Abstract

Resilience and self-concept are very important for individuals (students) in facing economic difficulties they experience. By having good resilience and positive self-concept, individuals will be able to survive the difficulties that occur to them and be able to assess themselves properly in accordance with their physical, psychological and social conditions. Based on the phenomenon that is seen many students of SMP Negeri 4 Lembah Gumanti who have low resilience and self-concepts in dealing with the underprivileged conditions they experience. This study aims to see how the relationship of self-concept with the resilience of pre-Sumatra students at SMP Negeri 4 Lembah Gumanti. This research is a quantitative descriptive correlational type of research. The sample of this research was 44 students from grade VIII and IX students using total sampling technique (saturated sample). This study uses a questionnaire prepared using a Likert scale model of self-concept and resilience. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and correlational analysis techniques using the moment prodact formula with the help of SPSS Version 26 for Windows. Based on the results of data processing that has been done shows that the self-concept with resilience of pre-prosperous students in SMP Negeri 4 Lembah Gumanti is positive and significant (r count > r table, significance 0.01).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how schools should shape the characteristics of social care in students of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of the importance of subjects in students and parents, so a cooperative relationship between parents and teachers is needed to shape student subjects. Types of research used with data collection techniques in descriptive and qualitative form such as observations, interviews, and library studies. This study describes and shows the fact that teachers have worked hard to work with parents, among others: fostering good relationships between parents and teachers, providing direction and learning about character education, including parents in this character education program, then also giving birth to a mutual agreement between teachers and parents about the limitations of the use of gadgets and social media for students. Coordinate teacher visits to students' homes to further monitor the policies that have been made. With the active role of both parties between teachers and parents is expected to realize the program of character building of the students

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program, Pattimura University. During the new normal period (Pandemic Covid-19), Pattimura University implemented an online learning process in all Faculties, at the Teaching and Education Faculty, especially the PPKn Study Program, online learning became a separate obstacle for PPKn Lecturers in providing learning information due to college students inactive and inadequate focus during the learning process. In an effort to ensure that the online learning process can continue to be carried out well, this research was conducted. This study aims to implement an effective online learning evaluation to determine the level of understanding of PPKn college students in receiving course material. In this research, the online learning evaluation system implemented includes: (a) learning journals as college students evaluation materials in reviewing the material presented, (b) case studies as a way of thinking of college students in expressing opinions related to issues that occur in society, (c) film review articles as a form of creativity, knowledge to hone college students writing skills, (d) teaching simulation as a method to develop college student teaching skills as prospective educators. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the alternative solution to the problem of learning evaluation. The results showed that the implementation of online learning evaluation can make it easier for lecturers to assess the extent of the success of the implementation of online learning in the PPKn Study Program, especially during the Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in seeing the lack of understanding of students about the facts explained by the teacher in the subject of Sociology in class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Solok Selatan. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research with efforts to improve understanding of facts through the application of the Examples Non Examples cooperative learning model in Sociology subjects in class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Solok Selatan. The theory used in this study is the theory of learning discovery from Jerome Bruner, namely by constructing the information that is owned and only obtained then someone will be able to provide the right facts to explain the concept because of the construction it produces. With the support of the Examples Non Examples cooperative learning model in this study, understanding students' facts about the information they get will be even better. The results of this study reveal that using the Examples Non Examples model can make students' understanding of facts more improved. This is evident that there has always been a better improvement at each meeting. Not only on the results of observation, students' understanding also increases when given a case analysis problem.

Abstract

This article will explain and describe the position of Changingpatterns of interaction in the family of Air Batumbuk Mountain Climbing Talang Path.The theory that helps analyze the findings in this study is the social change from Veblen and Ogburn as technocratic people in a Materialistic perspective. Veblen sees society largely determined by technology. It primarily focuses on the technological influence on human thought and behavior.. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The technique of selecting informants with purposive sampling. The total number of informants is 10 people. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation method. Interviews conducted are in-depth interview techniques and observations made are non-participation observation techniques. Data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique (Interactive analysis model) that is data reduction, data model and conclusion. The results of this study revealed the influence of technology that resulted in a change in interaction patterns in the area of Air Batumbuk Mountain Climbing Talang Path that is from the interaction directly (face to face) to the interaction using gadgets. Direct interaction at the present moment is only found in the evening only at dinner or watching television alone. In addition, changes in the pattern of interaction also affects the increasingly diminished parental power, giving greater attention to the child and the growing family function

Abstract

In the current problem, the Minangkabau language user, especially in the village of Air Santok, East Pariaman Subdistrict, Pariaman City no longer understands the lack of understanding of the meaning of Petatah-Petitih. For this reason, it is necessary to socialize it so that the people of the village of Air Santok, especially for the next generation, can understand the values in the Petatah-Petitih Minangkabau. This research was conducted in the village of Air Santok, Pariaman Timur District, Pariaman City. This type of research uses a qualitative approach to the form of case study research, the informants selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results of the research carried out are that 1) What is socialized in Petatah-Petitih, instill values such as proverbs which contain advice and teachings of parents conveyed in the form of rhymes 2) How to socialize the Petatah-Petitih, at this time carried out by the village government Air Santok, with village programs that provide training to the community. 3) Who socializes Petatah-Petitih namely Kapalo Mudo as a teacher appointed by the village government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh lembar kerja praktikum terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas IV SD, metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SD 20 Indarung, dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IVA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah skor keterampilan proses sains siswa pada tes akhir materi energi dan cahaya, dari hasil yang diperoleh didapatkan informasi bahwa lembar kerja praktikum berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas IV SD. Pada tes akhir diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 74,31 lebih besar dari kelas kontrol. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen dan hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel, Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan lembar kerja praktikum berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan utama mengembangkan model pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran IPA di SD. Penelitian difokuskan pada studi analisis kebutuhan dengan melibatkan 40 orang guru SD, untuk menggali informasi tentang pembelajaran IPA dalam kaitannya dengan pendidikan karakter. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, pedoman observasi dan teknik wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diberi makna kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan karakter dapat dikembangkan melalui pemilihan model pembelajaran IPA, pemilihan model asesmen, dan pemilihan materi ajar; 2) Model pembelajaran IPA yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter siswa adalah model pembelajaran inkuiri, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, pembelajaran kooperatif, pemecahan masalah, dan model pembelajaran kontekstual; 3) Respon para guru terhadap pendidikan karakter pada umumnya sangat positif dan berupaya untuk mengembangkan karakter yang baik melalui proses pembelajaran; 4) Sebagian (55,3%) guru mencantumkan indikator nilai-nilai karakter yang dijadikan target pembelajaran dalam silabus maupun RPP, dan sebagian lagi (44,7%) tidak mencantumkan secara eksplisit, namun secara implisit tersirat dalam silabus maupun RPP.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan perwujudan dalam mencapai generasi yang cerdas dan mampu memiliki akhlak dan kepribadian yang berguna bagi bangsa Indonesia.  Suksesnya pendidikan dilihat dari seberapa besar karakter mereka ketika bisa menyeimbangkan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotornya untuk menjadi manusia yang sempurna. Pada tahun 2020 telah terjadi pandemi Covid – 19 yang menyebabkan semuanya berubah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan disekolah berubah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah dilaksanakan dirumah dengan daring atau belajar dengan jarak jauh. Penelitian yang dilakukan sekarang ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang berusaha memberikan gambaran solusi permasalahan pembelajaran daring terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik di sekolah menengah pertama. Naskah ini menampilkan problema pembelajaran daring, dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik, solusi dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini memakai studi pustaka / studi literatur, dengan mengkaji dari beberapa hasil penelitian, artikel, ebook dan studi kasus yang terjadi dilapangan.

Abstract

Tujuan – untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh media audio visual interaktif dengan menggunakan pendekatan CTL terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V SD. Metodologi – penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah Kelas V SD. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan rumus t-test. Hasil – berdasarkan perhitungan uji t (t-test) pada post test diperoleh thitung (2,7689) > ttabel (1,9977). Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Implikasi – Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif media audio visual interaktif dengan menggunakan pendekatan CTL terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V SD
