Abstract

Sebagian besar sekolah di Indonesia menggunakan sistem pendidikan penuh hari untuk menumbuhkan karakter siswa. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah siswa berperilaku buruk, bersosialisasi terlalu bebas, dan membentuk karakter dan moral siswa. Full day school merupakan program yang dijalankan oleh beberapa sekolah dan mencakup kegiatan tidak hanya di dalam kelas tetapi juga di luar kelas yang direncanakan oleh sekolah. Program ini juga berlangsung lebih dari setengah atau setengah hari sekolah. Banyak siswa yang menggunakan sistem pembelajaran akademik dan non-akademik. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, para peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam menggunakan interaksi tanya jawab langsung dengan informan. Sekolah ini menggunakan dua kurikulum: kurikulum konvensional dan kurikulum independen. Ini adalah fitur Al-Irsyad. Selain itu, jelas bahwa sistem pendidikan full-day di sekolah bertujuan untuk mencapai sejumlah tujuan, seperti membuat orang tua tidak perlu khawatir tentang dampak negatif dari lingkungan karena seluruh hari dihabiskan di sekolah. Berbagai prestasi telah diraih Al-Irsyad, baik akademik maupun non-akademik, untuk memperkaya dan memperdalam materi sekolah. Tentu saja, ada unsur-unsur yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan program ini di sini. Salah satunya adalah peran orang tua yang mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum Al-Irsyad, serta tidak memberikan dukungan dan penghargaan dari pihak keluarga.

Abstract

This study analyzes the tactics of improving teacher qualifications at SDIT Al Fathimiyah in the face of limited teacher manpower.A qualitative case study approach was used using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, personal observation in the field, and analysis of a large number of supporting documents.The results of the study reveal that the tactics applied by the school include regular internal training, external collaboration using other educational forums, and integration of art elements, especially music, in the learning process to increase motivation & teaching effectiveness. The primary challenges encountered were limited operational rules, high workload of teachers juggling multiple roles, and limited access to certified training. Nonetheless, the school continued to innovate to form creative solutions. This research provides simple and theoretical insights that can be used as a basis for policy formulation to improve the quality of education in schools using limited resources

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of character education strengthening through a classroom-based approach at SDN Karawang Kulon I. Employing a qualitative method, data were obtained through observation and semi-structured interviews with fifth-grade teachers who implement character education directly in their classrooms. The findings reveal that active learning strategies such as diagnostic assessments, group learning, and kinesthetic approaches have been successfully integrated into daily teaching practices. Teachers emphasized the creation of a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment as essential for encouraging student participation and supporting character formation

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Cintawargi I merupakan suatu lembaga yang berada di tengah-tengah permukiman masyarakat, yang bertempat di Kp. Ciakar, Cintawargi, Kecamatan. Tegalwaru, Kabupaten. Karawang, Jawa Barat, terdapat beberapa tenaga pengajar yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan mengajar. Di sekolah SDN Cintawargi I bahwa guru-guru disana khususnya guru PAI masih belum bisa secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan kemampuan atau prestasi belajar peserta didik, sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah dan juga guru bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Cintawargi I Loji Karawang, peserta didik masih kesulitan untuk menghafal surah-surah pendek, dan hasil belajar juga masih belum maksimal. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kinerja guru PAI, lalu kontribusi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAI, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru PAI di SDN Cintawargi I Loji Karawang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana memiliki ciri-ciri diantaranya : Latar alami, peneliti sebagai instrument, dan penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif. Dan dalam pengumpulan datanya peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi, lalu untuk analisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru PAI yaitu dengan mengadakan rapat, melakukan supervisi atau pengawasan, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, dan memberikan motivasi kepada guru dan juga staf. Dan ada beberapa hal yang mendukung dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru PAI yaitu, yang pertama lingkungan dan suasana kerja yang nyaman, kedua kerja sama yang tinggi antar guru dan kepala sekolah, dan yang ketiga faktor sarana dan prasana yang memadai.

Abstract

The quality of classroom facilities and infrastructure plays an important role in creating an optimal learning environment. Adequate facilities can improve student comfort, motivation, and learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the condition of classrooms at MAN 2 Karawang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain a deeper understanding of the existing facilities. The findings of the study indicate that lighting and ventilation in the classrooms are adequate, and supported by academic props that support the learning process. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited room cooling systems and bureaucratic obstacles in maintaining facilities. In addition, the management of facilities and infrastructure by the SARPRAS team has not been optimal due to budget constraints. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve and repair facilities to support a more effective and comfortable learning process for students.

Abstract

Pesantren, as the beginning of the original Indonesian educational institution, was only officially recognized legally in 2003 through the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003. Education in pesantren which initially only focused on mastering religious knowledge, has now begun to integrate general subjects. The inclusion of these subjects aims to broaden the horizons and thoughts of students, often also accompanied by participation in state examinations held by the government. Therefore, it is very appropriate if the pesantren continue to strive to make various improvements and improve the quality and quality of education in pesantren. This study was conducted to evaluate the educational standards applied at Al-Muslih Institute, interviewed was Farid Muhammad M.Pd., who served as principal of Al-Muslih school for 2 years. Pesantren and Al-Muslih Foundation have been established since before 2000, and Al-Muslih Junior High School was established in 2003. Currently, Al-Muslih Junior High School has a total of 126 students and 15 teachers, including the principal and educational staff.

Abstract

Education financing is often a problem for schools. Such as the difficult source of funds obtained by the school, the foundation, and how to manage finances for the school. In this research, we will discuss socialization activities carried out at SMP Al-Mushlih as a partner. The method of implementation carried out is the method of lectures and questions and answers conducted at the Al-Mushlih Foundation while still observing health protocols. The chairman of the Al-Mushlih Foundation who has responsibilities related to obtaining funds, one of his efforts is to hold entrepreneurs around the school to increase the institution's finances apart from relying on assistance from the government. The conclusion obtained from this socialization activity is the success in attracting partners and the wider community to participate in a series of online events and discussions that can make partners and the wider community one step ahead to gain new knowledge about Community-Based Education Financing Management in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education is one of the traditional educational institutions that has an important role in maintaining and developing religious, cultural, and social values in the community. In Kedungjeruk Village, Cibuaya District, Karawang Regency, Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational centers that plays a vital role in the formation of student character and in the development of religious science. As an education center that is crucial in shaping the character of students and expanding religious knowledge, integrated quality management is an essential approach to improve the quality of education in the Islamic Boarding School. Through the Socialization of Integrated Quality Management, the ustadz and santri were introduced to the concepts, principles, and practices of integrated quality management, with the aim of deepening the understanding of the importance of integrated quality management in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. Socialization activities cover various aspects, from concepts to performance measurement and quality evaluation, involving active participants in discussions and debates on the implementation of integrated quality management in the context of Islamic boarding schools. It is hoped that a deeper understanding of integrated quality management will help the ustadz and students contribute positively in efforts to improve the quality of education at the Kedungjeruk Village Islamic Boarding School, ensuring sustainable growth, and provide quality education in accordance with the demands of the times.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in building a cultured, knowledgeable, and competitive society. However, in the context of non-formal education, such as in Sekolah Paket C Pesantren Garunggung, challenges in developing the quality of education are often the main concern. This activity is a socialization program through lecture and question and answer methods that aim to introduce and implementing a community-based education quality planning system in education units in pesantren. This socialization involves educators, local stakeholders, and the pesantren community. This activity discusses concrete steps taken in the development of a community-based education quality planning system, starting from identifying needs to developing implementation models. The conclusion of this socialization is expected to increase awareness and a shared commitment to improve the quality of education, as well as strengthen community involvement in the education planning and development process. Thus, through the socialization of this seminar, the development of a community-based education quality planning system in Garunggung Islamic boarding schools becomes more accessible and connected to the needs and aspirations of the local education community.

Abstract

Guardians and educators share the responsibility for forming good character and behavior in students, especially for overcoming delinquency in the school environment. Mental health (Spiritual) is an important factor determining good morals so that humans have noble morals. Therefore, to instill moral values ​​in students, the school organizes spiritual Friday activities (jumroh), which are activities that are carried out at the beginning of every month on Friday mornings which have allowances to support Islamic programs that aim to increase faith, understanding, strengthening and practicing Islamic teachings, so that they become Muslims who believe and fear Allah SWT and have a noble mindset. My research focuses on the influence of spiritual Friday activities on student morals carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers on student morals. The purpose of this research is to describe what spiritual Friday activities (jumroh) are at SMPN 2 Telukjambe Timur Karawang and what are the effects of spiritual friday activities (jumroh) on student morals at SMPN 2 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. The methods used in this study were interviews, observation and library studies.
