Abstract

A backoffice system is an internal information system used to support various operational activities within an organization. It plays an important role in managing users, monitoring system activities, recording audit logs, and presenting administrative information in a structured manner. Company X requires a web-based backoffice interface that can provide dashboards according to user roles and support several essential modules such as authentication, user management, and operational monitoring. Currently, the company does not yet have a consistent and responsive backoffice interface, which causes administrative tasks and system monitoring to be less efficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based backoffice interface that is modular, reusable, and easier to maintain based on the identified functional requirements. The research applies a software engineering approach using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Prototype model. The development process includes requirement analysis, interface design, implementation using Next.js and React, integration with a dummy backend through REST APIs, and functional testing of the Prototype. The result of this research is a backoffice interface Prototype that includes a login page, navigation structure, role-based dashboard, User Management module, reusable UI components, and interactive data visualization. The developed interface provides a structured system layout and can support more efficient administrative and monitoring activities.

Abstract

The development of digital public services such as the Sapawarga application generates a large volume of user reviews, most of which are unstructured, making manual analysis inefficient. In addition, the use of mixed languages, including Sundanese and local slang, increases linguistic complexity that is difficult to handle using conventional methods. This study aims to compare the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and IndoBERT using a dual-pipeline preprocessing approach to preserve data context. The dataset consists of 4,277 reviews classified into positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The results show that IndoBERT outperforms SVM with an accuracy of 80.02% and an F1-Macro of 0.6517, while SVM achieves an accuracy of 75.82% and an F1-Macro of 0.6161. This advantage is supported by IndoBERT’s ability to understand context through self-attention and subword tokenization. This study supports the development of an automated public opinion monitoring system (Digital Ombudsman) for the Government of West Java to improve the quality of bureaucratic response.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the music industry with the emergence of streaming platforms such as Spotify. This study analyzes digital music data on Spotify using Power BI to identify music trends and user consumption patterns. The dataset consists of 6,300 songs with attributes such as artists, Genres, duration, popularity, and explicit status. Data visualization is employed to determine the artists with the most songs, the most popular Genres, the distribution of song duration, and the proportion of explicit and non-explicit songs. The results show that Metallica has the most songs, rock is the most popular Genre, most songs last between 2 and 6 minutes, and non-explicit songs are dominant. These findings provide insights for musicians, record labels, and streaming platform developers in designing music strategies aligned with listener preferences.

Abstract

Industri kosmetik mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perawatan kulit. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penggunaan produk kosmetik berdasarkan jenis kulit dan gender dengan pendekatan Data Analytics dan Business Intelligence. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Data Analytics Lifecycle, dengan tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data, eksplorasi, hingga visualisasi menggunakan Tableau. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kulit kombinasi dan kulit kering memiliki jumlah produk terbanyak, sementara kategori serum, face oil, dan maskara menjadi produk paling populer berdasarkan jumlah ulasan. Dari segi harga, produk untuk kulit kering memiliki rata-rata harga tertinggi, sedangkan dari segi rating, produk yang ditargetkan untuk pria memperoleh nilai tertinggi dibandingkan produk unisex dan wanita. Dashboard interaktif dikembangkan untuk memvisualisasikan temuan ini, sehingga dapat digunakan oleh pelaku industri kosmetik dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis terkait pengembangan produk dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Pemilihan indekos yang tepat bagi mahasiswa memerlukan pertimbangan terhadap berbagai kriteria, mulai dari harga sewa, ketersediaan fasilitas, aksesibilitas lokasi, tingkat keamanan, hingga kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Tanpa panduan yang jelas, proses pemilihan dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini membangun model keputusan dua tahap dengan mengintegrasikan metode Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk merekomendasikan indekos terbaik dari lima alternatif di Desa Puseurjaya, Karawang. Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk menetapkan bobot kriteria melalui Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN), sedangkan TOPSIS dibuat sebagai alternatif yang berdasarkan kedekatan terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria lokasi memperoleh bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,2867, diikuti harga sewa sebesar 0,2600. Alternatif A3 mendapatkan peringkat pertama dengan nilai preferensi relatif Ci = 0,6613 dari harga sewa yang kompetitif serta penilaian tertinggi pada kriteria keamanan dan lingkungan. Model yang dibangun terbukti robust melalui analisis sensitivitas dengan variasi bobot ±10%, di mana peringkat A3 tetap konsisten. Pendekatan Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS ini memberikan dasar rekomendasi yang lebih objektif jika dibandingkan dengan metode lama berbasis intuisi semata.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages organizations to utilize information systems to support data management and decision-making processes. One form of information technology utilization is the use of analytical dashboard applications that can present information visually and in an integrated manner, enabling management to monitor organizational performance and conditions more effectively. However, the use of information systems needs to be evaluated periodically to ensure that the system is managed effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with good information technology governance principles. This study aims to conduct an information system audit of the analytical dashboard application at PT Vinix Seven Aurum using the COBIT 5 framework with a focus on the Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) domain, particularly DSS01, DSS02, and DSS03. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution to parties involved in information system management. Data analysis was carried out using the COBIT 5 Process Capability Model to determine the capability level of the existing information technology processes. The results show that the management of information systems in the DSS domain has been running fairly well; however, there are still several gaps between the current conditions and the expected capability level. Therefore, improvements are needed in several aspects of system management. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for organizations to improve the effectiveness of information technology governance so that the analytical dashboard system can support decision-making processes more optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan kinerja keuangan perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2024 menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Data yang dianalisis mencakup laporan keuangan tahunan yang berisi rasio-rasio keuangan seperti likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan preprocessing data yang meliputi pengolahan data, penyeimbangan distribusi data dengan oversampling, hingga standardisasi fitur. Selanjutnya, algoritma KNN diterapkan untuk mengklasifikasikan perusahaan berdasarkan kinerja keuangan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu investor dan pengambil keputusan memahami dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan di sektor infrastruktur menggunakan kriteria akurasi, presisi, recall, dan skor F1. Algoritma KNN terbukti mampu meringkas status keuangan dan posisi kompetitif perusahaan secara efektif.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the business world increases the efficiency and effectiveness of stores. In this article, to help the LampOrder website to store its data, the database uses MySQL as a storage medium. In addition, it can reduce errors and data loss when processing sales data. The website can also be a promotional medium to promote the latest quality products to improve the sales graph on the LampOrder website. When designing a web-based system infrastructure, design modeling is required, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML is modeled to support the system design process to reduce errors when creating a website. UML applications describe the structure of the actors involved, the activities of individual actors, the processes and mechanisms of the ordering system. The use of UML modeling simplifies the design by supporting the coding process in a website-based lamp ordering system. With this program, it can facilitate buying and selling transactions for both sellers and customers.

Abstract

Information technology is developing so rapidly that it has become a significant need in all fields. One is in the Business of buying and selling clothes at the Celsius distribution. Sales are still carried out traditionally or using less good places for distribution because they rely only on customers who come to the store, so the innovation of online sales technology or e-business is needed. The creation is to build e-commerce as a medium for buying and selling online with a broader market coverage. E-commerce is a system designed to process goods and services' buying, selling, and marketing through an electronic system. They built this e-commerce using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP-MySql programming language. Some UML diagrams are used, such as Usecases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, and assisted with interface design before being translated into applications. Its e-commerce is built into two parts: the admin panel and the user panel on the system, where this e-commerce is based on a website. The admin panel is managed by the section owner as the manager of online sales management, while the board is the system user who makes transactions from the system. The tests involve random owners and users to get responses to the e-commerce so that they are implemented on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Aplikasi Tripin merupakan platform layanan shuttle bus yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam pemesanan tiket, pelacakan perjalanan, dan pembayaran digital. Meningkatnya penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dan rendahnya minat Masyarakat terhadap transportasi umum akibat sistem pemesanan yang masih konvensional menunjukkan perlunya solusi berbasis teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi antarmuka pengguna (User Interface/UI) aplikasi Tripin pada PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani, dengan menerapkan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan karakteristik pengguna. Proses perancangan melibatkan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan observasi, pengembangan user flow dan high fidelity design, serta evaluasi kegunaan desain dengan menggunakan metode Sytem Usability Scale (SUS). Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi pemesanan tiket, pelacakan perjalanan secara real-time, boarding digital, serta notifikasi perjalanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa desain UI Tripin memperoleh skor SUS sebesar 82,5 yang tergolong dalam kategori excellent, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa antarmuka yang dirancang mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang efisien, mudah digunakan, serta terintegrasi secara menyeluruh dalam sistem layanan shuttle bus digital.
