Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Sabtu Budaya dalam memperkuat kearifan lokal (local wisdom) dan membentuk watak kewarganegaraan (civic disposition) siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Mataram. Urgensi penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan pendidikan di Indonesia untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, holistik, dan berakar pada nilai budaya lokal, sekaligus memperkuat karakter kebangsaan di tengah arus globalisasi dan perubahan sosial yang cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus (case study design). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah, serta dokumentasi kegiatan Sabtu Budaya di beberapa sekolah negeri di Kota Mataram. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sabtu Budaya berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran kontekstual dan berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning) yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sasambo ke dalam pendidikan karakter dan kewarganegaraan. Kegiatan seperti begibung, pertunjukan seni, dan permainan tradisional menumbuhkan rasa kebanggaan budaya, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab sosial, gotong royong, serta toleransi di kalangan siswa. Lebih jauh, praktik ini memperkuat civic disposition melalui keterlibatan aktif dan refleksi sosial budaya yang menumbuhkan sikap partisipatif, empati, dan kesadaran demokratis. Implementasi Sabtu Budaya juga memperlihatkan keterpaduan antara nilai lokal dan visi Global Citizenship Education, di mana siswa belajar menjadi warga global tanpa kehilangan akar budaya lokalnya. Meskipun dihadapkan pada keterbatasan fasilitas dan variasi dukungan kebijakan, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan komunitas budaya mampu menjaga keberlanjutan program. Dengan demikian, Sabtu Budaya menjadi model pembelajaran transformatif yang tidak hanya melestarikan tradisi Sasambo, tetapi juga membentuk generasi muda yang kritis, kreatif, toleran, dan berkarakter Pancasila.

Abstract

Pendekatan pembelajaran diferensiasi diperlukan untuk menggali potensi diri siswa, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru mata pelajaran PPKn dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran diferensiasi. Secara spesifik, tujuan penelitian ini mencakup: pertama, untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemerintah dalam mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan tentang pembelajaran diferensiasi di sekolah; kedua, untuk mengidentifikasi proses perencanaan pembelajaran diferensiasi di SMA di daerah pulau lombok; dan ketiga, untuk menilai pelaksanaan pembelajaran diferensiasi di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif eksploratif, dan analisis data menggunakan model Bogdan & Biklen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru PPKn di SMAN dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran diferensiasi mencakup beberapa aspek. Pertama, pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan belum sepenuhnya memberikan pemahaman yang memadai kepada guru mengenai pembelajaran diferensiasi. Kedua, guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola waktu saat perencanaan pembelajaran, termasuk merencanakan pembelajaran serta memilah pengetahuan dan keterampilan saat menyusun instrumen diagnosis awal. Ketiga, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan waktu, perangkat pembelajaran, dan kesulitan dalam menggunakan metode yang sesuai dengan profil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Slum areas are currently of concern to the government, where the risk of slum areas can cause a decline in environmental and community health. Slum areas are settlements that are uninhabitable because there are building irregularities, building density conditions, building quality and a network of facilities and infrastructure that do not meet technical requirements. The aim of this activity is to identify and map slum areas and carry out socialization on the management of slum areas in Purirano Village, Kendari City. The method used in this activity is surveying and identifying slum areas and overlaying maps as well as conducting outreach to the government and community. The results of survey activities and identification of slum areas in Purirano sub-district are spread across the RT1, RT2, RT4, RT5, RT6 and RT7 areas which are caused by inadequate sanitation conditions, damaged drainage, damaged rubbish dumps and scattered residential rubbish and building conditions. inadequate house. Socialization for participatory strengthening to the government and community, namely the importance of coordination and collaboration in identifying slum area problems and planning appropriate solutions, as well as the need for an active role from the community in reporting problems, organizing improvement activities, and participating in handling slum areas. The implementation of handling slum areas in the Purirano sub-district is repairing and revamping waste disposal sites (TPS) in RT2 as part of a waste infrastructure development prototype which can be an example for improving environmental and sanitation infrastructure.

Abstract

Purirano Sub-district is one of the coastal areas of Kendari Bay that has a coastal boundary covered with mangrove forests. Mangrove forests on the coast of Purirano have a very important role in protection from disasters and can be utilized socio-economically. The purpose of this activity is to identify and map the mangrove ecosystem area and to conduct socialization and education on the preservation of the mangrove ecosystem in Purirano Sub-district, Kendari City. The method used in this activity is a survey and identification of the mangrove ecosystem area and map overlay as well as conducting socialization and education to school students, community, and government. There is a mangrove area of 39 hectares, consisting of 27 hectares of land owned by the community and 12 hectares of land owned by the government on the coast of Purirano Village. The mangrove ecosystem in Purirano Village has been damaged in several locations with a total area of 10.9 hectares. Socialization on mangrove conservation was conducted in the Quran Study Park, SMP 16 Kendari as well as the community and government of Puriraro Village regarding the importance of the mangrove ecosystem which has an ecological function as a coastal protector and a habitat for various marine biota, as well as having an economic and social function for the lives of the surrounding community. Through mangrove mapping, it is possible to plan the restoration of damaged mangrove conditions with rehabilitation and restoration activities involving the collaboration of all stakeholders in the Purirano Sub-district.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata desa pesisir memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keberhasilan pengembangan wisata desa pesisir sangat bergantung pada kapasitas dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengembangan wisata desa pesisir yang berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan adalah perencanaan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat pada desa Wawatu yang telah mengembangkan pariwisata secara aktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei berbasis data spasial dan pemotretan udara menggunakan DRONE, wawancara parsial, observasi, dan penyediaan data spasial untuk penentuan spot kawasan wisata baru. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi upaya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa bentuk, antara lain pelatihan keterampilan memasak kuliner lokal, pendampingan dalam pemilihan lokasi wisata pesisir yang baru, penyusunan rencana spot pemancingan bagi wisatawan, dan pengembangan wisata melalui pemilihan lokasi Camping Ground. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi, pengetahuan, dan keahlian masyarakat dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan pariwisata desa pesisir secara berkelanjutan. Sosialisasi untuk penguatan partisipatif kepada pemerintah dan masyarakat yaitu pentingnya koordinasi dan kolaborasi dalam perencanaan kawasan pesisir. Peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat merupakan kunci dalam pengembangan wisata desa pesisir yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis proyek Project-Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan pendekatan inovatif dalam proses belajar-mengajar yang memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan kompetensi abad ke-21 seperti kolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan komunikasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa sosialisasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek kepada guru-guru MA Bustanul Wa'izin NW Janggawana. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru mampu memahami konsep dasar PjBL merancang proyek pembelajaran, serta mengimplementasikannya di kelas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang guru yang menjadi peserta kegiatan sosialisasi. Dari hasil kegiatan penelitian ini menunjukkan setelah dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi, pemahaman guru pemahaman terkait dengan pembelajaran berbasis project pada kurikulum merdeka menjadi meningkat. Dari hasil posttest yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dari sebelumnya dari pretest. Sekitar 80% guru mengaku memiliki pemahaman yang baik setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Selain itu, dengan pemahaman yang baik, 80% guru memiliki komitmen untuk dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis project di kelas mereka. Tentunya hal ini disesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran mereka dan diwujudkan juga dalam bentuk RPP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, career developer, work discipline, work environment in job satisfaction with intervening work motivation variables at financial management service. the method used is a questionnaire and distributed to 138 respondents’ analysis of statistical data using SEMPLS (structural equation modeling partial least square) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of the relationship between the influence ig the dependent variable on the independent, both direct and indirect effects with SMART PLS 3.0 software. the results in the study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.000<0.05, communication has a positive significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.000<0.05,

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' active participation in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subject through the application of a portfolio-based learning model for class VIII-G at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram. This study uses research. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The stages in this study are planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the classroom action research were students of class VIII-G of SMP 5 Mataram. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative. In cycle I, the percentage of active student participation reached 57% of the total number of students present, but after improvements were made in cycle II, the percentage of active student participation increased to 87% and in cycle III, the percentage of active student participation increased to 94%. Therefore, the portfolio-based learning model can increase the active participation of students where the percentage of success in this classroom action research has exceeded the indicator of the success of active student participation that has been determined from the beginning, a minimum of 75% success of the action. Based on the results of the data for each cycle, it shows that the use of a portfolio-based learning model in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in class VIII-G at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram can increase the active participation of students

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of Civic Education (PPKn) learning media based on an Android application using Google Sites. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the study, based on the evaluation of three validators—media experts, language experts, and content experts—show that the validation by media experts obtained a percentage of 93.9%, validation by language experts received 77.5%, and validation by content experts reached 92.2%. The average of the three expert evaluations is 88.1%, indicating that the Google Sites application media product is highly feasible for further development, as it falls within the 81-100% range on the Likert scale. Feedback from users, including teachers and students, showed that the teachers' response reached 81.6%, while the students' response reached 97.7%. Based on this data, it is concluded that the Civic Education (PPKn) learning media based on an Android application through Google Sites is highly feasible for use in the teaching and learning process in schools.

Abstract

Development of children's literacy through learning methods is one of the supporting factors in the implementation of learning carried out in schools. This is a capital for a teacher to create a pleasant and not boring classroom atmosphere, not only that by using good learning methods it greatly affects children's learning outcomes. However, the fact is that teachers at SDN 3 Bengkaung do not understand and pay attention to this. The learning method used is still low order thinking skills. The teaching materials used so far are teaching materials that are oriented towards mastery of concepts in accordance with the material in textbooks that apply nationally. This is what causes the lack of children's learning outcomes, as well as the low literacy skills of children at SDN 3 Bengkaung. That is why the community service activities which are located at SDN 3 Bengkaung, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency were carried out by PPKN students at the University of Mataram, by implementing several solutions in the form of innovative and active teaching methods, such as carrying out morning literacy activities, showing educational videos, and coloring the sketch. This is proven to be able to create an active learning atmosphere and restore children's enthusiasm for learning, and provide new knowledge to children.
