Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran untuk metode numerik which dirancang dengan pendekatan metakognitif pemrograman dibantu matlab. Model pengembangan bahan pembelajaran menggunakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R & D) WHO metode dikembangkan oleh Borg dan Gall dan dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan pengajaran Dick dan Carey. Populasi untuk uji coba produk adalah mahasiswa UMSU jurusan pendidikan matematika. Instrumen which digunakan adalah kuesioner. Produk ini memiliki tiga langkah uji gruops Termasuk pribadi, gruops kecil dan lapangan. Sebelum uji coba produk, peneliti tidak ahli sidang validasi atas isi dan desain bahan pembelajaran untuk metode numerik dengan menggunakan kuesioner Menurut indikator yang telah ditentukan. Kemudian kuesioner dianalisis untuk melihat persentase dan kriteria validasi bahan Learning. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode numerik yang dirancang diktat digunakan metakognitif pendekatan dibantu pemrograman Matlab.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic management of human resource development for lecturers at STAI Al Islahiyah Binjai. A qualitative approach with analytical methods is this type of research, then data collection efforts are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data was declared valid after being tested by data triangulation techniques, and analyzed through the process of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research conclude that in quantity the number of lecturers continues to increase (increases) every year. Meanwhile, the weakness is that there are still many lecturers who do not have doctoral qualifications and the number of professors is still small. In the learning aspect, integration-based learning has not yet been realized. Research productivity, publications and community service are also still low. Meanwhile, the challenge currently faced is the demand for the availability of professional and qualified lecturers.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the communication of the Islamic Organization of DDI in motivating Pitumpanua teenagers. The local community well received the DDI organization in Pitumpanua. DDI responds to the phenomenon of many people dropping out of education and the many religious movements that are intolerant of differences. Similar to other social organizations equipped with autonomous bodies and institutions within the DDI organization, some play a role and are instrumental in its development. However, according to Islamic law, the DDI organization is identical to the education and da’wah movement. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive method, and the researcher is the crucial instrument in the research. The results of this study indicate that DDI contributes to making teenagers aware of the importance of learning Islamic religious education as a motivation to have a strong foundation in themselves to achieve a better future.Keywords: DDI Pitumpanua, Youth Education Motivation, Organizational Communication. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji komunikasi Ormas DDI dalam memotivasi remaja Pitumpanua. Masyarakat setempat menyambut baik organisasi DDI di Pitumpanua. DDI merespon fenomena banyaknya masyarakat putus sekolah dan banyaknya gerakan keagamaan yang tidak toleran terhadap perbedaan. Serupa dengan organisasi sosial lainnya yang dilengkapi dengan badan dan lembaga otonom di dalam organisasi DDI, beberapa berperan dan berperan dalam perkembangannya. Namun, menurut hukum Islam, organisasi DDI identik dengan gerakan pendidikan dan dakwah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan peneliti merupakan instrumen penting dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DDI berkontribusi untuk menyadarkan remaja akan pentingnya mempelajari pendidikan agama Islam sebagai motivasi untuk memiliki landasan yang kuat dalam diri mereka untuk meraih masa depan yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: DDI Pitumpanua, Motivasi Pendidikan Pemuda, Komunikasi Organisasi.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah “Kepelatihan Kompetensi dan Kapasitas Literasi dan Numerasi bagi Guru SMP di Lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat”. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam literasi dan numerasi melalui program pelatihan yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat, dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru SMP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pelatihan yang ada dan merancang strategi peningkatan yang dapat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kompetensi dan kapasitas literasi dan numerasi sangat penting bagi guru SMP. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam literasi dan numerasi, tetapi juga membantu mereka dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pengajaran yang efektif di kelas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa ada kebutuhan untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam program pelatihan ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat harus terus memperbarui dan menyesuaikan program pelatihan ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam praktek pengajaran mereka. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang pentingnya pelatihan kompetensi dan kapasitas literasi dan numerasi bagi guru SMP dan bagaimana program pelatihan ini dapat ditingkatkan dan disesuaikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

The implementation of curriculum management is a series of resource management activities in implementing curriculum for the quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in the pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and document review. In addition, data and information are analyzed by data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were (1) curriculum planning was established by the madrasa leadership, MGMP, and teachers through curriculum planning meetings by making madrasa / pesantren education calendars, calculating effective working days for each subject, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, and implementing lesson plans as the direction of achieving academic quality and non-academic graduates, (2) the implementation of curriculum programs included learning using the curriculum of Diknas and pesantren through face-to-face learning, practice in mosques, halls, laboratories, and learning activities so that there were guidelines and targets achievement of the quality of graduates, (3) the implementation of curriculum evaluation included classroom supervision activities, learning evaluation, both formative and summative, and curriculum evaluation meetings at the end of the academic year which showed the achievement of the target of improving the quality of graduates could be seen from the fulfillment of minimum completeness criteria high and graduation of santri.

Abstract

This activity is entitled Strengthening teachers in preparing quizziz-based student worksheets at SD Muhammadiyah 29 Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide reinforcement for teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 29 in implementing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The strengthening in question is training and assistance in the management of Quizziz-assisted evaluation. This needs to be done in order to improve the quality of education in schools which are part of the Muhammadiyah organization's charitable efforts. The method used in this activity is training with the steps of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The success of this activity is not only on the teacher's understanding of using the Quizziz application during training, but is the application in each class to increase students' interest and motivation to learn.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze or examine the basic principles and governance of education, education that has good management is of course a quality institution and has very good results as well. The research method used is in the form of a literature review analysis by looking for reading sources in the form of books, journals, or certain magazines and news. From the results of the study, it was found that educational governance is a very important factor in improving the quality of education, in managing an educational institution it is necessary to have principles in its management. Some of these principles should be a benchmark or the basis for determining the quality of good education.

Abstract

Educational globalization is an unavoidable phenomenon in the development of modern education, bringing fundamental changes in the utilization of information and communication technology, the demands of 21st-century competencies, and shifts in students’ values and character. These transformations pose increasingly complex challenges for elementary school teachers, who play a strategic role in shaping students’ foundational knowledge, skills, attitudes, and character. This article aims to provide an integrative examination of the challenges faced by elementary school teachers in responding to educational globalization and to identify potential efforts to address these challenges. The study employs a qualitative descriptive literature review approach by analyzing fifteen national peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last five to seven years. The findings indicate that the challenges faced by elementary school teachers are multidimensional and interconnected, including limited mastery of instructional technology, transformations in pedagogical roles, increasing demands for professional and pedagogical competence, shifts in students’ cultural values and character, and readiness to implement globally oriented curricula. The study further highlights that continuous professional development, supported by institutional and policy-level collaboration, is essential for enabling elementary school teachers to adapt, innovate, and perform effectively in the dynamic context of educational globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to see how far the impact of the use of learning using learning on line courses in the learning process. It can be seen that learning objectives and motivation play an important role, because by paying attention to the motivation of students, such as the desire to expand their knowledge, become specialists, and others. Then several factors that have the use of some of the features developed are learning systems. Management system in the form of plugins and themes. The development in the form of plugins and themes is intended so that the e-learning system based on massive open online courses can be installed flexibly on various other systems if needed. You can also see Mooc user data, Based on the analysis of user profiles registered in the e-learning system based on massive open online courses, it was found that 39% of users are male, while 61% of users are female. This study uses a literature study approach from several sources that have an empirical approach.
