Abstract

During the pandemic period, the banking industry is expected to have an impact on the economic waves that occurred in Indonesia. The Indonesian financial system can be distinguished from conventional and Islamic financial systems. This study aims to determine the differences in the ratios of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Conventional Commercial Banks, including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Return ON Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) and Loans. to Deposit Ratio (LDR) for the last 4 years. Comparison of the performance of financial ratios at Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks as measured by the ratio of Capital Adequay Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses, Operating Income ( BOPO) are the same in the sense that there is no difference between the ratios. For the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) there are differences in the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks.

Abstract

The sample in this study were 100 people consumers. The analytical technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on  consumer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. consumer satisfaction, the price variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The Adjusted R Square value obtained is 0.363 this figure shows that it is 36.3%. Consumer satisfaction (the dependent variable) can be explained by the variables of product quality, service quality and price. The remaining 63.7% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether trust has a partial effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan City, whether commitment has a partial effect on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan City. transactions at Indonesian Islamic banks, savings customers who have used bank services for at least 1 year and savings customers who use the services directly. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the trust variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan City, the commitment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology (fintech) partially influencing financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra, then to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology (fintech) simultaneously influencing financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra. The research samples are 100 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis partially show financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial technology affect financial inclusion in society North Sumatra. The most dominant variable affecting financial inclusion is financial literacy.

Abstract

Sense of belonging is the experience of personal involvement in a system or environment so that people feel an integral part of the system or environment. Paluh Kemiri Village, Lubuk Pakam District, has enormous potential to be developed if the existing programs in the government can be followed up jointly by the government, the community and universities. This community service is held with the following objectives: 1) Institutional improvement. 2) Business improvement. 3) Revenue improvement. 4) Environmental improvement. 5) Improvement of life. 6) Community improvement. The community empowerment approach that has been implemented so far is still problem based. Whereas the powerlessness of the community covers all aspects, apart from educational factors, as well as structural and social factors as well as environmental conditions and policies that are not conducive to growing creativity and productivity of micro-economic actors and small and medium-sized enterprises in developing local potential. To advance the potential of the region, it is necessary to have knowledge of technology and innovation as well as creativity towards agropreneurship and technopreneurship. For this reason, a change in the way of thinking and acting as an entrepreneur is needed in increasing the sense of belonging to civil society. Following successful empowerment activities, community empowerment needs to be in line with community service activities

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused social and economic changes in society, As a result of this situation, many workers were laid off and there were layoffs which resulted in unemployment. Agriculture is one sector that has high resilience in dealing with various economic problems. This service activity aims to foster and empower women housewives to grow crops using plastic bottle waste to increase family income. This service is carried out in Lubuk Pakan Pekan Village, Lubuk Pakam District. The selection of this location is based on data from the BPS Deli Serdang, that there are 264 residents of Lubuk Pakam District who generally do not have permanent jobs. The service partners in this PkM activity are a group of PKK women in Lubuk Pakam District totaling twenty women whose husbands are casual daily laborers. The method used in this PkM is counseling, namely socialization, training, and assistance to partners. The existence of this PKM activity is expected to be right on target, namely to increase partners' food security, a solution for partners who want to grow crops but do not have large areas of land and create a beautiful environment and increase family income.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSejak menyebarnya virus covid 19 di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 memberikan dampak penurunan ekonomi pada hampir seluruh sektor usaha. Salah satunya adalah sektor usaha angkutan umum naungan koperasi yang ada di kota Medan yaitu Koperasi Jasa Pengangkutan Umum Rajawali SUMUT. Penurunan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk menggunakan angkutan umum disebabkan oleh kekhawatiran masyarakat terpapar virus covid 19. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi-strategi untuk menarik kembali kepercayaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum. Penyuluhan yang diberikan terkait dengan tata kelola koperasi yang benar, sistem pelayanan yang baik, dan peningkatan fasilitas pada angkutan umum untuk mencegah penyebaran virus covid 19. Melalui penyuluhan ini Koperasi Jasa Pengangkutan Umum Rajawali SUMUT dapat menerapkan strategi-strategi yang telah diberikan dan membuat pembaharuan pada tata kelola yang siap untuk beradaptasi menghadapi virus covid 19. Kata kunci: covid 19; fasilistas, penyuluhan; sistem pelayanan; transportasi umum. ABSTRACTSince the spread of the covid 19 virus in Indonesia in 2019, it has had an economic downturn in almost all business sectors. One of them is the public transportation business sector under the auspices of a cooperative in the city of Medan, namely Koperasi Jasa Pengangkutan Umum Rajawali SUMUT. The decrease in public confidence in using public transportation is caused by the public’s concern about being exposed to the covid 19 virus. Therefore, strategies are needed to reclaim public trust in using public transportation. The counseling provided is related to proper cooperative governance, a good service system, and improving facilities on public transportation to prevent the spread of the covid 19 virus. Through this counseling, Koperasi Jasa Pengangkutan Umum Rajawali SUMUT can implement the strategies that have been given and make changes to governance that are ready to deal with the covid 19 virus. Keywords: counseling; covid 19; facilities; good service system; public transpotation.

Abstract

Based on its area, Pasar Melintang Village can be used as the newest tourist location on the outskirts of Medan, which offers natural views that are still beautiful, typical of the countryside, namely the concept of agro-tourism, namely traditional rice farming. Pasar Melintang Village has excellent potential to develop agro-tourism due to the available natural conditions, fertile soil conditions, and cool air climate. This is very supportive of cultivating various agricultural commodities by implementing an environmentally friendly land management system. Based on the research pre-survey conducted by researchers, the Deli Serdang area has not yet implemented the concept of agro-tourism, even though the Pasar Melintang Village area is very suitable for use as agro-tourism based on traditional rice farming because the population is dominant as a farmer. This type of research is associative, the people in this study amounted to 272 people, and the number of research samples amounted to 73 people. The kind of research data is quantitative. In this study, the researcher took the data collection technique in a questionnaire (Questionnaire), and the statistical test used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the partial test, it can be concluded that the location has a positive and significant effect on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. The village's potential has a positive and significant impact on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. Abstract

Pasar Melintang Village has a rice field location developed into one of the agro-tourism areas in the Deli Serdang Regency. Where currently, the existence of this location is only known to the local village community and requires further development. The aims of this study are to 1) Analyze the influence of personal characteristics on visiting interest and 2) Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing in moderating the relationship between personal characteristics and visiting interest. Independent variables are personal characteristics and digital marketing as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the people of the Lubuk Pakam District. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the following criteria: 1) Respondents have come to the village rice field tourism location, 2) Minimum age is 17 years, 3) Minimum education is high school equivalent. When collecting data, the team was able to get sixty-three respondents who met the criteria. The analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study are that personal characteristics have no significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists. However, digital marketing can effectively moderate the relationship between personal characteristics and interest in visiting.

Abstract

Pasar Melintang Village has a stretch of rice fields that have not been widely developed into an agro-tourism destination in North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to examine what factors influence the development of agro-tourism in Pasar Melintang Village in Deli Serdang. The respondents of this study amounted to sixty-three people who live in Lubuk Pakam District and have visited the location, the sampling technique used is a combination of purposive and accidental sampling with the following criteria: 1) minimum age 17 years, 2) minimum high school education, 3) have visited rice field tourism sites. The analysis technique uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis with eleven-factor variables. Of the eleven variables, three factors were formed: attractiveness, management, and community participation
