Changes in the business landscape driven by digital technology and increasing global market integration have created broader opportunities for startups to expand their businesses beyond domestic markets. At the same time, these developments require startups to implement marketing strategies that can maintain customer relationships, build trust, and support long-term business growth. This Community Service (PkM) activity aimed to provide participants with an understanding of sustainable marketing as a strategic approach to strengthening startup competitiveness in the global market. The activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB, with a total of 69 participants. The activity employed an educational and participatory approach through material presentations, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and evaluation of participant engagement. The topics covered included marketing developments in the digital era, changing consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, brand identity development, customer value creation, and startup readiness to enter international markets. The results indicated that participants gained broader perspectives on the importance of integrating sustainability into marketing strategies. Participants understood that marketing activities should not only focus on increasing transactions but also on building customer loyalty, maintaining corporate reputation, and establishing long-term relationships with customers. In addition, participants gained insights into the strategic use of digital channels and the importance of adapting marketing strategies to target market characteristics. The activity demonstrated that education on sustainable marketing can contribute to improving startup readiness in facing global competition. Further programs involving practical training and mentoring are recommended to ensure that the knowledge gained can be consistently applied to business development.
