Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the procedure for preparing student learning outcomes assessment instruments on archival management elements at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang in accordance with the mechanism for implementing the independent curriculum. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the preparation of assessment instruments had been carried out in terms of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In planning, teachers develop learning tools and types of assessments to be used. On organizing, teachers make a cooperation, division of labor, and designing forms of assessment. In actuating, teachers do not compile assessment grids, but compile worksheets and assessment rubrics. In addition, the teacher only conducts qualitative analysis of question items. In controlling, teachers set criteria for achieving learning outcomes that refer to the criteria for achieving learning objectives. The conclusion of this study is that the preparation of learning outcome assessment instruments in terms of the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling stages has been carried out in accordance with the mechanism for implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh informasi dunia kerja, bimbingan karir, dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 84 siswa dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara informasi dunia kerja, bimbingan karir, dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,779; (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,255; (3) pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,261; (4) pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar sebesar 0,490. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi dunia kerja, bimbingan karir dan ekspektasi karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan atau parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja.Kata Kunci: Informasi Dunia Kerja; Bimbingan Karir; Ekspektasi Karir; Kesiapan Kerja The influence information work of the world, guidance career, and career expectation towards work readiness Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of work world information, career guidance, and career expectations on the work readiness of Grade XI students of the Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) of SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara.  This type of research uses quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by spreading questionnaires and analyzing using SEM-PLS. The number of samples used in the study was 84 students using the Slovine formula and simple random sampling techniques. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive statistical analysis and inference statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between work world information, career guidance, and career expectations on work readiness of 0.779; (2) there was a positive and significant influence between work world information on work readiness of 0.255; (3) there is a positive and significant effect between career guidance on employment readiness of 0.261; (4) there is a positive and significant effect between career expectations on employment readiness of 0.490. The conclusions of this study show that work world information, career guidance and career expectations have a positive and significant effect either simultaneously or partially on job readiness.

Abstract

Kemampuan representasi matematis merupakan kemampuan dalam membuat suatu model dari suatu masalah ke dalam bentuk baru baik secara verbal, tulisan, tabel, ataupun grafik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemampuan representasi matematis pada pokok bahasan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel dengan pengkategorian tingkat kemampuan representasi matematis tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa studi kasus . Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, siswa dengan kemampuan kategori tinggi dapat menyelesaikan tiga indikator kemampuan representasi matematis, yaitu representasi visual dalam bentuk gambar yang diukur dengan menggunakan indikator. Siswa menggambar (garis bilangan) untuk membantu mereka memecahkan masalah, mengilustrasikan persamaan atau ekspresi matematika, diukur menggunakan model matematika dari representasi lain yang diberikan dan penyelesaian masalah menggunakan ekspresi matematika, representasi kata-kata yang diukur menggunakan pertanyaan yang menggunakan kata-kata atau teks tertulis. Siswa pada tingkat sedang dapat mengartikan dua indikator tetapi belum mahir menggambar garis bilangan. Untuk siswa pada kategori tingkat rendah hanya mampu menyelesaikan dua indikator saja dan masih belum dikatakan sempurna dalam dua indikator tersebut dan juga tidak mampu menuliskan langkah-langkah dengan baik dan benar dan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami masalah. Saran peneliti bagi guru adalah upayakan guru berusaha memberikan metode yang sesuai agar dalam penyampaian materi siswa bersemangat

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Persiapan Kompetitif dalam Keberhasilan LKS Bilingual Secretary di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang: Ditinjau Berdasarkan Aspek ManajemenPenelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis persiapan kompetitif dalam keberhasilan lks bilingual secretary di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang pada aspek manajemen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persiapan kompetitif berdasarkan aspek manajemen mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan. (1) Tahap perencanaan guru telah mengikuti rapat MGMP dan mendapatkan undangan LKS, menentukan strategi, tujuan, waktu, dan sumber daya. (2) Tahap pengorganisasian memberikan informasi kepada siswa, berkas-berkas yang diperlukan, metode, kisi-kisi LKS, serta pengaturan tugas. (3) Tahap penggerakan melakukan seleksi, dan melatih siswa terpilih. (4) Tahap pengawasan dilakukan pengawasan terhadap jalannya pelatihan dan pemantauan kemajuan siswa setelah dilatih oleh guru. Aspek manajemen telah berjalan dengan baik hingga meraih kesuksesan dengan memenangkan LKS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk menunjukan bahwa institusi pendidikan yang menerapkan aspek manajemen dalam persiapan kompetitif cenderung dapat berhasil atau menghasilkan peserta didik yang lebih siap untuk berkompetisi.Kata kunci: Persiapan; Aspek Manajemen; Lomba Kompetensi Ssiwa; Bilingual Secretary; SMKAbstract: The Role of Competitive Preparation in the Success of the Bilingual Secretary LKS at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang: A Management PerspectiveThe study aims to describe and analyze the competitive preparation contributing to the success of the LKS (Vocational Student Skills Competition) Bilingual Secretary competition at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang from a management perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings reveal that competitive preparation based on management aspects includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (1) In the planning stage, teachers participated in MGMP (Subject Teacher Forum) meetings, received LKS invitations, and determined strategies, objectives, timelines, and resources. (2) In the organizing stage, information was provided to students along with required documents, methods, LKS guidelines, and task arrangements. (3) In the actuating stage, student selection and training were carried out. (4) In the controlling stage, supervision of the training process and monitoring of student progress were conducted after the training by the teachers. The management aspects were effectively implemented, leading to success in winning the LKS. Therefore, this study contributes by demonstrating that educational institutions applying management principles in competitive preparation are more likely to succeed and produce students who are better prepared to compete.Keywords: Preparation; Management Aspects; Student Competency Competition; Bilingual Secretary; Vocational High School

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the role of peers, family environment, and learning discipline on students' learning motivation in Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Office Automation and Management students at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 324 students including class X, class XI and class XII. The sample in this study was selected using a proportional random sampling technique and calculated using the Slovin formula. From the population, the total sample used was 179 students. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results of the research show that the peer role variable (X1) influences students' learning motivation (Y), the family environment variable (X2) influences students' learning motivation (Y), and the learning discipline variable (X3) influences students' learning motivation (Y). Abstract

This community service partnership was carried out at PAUD Mutiara Kids, Temanggung. PAUD Mutiara Kids faces two problems in its educational activities, namely 1) aspects of knowledge about waste and separating types of waste; 2) aspects of skills in making educational toys by utilizing used goods into more useful items so as to reduce waste at school. Therefore, the service team aims to (1) introduce and socialize the “Eco-school” program as an alternative to realizing environmental literacy in schools; (2) learning activities together to recognize and separate the types of waste are continued; (3) making educational toys from used items. Community service activities are carried out in socialization and demonstration activities, practice and assistance in sorting waste, discussions. This activity was carried out on Saturday, June 29, 2024 with 35 participants from Kindergarten B PAUD Mutiara Kids Temanggung. The results of this activity are 1) students gain knowledge about waste and can separate the types of waste; 2) students have the skills to utilize used items around the school into educational toys that can reduce waste at school; 3) students also said that this activity was very helpful to instill love for the environment for students. The Eco-school activities carried out are not only on theoretical understanding but also on application. Furthermore, this activity can be sustainable not only for Eco-school activities, but also for other activities that help school activities to be better.

Abstract

The prevalence of atopic dermatitis in industrialised countries has increased two- to threefold over the past 30 years. Fermented earthworm (Lumbricus rubellus) extract has been shown to effectively reduce atopic dermatitis by increasing interleukin-10 (IL-10) and FOXP3, and decreasing interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-31 (IL-31), immunoglobulin E (IgE), and eosinophils. The extract has also been reported to inhibit the growth of skin surface bacteria, particularly Streptococcus aureus, at a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.625%. L. rubellus contains lumbricin-I, proline-rich antimicrobial peptides (AMPs), lumbrokinase, lysenin, and coelomic cytolytic factor-1 (CCF-1), which play important roles in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial responses. Cetyl alcohol influences the viscosity of semi-solid preparations, thereby affecting the lotion's quality and stability. This study aimed to determine the optimum concentration of cetyl alcohol in the formulation of fermented L. rubellus lotion with good physical characteristics. The lotion was formulated by varying the concentration of cetyl alcohol and comparing it with commercial lotion based on organoleptic properties, pH, adhesion, spreadability, and physical stability using a cycling test. Lotion formulas F2 (0.5% cetyl alcohol) and F3 (1% cetyl alcohol) exhibited physical properties similar to the positive control, remained semi-solid, and were comfortable to use. A 1% concentration of cetyl alcohol was found to be optimal for maintaining pH stability and spreadability of the fermented L. rubellus lotion.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the governance of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative in Magelang through the digitalization of archiving and financial recording systems. The main issue addressed is the limited use of information technology, as administrative and financial records are still managed manually, resulting in inefficiency and low accountability. A participatory approach was applied, including digital archive management training and the development of a web-based information system. The training involved 30 participants and was followed by intensive assistance for system implementation. The results show that 87% of participants demonstrated improved competence in using the system, 92% of physical archives were digitized, and 94% of financial transactions were accurately recorded in the new system. Moreover, 85% of sales reports can now be accessed in real time by cooperative managers. These measurable outcomes indicate that combining participatory training with context-appropriate technology significantly enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in cooperative management. The program is expected to be expanded through follow-up training, policy support at the village level, and collaboration with technology providers to sustain and further develop the system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Informan meliputi WKS Kurikulum, Koordinator Jurusan MPLB, guru pengampu, dan peserta didik kelas XI MP. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek context, kedudukan program sebagai kompetensi yang perlu dikuasai peserta didik dan urgensi dilaksanakannya program sudah kuat, serta capaian pembelajaran telah diselaraskan dengan DUDI. Pada aspek input, perangkat pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada segi kelengkapan modul dan fasilitas penunjang, sedangkan rubrik penilaian belum sepenuhnya adaptif. Pada aspek process, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi diterapkan untuk mengakomodasi peserta didik dengan kesulitan belajar. Pembelajaran cukup sesuai dengan rencana, namun mengalami kendala. Pada aspek product, asesmen berupa proyek yang relevan dengan tugas perkantoran dengan hasil baik. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, disarankan pengembangan perangkat ajar yang lebih adaptif dan peningkatan fasilitas.   Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum: A CIPP evaluation of office technology learning   Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the Office Technology learning program at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal using a the CIPP evaluation model with descriptive qualitative approach. Informants include the Vice Principal of Curriculum, Head of the Office Management Department, subject teachers, and 11th-grade of the Office Management students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. Findings show that in the context aspect, the program is relevant to the required competencies, its implementation is urgent, and learning outcomes are aligned with industry demands. In the input aspect, learning tools and facilities still need improvement, especially in terms of module completeness and supporting infrastructure, while the assessment rubric is not fully adaptive. In the process aspect, differentiated instruction is applied for students with learning difficulties, though some challenges remain. In the product aspect, project-based assessments are relevant to office tasks and show good results. It is recommended to develop more adaptive materials and improve facilities.

Abstract

Effective procurement and maintenance practices play an important role in the success of an organization and have a direct effect on organizational performance. However, many organizations still find it difficult to optimize these practices. This study aims to examine more deeply the optimization of procurement and maintenance management of office facilities and infrastructure in Nguter Sub-district. The qualitative method is employed in this research to provide a deeper understanding of the research objectives. In collecting data, this study used direct and structured interviews with four important informants at the Nguter Sub-district Office. Data validity techniques use triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data display, and verification. The findings of this study reveal that the practice of procurement and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in Nguter Sub-district has run according to procedures. In procurement practices, Nguter Sub-district has implemented three methods, namely purchase, rental, and repair. Meanwhile, maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure is carried out by routine, preventive and repressive maintenance. The procurement and maintenance budgets come from APBD funds. The integration of good and optimal procurement and maintenance practices had a positive impact on improving organisational performance.
