Abstract

A comfortable work environment, characterized by a company leadership that treats employees equally and colleagues who are supportive in assisting and interacting with each other, will result in a pleasant working atmosphere, leading to improved employee performance. A positive work environment can make a significant contribution to employee performance, while a negative work environment can have a detrimental impact on employee performance. This research was conducted at Hotel PRL with the aim of examining the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Hotel PRL. The population of this study involved all employees at Hotel PRL with a total of 582 individuals at the supervisor and staff levels. The sample for this study consisted of 85 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling due to the heterogeneous nature of the study population. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 24 statement items. The data analysis techniques employed in this study included simple linear analysis, t-tests, and determination coefficients processed using SPSS version 29 for Windows. The results of this study indicated that the work environment has a positive and significant effect of 79,8% on employee performance at Hotel PRL.

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja karyawan di DBS Hotel khususnya pada aspek kuantitas, kualitas, ketepatan waktu dan kemandirian menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan industri perhotelan, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan yang tepat dengan waktu berkala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di DBS Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 55 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dilanjutkan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas serta asumsi klasik sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai hitung 9,099 > tabel 1,673 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,61. Artinya pelatihan berkontribusi 61% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara 39% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing melalui Instagram terhadap Brand Awareness DIAL Resort. Berdasarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden, hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan instrumen penelitian layak digunakan. Analisis regresi membuktikan bahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,9% (kategori sedang) dan nilai β = 0,847. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konten Instagram yang menarik dan relevan mampu memperkuat citra DIAL Resort sebagai hotel mewah, meskipun aspek konsistensi unggahan dan interaksi dengan audiens masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dengan optimalisasi strategi digital yang terintegrasi, kontribusi media sosial terhadap kesadaran merek diharapkan dapat lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan yang tinggi dalam industri jasa mendorong perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli konsumen pada paket pernikahan di Hotel JBM. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli, dengan kontribusi sebesar 92,5% yang dikategorikan kuat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas layanan, semakin besar pula kemungkinan konsumen berniat membeli paket pernikahan di Hotel JBM.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships between healthy lifestyle practices, the accessibility of health facilities, and their impact on the quality of life and life expectancy in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 300 participants, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. The measurement model confirms the reliability and validity of latent constructs, while the structural model reveals significant positive associations. Improved accessibility of health facilities is strongly linked to higher life expectancy and better quality of life. Additionally, healthier lifestyle practices positively influence both life expectancy and quality of life. The statistical tests further support these relationships, emphasizing the critical role of healthcare infrastructure and individual choices in shaping public health outcomes. The findings provide actionable insights for public health interventions and policy development to enhance the overall well-being of Jakarta's residents.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development on the quality of creative industry employees in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, a sample of 300 professionals from the creative sector was analyzed. The measurement model evaluation confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model revealed significant positive relationships between leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development with the quality of creative industry employees. The results provide valuable insights for organizational strategies and practices within the Indonesian creative industry, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership, innovative culture, and career development opportunities in enhancing the quality of creative outputs.

Abstract

This research investigates consumer perceptions of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in the context of start-up companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research design, employing a sample of 150 participants, explores the relationships between these factors and their collective impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The study utilizes a cross-sectional survey approach, including demographic variables, and employs statistical analysis, including correlation and regression analyses with SPSS. The findings highlight the significance of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in shaping consumer preferences. Product quality emerges as the strongest influencer, followed by sales promotion and ease of purchase. Demographic variations further emphasize the need for tailored marketing strategies. The research contributes valuable insights for start-ups aiming to navigate Indonesia's diverse consumer landscape.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Bali represents a dynamic and competitive landscape, where businesses strive to gain and maintain a competitive advantage in a global market. This study investigates the influence of employee competence and organizational culture on competitive advantage within the context of the tourism sector in Bali. A quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was employed to analyze data collected from 170 participants working in various tourism-related businesses. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between employee competence, organizational culture, and competitive advantage. Employee competence was found to positively influence organizational culture and competitive advantage, while organizational culture was positively associated with competitive advantage. Furthermore, organizational culture partially mediated the relationship between employee competence and competitive advantage. These findings underscore the importance of investing in employee development and fostering a positive organizational culture to enhance competitiveness in the tourism industry in Bali.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of technological innovation and design creativity on the attractiveness of tourism destinations in Bali. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 267 tourists visiting various destinations in Bali. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to analyze the relationships between technological innovation, design creativity, and destination attractiveness. The results revealed significant positive relationships between technological innovation and destination attractiveness (β = 0.543, p < 0.001) and between design creativity and destination attractiveness (β = 0.486, p < 0.001). The model fit assessment indicated satisfactory fit indices for the SEM-PLS model. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of leveraging technological innovation and design creativity to enhance the attractiveness of tourism destinations in Bali and foster sustainable tourism growth.
