Abstract

This study investigates the effect of marketing strategy, accessibility, and tourism support infrastructure on foreign tourist satisfaction in Bali, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 200 foreign tourists through structured questionnaires, employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that all hypotheses are positive and significant, indicating that effective marketing strategies, improved accessibility, and robust tourism support infrastructure substantially enhance foreign tourist satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of strategic marketing, accessible facilities, and comprehensive infrastructure in promoting tourist satisfaction and sustaining Bali's tourism industry. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to boost Bali's attractiveness as a global tourist destination.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of cultural tourism development, accessibility, and community involvement on the attractiveness of tourism destinations in Bali. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 210 respondents using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that accessibility has the strongest positive effect on attractiveness, followed by community involvement and cultural tourism development. These findings underscore the importance of integrating infrastructure development, active community participation, and cultural preservation to enhance Bali's appeal as a global tourist destination. The study provides actionable insights for policymakers and tourism stakeholders to promote sustainable and inclusive tourism development.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of risk management, visitor satisfaction, and destination accessibility on the reputation of Bali’s tourism industry. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 140 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that visitor satisfaction is the most influential factor, followed by destination accessibility and risk management. Visitor satisfaction significantly enhances the reputation by providing high-quality experiences and fostering positive word-of-mouth. Destination accessibility is vital in ensuring seamless travel and inclusivity, while risk management builds trust through effective safety measures. The study underscores the need for an integrated approach that balances these factors to sustain Bali's position as a leading global tourist destination. Recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders are provided to enhance reputation through strategic interventions.

Abstract

Good human resource performance with a high work ethic will be able to help companies meet the company's targets and help the company gain profits, whereas if employee performance decreases and is bad it will harm the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Harris Riverview Kuta Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach . The subjects of this study were employees at the Harris Review Kuta Bali Hotel. The number of employees is 45 employees. the sample in this study were all employees, totaling 45 people. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Harris Riverview Kuta Hotel. based on the results of a simple linear regression test performed with the regression equation Y = 20.634 + 0.634x. The influence given is also a significant influence based on the results of the t test, with a calculated t value of 4.214 and a significance value of 0.000. The influence contribution given by the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance is classified as a weak influence that is equal to 29.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pemasaran digital pada bisnis akomodasi glamping di Tabanan, Bali. Metode survei, wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk menganalisis manajemen pemasaran online dari 32 bisnis glamping di Tabanan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital membantu bisnis glamping untuk meningkatkan popularitas dan jangkauan mereka di era new normal. Meskipunbeberapa kelemahan ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan dana dan keterampilan personel, pemasaran digital memberikan peluang seperti akses langsung kepelanggan, pesan yang ditargetkan, dan analisis data yang lebih baik. Strategi pemasaran digital yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan situs web,optimasi mesin pencari, pemanfaatan media sosial, pemasaran melalui email, pemesanan online, pemasaran influencer, dan pemantauan data secaraterus-menerus. Abstract

Bongan Village is a potential tourist village facing challenges such as limited infrastructure, low tourist visits, dependence on the government, and a lack of human resources. The community service program helps village members explore their potential, enhance their competencies, and utilize digital marketing strategies. A total of 20 village youths participated in the community service program held in August 2023. The program aims to foster village development through socialization, training, and monitoring. Objectives encompass ensuring tourism operations run smoothly, empowering locals as tourism contributors, enhancing the village's appeal to tourists, boosting visitor numbers, and elevating community income. This Community Service Program complies with Indonesia's National Education System Law and unfolds in three phases: socialization, training, and monitoring, propelling Bongan Village toward self-sustaining tourism growth.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity by the Hospitality Management Program, Bali Tourism Polytechnic, took place on Saturday, May 27, 2023. This activity was conducted through training and hands-on practice for 25 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises) owners in Cemagi Tourism Village. The Community Service Activity with the topic of Strengthening the Interests and Skills of Cemagi Tourism Village Residents has had a positive impact in preparing the community to participate in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. The development of tourism and the skills of the local community are crucial for improving the well-being and economic potential in Cemagi Tourism Village. The selection of the topic to strengthen interests and skills as baristas was a wise choice, considering the growth of restaurants and accommodations in Badung Regency that require skilled workers in the coffee shop industry

Abstract

The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t test and F test. According to the results of the study, it can be observed that product quality has a positive and significant impact on interest in buying event packages, prices have a significant positive effect on interest in buying event packages and product quality and prices, simultaneously have a significant impact on interest in buying event packages. The high impact of product quality variables and prices on buying interest in event packages is 65.2%. The input that can be conveyed by researchers is that it is hoped that The Apurva Kempinski Bali Hotel will evaluate the services provided, so that later it can provide more responsive services, evaluate the prices offered, always provide good service, maintain good product quality, and prices such as the benefits received by buyers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of traiing on employee performance in the Housekeeping Department at SB Hotel, Kuta. Through quantitative methods, this study uses simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of training variables on employee performance. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Housekeeping employees and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that there is a significant influence between training and employee performance. This is indicated by the results of the t test, where the calculated t value of 4,992 is greater than the t table of 2.045, which indicates a real relationship between the two variables. In addition, the results of the determination analysis show that training contributes 46.2% to improving employee performance, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. The conclusion of this study is that training has a significant influence on the performance of Housekeeping employees at SB Hotel, Kuta, but there  are other variables that also play an important role in influencing employee performance. Therefore, hotel management is advised not only to focus on training, but also to pay attention to other factors that can improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and job training on employee performance at HR Bali Hotel. This research was conducted using proportional area random sampling, randomly selected based on the population of employees in each sub-population. Therefore, the sample to be used in this study consists of 100 individuals from HR Bali Hotel. The analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability esting, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, and the t-test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The research design employed is a quantitative design with a survey approach. The population used in this study involves all employees working at HR Bali Hotel, totaling 313 individuals. The sample used in this study is employees working at HR Bali Hotel, totaling 100 individuals. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that motivation and job training, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at HR Bali Hotel.
