Abstract

Differentiation and diversity are highly valued in a plural society. Despite this, a plural society need a binder to reinforce interpersonal relationships, often known as social cohesiveness. Social cohesion is a social process aimed at eliminating disparities, socioeconomic inequalities, and societal rifts in order to consolidate plurality of citizenships. To survive, social cohesion requires reinforcing energy, one of which comes from social capital. This paper will explain how social capital is a source of energy that helps to strengthen social cohesion in multiple societies.

Abstract

Adult bullying problems are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. Bullying that often occurs in schools disrupts students from achieving optimal development. This is important to be addressed immediately so that bullying does not develop in schools. Guidance and counseling is a unit that is able to help in alleviating this problem. This research uses a literature study approach regarding the impact and ways of dealing with bullying in Minangkabau youth. Bullying refers to a form of bullying or violence that is intentionally carried out by one person or group of people who are stronger or more powerful against another person, with the aim of hurting and is carried out continuously. The development of technology, makes it easier for people to do bullying, not only occurs directly, but also occurs on social media. Guidance and counseling is one of the units in the school that is considered capable of preventing bullying behavior with various services.

Abstract

The problem of bullying in high school students in the province of West Sumatra, the problems in this study are what are the characteristics, factors, impacts, and efforts that have been made by tutors in overcoming bullying behavior? The method used is a descriptive research method that is used is survey research. The research data are counseling guidance teachers, students, classes, parents, and school principals. Data collection techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation. The intermediary data used are interview guidelines, observation results, larger, and absent research results, there are already internal ones such as wanting to be in power and being seen as great, high self-confidence, rebels against themselves, while external factors are, adoptive parents, social environment children, unable to accept what they are facing and encourage students to take bullying and have a negative impact. What has been done is to provide orientation services, individual counseling information services.

Abstract

Nilai budaya merupakan nilai yang ada dan berkembang di dalam masyarakat. Karena nilai budaya adalah tingkat pertama kebudayaan ideal atau adat. Nilai budaya merupakan lapisan yang paling tidak terwujud dan ruangnya luas. Sebagai upaya dalam mengembangkan nilai budaya, dalam penelitian kali ini akan digunakan salah satu layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok yang efektif untuk mengembangkan pemahaman nilai budaya siswa. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen kuasi two-group pretest-posttest terhadap siswa dengan mengambil populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa dalam satu sekolah yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen empati. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Independent Sample T-Test dengan analisis data nilai budaya siswa sebelum dan setelah bimbingan kelompok model.

Abstract

Culture is a complete collection of customs, values, arts, knowledge, morality, rules, and other practices that are owned as human beings and as members of society by individuals. By a long process, namely through socialization and education, this can be realized. Education is the process by which each person is civilized, which is created by a great desire to learn, which is created to become a full member of a community, living and upholding the values expressed in a specific culture by a group of people. The most productive way is to conserve, preserve and disseminate culture by education. They both have a very close bond since they complement each other and encourage each other. A type of library research is the type of research used in this manuscript. The aim of the debate on the relationship between culture and education is to make people understand that culture and education are two sustainable things.

Abstract

The curriculum has a domain in education that is contained in various substances, namely: curriculum as part of the field of study, curriculum as a substance in the teaching plan, and curriculum as part of a system. The curriculum functions in shaping and developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of humans by achieving the vision, mission and goals of national education. The curriculum as a tool can be realized in the form of programs, namely learning activities and experiences that must be carried out by teachers and students in the learning process. This research is a research with a literature study approach that looks at how the nature and description of a dynamic and flexible curriculum and always experiences shifts and changes following the direction and goals of education, which every year the curriculum is continuously updated so as not to be left behind by the times, making the curriculum easily implemented. in every educational institution. Abstract

Humans are intelligent creatures and are endowed with various abilities. In essence, humans are creatures that have two roles, namely as individual beings and also as social beings. Humans are individual beings consisting of physical and spiritual elements created by God which cannot be separated. To achieve human nature as intelligent beings, education is needed. Education means an effort to develop the innate potential both physically and spiritually in humans according to the values that exist in society and culture. Therefore, researchers conducted a literature review on humans and education. The research method uses literature study. The research findings reveal that between humans and education is an inseparable unity.

Abstract

Pada institusi pendidikan banyak guru BK yang memiliki permasalahan hingga hambatan yang menyebabkan tidak efektifnya proses bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Keadaan ini disebabkan factor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi pengahalang bagi guru BK dalam menjalankan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap dasar, aplikasi dan permasalahan guru BK di sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada artikel ini adalah kajian Pustaka. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengkajian ini studi literatur. Data yang diperoleh dikompulasi, dianalisis dan disimpulkan sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan mengenai dasar, aplikasi dan permasalahan guru BK di sekolah serta solusi yang mampu menurunkan sebagian masalah yang sama terkait dengan permasalahan guru di sekolah. Aplikasi terhadap permasalahan guru BK di sekolah adalah guru bk dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya dalam menunjang layanan BK di sekolah sehingga guru BK dapat memberikan afektifitas yang positif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif serta mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan potensi serta pembentukan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

Aggressiveness among adolescents in Vocational High Schools has increased significantly. Group counseling services in schools are rarely used to prevent drug abuse. Most group counseling is used to solve several problems, such as learning, personal, social, and career problems. This study aims to produce simple, valid, and effective guidelines for guidance and counseling teachers / counselors to reduce student aggressiveness. This research is a development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were students and supervisors at the Vocational High School in the city of Padang. The validity of this study was carried out by six experts associated with this study and the appearance of guidelines. The usability test was carried out by three supervisors. Data analysis is descriptive and inferential analysis with the Kendals coefficient statistical test. The results showed that: (1) The level of material suitability was very acceptable with a percentage of 93 percent and the appearance of the guidelines was also in the proper category with a percentage of 90.4 percent, (2) The use of group guidance guides using the gestalt counseling approach to reduce student aggressiveness was included in the category. The best with a percentage of 87. It can be concluded that this guideline is appropriate for use by supervisors / counselors as an effort to reduce student aggressiveness in vocational high schools in Padang city
