidang kemampuan berbahasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa dengan adanya alat peraga bermain botol hitung ini memiliki fungsi yang multiguna dan memberi kesempatan pada anak TK untuk memperoleh pengetahuan baru serta memperkaya pengalamannya dalam mengenal huruf pada simbol yang melambangkannya dengan menggunakan berbagai alat permainan di TK Negeri Karangsari 1 Kota Blitar.

Abstract

Teenagers are the next generation that needs to be the center of attention. Physical and mental development in adolescents occurs rapidly. The process of changing times with free association arises causing debate about their reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to determine the reproductive health problems of adolescents in Banten province. This study used a qualitative design and constructivism paradigm. The research method was using the in-depth interview guideline instrument with 11 informants conducted in Banten province in January−June 2017. Qualitative data analysis using content analysis. The results showed that environmental factors such as family, relationships, health workers, and the availability of prostitution practice were trigger teenagers' problems. The environment did not support them to learn about sexuality makes them seek information from sources that cannot be justified. This practice made adolescents have inappropriate knowledge about adolescent reproductive health. The availability of prostitution practice was a unique highlight for those who can channel their curiosity in fulfilling their sexual desires. In conclusions, adolescent reproductive health problems in Banten province consisted of premarital sex behavior, teenage pregnancy, teenage marriage, youth delivery, sexually transmitted diseases, and abnormal sexual behavior. These problems arise due to factors of knowledge, environment, and family economic status. PERMASALAHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA DI PROVINSI BANTENRemaja merupakan generasi penerus yang perlu menjadi pusat perhatian. Perkembangan fisik dan mental pada remaja terjadi secara pesat. Proses perubahan zaman dengan pergaulan bebas memicu timbulnya permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi pada mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan paradigma konstruktivisme. Metode penelitian menggunakan instrumen wawancara mendalam kepada 11 informan yang dilakukan di Provinsi Banten pada bulan Januari–Juni 2017. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan seperti keluarga, pergaulan, tenaga kesehatan, dan ketersediaan tempat prostitusi memicu permasalahan remaja. Lingkungan yang tidak mendukung mereka untuk belajar tentang seksualitas membuat mereka mencari informasi dari sumber yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya. Hal tersebut membuat remaja memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak tepat tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Ketersediaan tempat-tempat prostitusi menjadi sorotan khusus bagi mereka yang dapat menyalurkan keingintahuan mereka dalam memenuhi hasrat seksualitas. Simpulan, permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Provinsi Banten terdiri atas perilaku seks pranikah, kehamilan remaja, pernikahan remaja, persalinan remaja, penyakit seksual, dan perilaku seks menyimpang. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena faktor lingkungan, pengetahuan, dan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This project has challenges in the form of work complexity, the use of a large number of various types of heavy equipment, thousands of workers with various skills, and a very short time to complete the work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the Construction Safety Management System (CSMS), analyze the risk level of project implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of CSMS performance implementation in the Kulon Progo Airport Infrastructure Development Project which is expected to be able to provide lessons learned from other similar projects. The research method used is a qualitative method using HSE activity reports during the construction period and interviews with seven informants who were involved during the construction period. The results of the study show that there are ten top ranking keys to the success of CSMS in the Kulon Progo Airport Infrastructure Development Project, including Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Control and Opportunity, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Communication, Concern with training programs, Occupational Health Management, Work Environment Safety Management, Equipment,  Construction Safety Unit Duties and Responsibilities, Standards and Legislation as well as Inspections and Audits.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik dan relevan. Beberapa guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 9 Semarang perlu meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan pembelajarannya; Oleh karena itu, diselenggarakanlah program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema Penyusunan Modul Ajar. Tujuan diselenggarakannya pengabdian ini adalah 1) memberikan pengetahuan untuk memahami Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP) dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka untuk menyusun modul ajar, dan 2) memberikan keterampilan guru dalam membuat modul ajar berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengabdian dilakukan di SMKN 9 Semarang pada tanggal 9 Maret 2023 untuk pemberian materi dan praktik. Kemudian pendampingan dengan mengevaluasi modul ajar yang sudah dibuat pada tanggal 30 Maret 2023 secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 30 guru dari 4 program studi yang ada di SMKN 9 Semarang. Modul ajar yang dikembangkan setelah program pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dan kelengkapan konten. Selanjutnya, pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru akan penyusunan Modul Ajar juga menunjukkan peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil refleksi dan observasi selama pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar. Diharapkan pengabdian dalam penyusunan modul ajar ini dapat dilaksanakan kepada lebih banyak guru dalam rangka penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah yang lain. Effective Independent Curriculum (IKM) implementation requires excellent and relevant learning planning. Several Vocational High School (SMKN) 9 Semarang teachers must improve their learning planning skills. Therefore, a community service program was held with the theme of preparing teaching modules. The purpose of holding this service is 1) to provide knowledge to understand Learning Outcomes (CP), Learning Objectives (TP), and Learning Objective Flow (ATP) based on the Independent Curriculum to prepare teaching modules and 2) to provide teacher skills in creating teaching modules based on the Independent Curriculum. The program was held at SMKN 9 Semarang on March 9, 2023, to provide material and practice. Then, assistance was provided by evaluating the online teaching module created on March 30, 2023, via Zoom Meeting. This service activity was attended by 30 teachers from 4 study programs at SMKN 9 Semarang. The teaching modules developed after the community service program show an increase in the quality and completeness of the content. Furthermore, teachers' understanding and skills in preparing Teaching Modules also show improvement. The results of reflection and observation prove it when assistance is provided in preparing teaching modules. Hopefully, more teachers will dedicate themselves to preparing this teaching module to implement the Independent Curriculum in other school conditions.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keluarga Berencana dapat mengurangi proporsi kehamilan yang dianggap berisiko tinggi dan aborsi yang tidak aman karena kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Keluarga Berencana tersebut mencegah penyebab kematian ibu sekitar 28%−30% kehamilan dengan risiko tinggi salah satunya karena hamil pada usia muda. Kehamilan pada usia muda merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi pada usia remaja di Provinsi Banten. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah exploratory sequential mixed method. Wawancara dan Focus Group Disscusion dilakukan pada pakar dan remaja. Pada desain kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan survei pada remaja usia 18–24 tahun. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan permodelan RASCH. Hasil: Substansi modul konseling sebaya dari hasil penelitian terdiri dari gender, mitos, keterampilan hidup (life skill), advokasi dan KIE (komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi), serta pendekatan agama dalam kesehatan reproduksi. Sebesar 75% dari total responden menyetujui bahwa seluruh materi (kesehatan reproduksi, napza, pendekatan agama dalam kespro, keterampilan hidup, gender, penyakit seksual, tumbuh kembang remaja, keluarga berencana, advokasi dan KIE, dan mitos) tersebut ada didalam modul dan sebesar 94,4% dari total responden membutuhkan materi Keluarga Berencana. Kesimpulan: Remaja membutuhkan materi tentang tumbuh kembang remaja, keluarga berencana, kesehatan reproduksi, penyakit menular seksual, Napza, gender, keterampilan hidup, mitos, pendekatan agama dalam kesehatan reproduksi, serta advokasi dan KIE

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Seiring perkembangan zaman dari pengaruh budaya Barat maka membawa kebebasan dan akses informasi yang terbuka sehingga memberikan kesempatan pada remaja memiliki perilaku negatif dalam kesehatan reproduksi. Prevalensi perilaku seksual aktif pada remaja laki-laki (56,6%) lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan remaja perempuan (43,7%) Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Subjek atau partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemegang program kesehatan reproduksi remaja di dinas kesehatan, BKKBN tingkat kabupaten, dan puskesmas, serta kelompok remaja. Hasil: Remaja menyatakan bahwa seks bebas itu merupakan aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh sepasang manusia (lawan jenis maupun sesame jenis), mulai dari pegangan tangan, perabaan daerah sensitive, pelukan, ciuman, sampai pada hubungan seks pra nikah. Namun, perilaku seks bebas di wilayah tersebut masih banyak. Salah satu dampak seks bebas yang bayak ditemui diantarnya kehamilan sebelum menikah serta terkenanya penyakit kelamin.Upaya mengatasi masalah seks bebas pada remaja diantaranya perlu melibatkan orang tua ataupun keluarga. Selain itu, remaja juga perlu dilibatkan dalam suatu organisasi sehingga memiliki aktifitas dan kesibukan. Simpulan: Pengetahuan remaja tentang seks bebas cukup baik. Namun, permasalahan seks bebas di wilayah ini masih banyak. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut tidak hanya dari remajanya tetapi juga dibutuhkan kerjasama dengan orang tua atau keluarga.
