Abstract

Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is an index of social responsibility disclosure whose indicators are specific to the ethical principles of Islam. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage and environmental performance on ISR disclosures on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2013-2017. In this study the magnitude of the ISR disclosure score that is filled with a company is obtained through annual reports using the content analysis method. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method. While hypothesis testing uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable profitability, leverage and environmental performance simultaneously have a significant effect on ISR disclosure. While partially, profitability has no effect on ISR disclosure. Environmental performance and leverage have a positive and significant effect on ISR disclosure. The implications of this study are expected to be able to provide theoretical contributions related to the disclosure of Islamic social responsibility and practically useful to provide input to policy makers and regulators on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study analyses how the hidden curriculum at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPI Curug) shapes cadet subject formation and reframes the practical meaning of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) beyond formal classroom instruction. Using a qualitative case-study design based on critical document analysis, the study examines ten official institutional texts issued or published between 2019 and 2025, including regulations, cadet-care guidelines, strategic documents, academic calendars, dormitory-entry announcements, public-information reports, and official institutional webpages. The data were analyzed through data reduction, thematic coding, data display, and critical interpretation using hidden curriculum theory, Foucault’s concept of discipline and subjectivation, Bourdieu’s habitus and symbolic power, critical pedagogy, and Islamic educational concepts such as adab, amanah, responsibility, and ethical self-formation. The findings show that the hidden curriculum operates through four interrelated mechanisms: the regulation of time, the regulation of space and body, administrative moralization, and humanistic formation. These mechanisms construct the ideal cadet as punctual, orderly, visible, self-monitoring, professionally reliable, and morally legible. The article concludes that IRE in disciplinary vocational institutions is mediated by institutional conditions that translate piety, discipline, responsibility, and professionalism into governable forms of conduct.

Abstract

Airplane Accident Assistance and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation emergencies and fires. This research discusses the influence of work discipline and work safety on the work effectiveness of PKP-PK unit employees at airports. Work discipline itself means attitudes and behavior that show compliance and adherence to the rules, norms, procedures and work ethic established in the workplace. Meanwhile Occupational safety itself is a series of actions, policies and procedures implemented to protect the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee work discipline and work safety on the effectiveness of the PKP-PK work unit. This research also aims to determine the effectiveness of the work of firefighters regarding obstacles and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles.The method used in this research is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This research focuses on previous studies regarding work discipline and work safety on work effectiveness in the PKP-PK unit. The research results show that good work discipline and safety have a positive effect on the work effectiveness of the PKP-PK firefighting unit employees. Discipline that is embedded in the souls of every employee increases work effectiveness and enthusiasm for work, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, there is a need for better personnel training and more detailed safety equipment readiness to improve operational performance.

Abstract

The use of drones in responding to aircraft accidents in remote areas is an important innovation to improve response and efficiency in emergency situations. The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization of drone use in this context using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research showed that drones have a variety of benefits, among others: These include fast and accurate monitoring of accident sites, detailed real-time data collection for situation assessment, and the ability to provide medical assistance and rescue equipment quickly and efficiently. In addition, drones can reach areas that are difficult for traditional rescue teams to access, thereby reducing the risk to rescue workers and speeding up the search for victims. However, some obstacles have also emerged, including limited communication infrastructure that can hinder drone operations in remote areas and difficulties in coordinating drone operators with rescue teams on the ground. Other technical challenges include the limited battery life of drones, extreme weather conditions that can affect drone performance, and the need for drone operators to use their drones. effectively and safely. Future research is suggested to focus on evaluating the effectiveness of drone use in various emergency situations, further development of drone technology, and analysis of the regulatory and legal aspects of drone use. The aim of this initiative is to ensure the optimal and safe use of drones in future rescue operations, especially in remote areas that are difficult to reach by traditional methods. Cooperation between the government, technology service providers and rescue teams is also essential to overcome barriers and maximize the potential of drone use.

Abstract

This article examines how official curriculum texts in Indonesia and Malaysia translate Islamic Religious Education (IRE) reform into pedagogical design. It addresses a curricular translation gap: reform vocabulary such as critical thinking, learner agency, religious moderation, ethical judgment, and digital discernment is increasingly visible in policy discourse, but its conversion into classroom-actionable pedagogy remains uneven. Using qualitative document analysis and reflexive thematic analysis, the study examines purposively selected official curriculum texts, teacher and student materials, Malaysian DSKP standards, and UNESCO reform frameworks published or accessed between 2021 and 2025. The documents were selected because they make visible learning outcomes, activity sequences, teacher guidance, assessment expectations, and transnational reform language relevant to IRE. The analysis distinguishes competency rhetoric from operational pedagogy by examining whether reform aims are supported by task sequences, teacher moves, student roles, and assessment criteria. Four findings are presented: memorization and correct performance remain the most procedurally explicit elements; criticality is often stated as an outcome rather than scaffolded as practice; moral formation is strongly visible but is not always accompanied by ethical reasoning routines; and transformative elements exist but are fragmented across curriculum components. The article contributes by conceptualizing the curricular translation gap and by proposing a staged curriculum logic in which memorization supports comprehension, interpretation, dialogue, ethical reasoning, and responsible action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh disiplin ketarunaan terhadap kinerja Taruna PKP-PK dalam pelaksanaan tugas praktik dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Disiplin ketarunaan dipahami sebagai aspek penting dalam pembentukan sikap dan profesionalisme taruna, khususnya pada bidang Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) yang menuntut ketelitian, kecepatan, serta kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan disiplin dan kinerja dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi dan pelatihan ketarunaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin ketarunaan berperan penting dan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja taruna dalam kegiatan praktik. Taruna dengan tingkat disiplin yang baik umumnya lebih siap, terampil, serta mampu menjalankan tugas sesuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP), termasuk menunjukkan kerja sama tim yang lebih efektif dalam kondisi darurat. Sebaliknya, rendahnya tingkat disiplin dapat berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas kinerja dan kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan tugas praktik. Dengan demikian, disiplin ketarunaan menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja Taruna PKP-PK.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant studies play an important role in strengthening theory and explaining the relationships between variables in scientific research. This article reviews the factors that influence aviation emergency handling at airports, namely the readiness of PKP-PK personnel, PKP-PK facilities and infrastructure, as well as response time and PKP-PK emergency management system. The purpose of writing this article is to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used in subsequent research. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach through the collection and analysis of relevant national and international journals related to the implementation of the Aircraft Accident and Fire Fighting Assistance (PKP-PK) system. The results of this literature review article are: 1) the readiness of PKP-PK personnel influences aviation emergency handling at airports; 2) PKP-PK facilities and infrastructure influence aviation emergency handling at airports; and 3) response time and PKP-PK emergency management system influence aviation emergency handling at airports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings persistence, capital structure, independent audit committee and independent commissioners on earnings quality in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The method applied in this study uses an associative approach that is integrated with a quantitative approach. The data source in this study comes from secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique using a research population of 126 companies and a sample of 35 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression as an analytical tool. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that simultaneously earnings persistence, capital structure, independent audit committee and independent commissioners affect earnings quality. Partial tests of the four hypotheses proposed show that earnings persistence and capital structure have a negative effect on earnings quality, independent audit committees have a positive effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile, independent commissioners have no significant impact on earnings quality.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik kajian merupakan bagian esensial dalam penyusunan penelitian maupun artikel ilmiah. Hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap kerangka teori serta memperjelas keterkaitan dan pengaruh antarkonstruk yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengulas berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan Emergency Response PKP-PK, yaitu Kualitas Komunikasi, Kecepatan Mobilisasi, dan Kesiapan Kendaraan, suatu studi literatur manajemen kebencanaan dan keselamatan penerbangan.Tujuan utama penyusunan artikel ini adalah menghasilkan hipotesis mengenai keterkaitan pengaruh antarvariabel yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian berikutnya. Selanjutnya, artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research) yang bersumber dari jurnal, buku, dan regulasi terkait. Abstract

Kesiapsiagaan operasional personel Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung pemenuhan standar response time guna menjaga keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kegiatan stand by, kesiapsiagaan personel PKP-PK, dan pemenuhan standar response time di bandar udara. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (literature review) dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah serta regulasi terkait yang diterbitkan pada periode 2021–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan stand by yang meliputi pengecekan kendaraan, pemeliharaan peralatan operasional, serta pembinaan kesiapan fisik dan mental personel berperan dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan operasional personel PKP-PK. Kesiapsiagaan tersebut berkontribusi terhadap kelancaran proses mobilisasi personel dan kendaraan sehingga mendukung pemenuhan standar response time sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor PR 30 Tahun 2022. Selain itu, Keterlibatan aktif personel dalam kegiatan stand by dapat mendukung peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan kesadaran situasional dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan stand by memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kesiapsiagaan personel yang pada akhirnya mendukung pemenuhan standar response time di bandar udara.
