Abstract

AbstractThe research purposes to look for a relationship between profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), free cash flow (X3) on dividend policy (Y). The type of research used is explanative quantitative research. plays a role in explaining the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The data obtained through a quantitative approach, in testing using numbers with statistical techniques. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of companies that pay dividends consecutively in the 2016-2019 period, the chemical sub-sector companies and the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX and have complete data regarding the required calculation indicators, financial reports expressed in rupiah currency, in order to obtain 10 companies. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From data management, it is found that profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. liquidity and free cash flow have a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Free Cash Flow, Kebijakan Dividen.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193 Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are promotion, price and product quality, the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers of Apple HP products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, path analysis, f test and t test of determination using IBM SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that promotion, price and product quality have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and profitability ratios on returns stockwith EPS as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. From a population of 179 companies, 27 companies were sampled with a three-year research period (2017-2019). The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path test). Based on the research results, it shows that ROE directly has a significant effect on EPS, while CR, DER, and ROA directly have no significant effect. Then DER, ROA, and ROE directly have a significant effect on returns stock, while CR directly has no significant effect on returns stock. Earning per share (EPS) directly has a significant effect on returns stock. CR, DER, and ROA indirectly have a significant effect on returns stockwith earnings per share (EPS) as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, return on equity (ROE) indirectly has no significant effect on returns stockwith EPS as an intervening variable. Keywords: liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio, stock returns, EPS

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) The effect of dual role conflict on work stress of women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang, 2) The effect of dual role conflict on the performance of female PR workers Pakis Mas Malang, 3) The effect of work stress on the performance of women laborers Pakis Mas Malang, 4) The effect of dual role conflict on the performance of women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang with work stress as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers choose PR Pakis Mas Malang as a case study with a population of 165 people and a sample of 62 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with measurements using a Likert scale. Then, the data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolliniarity test, heterokedasticity test, path analysis, t hypothesis test and sobel test.Thus, the results of this study indicate that: 1) Dual role conflict has a significant effect on the performance of women PR workers. Pakis Mas Malang, 2) Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of women PR workers. Pakis Mas Malang, 3) work stress cannot be an intervening variable between conflicting dual roles towards work stress on women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang. Keywords: Performance, Dual Role Conflict, Work Stress.

Abstract

AbstractGood performance will produce maximum results so that the work performance will be produced by employees in accordance with their portion in the company. Work experience and work motivation are believed to be able to influence employee performance to provide predetermined goals. With experience and motivation, performance will give higher results.Based on the results of this study it is proven that: simultaneously work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Air Mineral Al Hasany employees, work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Air Mineral Al Hasany employees and work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect. on the performance of Al Hasany Mineral Water employees. These two variables are the most dominant work experience in influencing performance. Keywords: Work Experience, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skills on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Acting UP Brantas Karangkates. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PJB UP Brantas Malang in 2020, amounting to 107. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique Samples and obtained 84 employees based on criteria. This research uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skill affect Employee Productivity. Physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, non-physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, and skills have a positive effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, Work Skills, and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial capital structure, interest rate and price earning ratio on the stock return in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018, using a purposive sampling method with data from 61 samples to 45 because there are 16 samples that do not meet the sample selection criteria. This type of research is explanatory research. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression method. The results of this study found that simultaneous capital structure (DER), interest rates (BI Rate) and price earning ratio have a significant effect on stock return. And that partial capital structure (DER) and price earning ratio have not significant effect on stock return, interest rates (BI Rate) have a significant effect on stock return. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on entrepreneurial interest.The object of this research is a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Malang Islamic University, especially in management and accounting, by having samples of 90 students with records that have taken entrepreneurship courses. Sampling techniques use Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools.Based on the results of partial research analysis of internal factors, significant impact on entrepreneurial interest of students with beta coefficient value of 0,467 and sig.0,000. Whereas partially external factors, significant influence on the interest of entrepreneurial students with the value of beta coefficient of external factors of 0,366 and sig.0,000. Simultaneously internal and external factors significantly influence the interest of student entrepreneurship with a beta coefficient value of 87.591 and sig.0,000.  Keywords:internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurial interests

Abstract

AbstractThis resarch aims to examine the effect of work environment, incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency. The population in this study were employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency who works in all divisions such as skipper, operational staff and admin staff. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 42 respondents who worked at PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency in all divisions. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25 application tools (statistical product and service solutions). Based on testing using the F test analysis, the results showed that there was a significant influence between the X variable (work environment, incentives and work motivation) simultaneously to the Y variable (Employee Performance) PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency. and t-test analysis of the research results showed that work environment variables significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05, incentives have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05, and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency with a significance value of 0.024 <0.05. Keywords: Work Environment, Incentives, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe variables used in this study are personal factors, organizational factors, and non-organizational factors. The research objective is to describe the Organizational Commitment which includes Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors at Grab Drivers in Lowokwaru District Malang, to identify and analyze the significant influence of Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors simultaneously or partially on Organizational Commitment. driver Grabin Lowokwaru Malang District. The population in this study is thecommunity driver restoin the District of Lowokwaru Malang, amounting to 90 drivers. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Test and Coefficient of Determination. From the results of the description analysis, it is concluded that in general the respondents agree with Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors also have a high enough Organizational Commitment, but in this study Non-Organizational Factors have no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, it can be seen that the Sig. from non-organizational factors of 0.818> 0.05. In the t test, it was concluded that personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors simultaneously affected Organizational Commitment with the Sig. equal to 0.00 <0.05. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination of the adjusted R Square value of 161, which means that the dependent variable has a contribution of 16.1% to the independent variable. As for partially but not significant effect on Non-Organizational Factors on Organizational Commitment as evidenced by each Beta coefficient on the t test for Personal Factors (0.325), Organizational Factors (0.252), Non-Organizational Factors (0.025) have no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. on the driver Grab in Lowokwaru Malang District.  Keywords: Personal Factors, Organizational Factors, Non-Organizational Factors and Organizational Commitment.
