Abstract

Macro wise, there are many opinions that say Islamic education graduates do not prioritize aspects of development in the global era, such as mastery of technology. With the training by reactualizing the objectives and program materials in training, helping Islamic education teachers in technological developments in the global era. This paper discusses about the reactualization of educational program objectives and materials in Islamic education teacher training in the technological era.  By combining digital-based training objectives and materials. The method in this study uses qualitative library research that combines library data, then data in the field and notes related to the reactualization of objectives and material in training. The result of this article is to help Islamic education teachers on digital-based technology so that it can facilitate the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak Relevansi manajemen ketenagaan dan sumber daya manusia dapat dilihat dari tenaga pendidik berperan sebagai ujung tombak atau kunci dari kualitas pembelajaran dan tenaga administrasi yang melakukan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dengan baik dapat mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Tingkat profesionalitas ketenagaan bergantung pada kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusianya. Penyusunan strategi Menurut teori Jeffrey A Mello menganggap visi misi di Institusi sangat penting dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam mengembangkan ketenagaan dan sumber daya manusia. Pengembangan rencana yang strategis disesuaikan dengan tahapan pertama analisis kebutuhan. Kemudian melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan dengan inservive training berdasarkan tahapan pengelolaan ketenagaan. Lebih lanjut diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan ketenagaan dan SDM baik dari tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang berkualitas. Setelahnya sasaran mengenai target ketenagaan dan sumber daya manusia manjadi berkualitas sesuai dengan keahliannya. Terkahir orientasi, maka Institusi yang menaunginya akan meningkatan mutu karena ketenagaan dan SDM di dalamnya sudah berkualitas, hal ini juga termasuk pemimpin di PTKI sebagai top leader yang berkualifikasi dan bersifat kooperatif serta cepat menyesuaikan terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Kata kunci: Strategi, Pengembangan, Manajemen Ketenagaan dan Sumber Daya Manusia Abstract The relevance of manpower and human resource management can be seen from educators acting as the spearhead or key to the quality of learning and administrative personnel who perform their duties and responsibilities well can support the improvement of education quality. The level of professionalism of personnel depends on the quality of human resource management. According to Jeffrey A Mello's theory, the vision and mission in the institution is very important to be used as a benchmark in developing manpower and human resources. The development of a strategic plan is adjusted to the first stage of needs analysis. Then conduct training and development with inservive training based on the stages of energy management. Furthermore, an evaluation is needed to measure the improvement of the ability of personnel and human resources from both qualified educators and education. After that, the target regarding the target of manpower and human resources becomes quality in accordance with their expertise. Finally, the orientation, the institution that houses it will improve quality because the personnel and human resources in it are of high quality, this also includes leaders in PTKI as qualified and cooperative top leaders who quickly adapt to environmental changes. Abstract

Family is the smallest order that must be managed. Family management is defined as the process of organizing, planning, directing, and controlling family resources (including finances, time, energy, and skills) to achieve common family goals. In managing a family, many bases are used, one of which is based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Based on a literature review, especially the Qur'an and Hadith, there are six basic concepts of Islamic family management, namely leadership in the family, education, justice and compassion, cooperation and responsibility, finance, and problem solving in the family. In addition, there are several theoretical foundations of Islamic family management that can be applied based on the interpretation of Al Misbah, namely the value of monotheism, the importance of justice and equality in husband and wife relationships, Islamic education and child care, the importance of managing the economy, the balance of the world and the hereafter, and patience and fortitude in facing the tests of family life.

Abstract

Educational supervision should be conducted for various reasons one of them is to improve teachers’ perfomance as well as to improve students’ learning and quality of education. This is a comparative study of Indonesian and Pakistani school; Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Indonesia and Dar-e-Arqam School Bawalpur Punjab Pakistan. There are three research focuses, namely (1) how is the educational supervision implemented in those schools? (2) how effective is the implemenetation of educational supervision in those schools? (3) what are the problems and solutions of the implementation of the educational supervision. This study adopted a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. The results show that the director of Madrasah at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Indonesia implemented educational supervision by using group technique through 3 activities- a monthly meetings, weekly meetings and trainings. through these forms of activity, the results are obtained in the form of positive changes from the teachers which also indirectly affect the effectiveness of the learning activities carried out so as to obtain optimal results through students’ achievements. The obstacles faced are related to the teacher's internal condition so that the alternative is by giving summons, providing motivation, and the final action is in the form of teacher transfers. Menwhile, in Dar-e-Arqam School Pakistan, head office monitoring visits implemented the supervision by monitoring visit and training session (physical and online), reports, and performance conducted monthly and in the end of semester. The head office then made the decision and guidelline for the improvement.

Abstract

Continuous professional development is the effort made by teachers to enhance their professionalism through established standards and the advancement of knowledge, technology, and art. The research aims to understand the management of training programs and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of these training activities. The research adopts a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research result on planning, committee formation, vision, mission, objectives, empowerment of members to become training facilitators, and collaboration with cultural experts. Organizing involves assigning tasks to eight members based on their competencies. In implementation, the training attracts Madurese language teachers from all levels, from elementary to high school, through collaboration with various parties and is conducted annually. Identified evaluations include planning, certificate issuance services, and time effectiveness. Supporting factors relate to the educational background and competency of members, the possession of laptops by all members, involvement in multiple organizations for easy information sharing, clear work programs, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the management of educational quality improvement via the independent curriculum, specifically focusing on the project to strengthen the profile on Pancasila learners (P5). The research method used in this study is qualitative, namely a field study cunducted in SDN Gladak Anyar 2 Pamekasan. The findings of this research explain that the Strengthening Student Profile Project (P5) is an interdisciplinary learning approach that aims to analyse and provide solutions for the issues that arise in the surrounding environment. The management strategy for improving the quality of education that may be used by teachers is the POAC strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The implementation of P5 in schools is also considered capable of enhancing the quality of education via four stages, namely the introduction stage, contextualization stage, culmination stage, and reflection stage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Fadhilatul Qur'an Sampang high school is managing to raise the standard of instruction using the 2013 curriculum. Qualitative research using a field study technique is the research methodology employed. The methods of gathering data include, interviews, and observation. The 2013 curriculum's management of raising educational standards is divided into three phases: planning, implementing, and evaluating. The study's findings demonstrate that, first, management planning for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum explains how to create learning implementation plans (RPP) that will help students learn successfully. Secondly, management is implemented for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum. The three management evaluations for increasing educational quality through the 2013 curriculum were conducted using three assessment criteria: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

Supervisi dalam dunia Pendidikan khususnya pada Lembaga Pendidikan sangat perlu dilakukan, karena sebagai bentuk pembinaan dan juga pengawasan kepada guru dalam system pembelajarannya yang ada di kelas. sorang pendidik yang ada di Lembaga Pendidikan memerlukan sebuah pengembangan terhadap system pembelajaran yang digunakan. Sehingga adanya supervisi kepala sekolah disini mampu menjadi sebuah tolak ukur serta bahan evaluasi bagi guru. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengaplikasikan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menghasilkan temuan terkait pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedadogis guru yakni kepala sekolah selain memberikan sebuah penilaian dan pengawasan kepala sekolah juga memberikan sebuah pembinaan, bimbingan dan juga motivasi kepada guru sebagai bentuk peningkatan kompetensi yang dimikili guru. Faktor pendukung dan juga hasil pelaksanaan yaitu dengan adanya Kerjasama antara kepala sekolah dengan guru dan juga membangun komonikasi yang efektif, Dengan demikian, kepala sekolah dapat memberikan bimbingan serta motivasi kepada para guru. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya juga terdapat hasil dalam pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah yaitu sudah memiliki keprofesionalan tinggi dan juga sudah memiliki kompetensi yang berkembang sehingga dalam kegiatan sistem pembelajarannya sudah menerapkan kegiatan belajar yang efektif

Abstract

It can be shown that there are many quality schools because they are led by headmaster who are able to guide and provide direction to the teacher council. Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality improvement management strategy for students through the integration of Islamic spiritual values and digital approaches at SDN Bulangan Barat. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observations, interviews with the principal and teachers, as well as discussions with students. The findings reveal that the school implements a value-based quality management strategy by utilizing interactive digital media that still conveys moral and religious messages. This integration is well-received by students, who tend to favor visual and digital learning. Despite challenges such as limited technological resources and teacher readiness, the school addresses these issues through innovative programs, training, and internal collaboration. The study concludes that effective quality management in education during the digital era can be achieved without compromising spiritual identity; instead, spirituality can serve as a core strength in shaping students’ character.
