Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research and aims to find out knowledge, skills, values and how the pattern of knowledge transformation in the manufacture of traditional Bugis houses. The results of the study found, the knowledge that needs to be possessed is that the additional elements in the traditional Bugis house model affect the price of the house, the selection of wood as the basic material for the house, the wood that is already in the form of aliri, pattolo, bare', boards, and beams, the basic frame of the house uses class wood one like ironwood, kumea, cat's eye. Meanwhile, for secondary purposes, use second-class wood such as kalapi, cenrana and lime wood. Basic knowledge of carpentry must understand the determination of the basic elements of the house, the structure of the house, the location and codes for the components of the house, how to install the roof, floors, walls and stairs. Basic carpentry skills must be able to use a variety of traditional and modern carpentry tools. The values contained in the manufacture of traditional Bugis houses are discipline, firmness, responsibility, mutual respect, mutual cooperation, cultural preservation, optimism, thoroughness, accuracy, serenity, and motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career exploration on the achievement of career identity, as well as various aspects of career exploration consisting of aspects of parental influence, economic status, personal choices, personal preferences, teacher influence, peer influence, the media, and which religious orientation most influential on identity career achievement. Using a correlational research design to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The data collection technique used a career development questionnaire. It developed from theory of the career development questionnaire, which EFA and CFA had tested to determine model fit, and both Career identity development inventories (CIDI). The sample in this study was students in South Sulawesi. The data analysis technique used was Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. Based on the findings, it was found that: 1. Career exploration on the career identity of generation Z students has a positive influence, 2. Several aspects of career exploration consist of personal choices, preferences, peer influence, and the media positively influencing career identity, 3. Aspects of career exploration that do not affect achievement career identity are parental influence, economic status, teacher influence, and religious orientation

Abstract

Abstrak. Efikas Diri dalam mengambil keputusan karir (Career Decision Self-Efficacy) adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karir seseorang di era digital 4.0. Efikasi dalam  pengambilan keputusan karir seseorang berkontribusi besar pada tujuan dan tindakan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keyakinan diri mereka mencapai tujuan karirnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) bagaiamanakah gambaran efikasi diri generasi Z dalam mengambil keputusan karir (CDSE)?; 2) bagaimanakah pengaruh peran gender terhadap kemampuan generasi Z dalam pengambilan keputusan karir?; serta 3) aspek manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri generasi Z dalam mengambil keputusan karir generasi Z?. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar yang terdiri dari Sembilan fakultas yang terdaftar pada tahun akademik 2020/2021 yang berada pada tingkatan semester 5, 3 dan 1. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proporsional stratified random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Ukuran sampel sebesar 274 mahasiswa. Sampel terdiri dari 174 mahasiswa perempuan dan 100 mahasiswa laki-laki. Range usia berada pada rentan 18-22 tahun. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket Career Decision Self Efficacy (CDSE) dari Presti yang telah diadaptasi dan diuji menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan nilai Cronbach alpha = 0.071; RMSEA = 0.0621; CFI= 0,93; GFI= 0.982; CMIN/DF = 2753.63/1648; dan TLI= 0.91.  Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan uji analysis multivariate (ANOVA) dengan bantuan aplikasi JASP for windows, dan uji lanjut menggunakan Least of Significance difference (LSD). Gambaran efikasi diri generasi Z  dalam mengambil keputusan karir berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat dua aspek yang paling berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri generasi Z dalam keputusan karir yaitu self-appraisals (penilaian diri) dan goal setting (mensetting tujuan karir). Aspek Self- appraisals berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri karir mahasiswa perempuan, sedangkan goal setting lebih berpengaruh pada efikasi diri karir pada mahasiswa laki-laki. Kata Kunci: Generasi Z

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan indentitas karir generasi Z berdasarkan aspek peran gender. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah desain kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di provinsi Sulawesi selatan tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang tersebar dibeberpa universitas yaitu UNM, STKIP Andi Matappa Pangkep, STKIP Barru, STKIP Enrekang. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling, dan ditemukan jumlah sampel sebesar 349 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrument hasil adaptasi dari Career Identity Development Inventory yang dikembangkan Wendling & Sagas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis data deskriptif dan one way ANOVA dengan bantuan aplikasi JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan karir identity generasi Z berdasarkan perbedaan peran gender. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bawa perbedaan identitas karir pada generasi Z terlihat pada indentitas diri karir individu yang diffusion. Kata Kunci: Identitas Karir, Generasi Z, Peran Gender, Identity Diffusion

Abstract

This research aims to develop career card media based on career information services and produce valid, practical, effective, and responsive media. The existence of the media is expected to help the career guidance process at school. The method used is the research and development method of the Borg and Gall model with steps: 1) potential problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trial, and 7) final product. The subjects in this study were seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 51 Makassar. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire given to material experts, media experts, practitioners, and respondents (students) to see the feasibility of the developed media. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) an overview of the needs of career card game media to improve students' understanding of career planning. 2) description of the prototype of career cards game media in increasing students' understanding of career planning. 3) description of the validity and practicality of career cards media in increasing the understanding of student career planning career cards media developed by researchers have been valid and practical to use in providing counseling guidance services specifically on career guidance at the junior high school level at SMP Negeri 51 Makassar

Abstract

Mikroagresi adalah perilaku kekerasan yang kasar dan berintensitas rendah dalam menyampaikan pesan negatif kepada kelompok minoritas. Agresi mikro berbeda dengan agresi verbal atau perundungan yang bertujuan untuk menyakiti orang lain. Microaggression dipandang sebagai pesan biasa yang bisa berupa lelucon namun tanpa disadari menyakiti orang lain. Perilaku ini juga terjadi pada guru, terutama dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk mikroagresi guru dilihat dari faktor bias gender. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Oleh karena itu, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 117 guru sekolah dasar. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala mikro agresi rasial gendered 2015 untuk perempuan kulit hitam oleh Lewis da Neville. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial dalam bentuk ANOVA dengan bantuan aplikasi JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk agresi mikro yang paling sering dilakukan oleh guru adalah agresi mikro yang disebabkan oleh bias gender, terutama pada stigma dan diskriminasi antara perempuan dan laki-laki, serta aspek etnis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui; kebutuhan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC; Model prototype media booklet karir orientasi RIASEC sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa; Untuk menghasilkan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC yang valid dan praktis sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti menjadi 7 tahapan yakni penelitian awal dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan pengembangan, pengembangan preform produk, validasi ahli, revisi produk tahap 1, uji coba lapangan (kelompok kecil) dan revisi produk 2 (produk akhir). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Siswa mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih studi lanjut karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang karir sehingga diperlukan media seperti buklet karir model orientasi RIASEC untuk mendukung penyampaian layanan informasi karir di sekolah. Prototype pengembangan media booklet karir terdiri dari cover buku, halaman awal (front page), petunjuk penggunaan, isi materi orientasi model karir RIASEC, latihan dan LKS.Tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan media buklet karir model orientasi RIASEC setelah melalui uji validitas dinyatakan valid, berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli materi dengan hasil 87,5% yang berarti sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. ahli media sebesar 93,1% yang berarti dari segi grafis, teks dan bentuk sudah sangat baik dan untuk kepraktisan media setelah melalui uji kepraktisan dinyatakan praktis dengan hasil sebesar 87%, serta pada uji coba kelompok kecil oleh 10 siswa diperoleh hasil dengan kriteria sangat valid sehingga media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC layak untuk diuji secara luas

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) adalah salah satu pembelajaran yang penting di Sekolah Dasar (SD). oleh karena itu, perlu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam prosesnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan hasil belajar adalah model pembelajaran. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA siswa. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan desain penelitian eksperimen model one group pretest posttest, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji t data motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA. Data diperoleh dari sampel yang merupakan siswa kelas V SDN 131 Balombong Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Berdasarkan deskripsi dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA siswa setelah diberikan pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Selain itu berdasarkan analisis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan 0.00<0.05 untuk motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 131 Balombong. A B S T R A C TScience is one of the important learning in Elementary School (SD). therefore, it is necessary to increase student motivation and learning outcomes in the process. One of the factors that influence motivation and learning outcomes is the learning model. This research aims to determine the effect of applying the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model with students' learning motivation and science learning outcomes. Through a quantitative approach and with an experimental research design with one group pretest posttest, the data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis with t test of motivation data and science learning outcomes. Data were obtained from samples of fifth grade students of SDN 131 Balombong, Tana Toraja Regency. Based on the description and analysis of the data, it shows that there is an increase in students' motivation and science learning outcomes after being given learning with the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative model. In addition, based on the analysis with the t test, a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 was obtained for the motivation and learning outcomes of science which shows that there is a significant effect of the use of cooperative learning type Team Games Tournament (TGT) on the motivation and learning outcomes of science of grade V students of SDN 131 Balombong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of needs, produce a prototype, examine the validity, reliability, and practicality of an Android-based SDQ application as an instrument to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems. This is an R&D study utilizing the Borg and Gall development model. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) the development of an Android-based SDQ application to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems is strongly needed by both school counselors and students; 2) the Android-based SDQ application prototype features menu items, school counselor profile, student profile, information on the objectives and advantages of SDQ, filling out SDQ, SDQ results, an application guidebook, SDQ statistical results, and an application management administrator; and 3) the Android-based SDQ application developed has been found to have high levels of validity, reliability, and practicality. Therefore, the Android-based SDQ application is considered a valid and reliable tool to detect students’ psychological and behavioral problems.
